1. Sponsor. This Sweepstakes is sponsored by Warner Bros. Home Entertainment Inc, 4000
Warner Blvd., Burbank, CA 91522.
2. Administrator. This Sweepstakes is administered by Probability LLC, 2 Woodstock Meadows
Lane, P.O. Box 1484, Woodstock, NY 12498.
3. Eligibility. The Harry Potter VR Experience Sweepstakes (“Sweepstakes”) is open only to
legal U.S. residents residing in one of the 50 United States or the District of Columbia, who
are (a) at least 18 years of age (or the age of majority in their state of residence, whichever is
older). Employees, officers, directors, members, managers, agents and representatives of
Warner Bros. Home Entertainment Inc. (“Sponsor”), Probability LLC (“Administrator”),
Catalina Strategies, Inc. (“Catalina Strategies), and/or any of their respective partners,
affiliates, subsidiaries, parent companies, divisions and advertising, promotion, public
relations agencies (collectively, “Promotion Entities”) and their immediate families or members
of their household (i.e., spouse, partner, parents, children, siblings, legal guardians, in-laws,
grandparents and grandchildren, regardless of where they live), are not eligible to enter or
win. Void in Puerto Rico, the U.S. Virgin Islands, U.S. territories and possessions, U.S. military
installations in foreign countries and where prohibited or restricted by law.
4. Sweepstakes Schedule. The Sweepstakes begins at 12:00:01 A.M. Pacific Time (“PT”) on
September 13, 2022 and ends at 11:59:59 P.M. PT on October 28, 2022 (“Entry Period”).
Catalina Strategies’ computer is the official clock for this Sweepstakes.
5. How to Enter. Navigate on the internet to www.HarryPotterVRSweepstakes.com (the
“Website”) and complete the online entry form including your full name, e-mail address, state,
zip code and date of birth. To submit your entry, click the “Enter Now” button on the Website.
Proof of entering information at the Website is not considered proof of delivery to or receipt
by Sponsor or Administrator of such entry. Receipt of entry may be acknowledged but such
acknowledgment does not constitute a representation by Sponsor or Administrator as to
eligibility of entry.
Limit of one (1) entry per person, per email address during the Sweepstakes Entry
Period regardless of the number of e-mail addresses or accounts a person may have.
Multiple entries in excess of this limitation or mass entry attempts may result in disqualification
of all entries by such person or e-mail address. Entries must be manually key-stroked by the
entrant; use of automated entry devices or programs, or entries by third parties, are prohibited.
Participants may be asked to consent to receive promotional e-mails and reminder e-mails
from Sponsor. Consenting to receive promotional or reminder e-mails is optional and does not
have to be agreed upon in order to be eligible to participate in the Sweepstakes and does not
improve chances of winning. In the event you do consent to receive these e-mails, the use of
such e-mails shall be subject to the Sponsor’s Privacy Policy (available at
http://www.warnerbros.com/privacy/policy) and participants may opt out of receiving these e-
mails at any time.
6. Random Drawing/Odds. Potential winners will be randomly selected on or about November
1, 2022 from among all eligible entries received during the Entry Period. Drawing will be
conducted by Administrator, an independent organization whose decisions (along with those
of Sponsor) are final and binding on all matters related to the Sweepstakes.
Odds of winning the Grand Prize depend upon the total number of eligible entries received
during the Entry Period.
7. Winner Notification. Potential winner will be notified by e-mail and/or phone (as applicable)
on or about November 1, 2022. Failure to respond to the initial verification e-mail within three
(3) business days after notification or return of e-mail notification as undeliverable after three
(3) attempts may result in disqualification. Potential winner will be required to complete, sign
and return within three (3) business days of date of notification an Affidavit of Eligibility,
Liability Release and Indemnification, a W-9, a Publicity Release where allowed by law, as
well as other documents that Sponsor may require (collectively the “Prize Claim Documents”).
If the Prize Claim Documents are not returned to Administrator within the specified time period,
or if any prize notification or prize is returned as non-deliverable, or if a potential winner is
found to be ineligible or otherwise not in compliance with these Official Rules, or declines the
prize for any reason prior to award, prize may be forfeited and potential winner may be
disqualified and an alternate winner may be selected from all remaining eligible Entries
received during the Promotion Period.
In the event of any dispute concerning the identity of any participant, the entry will be deemed
submitted by the natural person who is the authorized holder of the transmitting e-mail
account. “Authorized account holder” is defined as the natural person who is assigned to an
e-mail address by an Internet access provider, online service provider, or other organization
(e.g., business, educational institution, etc.) that is responsible for assigning e-mail addresses
for the domain associated with the submitted e-mail address.
Sponsor and its agencies are not responsible for failed, partial or garbled computer
transmissions, or for technical failures of any kind, including but not limited to electronic
malfunction or damage of any network, hardware or software. If for any reason the
Sweepstakes is not capable of running as planned, including infection by computer virus,
bugs, tampering, unauthorized intervention, fraud or technical failures beyond Sponsor’s
control that corrupt or affect the administration, security, fairness, integrity or proper conduct
of the Sweepstakes, Sponsor reserves the right, in its sole discretion, to disqualify any
individual who tampers with the entry process, and to terminate, modify or suspend the
Sweepstakes. In such event, Sponsor reserves the right to conduct the Sweepstakes and
award the prizes by means of a random drawing comprised of all eligible entries received prior
to and/or after (as appropriate) the action taken by Sponsor or otherwise award the prizes in
a manner which is fair, appropriate and consistent with these Official Rules, as determined by
Sponsor in its sole discretion. Notice of termination/modification/suspension of Sweepstakes
will be posted on the Website. No responsibility is assumed for any error, omission,
interruption, deletion, defect, delay in operation or transmission, communications line failure,
theft or loss, destruction or unauthorized access to, or alteration of, entries; or any problems
or technical malfunctions of any telephone network or lines, computer online systems, servers,
or providers, computer equipment, software, failure of any e-mail or electronic entry to be
received (or recorded) on account of technical problems or traffic congestion on the Internet
or at any website, or any combination thereof, including any injury or damage to entrant’s or
any other person’s computer or mobile device related to or resulting from participation in or
downloading any materials from this Sweepstakes.
Entrants further agree not to knowingly damage or cause interruption of the Sweepstakes
and/or prevent others from participating in the Sweepstakes. CAUTION: ANY ATTEMPT TO
DAMAGE ANY ONLINE SERVICE OR WEBSITE OR UNDERMINE THE LEGITIMATE
OPERATION OF THE SWEEPSTAKES VIOLATES CRIMINAL OR CIVIL LAWS. IF SUCH
AN ATTEMPT IS MADE, SPONSOR MAY DISQUALIFY ANY ENTRANT MAKING SUCH
ATTEMPT AND SEEK DAMAGES TO THE FULLEST EXTENT OF THE LAW.
8. Prize and Approximate Retail Value (“ARV”).
GRAND PRIZE (One [1] Winner).
Grand Prize winner (“Winner”) will receive a 4-day/3-night trip for the Winner and up to three
(3) guests (each a “Guest”) to New York, NY (the “Trip”). Trip includes: round-trip, coach-class
air transportation for the Winner and Guest(s) from an airport near winner’s residence (as
selected by Sponsor in its sole discretion) to New York, NY; three (3) nights’ hotel
accommodation (one room, quadruple occupancy) at a hotel in the New York area (hotel
determined at the sole discretion of Sponsor); roundtrip ground transportation between the
New York area airport and hotel; up to four (4) tickets for each of the Harry Potter VR
Experiences, Chaos at Hogwarts and Wizards Take Flight (each an “Experience,” collectively
“Experiences”); and $500 cash or cash equivalent. ARV: $4,596.00.
Guests must be 10+ years old for each Experience and at least fifty-four (54) inches tall for
Wizards Take Flight, and forty-eight (48) inches tall for Chaos at Hogwarts. Seeking
professional medical advice prior to participating is recommended if Winner and/or Guest(s)
have a medical condition that may be affected by the Experience. Due to safety reasons,
participation in the Experience(s) may not be appropriate for pregnant women and persons
suffering from epilepsy, heart conditions, hearing or visual impairments and other disabilities.
Experience may also have Grand Prize Winner and Guest(s) sign a separate liability and
publicity release, and will be subject to Experience’s security procedures and any other
applicable policies. Experience reserves the right to suspend or cancel the participation of
Winner or Guest(s) due to non-compliance with any security procedure or inappropriate
behavior or misconduct. Winner and Guest(s) understand and agree that participation in
the Experiences features certain inherent risks/dangers, including, but not limited to,
illness, nausea, motion sickness, serious injury, death and/or property. YOU ARE
ADVISED NOT TO ENTER THE SWEEPSTAKES IF YOU ARE NOT COMFORTABLE
ACCEPTING SUCH RISKS SHOULD YOUR ENTRY BE SELECTED AND YOU ARE
CONFIRMED AS THE WINNER.
Grand Prize Trip must be completed between November 2022 and October 2023. Winner
must provide Sponsor with three (3) possible travel dates with at least four (4) weeks advance
notice prior to the earliest potential date of departure; however, Sponsor’s decision as to actual
travel dates is final and binding. Once travel is booked, travel dates cannot be changed unless
by Sponsor in its sole discretion. If Winner is unable to travel once the travel dates are booked,
the prize will be forfeited in its entirety. In the event the Winner is able to participate in the Trip
but the Experience does not or cannot take place as scheduled or at all, for reasons including
but not limited to cancellations, postponement, location changes, security considerations, an
event of force majeure, or for any other reason, then Sponsor reserves the right to award the
remainder of the prize in full satisfaction of Sponsor’s obligations hereunder and with no
further obligation to the Winner.
Winner’s Guest(s) will be required to execute and return a liability/publicity release prior to
ticketing. If any Guest is a minor, Guest’s parent or legal guardian must complete the
paperwork on minor’s behalf. Winner and/or Guest(s) must follow all instructions of Sponsor
and its designees relative to the Trip. Should the Winner and/or Guest(s) fail to adhere to any
such instructions or engage in unruly, illegal, threatening, or otherwise inappropriate behavior
(as determined by Sponsor in their sole discretion), Sponsor and its designees reserve the
right, without further notice or warning, to terminate the Trip or other applicable experience
early, in whole or in part, and send Winner and/or Guest(s) home and/or take other actions as
Sponsor deems appropriate in its sole discretion without any liability or other obligation to
Winner or Guest(s). Failure to do so may result in forfeiture of the Experience portion of the
Grand Prize.
If required, Winner and Guest(s), if any, must cooperate with Sponsor’s inquiries related to
public health matters and follow Sponsor’s related rules and processes, including, but not
limited to, disclosures or processes recommended or required by public health authorities to
protect the health and safety of Winner, Guest(s), and others. Winner and Guest(s) may be
subject to health screenings (which may include, but are not limited to, temperature checks,
symptom screening, lab testing, and/or other medical exams) to be conducted by Sponsor, or
its/their designee(s) prior to or during the fulfillment of the Prize and related activities. Failure
to fully comply with Sponsor’s requests or requirements may result in forfeiture of the Prize or
portions thereof, as determined in Sponsor’s discretion.
If Winner travels alone, Grand Prize will be awarded in increments only for actual number of
travelers; i.e., the Winner only. The Winner will not receive any substitute prize or
compensation in conjunction therewith.
Any costs and incidentals not specified herein are the Winner’s sole responsibility, including
but not limited to meals; flight/travel insurance; room service; laundry service; spa treatments;
local and long distance telephone calls; merchandise and souvenirs; incidental expenses; tips
and gratuities; activities and any other ground transportation not expressly included in the
prize description above; luggage fees; additional taxes which are not expressly included in
the prize trip and all other costs and expenses not otherwise mentioned herein. Airline tickets
are non-refundable/non-transferable and are not valid for upgrades and/or frequent flier miles.
Winner and Guest(s) are solely responsible for any travel documentation and related
requirements and for determining applicable procedures and restrictions. Winner and
Guest(s) may be required to present a valid photo ID and/or a credit card at the airport and at
the hotel at the time of check-in. Winner and Guest(s) must provide own transportation to and
from departure airport. If Winner’s residence is within one hundred-fifty (150) miles of New
York, NY, as determined by Administrator in its sole discretion, alternate transportation will be
provided in lieu of air travel and no substitute prize or compensation will be awarded; and,
under no circumstances will winner receive the difference between ARV and actual final value
of Grand Prize Trip in cash. Experience tickets are non-transferable, non-assignable, may not
be used for any trade or promotional purposes, and have no retail value. Notwithstanding any
other term or condition contained herein, Sponsor makes no guarantee that Experience will
not for any reason be canceled or postponed, and Sponsor shall have no liability related
thereto, financial or otherwise.
Winner is not entitled to exchange, substitute or transfer prize or portions thereof except with
Sponsor’s permission or where required by law. Winner and Guest(s) must travel together on
the same itinerary. Winner and Guest(s) assume the risk of any inherent or unforeseen
dangers associated with travel. All air transportation tickets are subject to the vagaries of flight
variation, work stoppages and schedule or route changes. Sponsor is not liable for any
expenses or missed prize elements resulting from flight cancellation/delay. ARV may vary
depending upon points of departure and destination and flare fluctuations. Prize elements
may be subject to additional restrictions. Travel and lodging are subject to availability, certain
restrictions and blackout dates. Certain restrictions, as determined by Sponsor, may apply. If
for any reason the announced prize (or prize component) becomes unavailable, Sponsor may
award a substitute prize/prize component of equal or greater value. Prize is not redeemable
for cash.
All federal, state and local taxes are the sole responsibility of the Winner, who will
receive an IRS Form 1099 reflecting the final actual value of the Grand Prize.
In connection with any visit to any location in connection with the Grand Prize, please be
advised that Sponsor’s policies, CDC guidelines, and the recommendations of health officials
must be followed. Please note that any public location where people are present
provides an inherent risk of exposure to COVID-19, and Sponsor cannot guarantee that
any person will not be exposed during the Trip.
COVID-19 Protocols:
Participation in applicable activity/activities may also be conditioned upon provision of
proof of a negative COVID-19 test or satisfactory proof of being fully vaccinated against
COVID-19 as required by Sponsor and/or Experience venue.
NOTWITHSTANDING THE FOREGOING, IT IS ALSO POSSIBLE THAT THE COVID-
19/CORONAVIRUS PANDEMIC DIRECTLY OR INDIRECTLY MAY COMPEL THE
SPONSOR TO DELAY/POSTPONE INDEFINITELY (OR FOR A SIGNIFICANT PERIOD) OR
EVEN CANCEL ALTOGETHER THE TRIP; THE PRECEDING INCLUDES BUT IS NOT
LIMITED TO SPONSOR POSTPONING THE EXPERIENCE. IN SUCH CASE (WITH A
SIGNIFICANT DELAY BEING DETERMINED BY THE SPONSOR IN ITS SOLE
DISCRETION), THE SPONSOR’S LIABILITY SHALL BE LIMITED TO AWARD OF A PRIZE
OF ITS SOLE CHOOSING WHICH IS OF COMPARABLE VALUE IN LIEU OF THE TRIP TO
THE EXPERIENCE.
The foregoing protocols are subject to change prior to Trip or Experience without notice.
Any images of prize/prize components in advertising are for illustrative purposes only and
actual items awarded as prizes/prize components may differ from such images for various
reasons; and Sponsor and Administrator disclaim any and all liability in conjunction therewith.
9. General. Each entrant agrees to, accepts and shall abide by these Official Rules and agrees
that any disputes shall be resolved by Sponsor, in its sole discretion. Sponsor reserves the
right to cancel/terminate, modify, amend or suspend the Sweepstakes if in Sponsor’s sole
determination it believes that the integrity of the Sweepstakes has been, or could be,
compromised or that the Sweepstakes is not capable of running as planned or fairly, including
without limitation due to tampering, unauthorized intervention, fraud, or force majeure or any
other causes beyond Sponsor’s control. Sweepstakes void where prohibited or restricted. If
any provision of this Sweepstakes shall be deemed to violate any federal, state or municipal
law, it shall be amended to conform to such law and all other provisions shall remain in full
force and effect. Sponsor is not responsible for any typographical or other errors in the printing
of these Official Rules, administration of this Sweepstakes or in the announcement of any
winner or Prize. In the event this Sweepstakes is canceled for any reason, Sponsor reserves
the right to conduct a random drawing to award the prizes from among all eligible, non-
suspect, entries received prior to the time of the action or event warranting such cancellation.
10. Disputes. Except where prohibited, participant agrees that: (1) any and all disputes, claims
and causes of action arising out of or connected with this Sweepstakes or any prize awarded
shall be resolved individually, without resort to any form of class action, and exclusively by the
United States District Court for the Central District of California or an appropriate California
State Court; (2) any and all claims, judgments and awards shall be limited to actual out-of-
pocket costs incurred, including costs associated with participating in this Sweepstakes, but
in no event attorneys’ fees; and (3) under no circumstances will participant be permitted to
obtain awards for, and participant hereby waives all rights to claim, indirect, punitive, incidental
and consequential damages and any other damages, other than for actual out-of-pocket
expenses (if any), and any and all rights to have damages multiplied or otherwise increased.
All issues and questions concerning the construction, validity, interpretation and enforceability
of these Official Rules, or the rights and obligations of the participant and Sponsor in
connection with the Sweepstakes shall be governed by, and construed in accordance with,
the laws of the State of California, without giving effect to any choice of law or conflict of law
rules (whether of the State of California or any other jurisdiction), which would cause the
application of the laws of any jurisdiction other than the State of California.
11. Release. By participating, each entrant agrees to hold harmless the Promotion Entities, Meta
Platforms, Inc., Twitter, Inc., and TikTok Inc., each of their respective employees, officers,
directors, shareholders, representatives, agents, successors and assigns (collectively, the
“Released Parties”), from any liability whatsoever, and waive and release such parties from
any and all causes of action, for any claims, costs, injuries, losses, or damages of any kind
(including, without limitation, claims, costs, injuries, losses and damages related to personal
injuries, death, damage to or destruction of property, rights of publicity or privacy, defamation
or portrayal in a false light, whether intentional or unintentional) arising out of or in connection
with the event or acceptance, possession, or use/misuse of any prize, participation in any
promotion-related activity, or participation in the promotion, whether under a theory of
contract, torts (including, without limitation, negligence), warranty, or any other theory or cause
of action.
12. Privacy. Information submitted in connection with the Sweepstakes will be treated in
accordance with these Official Rules and Sponsor’s Privacy Policy, currently located at
http://www.warnerbros.com/privacy/policy; provided, that in the event of any conflict between
these Official Rules and such Privacy Policy, the terms and conditions of these Official Rules
shall prevail only with respect to the conduct of this Sweepstakes.
13. Winner’s List. To obtain the name of the Sweepstakes winner, mail a separate, self-
addressed, stamped envelope to: “Harry Potter VR Experience Sweepstakes Winner”, c/o
Probability, PO Box 1559, Social Circle, GA 30025-1559. All such requests must be received
by November 21, 2022.
