Eligibility: The Titans Schedule Challenge (“Sweepstakes”) is open to legal residents of Tennessee, Alabama & Kentucky and who are eighteen (18) years of age or older as of date of entry. Employees, officers & directors of Tennessee Football, Inc., doing business as the Tennessee Titans (“Sponsor”), Pinnacle Bank, Facebook, Inc., Twitter, Inc., the NFL Parties (defined as NFL Enterprises LLC, NFL Properties LLC, the National Football League, its member professional football clubs, NFL Ventures, Inc., NFL Ventures, L.P., NFL International LLC, NFL Productions LLC and each of their respective affiliates, owners, subsidiaries, shareholders, officers, directors, partners, agents, representatives and employees, both individually and collectively) and each of their respective parents, affiliates, subsidiaries, agents, wholesalers, retailers, distributors, suppliers, advertising and promotion agencies (hereafter collectively, “Released Parties”), and each such individual’s immediate family members (mother, father, sister, brother, child, husband, wife and their respective spouses, regardless of where they reside) and those living in their same households, whether or not related, are not eligible to participate or win.

Void outside the aforementioned states and where prohibited or restricted by law, rule or regulation. All applicable federal, state and local laws apply. This Sweepstakes is in no way sponsored, endorsed or administered by, or associated with, Facebook, Twitter or Instagram. You are providing your information to the Sponsor and not to Facebook, Twitter or Instagram.

Sweepstakes Period: The Sweepstakes starts on March 23, 2023 10:00 PM Central Time (“CT”) and ends on April 23, 2023 at 11:59 PM CT (the “Sweepstakes Period”). Sponsor’s computer is the official time-keeping device for the Sweepstakes. In order to be eligible, Submissions must be received by 11:59 PM CT April 23, 2023.

How to Participate: Participants may enter the Sweepstakes by visiting https://www.tennesseetitans.com/fans/promotions/schedule-challenge/ and completing the entry form (a “Submission” and/or “Entry”). Completion of the entry form constitutes your unconditional acceptance to these Official Rules.

Restrictions: Limit one (1) Sweepstakes entry per person and/or per valid email address regardless of the method of entry. Additional entries received beyond the first Entry from any given handle, person and/or valid e-mail will be void regardless of the method of entry. By submitting an Entry, entrant hereby warrants and represents that the Entry conforms to the Entry Requirements set forth herein. Entries that are deemed to be immoral, obscene, profane or not in keeping with Sponsor’s image or in violation of these Official Rules will be void. In addition, to be eligible, Entry cannot include any third-party intellectual property, general property, likeness or imagery. Entry cannot defame or invade intellectual property rights of any person, living or deceased, or otherwise infringe upon any copyrighted, trademarked, or patented works or person’s personal or proprietary rights. All Entries become the exclusive property of the Sponsor, and none will be acknowledged or returned.

Choosing Winners: The potential Grand Prize or Consolation Prize winner will be determined when the 2023 NFL schedule is revealed to the public in May 2023. Sponsor will attempt to notify the potential winner via email. The entrant who accurately guesses the correct order of opponents (including Bye week) for all eighteen (18) weeks of the Titans 2023 schedule, as set by the NFL, will be the potential Grand Prize winner. In the event there are multiple entrants who accurately guess the correct order of opponents (including the Bye week) for all eighteen (18) weeks of the Titans 2023 schedule, a random drawing will be held to determine the potential Grand Prize winner. In the event that there are no entrants who accurately guess the correct order of opponents (including the Bye week) for all eighteen (18) weeks, then no Grand Prize will be awarded. However, the entrant who accurately guesses the opponent for the highest number of correct weeks of the Titans 2023 schedule will be considered the potential Consolation Prize winner. In the event there is no Grand Prize winner and there are multiple entrants eligible for the Consolation Prize, a random drawing will be held to determine the potential Consolation Prize winner. In the event that no entrant accurately guesses any opponent for any week of the 2023 Titans schedule, then the Consolation Prize winner will be determined by a random drawing of all eligible entries.

Potential winners are subject to eligibility verification and compliance with these Official Rules. If a potential winner cannot be contacted; is ineligible according to these Official Rules; if a potential winner decides to decline his/her prize for any reason whatsoever; or if a potential winner otherwise fails to fully comply with these Official Rules, he/she will forfeit his/her prize and the prize may be awarded to another randomly selected entrant. Sponsor will provide the Prize winner(s) with the Prize, or with a voucher, certificate, or other document giving the person the unconditional right to receive the Prize, within thirty (30) days of notifying the Prize winner(s) that they won. Potential Grand Prize winners will be required to execute and return an Affidavit of Eligibility, Declaration of Compliance, Liability Release and (unless prohibited by law) Publicity Release within three (3) days of issuance.

Odds: The odds of winning depends on the number of eligible entries received. NO PURCHASE NECESSARY. PURCHASE WILL NOT INCREASE YOUR CHANCES OF WINNING.

One (1) Grand Prize or One (1) Consolation Prize: THERE WILL ONLY BE ONE (1) WINNER. If at least one (1) entrant correctly guesses the correct order of opponents (including the Bye week) for all eighteen (18) weeks of the Titans 2023 schedule, then the Grand Prize winner will receive $25,000.00.
 

In the event no entrant accurately guesses the correct order of opponents (including the bye week) for all eighteen (18) weeks of the Titans 2023 schedule, then only the Consolation Prize will be awarded. The Consolation Prize winner will receive two (2) Tennessee Titans tickets to the 2023 Titans regular season home opener game played at Nissan Stadium. ARV of Consolation Prize: $278.00 per ticket. THE CONSOLATION PRIZE DOES NOT INCLUDE PARKING COSTS OR A PERSONAL SEAT LICENSE. THE TICKETS ARE NON-TRANSFERRABLE AND INELIGIBLE FOR RESALE.
Transportation to and from each game is the sole responsibility of the winners. Exact seat location determined by Sponsor in its sole discretion. In the event the 2023 NFL season is not played due to player strike, management lockout, or other labor dispute or for any other reason outside the Sponsor’s control, including pandemic or health concerns the Consolation Prize winner will receive game tickets for a 2024 Tennessee Titans game in lieu of a 2023 game. The Grand and Consolation Prizes are subject to the terms and conditions specified thereon. Unused tickets cannot be refunded, exchanged or applied towards tickets for events in any subsequent years. Each winner and his/her respective guests must comply with all venue rules and regulations. Failure to do so may result in forfeiture of such portion of the prize and removal from game. Released Parties reserve the right to remove or to deny attendance to any winner and/or guest who engages in a non-sportsmanlike or disruptive manner, or with intent to annoy, abuse, threaten or harass any other person at the game. Terms, conditions and restrictions on voucher may apply, as designated by issuer. All costs and expenses associated with the acceptance and use of any prize not specified herein as being awarded, including, but not limited to, all federal, state, and local taxes, food, beverages, souvenirs, parking, any ground transportation, and other miscellaneous expenses are winner’s sole responsibility. Limit one (1) Grand Prize or Consolation Prize per person, handle and/or valid email address.

Total ARV of all prizes to be awarded in this Sweepstakes: $25,000.00 total if the Grand Prize is awarded and $556.00 if the Consolation Prize is awarded. Any difference between stated value and actual value will not be awarded.

Entry Details: By entering, each entrant warrants and represents that his/her Submission does not defame or otherwise violate the rights of any third party and does not violate any federal, state or local laws or ordinances. The name of the “authorized account holder” associated with any given email address or social media account will be deemed to be the entrant and must comply with these Official Rules. The authorized account holder is defined as the natural person who is assigned an email address by an Internet access provider, an online service provider, or another organization that is responsible for assigning email addresses or the domain associated with the submitted email address. Proof (to Sponsor’s satisfaction) of being the authorized account holder may be required by Sponsor.

Released Parties are not responsible for lost, incomplete, late, damaged, delayed, garbled, inaccurate, incomplete or misdirected entries, Submissions or email messages; failures or malfunctions of phones, phone lines or telephone systems or other communications malfunctions; interrupted or unavailable network, server or other connections, failed computer hardware or software or other technical failures; garbled, lost, misrouted or scrambled transmissions; any error, omission, interruption, defect or delay in any transmission or communication; traffic congestion on the Internet or for any technical problem, including but not limited to any injury or damage to entrant’s or any other person’s computer related to or resulting from participation in this Sweepstakes; printing, typographical or other errors appearing within these Official Rules or in any Sweepstakes-related advertisements or other materials; or other errors or problems of any kind whether mechanical, human, technical, electronic or otherwise; or the administration of the Sweepstakes; or the processing of Entries or Submissions. Use of any device to automate or subvert the entry process is prohibited and any entries or submissions received through such means will be void. Entries or Submissions will be disqualified if they contain inappropriate material or language, including profanity.

Personal Data and Privacy Policy:  By entering the Sweepstakes, Entrants consent to the handling of their information as described in the Sponsor’s Privacy Policy, which can be found at: https://www.tennesseetitans.com/about-us/privacy-policy. By entering this Sweepstakes and selecting the applicable checkboxes, Entrant gives his/her express permission to be contacted by the Sponsor about other Sponsor programs and/or ticket information. Sponsor may collect the Entry Information through third-party administration companies for the sole purpose of administering this Sweepstakes.

Miscellaneous: No transfer, assignment, cash redemption or substitution of prize (or portion of prize) permitted except by Sponsor who reserves the right to substitute a prize (or applicable portion of prize) of comparable or greater value, at its sole discretion. Failure to satisfy any of the foregoing, comply with these Official Rules or any prize or prize notification being returned as non-deliverable or Sponsor being unable to contact potential winner within a reasonable time period for any reason will result in prize being forfeited and, at Sponsor’s discretion, a runner-up winner may be selected from all remaining eligible entries. Sponsor will issue a 1099-Misc for Prizes, to the extent required by applicable law. Each Entrant is responsible for any payment of all local, state, and federal taxes resulting from the income attributable to the receipt of any Prize and should consult his or her professional legal and accounting advisors regarding the tax effects of his or her respective Prize(s).

By participating, each entrant acknowledges and agrees: (1) to be bound by these Official Rules and the decisions of the Sponsor which are final and binding in all respects; (2) that his/her Submission (and all components thereof) will not be acknowledged or returned; (3) that Released Parties and their respective designees shall have the right and permission to use (unless prohibited by law) entrant’s name, voice, city and state of residence, photograph and/or likeness for advertising and/or trade and/or any other purpose in any media now or hereafter known without further compensation, permission or notification to entrants or any third parties; and (4) the Released Parties shall have no liability and will be held harmless by entrants for any liability, loss, injury or damage to participants or any other person or entity, including personal injury or death to participants or any other person or damage to personal or real property, due in whole or in part, directly or indirectly, by reason of entrant’s participation in this Sweepstakes, the use of any photo or acceptance, possession, use or misuse of a prize.

Sponsor reserves the right, in its sole discretion, to void suspect Submissions or to modify, cancel, terminate or suspend the Sweepstakes (or any portion thereof) should virus, bugs, non-authorized human intervention or other causes, including but not limited to war or armed conflict (whether or not officially declared), labor controversy or threat thereof, and/or acts of God, corrupt or impair the administration, security, fairness or proper play of the Sweepstakes and, in the event of such cancellation, suspension or termination, at its discretion, select the Prize winners from among all non-suspect, eligible Entries received up to time of such action.

Disputes: THIS SWEEPSTAKES IS GOVERNED BY THE LAWS OF DAVIDSON COUNTY AND THE STATE OF TENNESSEE, WITHOUT RESPECT TO CONFLICT OF LAW DOCTRINES. EXCLUSIVE JURISDICTION AND VENUE FOR ALL MATTERS RELATED TO THIS SWEEPSTAKES SHALL BE IN THE STATE COURTS OF DAVIDSON COUNTY, TENNESSEE, OR THE UNITED STATES DISTRICT COURT FOR THE MIDDLE DISTRICT OF TENNESSEE, NASHVILLE DIVISION, AND SPONSOR AND PARTICIPANT HEREBY AGREE AND CONSENT TO SUCH JURISDICTION AND VENUE. As a condition of participating in this Sweepstakes, participant agrees that any and all disputes that cannot be resolved between the parties, and causes of action arising out of or connected with this Sweepstakes, shall be resolved individually, without resort to any form of class action, exclusively before a court located in Tennessee having jurisdiction. Further, in any such dispute, under no circumstances shall participant be permitted to obtain awards for, and hereby waives all rights to, punitive, incidental, or consequential damages, including reasonable attorney’s fees, other than participant’s actual out-of-pocket expenses (i.e. costs associated with entering this Sweepstakes). Participant further waives all rights to have damages multiplied or increased.

SPONSOR WILL HAVE NO LIABILITY FOR ANY PERSONAL INJURIES, DEATH, PROPERTY DAMAGE, OR OTHER DAMAGES OR EXPENSES RESULTING FROM OR ARISING OUT OF ANY TRAVEL RELATED TO THE GRAND OR CONSOLATION PRIZE OR ANY OTHER ASPECT OF THE GRAND OR CONSOLATION PRIZE WINNERS’ ACCEPTANCE OR USE OF THE GRAND OR CONSOLATION PRIZE.

CAUTION: ANY ATTEMPT BY ANY PERSON OR PERSONS, WHETHER OR NOT AN ENTRANT, TO DELIBERATELY DAMAGE ANY WEBSITE ASSOCIATED WITH THIS SWEEPSTAKES OR UNDERMINE THE CONTENT OR LEGITIMATE OPERATION OF THIS SWEEPSTAKES IS A VIOLATION OF CRIMINAL AND CIVIL LAWS AND SHOULD SUCH AN ATTEMPT BE MADE, SPONSOR WILL DISQUALIFY ANY SUCH ENTRANT, AND SPONSOR, AND THEIR RESPECTIVE AGENTS RESERVE THE RIGHT TO SEEK DAMAGES (INCLUDING ATTORNEYS’ FEES) AND OTHER REMEDIES FROM ANY PERSON OR PERSONS RESPONSIBLE FOR THE ATTEMPT TO THE FULLEST EXTENT PERMITTED BY LAW.
