The Let’s Go, Let’s Grill Sweepstakes is open to legal residents of the fifty (50) United States (including the District of Columbia) who are at least twenty-one (21) years old at the time of entry.
. “MLB Entities” means the Office of the Commissioner of Baseball (“BOC”), its Bureaus, Committees, Subcommittees and Councils, MLB Advanced Media, L.P., Major League Baseball Enterprises, Inc., Major League Baseball Properties, Inc., The MLB Network, LLC, the Major League Baseball Clubs (“Clubs”), each of their parent, subsidiary, affiliated and related entities, any entity which, now or in the future, controls, is controlled by, or is under common control with the Clubs or the BOC and the owners, general and limited partners, shareholders, directors, officers, employees and agents of the foregoing entities. The “Chicago Cubs Entities” includes Chicago Cubs Baseball Club, LLC (“Chicago Cubs”), Chicago Cubs Holdings, LLC, Chicago Entertainment Ventures, LLC, Wrigley Field Holdings, LLC, Wrigley Field Enterprises, LLC and, for each of the foregoing, its respective subsidiaries, affiliates, and their respective agents and agencies, and their respective officers, directors, managers, members, employees and agents. The Sweepstakes is subject to all applicable federal, state and local laws and regulations and is void where prohibited by law.

3AGREEMENT TO OFFICIAL RULES
By participating in the Sweepstakes, entrant fully and unconditionally agrees to and accepts these Official Rules and the decisions of Weber, which are final and binding in all matters related to the Sweepstakes. Whether an entrant’s entry is selected as a winner is contingent upon fulfilling all requirements set forth herein.
The Sweepstakes begins on Monday, July 13, 2015, at 12:00 a.m. Central Time , ends on Sunday, July 26, 2015, at 11:59 p.m. CT
5. HOW TO ENER
During the Sweepstakes Period, (1) visit the Sweepstakes landing website at https://promotion.weber.com/weber-nation/entry/cubs/; and (2) follow the instructions on how to submit your entry (the “Submission”). Complete the online submission form, including entrant’s first and last name, e-mail address and ZIP Code. In addition to the General Conditions listed in Section 10, Weber, in its sole discretion, may terminate the Sweepstakes at any time during the Sweepstakes Period, but prior to the selection of any winner. Multiple entrants are not permitted to share the same e-mail address. Each entrant is allowed one (1) entry per day during the Sweepstakes Period. Any attempt by any entrant to obtain more than the stated number of Submissions by using multiple/different e-mail addresses, identities, registrations and logins, or any other methods, will void that entrant’s Submissions and that entrant may be disqualified. Proof of submission is not proof of receipt by Weber. All Submissions become the exclusive property of Weber, and none will be acknowledged or returned.
6. SELECTION OF WINNER
The Sweepstakes will be administered and one (1) potential prize package winner will be selected by random drawing on or about each day beginning July 14, 2015 and ending July 27, 2015 (each, a “Drawing Date”), from among all eligible Submissions received as of 11:59 p.m. CT the date prior to the applicable Drawing Date (each, a “Drawing Date Deadline”). Odds of winning a prize package will depend on the total number of eligible Submissions received as of the applicable Drawing Date Deadline. All non-winning eligible Submissions from one Drawing Date will automatically carry-over to and remain eligible for subsequent Drawing Date(s), if any. One (1) potential grand prize winner will be randomly selected by Weber on or about July 29, 2015, from among all eligible Submissions received. Odds of winning the grand prize will depend on the total number of eligible Submissions received. The selection of each potential winner is final and binding in all matters related to the Sweepstakes. Subject to verification of eligibility and compliance with these Official Rules, the potential winner(s) will be declared the official winner(s) of the Sweepstakes. Limit one (1) prize per person, family or household.
Administrator will notify potential winner(s) via e-mail. Each potential winner will be required to respond to Weber’s notification with his/her intent to accept the prize within three (3) days from the date the initial notification is sent. The potential Sweepstakes winner(s) will also be required to sign and return the Affidavit of Eligibility / Liability Release and Form W-9 (collectively, the “Forms”), where permitted, to Weber within five (5) days from the date initial notification is sent. Failure to respond to the initial notification within the specified time frame, failure to return the completed Forms within the specified timeframe, noncompliance with these Official Rules or decline of the prize for any reason will result in disqualification and forfeiture of such prize. Each potential winner agrees by submitting his/her Submission to accept the prize for his/her personal use and not attempt to sell, transfer for profit any part of the prize package. In the event that any potential winner is disqualified for any reason in the sole discretion of Weber, an alternate potential winner may be selected, at Weber’s discretion and time permitting, in accordance with the winner selection criteria as set forth in Section 6 of these Official Rules from among all remaining eligible Submissions received as of the Drawing Date Deadline in question for a prize package prize or from among all remaining eligible Submissions received for the grand prize. This procedure will repeat three (3) times, after which the applicable prize will not be awarded.
• Prize Package Prize. Fourteen (14) prize packages will be awarded (i.e., one (1) per Drawing Date). Each prize package prize will consist of the following: (i) one (1) Weber® Q® 1200™ LP gas grill in Blue with a customized Chicago Cubs handle (Approximate Retail Value [“ARV”] $199.00); and (ii) one (1) Weber® Q® Portable Cart (ARV $69.99. Total retail value of each prize package prize: $268.99.
• Grand Prize. One (1) grand prize will be awarded. The grand prize will consist of the following: (i) one (1) Weber® Q® 1200™ LP gas grill in Blue with a customized Chicago Cubs handle (ARV $199.00); (ii) one (1) Weber® Q® Portable Cart (ARV $69.99); (iii) one (1) Weber® Q® Accessory Package, consisting of one (1) of each of the following: Q® Griddle, Q® Two-Piece Stainless Steel Tool Set, Q® Full-Length Cover, and Premium Gloves (Item 6670) (total ARV $105.96); (iv) one (1) Chicago Cubs personalized jersey (ARV $150.00); and (v) one (1) Chicago Cubs package including four (4) field box tickets for grand prize winner and three (3) guests for one (1) 2015 Chicago Cubs regular season home game to be determined by Chicago Cubs Entities at its sole discretion and subject to availability, the opportunity for winner and his/her guests to watch batting practice from the field prior to the game, and the opportunity for grand prize winner to take photographs on the Cubs’ home on-deck circle on the date of the game (the exact nature and duration of such opportunities shall be determined by Weber and the Chicago Cubs Entities at their sole discretion and shall be subject to the rules and regulations of the Chicago Cubs Entities). (ARV: $600.00.) TRANSPORTATION TO/FROM THE GAME AND LODGING NOT INCLUDED. Seat locations at the game shall be determined in the sole discretion of the Chicago Cubs Entities. Winner’s companions must be of legal age of majority in their jurisdictions of residence (and at least eighteen (18) years of age), unless accompanied by a parent or legal guardian. Major League Baseball game, event and exhibition dates and times are determined in the sole discretion of the Office of the Commissioner of Baseball and/or the applicable Major League Baseball Club, as applicable, and may be subject to change. The terms and conditions of the tickets awarded as part of the prize will govern in the event a legal game, event or exhibition, as defined by Major League Baseball, is not played or held, as applicable, due to weather conditions, an act of God, an act of terrorism, civil disturbance or any other reason. Grand prize winner agrees that he or she, and other patrons using field box tickets described in these rules, will comply with all applicable ballpark and venue, as applicable, regulations in connection with the prize. Weber and the applicable MLB Entities reserve the right to remove or to deny entry to the grand prize winner and/or his/her guest(s) who engage(s) in a non-sportsmanlike or disruptive manner, or with intent to annoy, abuse, threaten or harass any other person at the game, event or exhibition. Major League Baseball game, event and exhibition tickets awarded as prizes may not be resold or offered for resale. Any such resale may result in disqualification and Prize forfeiture, and may invalidate the license granted by the game, event or exhibition ticket(s). If the grand prize winner does not attend the baseball game and VIP experience on the agreed date, that portion of the Prize is forfeited. ARV of grand prize package: $1,124.95.
o All expenses not expressly stated in the package description above, including but not limited to, costs incurred at the Chicago Cubs game, are the responsibility solely of grand prize winner. Weber will provide grand prize winner with an additional amount equal to the estimated cost of taxes applicable to the grand prize (as determined in Weber’s sole discretion), which will be provided to grand prize winner prior to the due date of the following year’s tax filing. Weber encourages the grand prize winner to seek advice from their tax preparer to ensure he or she does not owe any additional amounts; however Weber will not be responsible for amounts in addition to those provided to grand prize winner. Each winner must provide Weber with completed Forms prior to collection of the prize. Approximate Retail Value of all prizes: $4,890.81 total. Prizes are subject to availability. No refund, substitution or compensation will be made in the event of the cancellation or delay of any event and/or activity listed in any prize description. Prizes are non-transferable and no substitution will be made except as provided herein at the Weber’s sole discretion. Weber reserves the right to substitute any prize or portion thereof for a prize of equal or greater value if the designated prize should become unavailable for any reason.
Acceptance of a prize shall constitute and signify each winner’s agreement and consent that Weber and the applicable MLB Entities may use such winner’s name, address (city, state), likeness, and/or prize information for contextual purposes in perpetuity, worldwide, in any and all media now known or hereafter devised, including, without limitation, the internet, without limitation and without further payment or consideration, except where prohibited by law. If requested, each winner agrees to have any photographs taken and conduct any and all media interviews (including but not limited to radio and television) related to the Sweepstakes. Acceptance of a prize constitutes each winner’s waiver of any right or interest in the Submission or any photographs, interviews or other publicity materials resulting from the Sweepstakes, and each winner irrevocably transfers any right, title or interest in such publicity materials to Weber for its unlimited use in any medium.
10. GENERAL CONDITIONS
In the event that the operation, security, or administration of the Sweepstakes is impaired in any way for any reason, including, but, not limited to, fraud, virus or other technical problem, Weber may, in its sole discretion, either: (a) suspend the Sweepstakes to address the impairment and then resume the Sweepstakes in a manner that best conforms to the spirit of these Official Rules; or (b) award the prize(s) using the methodology for winner selection described in these Official Rules from among all eligible Submissions received up to the time of the impairment. Weber reserves the right to conduct reasonable background checks on any winner as it may see fit. Weber reserves the right in its sole discretion to disqualify any individual it finds to be tampering with the Submission process or the operation of the Sweepstakes or to be acting in violation of these Official Rules or any other promotion, or in an unsportsmanlike or disruptive manner. Weber further reserves the right to revoke any prize and/or winner status from any individual Weber deems in its sole discretion to have failed a background check. Any attempt by any person to undermine the legitimate operation of the Sweepstakes may be a violation of criminal and civil law, and, should such an attempt be made, Weber reserves the right to seek damages from any such person to the fullest extent permitted by law. Weber’s failure to enforce any term of these Official Rules shall not constitute a waiver of that provision.
11. RELEASE AN LIMITATIONS OF LIABILITY
Except where prohibited, by participating in the Sweepstakes, entrants agree to release and hold harmless Weber, the MLB Entities, the Chicago Cubs Entities and each of their respective subsidiaries, affiliates, and their respective agents and agencies, and their respective officers, directors, employees and agents (the “Released Parties”) from and against any claim or cause of action arising out of participation in the Sweepstakes or receipt or use of a prize, including, but not limited to: (a) unauthorized human intervention in the Sweepstakes; (b) technical errors related to computers, servers, providers, or telephone or network lines; (c) printing or typographical errors pertaining to any Submission; (d) errors in the administration of the Sweepstakes or the processing of Submissions; (e) late, lost, or undeliverable mail (including electronic mail); or (f) any Sweepstakes disruptions, losses, injury or damage to persons or property which may be caused, directly or indirectly, in whole or in part, from entrant’s participation in the Sweepstakes or participation, receipt, or use of a prize. Released Parties will not be responsible for weather conditions, Acts of God, acts of terrorism, civil disturbances, work stoppage or any other natural disaster outside their control that may cause the cancellation or postponement of any Major League Baseball game, event or exhibition. No part of any prize may be resold or offered for resale. Any such resale may result in disqualification and prize forfeiture, and may invalidate the license granted by the game ticket(s). Entrant further agrees that in any cause of action, the Released Parties’ liability will be limited to the cost of entering and participating in the Sweepstakes and in no event shall the Released Parties be liable for attorney’s fees. Entrant waives the right to claim any damages whatsoever, including, but not limited to, punitive, consequential, direct, or indirect damages. If for any reason an entrant’s Submission is confirmed to have been erroneously deleted, lost, or otherwise destroyed or corrupted, entrant’s sole remedy is another Sweepstakes Submission; provided that if it is not possible to award another Submission for any reason, Weber, at its discretion, may elect to hold a random drawing from among all eligible Submissions received up to the date of discontinuance for any prize offered herein. No more than the stated number of prizes will be awarded. In the event that production, technical, seeding, programming or any other reasons cause more than stated number of prizes as set forth herein to be available and/or claimed, Weber reserves the right to award only the stated number of prizes by a random drawing among all legitimate, un-awarded, eligible prize claims. Released Parties (i) make no warranty, guaranty or representation of any kind concerning any prize (or any portion thereof), and (ii) disclaim any implied warranty.
Entrant agrees that: (a) any and all disputes, claims and causes of action arising out of or connected with this Sweepstakes shall be resolved individually, without resort to any form of class action, and exclusively Federal District Court for the Northern District of Illinois or any court of competent jurisdiction of the State of Illinois located in Cook County, Illinois, and the parties hereto irrevocably submit in any such suit, action or proceeding to the jurisdiction of said courts and waive any and all objection to such jurisdiction that they may have under the laws of the State of Illinois or the United States and any right to challenge the convenience of Illinois as an appropriate form. (b) any and all claims, judgments and awards shall be limited to actual out-of-pocket costs incurred, including costs associated with entering this Sweepstakes, but in no event attorneys’ fees; and (c) under no circumstances will entrant be permitted to obtain awards for and entrant hereby waives all rights to claim punitive, incidental and consequential damages and any other damages, other than for actual out-of-pocket expenses, and any and all rights to have damages multiplied or otherwise increased. SOME JURISDICTIONS DO NOT ALLOW THE LIMITATIONS OR EXCLUSION OF LIABILITY FOR INCIDENTAL OR CONSEQUENTIAL DAMAGES, SO THE ABOVE MAY NOT APPLY TO YOU. All issues and questions concerning the construction, validity, interpretation and enforceability of these Official Rules, or the rights and obligations of the entrant and Weber in connection with the Sweepstakes, shall be governed by, and construed in accordance with, the laws of the State of Illinois, without giving effect to any choice of law or conflict of law rules (whether of the State of Illinois or any other jurisdiction), which would cause the application of the laws of any jurisdiction other than the State of Illinois.
