NO PURCHASE OR PAYMENT IS NECESSARY TO ENTER OR WIN. A PURCHASE OR PAYMENT WILL NOT IMPROVE YOUR
CHANCES OF WINNING.
INTERNET ACCESS MAY BE REQUIRED. VOID WHERE PROHIBITED OR OTHERWISE RESTRICTED BY LAW.
1. ELIGIBILITY: The 2023 Shell Rotella Truck Sweepstakes (the “Sweepstakes”) is open only to legal and current residents of
the forty-eight (48) contiguous United States (excludes Alaska and Hawaii) and the District of Columbia (collectively, the “U.S.”) who
are at least twenty-one (21) years of age at time of entry (or the age of majority in their state of legal residence, whichever is greater);
possessing a valid U.S. commercial driver’s license (“CDL”); and insured in their state of legal residence. Employees of Pennzoil-
Quaker State Company d/b/a SOPUS Products (“Sponsor”) and its parent, affiliate and subsidiary companies, participating advertising
and sweepstakes agencies, prize suppliers, including but not limited to, those entities involved in the preparation of materials for,
administration and/or execution of, this Sweepstakes (collectively “Sweepstakes Entities”) and their immediate family members
(spouse, siblings, children, and parents including step-relations) and/or those living in the same household of such employees (whether
or not related) are ineligible.
The Potential Winner, defined in Section 4, is subject to determination of eligibility and verification by Sponsor or its authorized
representative before the Grand Prize, defined in Section 5, will be awarded. This Sweepstakes is subject to all applicable federal,
state, and local laws and regulations and is void in Alaska, Hawaii, U.S. territories and possessions and where prohibited or restricted
by law. By entering in the Sweepstakes, all entrants (each an “Entrant”; collectively “Entrants”) and the Grand Prize Winner, defined
in Section 6, agree to be bound by these Official Rules and the decisions of the Sponsor and its authorized representative, which are
final and binding in all matters concerning this Sweepstakes. Winning the Grand Prize is contingent upon fulfilling all requirements set
forth herein.
2. SWEEPSTAKES PERIOD: Sweepstakes starts at 12:00 AM (midnight) Central Time (“CT”) on March 1, 2023 and ends at
11:59 PM CT on June 30, 2023 (“Sweepstakes Period”). Sponsor’s computer will be the official timekeeping device of the
Sweepstakes. Sponsor is not responsible for late, incomplete, or misdirected Entries, defined in Section 3.
3. HOW TO ENTER: There are two (2) ways to submit an entry (each an “Entry”; collectively “Entries”) in the Sweepstakes.
A. Purchase Entry Method: Eligible individuals who visit a participating installer location and purchase a minimum 11-gallon Shell
Rotella®
heavy duty diesel engine oil change (the “Qualifying Purchase”) during the Sweepstakes Period will qualify for up to three
(3) Entries in the Sweepstakes, depending on the product purchased, as set forth below.
i. Eligible individuals who purchase a Shell Rotella®
T4 Triple Protection®
heavy duty diesel engine oil change from a participating
installer location during the Sweepstakes Period will qualify to receive one (1) Entry in the Sweepstakes.
ii. Eligible individuals who purchase a Shell Rotella®
T5 Synthetic Blend heavy duty diesel engine oil change from a participating
installer location during the Sweepstakes Period will qualify to receive two (2) Entries in the Sweepstakes.
iii. Eligible individuals who purchase a Shell Rotella®
T6 Full Synthetic heavy duty diesel engine oil change from a participating
installer location during the Sweepstakes Period will qualify to receive three (3) Entries in the Sweepstakes.
To enter in the Sweepstakes, using a smart-phone device, tablet or computer, access the Sweepstakes website (“Website”) by entering
www.rotella.com/sweepstakes (“URL”) in your web browser. Then, follow the on-screen instructions to register in the Sweepstakes and
upload a copy of the original printed installer identified and dated service invoice showing the required Qualifying Purchase (brand,
product and type of service required on invoice) made from a participating installer location during the Sweepstakes Period. During
registration, each Entrant must answer the question of whether or not they are a fleet owner/operator or driver and purchased a Shell
Rotella®
heavy duty diesel engine oil change through a fleet program. If the Entrant is a fleet owner/operator or driver and purchased
a qualifying Shell Rotella®
heavy duty diesel engine oil change through a fleet program, then they will be required to provide their fleet
company name, first name, last name, physical mailing address, email address, daytime telephone number (optional), and certify that
they are twenty-one (21) years of age or older, possessing a valid U.S. CDL, and insured in their state of legal residence for purposes
of administering the Sweepstakes and check the box agreeing to these Official Rules. If the Entrant is not a fleet owner/operator or
driver and did not purchase a qualifying Shell Rotella®
heavy duty diesel engine oil change through a fleet program, then they will be
required to provide their first name, last name, physical mailing address, email address, daytime telephone number (optional), and
certify that they are twenty-one (21) years of age or older, possessing a valid U.S. CDL, and insured in their state of legal residence
for purposes of administering the Sweepstakes and check the box agreeing to these Official Rules. Entrants, at their own option and
discretion, may elect to “opt-in” to receive future marketing and promotional communications from Sponsor. Choosing to “opt-out” or
“opt-in” will not affect Entrants’ chances of winning. To view a full list of participating installer locations, please visit

All online submissions must be completed by 11:59 PM CT on July 14, 2023. Upon validation of Qualifying Purchase by Sponsor or its
authorized representative, each Entrant will receive the number of Entries stated above in accordance with their Qualifying Purchase
at a participating installer location during the Sweepstakes Period, up to a maximum of four (4) Entries per Entrant during the entire
Sweepstakes Period, regardless of entry method.
B. Alternative Entry Method: If an Entrant does not want to make a Qualifying Purchase as set forth in section 3A, an Entrant
alternatively may receive an Entry by legibly hand-printing in black or blue ink on a 3″ x 5″ card their fleet company name (if applicable),
first and last name, street address, city, state, ZIP code, email address, and daytime telephone number (optional) and mailing the card
with first class postage affixed to: 2023 Shell Rotella Truck Sweepstakes, Offer #O2428, P.O. Box 809004, Houston, TX 77280-9921.
Only one (1) mail-in Entry per postmarked envelope. Mail-in submissions must be postmarked by July 14, 2023 and received by July
28, 2023 to receive an Entry in the Sweepstakes. Illegible, incomplete, inaccurate, lost, late, misdirected, stolen, delayed, damaged,
postage due, machine printed, typewritten or mechanically reproduced mail-in Entry submissions will not be accepted. An Entrant’s
submission of an Entry by mail certifies that they (i) are satisfying all eligibility requirements set forth herein, and (ii) has read and
complied with the terms and conditions of these Official Rules.
Regardless of the method of Entry used, there is a maximum limit of four (4) Entries per person, household and address
(email and physical) during the entire Sweepstakes Period.
Sponsor cannot guarantee this Sweepstakes will be available via all wireless carriers. Standard data plan rates may apply. Other
charges may also apply. Entrants should check their mobile plan for rates and other details relating to participation in the Sweepstakes
via mobile URL.

Entries not legitimately submitted in accordance with these Official Rules, in Sponsor’s sole discretion, are void. More than the stated
number of allowable entries per person, household, and address (email and physical) during the Sweepstakes Period is not permitted.
Any attempt by any Entrant to obtain more than the stated number of Entries by using multiple/different email addresses, identities,
registrations, and logins, cheating or fraud, through a sweepstakes club or similar entity, or any other unauthorized methods will void
all of the Entrant’s Entries and Entrant will be disqualified from the Sweepstakes. If Sponsor suspects that any Entrant has or appears
to have submitted mass Entries, or Entries generated by an automated program, bot, script, robotic, macro or use of any other device
that is prohibited, this will result in disqualification. All Entries shall become the property of Sponsor and will not be acknowledged or
returned.
Proof of Entry submission is not proof of its receipt by Sponsor. Only eligible Entries received by Sponsor in accordance with the terms
and conditions set forth in the Official Rules will be accepted and eligible for the Sweepstakes drawing, defined in Section 4. In the
event of a dispute as to the identity of an Entrant in the Sweepstakes, the Entry will be deemed completed by the authorized account
holder of the email address used to enter in the Sweepstakes. Potential Winner may be required to show proof of being the authorized
account holder. The “authorized account holder” is the natural person assigned to an email address by an Internet service provider,
online service provider, or other organization responsible for assigning email addresses for the domain associated with the submitted
email address. All Entries will be deemed to have been made by the authorized account holder. Sweepstakes Entities are not
responsible for late, lost, misdirected, incomplete, delayed, stolen, invalid, unintelligible, technically corrupted, garbled or illegible
Entries, which will be disqualified, or for any failure to capture Entries, or problems of any kind whether mechanical, human or electronic.
4. RANDOM DRAWING: On or about August 1, 2023 at or about 10:00 AM CT, Sponsor or its authorized representative will
conduct a random drawing to select one (1) potential winner (“Potential Winner”) of the Sweepstakes from all eligible Entries received
by Sponsor in the Sweepstakes.
5. GRAND PRIZE, APPROXIMATE RETAIL VALUE, AND ODDS OF WINNING:
A. Subject to the terms and conditions of these Official Rules, a maximum of one (1) Grand Prize will be awarded in connection
with this Sweepstakes. The “Grand Prize” consists of a $200,000 maximum line of credit (“Credit”) to use towards the purchase of one
(1) of the following Class 8 trucks: Freightliner Cascadia®
, International LoneStar®
, International LT®
Series, Kenworth T680, Mack
Anthem , Mack Pinnacle , Peterbilt Model 579, or Volvo VNL. Credit may only be used to purchase one (1) of the Class 8 trucks
stated above from an approved original equipment manufacturer (“OEM”) dealership and for no other purpose whatsoever. Credit
expires on December 31, 2023. No cash alternative.
B. The approximate retail value (“ARV”) of the Grand Prize is up to two hundred thousand dollars ($200,000). Any difference
between the stated ARV and the actual value of a Prize will not be awarded.
C. Odds of winning the Grand Prize depend on the total number of eligible Entries received by Sponsor in the Sweepstakes in
accordance with the terms and conditions set forth in these Official Rules. Grand Prize or Grand Prize notifications that are unclaimed,
unredeemed or returned as undeliverable will remain un-awarded.
D. All federal, state, and local taxes payable in respect of the Grand Prize are solely the responsibility of the confirmed Grand
Prize Winner, defined in Section 6. Grand Prize does not include any other item or cost, fee, and other expense not specified in these
Official Rules, and any such expenses are the sole responsibility of the Grand Prize Winner. Grand Prize Winner is solely responsible
for all obligations associated with accepting, registering, or operating the vehicle including but not limited to state license and insurance
laws and regulations. Grand Prize Winner is solely responsible for paying any applicable taxes, costs, fees, and other expenses
exceeding $200,000 including but not limited to sales tax, luxury tax, and other taxes; registration, title, and license fees; transportation
costs of the vehicle to the Grand Prize Winner’s home; and any other expenses associated with accepting, registering, or operating
the vehicle. If the Grand Prize Winner purchases a vehicle for less than $200,000, they will not receive the difference between the
purchase price and the $200,00 maximum credit limit, however, in this instance, the difference between the $200,000 credit limit and
purchase price may be used toward applicable taxes; registration, title and license fees; and transportation costs of the vehicle to the
Grand Prize Winner’s home. Any amount above $200,000 that is required for commission, tax, title, registration and license fees, and
transportation costs of the vehicle to the winner’s home, is the sole responsibility of the Grand Prize Winner. Any valuation of the Grand
Prize stated above is based on available information provided to Sponsor at the time these Official Rules were published, and the value
of the Grand Prize awarded will be reported for tax purposes as required by law. A Form 1099 will be issued to the potential winner by
Sponsor or its authorized representative, and they must provide Sponsor or its authorized representative with their valid social security
number or tax identification number before the Grand Prize will be awarded. For more information regarding Sponsor’s Privacy Policy,

E. Grand Prize Winner agrees that the Grand Prize is awarded “as is”, and pursuant to a revocable, nontransferable license that
is personal to the Grand Prize Winner, and may not be sold, resold, auctioned, bartered, assigned, exchanged, placed in commerce,
transferred, given away, donated or otherwise conveyed. Grand Prize cannot be exchanged or redeemed for cash and will not be
replaced if lost or stolen. No assignment, transfer, or substitution of the Grand Prize, in whole or in part, is permitted, except that
Sponsor reserves the right in its sole discretion to substitute the Grand Prize, or a portion thereof, with a prize item or items of equal or
greater value if the Grand Prize (or any portion thereof) cannot be awarded for any reason (including but not limited to any delays
caused by the COVID-19 pandemic), as determined by Sponsor in its sole and absolute discretion, without liability.
Any depiction of the Grand Prize or any element thereof in promotional and advertising materials in connection with the
Sweepstakes is for illustrative purposes only and may not be the actual prize awarded.
6. HOW TO CLAIM THE GRAND PRIZE: The Potential Winner is subject to verification of eligibility and confirmation of compliance
with the terms and conditions of these Official Rules by Sponsor or its authorized representative, whose decisions are final and binding,
before the Grand Prize (or any portion thereof) will be awarded. To be declared the “Grand Prize Winner”, the Potential Winner must
meet all eligibility requirements and the terms and conditions of these Official Rules, as determined by Sponsor or its authorized
representative in their sole and absolute discretion. A Potential Winner is not the Grand Prize Winner unless and until the Potential
Winner’s eligibility has been verified and they have been notified that such verification is complete, and any necessary documentation
has been properly submitted to Sponsor or its authorized representative.
On or about August 1, 2023, the Potential Winner will be contacted by Sponsor or its authorized representative, in their sole discretion,
via email and/or telephone at the email address and/or telephone number provided by the Entrant to enter in the Sweepstakes to notify
them that they have been selected as the Potential Winner and to verify their eligibility and compliance with all requirements set forth
in these Official Rules. Potential Winner will have five (5) business days to respond to this notification. Potential Winner must respond
as instructed in the notification message. Entrants should regularly check their spam filters and voice mail messages to ensure that
they do not contain any Sweepstakes notifications. Failure to promptly respond to Sponsor’s notification may result in forfeiture of the
Grand Prize.

Potential Winner will be required to execute and return a Declaration of Eligibility and a Liability & Publicity Release (“Declaration &
Release”), except where prohibited by law, within a time period specified by Sponsor or its authorized representative before being
declared the Grand Prize Winner and receiving the Grand Prize. Potential Winner must present a current and valid U.S. CDL issued
from their state of legal residence and provide satisfactory proof of insurance in their state of legal residence. Potential Winner may be
required to furnish other proof of identification and other proof of eligibility under these Official Rules, except where prohibited by law.
Failure to comply with any of the requirements set forth in these Official Rules may result in forfeiture of the Grand Prize.
Potential Winner may waive the right to receive the Grand Prize or must be able to accept the Grand Prize as awarded in its entirety
or not at all. In the event the Potential Winner fails to provide all required information and/or documentation or execute the Declaration
& Release within the time period specified by Sponsor or its authorized representative; is found to be ineligible or not in compliance
with all of the requirements set forth in these Official Rules; declines to accept the Grand Prize; or cannot be reached at the email
address and/or telephone number provided at time of entry within five (5) business days after the first attempt by Sponsor or its
authorized representative to contact them, the Grand Prize will be forfeited and may be awarded, in Sponsor’s sole and absolute
discretion, to an alternate potential winner by random drawing from all remaining eligible entries received by Sponsor in the
Sweepstakes until a final Grand Prize Winner is declared. If the Grand Prize notification is ignored, returned as unclaimed, or
undeliverable for whatever reason beyond the control of Sponsor, the Grand Prize will be forfeited and may be awarded to an alternate
potential winner in Sponsor’s sole discretion. Sponsor or its authorized representative shall not be responsible for failed attempts to
notify the Potential Winner and no responsibility is assumed by the Sponsor or its authorized representative for any correspondence
returned as undeliverable or any other problems associated with the attempt to notify the Potential Winner.
Sponsor also reserves the right to and may conduct a voluntary background check on a Potential Winner, and such individual agrees
to cooperate, to confirm eligibility and to help ensure that awarding the Prize to any such individual will not bring the Sweepstakes
Entities into public disrepute, contempt, scandal, or ridicule or reflect unfavorably on the Sweepstakes, the Sweepstakes Entities, or
their respective brands, goods, or services, as determined by Sponsor in its sole discretion. In the event a Potential Winner refuses the
voluntary background check, such refusal will cause forfeiture of the Prize.
Acceptance of the Grand Prize constitutes permission for Sponsor and Sweepstakes Entities to use the Grand Prize Winner’s persona,
name, biographical information, opinions, voice, photograph and/or likeness for advertising and promotional purposes in all media now
known or hereinafter developed throughout the world in perpetuity, without additional compensation, review, notification or permission,
unless prohibited by law.
7. LIMITATIONS OF LIABILITY/INTERNET: GRAND PRIZE WINNER AGREES TO ACCEPT THE PRIZE “AS IS” AND HEREBY
ACKNOWLEDGES THAT SPONSOR AND SWEEPSTAKES ENTITIES HAVE NEITHER MADE NOR ARE IN ANY MANNER
RESPONSIBLE OR LIABLE FOR ANY WARRANTIES, REPRESENTATIONS, OR GUARANTEES, EXPRESS OR IMPLIED, IN FACT
OR IN LAW, RELATING TO THE GRAND PRIZE, INCLUDING BUT NOT LIMITED TO, THE QUALITY, MECHANICAL CONDITION,
MERCHANTABILITY, FITNESS FOR A PARTICULAR PURPOSE, NON-INFRINGEMENT, OR EXPRESS WARRANTIES, IF ANY,
PROVIDED EXCLUSIVELY BY THE OEM MANUFACTURER THAT ARE SENT ALONG WITH THE GRAND PRIZE TO THE GRAND
PRIZE WINNER. SPONSOR AND/OR SWEEPSTAKES ENTITIES ARE NOT RESPONSIBLE FOR ANY TYPOGRAPHICAL, HUMAN
OR OTHER ERROR IN THE PRINTING OF SWEEPSTAKES COMMUNICATIONS AND/OR COLLATERAL ADVERTISING
MATERIALS, ADMINISTRATION OF THE SWEEPSTAKES, PROCESSING OF ENTRIES, SELECTION OF THE POTENTIAL
WINNER, OR IN THE ANNOUNCEMENT OF THE GRAND PRIZE WINNER OR IN ANY OTHER MATERIALS OR INFORMATION
ASSOCIATED WITH THE SWEEPSTAKES. IN NO EVENT WILL MORE GRAND PRIZES BE AWARDED THAN ARE STATED IN
THESE OFFICIAL RULES. IF, THROUGH PRINTING OR PRODUCTION ERROR, OR FOR ANY OTHER REASON WHATSOEVER,
MORE GRAND PRIZES ARE CLAIMED THAN INTENDED AND/OR SET FORTH IN THESE OFFICIAL RULES, SPONSOR
RESERVES THE RIGHT TO AWARD THE GRAND PRIZE BY RANDOM DRAWING FROM ALL CLAIMANTS FOR THE GRAND
PRIZE. ADDITIONALLY, SPONSOR AND/OR SWEEPSTAKES ENTITIES ARE NOT RESPONSIBLE FOR ERRORS RESULTING
IN OMISSION, INTERRUPTION, DELETION, DEFECT, DELAY IN OPERATIONS OR TRANSMISSION, THEFT OR DESTRUCTION
OR UNAUTHORIZED ACCESS TO OR ALTERATIONS OF SWEEPSTAKES MATERIALS, OR FOR TECHNICAL, NETWORK,

UNAVAILABLE NETWORK CONNECTIONS, TELEPHONE CONNECTIONS, WIRELESS DEVICE CONNECTIONS OR TRAFFIC
CONGESTION ON THE INTERNET OR AT ANY WEBSITE, HUMAN ERROR, OR ANY COMBINATION THEREOF. IF FOR ANY
REASON THE SWEEPSTAKES, OR ANY ELEMENT THEREOF, IS NOT CAPABLE OF RUNNING AS PLANNED, INCLUDING
INFECTION BY COMPUTER VIRUS, BUGS, TAMPERING, UNAUTHORIZED INTERVENTION, CHEATING, FRAUD, TECHNICAL
FAILURES, OR ANY OTHER CAUSES, TECHNOLOGICAL OR OTHERWISE, WHICH CORRUPT, DISRUPT OR OTHERWISE
AFFECT THE ADMINISTRATION, SECURITY, FAIRNESS, INTEGRITY, OR PROPER CONDUCT OF THIS SWEEPSTAKES,
SPONSOR RESERVES THE RIGHT IN ITS SOLE DISCRETION, BUT NOT OBLIGATION, TO CANCEL, TERMINATE, MODIFY,
EXTEND OR SUSPEND ANY AND ALL ASPECTS OF THE SWEEPSTAKES, AND PROCEED IN A MANNER IT DEEMS FAIR
REASONABLE AND IN KEEPING WITH THE INTENT OF THE SWEEPSTAKES, INCLUDING SELECTION OF THE POTENTIAL
WINNER FROM AMONG ALL ELIGIBLE ENTRIES RECEIVED PRIOR TO SUCH CANCELLATION, TERMINATION,
MODIFICATION, EXTENSION OR SUSPENSION. SPONSOR FURTHER RESERVES THE RIGHT TO DISQUALIFY ANY
INDIVIDUAL IT SUSPECTS, IN ITS SOLE AND ABSOLUTE DISCRETION, TO BE TAMPERING WITH THE OPERATION OF THE
SWEEPSTAKES. CAUTION: ANY ATTEMPT BY ANY INDIVIDUAL TO UNDERMINE THE LEGITIMATE OPERATION OF THE
SWEEPSTAKES IS A VIOLATION OF CRIMINAL AND CIVIL LAWS AND, SHOULD SUCH AN ATTEMPT BE MADE, SPONSOR
RESERVES THE RIGHT TO SEEK DAMAGES FROM AND SEEK PROSECUTION OF ANY SUCH INDIVIDUAL TO THE FULLEST

IN NO EVENT WILL RELEASED PARTIES (DEFINED BELOW) BE RESPONSIBLE OR LIABLE FOR ANY DAMAGES OR LOSSES

FROM THE WEBSITE. SOME JURISDICTIONS MAY NOT ALLOW THE LIMITATIONS OR EXCLUSION OF LIABILITY FOR
INCIDENTAL OR CONSEQUENTIAL DAMAGES OR EXCLUSION OF IMPLIED WARRANTIES. CHECK YOUR LOCAL LAWS FOR

8. INDEMNIFICATION: EACH ENTRANT AND THE GRAND PRIZE WINNER AGREE, BY ENTERING AND/OR ACCEPTING
THE GRAND PRIZE, TO RELEASE, DISCHARGE, INDEMNIFY AND HOLD HARMLESS SPONSOR, AND ITS PARENT COMPANY,
SUBSIDIARIES, AFFILIATES, DISTRIBUTORS, WEB DEVELOPMENT COMPANIES, ADVERTISING AGENCIES, (AND THEIR
PARENTS, SUBSIDIARIES AND AFFILIATES), SWEEPSTAKES AGENCIES, PRIZE SUPPLIERS, SOCIAL MEDIA PLATFORMS

UNDER A THEORY OF CONTRACT, TORT (INCLUDING NEGLIGENCE), WARRANTY OR OTHER THEORY, AND WHETHER OR
NOT CAUSED IN WHOLE OR IN PART BY THE NEGLIGENCE OF ONE OR MORE OF THE RELEASED PARTIES. INDIVIDUALS
COVENANT NOT TO SUE ANY RELEASED PARTY OR CAUSE THEM TO BE SUED REGARDING ANY MATTER RELEASED
ABOVE; AND FURTHER COVENANT NOT TO DISAFFIRM, LIMIT OR RESCIND THIS RELEASE. A WAIVER BY SPONSOR
AND/OR THE SWEEPSTAKES ENTITIES OF ANY TERM IN THESE OFFICIAL RULES DOES NOT CONSTITUTE A WAIVER OF
ANY OTHER PROVISION.
9. GOVERNING LAW; DISPUTES: By entering the Sweepstakes, each Entrant agrees that: (i) any and all disputes, claims and
causes of action arising out of or connected with this Sweepstakes, the Grand Prize, or any portion thereof, shall be resolved
individually, without resort to any form of class action, and exclusively by the United States District Court in Houston, Texas; and (ii) in
addition to the limitations in Section 7 of these Official Rules, any and all claims, judgments and awards shall be limited to actual out-
of-pocket costs incurred, including costs associated with entering this Sweepstakes but in no event attorneys’ fees. Except where
prohibited by law, all issues concerning the construction, validity and enforcement of these Official Rules, or the rights and obligations
of the Entrant and Sponsor, shall be construed and governed by the laws of the State of Texas, without regard to conflicts of law rules.
10. POSTING TERMS AND PRIVACY: By entering the Sweepstakes, each Entrant will be sharing their personal information with
Sponsor (or its authorized representative), for the purposes of entering this Sweepstakes. Entrants and the Grand Prize Winner
acknowledge and agree that Sponsor is granted the right to publish the Grand Prize Winner’s name in a Winner List in accordance
with Section 11 of these Official Rules. By entering the Sweepstakes, each Entrant agrees to Sponsor’s (or its authorized
representative’s) use of Entrant’s personal information as described herein and in Sponsor’s Privacy Policy at www.shell.us/privacy.
