1. Sponsor: SelectBlinds.com presents: The NASCAR FINALS SWEEPSTAKES! (hereafter, “Contest”). The Contest is sponsored by SelectBlinds.com, 7420 S. Kyrene Road, Ste 119, Tempe, Arizona (hereafter, the “Sponsor”). The Sponsor is responsible for all aspects of the Contest. Any person participating in the Contest shall be known as
a “Participant”. Participation in the Contest constitutes the Participant’s full and unconditional agreement to these official rules (the “Official Rules”), as well as all of Sponsor’s decisions in all matters related to the Contest, which are final and binding in all matters related to the Contest.
2. Eligibility: The Contest is only open to Participants who are natural persons and all of the following: (i) legal residents of the United States, (ii) residents in one of the 48 lower
contiguous states, and (iii) who are 18+ at the time of entry. Employees of the Sponsor, their respective affiliates, subsidiaries, advertising and promotion agencies, suppliers, and their immediate family members and/or those living in the same household of each and any of the foregoing are not eligible to participate in the Contest. The Contest is subject to all applicable federal, state, and local laws and regulations, and is void where prohibited or restricted by law, rule, or regulation.
3. Contest Period: Entries will be accepted from each entrant (“Entrant” or “you”) online starting on Monday, August 15, 2022, at 12:00 AM EDT until Friday, August 26, 2022, at 5:00 PM EDT (hereafter, the“Entry Period”). All online entries must be received by August 26, 2022, at 5:00 PM EDT. All times are (GMT-05:00) Eastern Daylight Time (US & Canada). Entries submitted before or after the Entry Period will not be eligible. Sponsor’s computer is the official timekeeping device for all dates and times related to the Contest.
4. How to Enter: Entrants must enter the Contest in ONE or more of the following ways:
a. Submitting an entry using the online form provided on Sponsor’s website (SelectBlinds.com), with a valid email address and/or mobile phone
number for each entry; OR
b. Instagram: Each Entrant must follow Sponsor’s (SelectBlinds.com’s) Instagram online profile, and create a post tagging three (3) of the Entrant’s Instagram friends, with the hashtag #SelectBlindsWins; OR
c. Facebook: Each Entrant must follow Sponsor’s (SelectBlinds.com’s) Facebook online profile, and create a post tagging three (3) of the Entrant’s Facebook friends, with the hashtag #SelectBlindsWins; OR 
d. Twitter: Each Entrant must follow Sponsor’s (SelectBlinds.com’s) online Twitter profile, and create a post tagging three (3) of the Entrant’s Twitter friends, with the hashtag #SelectBlindsWins; OR
e. TikTok: Each Entrant must follow Sponsor’s (SelectBlinds.com’s) online TikTok profile, and create a post tagging three (3) of the Entrant’s TikTok friends, with the hashtag #SelectBlindsWins. 
5. The entry must fulfill all Contest requirements, as specified, to be eligible to win a prize. Entries that are not complete or do not adhere to the Official Rules rules or any other Contest specifications may be disqualified at the sole discretion of Sponsor. Entrants may enter only once per entry method and must fill in the information requested for the entry to be valid. Entrants may not enter more times than indicated by using multiple e-mail addresses, identities, or devices in an attempt to circumvent the Official Rules. If an Entrant uses fraudulent methods or otherwise attempts to circumvent the Official Rules or any other Contest specifications, that Entry may be ruled ineligible and removed at the sole discretion of the Sponsor.
6. Qualifying Submissions: In order for any entry to qualify, the Entrant must comply with all requirements in these Official Rules, including without limitation Sections 2, 3, and 4. By submitting their information, each Entrant gives express permission for and approves Sponsor to contact them via email, SMS mobile text, or U.S. mail about upcoming product information and promotions.
7. Judging: Judging will be conducted by Sponsor. Contest winners will be chosen using a random number generator on or before September 1, 2022.
8. Prize Value: Entrants enter for a chance to win 1 of up to 8 possible SelectBlinds.com gift cards in the NASCAR FINALS SWEEPSTAKES! The approximate total combined retail value of all prizes is $5,300 USD. Prize distribution is contingent on David Ragan’s performance and outcome in the NASCAR 2022 Coke Zero Sugar 400 race, to be held on August 26th and 27th, 2022.
9. Prize Possibilities: Entrants are eligible to win prizes as follows, based on David Ragan’s respective performances: (i)  One of two (1 of 2) $50 USD SelectBlinds.com gift cards, contingent upon David Ragan’s qualification on August 26th for the main race on August 27th; (ii) One of two (1 of 2) $100 USD SelectBlinds.com gift cards, contingent upon David Ragan’s completion of the main race on August 27th; (iii) One of two (1 of 2) $500 USD SelectBlinds.com gift cards, contingent upon David Ragan’s completion of the main race on August 27th as one of the Top 10 finishers; (iv) One of two (1 of 2) $1,000 USD SelectBlinds.com gift cards, contingent upon David Ragan’s completion of the main race on August 27th in 3rd place overall; (v) One of two (1 of 2) $1,500 SelectBlinds.com gift cards, upon David Ragan’s completion of the main race on August 27th in 2nd place overall; and (vi) one of two (1 of 2) $2,000 USD SelectBlinds.com gift cards, upon David Ragan’s completion of the main race on August 27th in 1st place overall. NOTE: Actual/appraised value may differ from values herein at time of prize award. The specifics of the prize shall be solely determined by the Sponsor. No cash or other prize substitution permitted except at Sponsor's discretion. Prizes are personal to each Participant and are strictly nontransferable. Any and all prize-related expenses, including,without limitation: (i) any and all federal, state, and local taxes; and (ii) any associated fees shall be the sole responsibility of the individual prize winners. No substitution of prize or transfer/assignment of prize to others is permitted. Winners shall not be permitted to receive the cash equivalent of the prize in lieu of the prize itself. Each Participant shall be eligible to win a maximum of one (1) prize. Acceptance of prize shall constitute unreserved permission for SelectBlinds.com to use prize winner’s name, likeness, and contest entry for purposes of advertising and trade without further compensation or approvals, unless prohibited by law. 10. Winner Notification: Winners of the Contest will be notified within five (5) days following winner(s)’ selection by the e-mail address, mobile phone number or social media entry entered into the Contest.  SelectBlinds.com shall have no liability for a winner’s failure to receive notices due to winner’s spam, junk e-mail, or other security and/or device settings, or for winner’s provision of incorrect or otherwise non-functioning contact information. Any prize may be forfeited and an alternate winner selected if a selected winner: (i) cannot be contacted; (ii) is ineligible; (iii) fails to claim the prize within 15 days from the time award notification is sent; (iv) violates any Contest rules, terms, or regulations, including without limitation these Official Rules; or (v) fails to timely return a completed and executed declaration and/or any releases or acknowledgments as required. The receipt by winner of the prize offered in this Contest is conditioned upon compliance with any and all federal and state laws and regulations. ANY VIOLATION OF THESE OFFICIAL RULES BY ANY WINNER (AT SPONSOR’S SOLE DISCRETION) WILL RESULT IN SUCH WINNER’S DISQUALIFICATION AS A WINNER OF THE CONTEST AND ALL PRIVILEGES AS WINNER WILL BE IMMEDIATELY TERMINATED.
11. Rights Granted by You to Sponsor: By entering this Contest you understand that Sponsor, anyone acting on behalf of Sponsor, or Sponsor’s respective licensees, successors, and assigns will have the right, where permitted by law, without any further notice to you, to review or consent to print, publish, broadcast, distribute, and use, worldwide in any media now known or hereafter in perpetuity and throughout the world, as news, publicity or information and for trade, advertising, public relations and promotional purposes without any further compensation, all of the following : (i) the entry, including without limitation and Entrant’s name, portrait, picture, voice, likeness, image, or statements about the Contest; and (ii) Entrant’s biographical information.
12. Additional Sponsor Contest Prerogatives: Sponsor reserves the right, in its sole discretion to cancel, terminate, modify, or suspend the Contest should (in its sole determination) a virus, bugs, non-authorized human intervention, fraud, or other causes beyond its control corrupt or affect the administration, security, fairness, economic feasibility, or proper conduct of the Contest. In such case, Sponsor may judge submissions from all eligible entries received prior to and/or after (if appropriate) the action taken by Sponsor. Sponsor reserves the right at its sole discretion to disqualify any individual, Participant, or Entrant, who: (i) tampers or in any way interferes with or attempts to tamper or interfere with the entry process or the operation of the Contest or either the Contest website or Sponsor’s website; or (ii) violates these Terms & Conditions in any way and to any degree.
13. Sponsor has the right, in its sole discretion, to maintain the integrity of the Contest, to void entries for any reason, including, but not limited to: (i) multiple entries from the same user from different IP addresses; (ii) multiple entries from the same computer in excess of that allowed by Contest rules; or (iii) the use of bots, macros or scripts, or other technical means for entering; or (iv) entry by or on behalf of any Entrant, or participation by Participant not eligible to enter or participate in the Contest under these Official Rules. Any attempt by an Entrant to deliberately damage any website or undermine the legitimate operation of the Contest may be a violation of criminal and civil laws and should such an attempt be made, Sponsor reserves the right to seek damages from any such person to the fullest extent permitted by law. By entering the Contest you agree to receive emails periodically from Sponsor. You can opt out of receiving these communications at any time by clicking the “unsubscribe” link in the emails.
14. Limitation of Liability: By entering you agree to permanently and forever release and hold harmless Sponsor and its subsidiaries, affiliates, advertising and promotion agencies, partners, representatives, agents, successors, assigns, employees, staff, contractors, subcontractors, officers, and directors from any liability, illness, injury, death, loss, litigation, claim or damage that may occur and regardless of the legal theory or cause of action, directly or indirectly, from (i) such Entrant’s participation in the contest; (ii) Participant’s acceptance, possession, use, or misuse of any prize or any portion thereof; (ii) technical failures of any kind, including but not limited to the malfunctioning of any computer, cable, network, hardware or software; (iii) the unavailability or inaccessibility of any transmissions, or telephone or internet service; (iv) unauthorized human intervention in any part of the entry process or the Contest; (v) electronic or human error which may occur in the creation, setup, administration, running, or adjudication of the Contest or the processing of entries.
15. Disputes: THIS CONTEST IS GOVERNED BY THE LAWS OF THE UNITED STATES AND ARIZONA, WITHOUT RESPECT TO CONFLICT OF LAW DOCTRINES. As a condition of participating in this Contest, you agree that any and all disputes which cannot be resolved between the parties, and causes of action arising out of or connected with this Contest shall be resolved individually, without resort to any form of class action, exclusively before a court located in Arizona having jurisdiction. Further, in any such dispute, under no circumstances will you be permitted to obtain awards for, and you hereby waive all rights to claim punitive, incidental, or consequential damages, including reasonable attorneys’ fees, other than your actual and demonstrable out-of-pocket expenses (i.e., costs associated with entering this Contest). You further waive all rights to have damages multiplied or increased. YOU FURTHER WAIVE ALL RIGHTS TO A JURY TRIAL IN THE EVENT OF ANY DISPUTE OR CLAIM BETWEEN YOU AND SPONSOR.

Except as explicitly provided for herein, no rights of any kind have been or will be granted to you by Sponsor, including without limitation, any rights of ownership, use, distribution, or license of any Sponsor property, including without limitation any intellectual property.

F.I.T. Guarantee
The SelectBlinds.com F.I.T. Guarantee gives you the confidence to measure your own custom window coverings without worrying about making a mistake. If you do have a measuring mishap, we will remake that product to your corrected size specifications at no cost to you, other than a small $10 shipping fee. The only time you may incur a remake charge is if there is a difference in price between the original product and the remake.

The F.I.T. Guarantee applies only to necessary remakes of a product due to customer error in measurements (i.e., incorrect/wrong size window measurements provided by customer on order) resulting in product that is made to wrong size.

Product remakes will be made with customer’s corrected measurements applied to the original product ordered only. Product(s) will be remade in same style, color, features, etc., per original order.

Requests for product remakes under guarantee must be made within 30 days of delivery date of original product to customer.

Customer must provide SelectBlinds.com with photo showing how product does not fit window when requesting remake under this guarantee.

Remakes under this guarantee are limited to one (1) per order and a total of four (4) window coverings per household per customer lifetime whether for same or different product(s). We want to make sure you’re confident and happy with your order. To ensure you don’t experience any buyer’s remorse, we allow customers a 24-hour review period after your order is placed before sending it on to our production facility. This gives you time to correct any “oops!” or make any last-minute changes to your order. (If you wish to bypass the 24-hour review period and have your order sent directly into production, just click the “Bypass Review” button when you receive your order confirmation email.)

Changes within the standard 24-hour review period can be submitted by email via our How to Make Changes to an Order or Contact pages. You can also call Customer Care at 888-257-1840, and one of our team members will be happy to adjust your order for you. 

This policy applies to products with standard production times. Most of our custom window blinds and shades are made in as few as 4-7 business days after an order is sent to our production facility. (Check the Production & Shipping tab on our product pages for your product’s production time.) Unfortunately, orders for or that include products with 1-3 day production times, as well as any orders requesting expedited shipping, cannot be changed. 

If your order is for a product with a 1-3 day production time and it is absolutely necessary to adjust it, we can attempt to do so before it is shipped from the production facility. If we cannot do so in time or you wish to cancel after production has started, you would be charged a restocking fee of less than the original amount of the order.

 

Order Handling Fee
What is the order handling fee? This fee is applied to every order, no matter the quantity. It allows us to absorb the escalating costs of manufacturing many of our custom-made window coverings here in the USA and helps us maintain free shipping on all our products. Please note that this fee is non-refundable.

Phone Orders
All Phone order customers are responsible to verify their orders on the order confirmation that is emailed to them after checkout. Customers that fail to do so will void the satisfaction guarantee on the website. This is a tool to ensure no mistakes are made. We strongly suggest that you review your email confirmation after every order. If a customer does not receive an email confirmation for any reason such as an incorrectly entered email address, it is the customer’s responsibility to contact selectblinds in order to obtain their order confirmation.

Damaged/Lost Shipments
All damaged or lost shipments must be reported to SelectBlinds.com customer care team within 7 business days of tracking number order delivery. We reserve the right to request documentation showing the defects/damage of the delivery.  Select Blinds will, at its discretion, either repair or replace the exact same product at no charge to you.

Samples Policy
The only way to be sure you’re ordering the exact color you want is to order samples first. Product colors are reproduced and represented on selectblinds.com to the best of our capabilities; however, different resolutions on different monitors and screens can dramatically affect the color you see. This applies to both fabric and wood products. (Please note that due to the variances in a wood’s natural color, grain, etc., we cannot ensure the exact color of stained wood blinds.)  

Because they may come from different dye lots, sample colors may also vary slightly from the color of the blinds you receive. To ensure the finished product comes from the same dye lot and matches the color you sampled, we recommend ordering products within 30 days of sampling. And if it’s been a month or more since you received your samples, it’s a good idea to re-order them just to be on the safe side when you’re ready to place your order. If ordering multiple blinds, we strongly recommend that you order all of them at the same time to ensure they come from the same dye lot and match one another. 

You may order up to 15 free samples at one time. Samples are shipped to you free the next business day via standard ground (usually delivered in 3-5 business days). Samples may be shipped overnight for $14.99, and will be delivered the next business day. Cutoff for sample orders sent overnight delivery is 12 p.m. Mountain Standard Time, Monday through Friday. Overnight sample orders placed after 12 p.m. Mountain Standard Time on Friday will ship the following business day. No sample orders will be shipped on weekends.

When you sample, you never have to miss out on a sale, either. Select Blinds will honor our best promotional offer (including major holiday sales) and apply it to any product order you place within 30 days from requesting samples. Simply build your shopping cart, then call our Customer Care Team to have the extended promotional discount applied to your cart at checkout. This offer is good on any items you order.

send recurring text messages to the mobile phone number associated with your opt-
in (i.e., the number listed on the opt-in form or, if none, the number from which you
send the opt-in, or, if none, the number on file for the account associated with your
opt-in). 
B. Acknowledge that you do not have to agree to receive messages as a condition
of purchase. 
C. Confirm that you are the subscriber to the relevant phone number or that you are
the customary user of that number on a family or business plan and that you are
authorized to opt in. 
D. Consent to the use of an electronic record to document your opt-in. To request a
free paper or email copy of the opt-in or to update our records with your contact
information, please call 1.800.684.5769 or send an email to
help@madaluxevault.com. To view and retain an electronic copy of these Terms or
the rest of your opt-in, you will need (i) a device (such as a computer or mobile
phone) with Internet access, and (ii) and either a printer or storage space on such
device. For an email copy, you’ll also need an email account you can access from
the device, along with a browser or other software that can display the emails.

Once you affirm your choice to opt-in to the Service on 87723, your message frequency
may vary. You may receive alerts about:

Charges and Carriers 
 
Message and data rates may apply. Please consult your service agreement with your
wireless carrier or contact your wireless carrier to determine your phone’s pricing plan
and the charges for sending and receiving text messages. You acknowledge that you
are responsible for any message, data or other charges incurred (usage, subscription,
etc.) as a result of using the Service. 
 
Supported carriers are AT&T, T-Mobile, Verizon Wireless, Sprint, Boost, Virgin Mobile,
U.S. Cellular, Cricket, Alltel, Cincinnati Bell, Cellcom, C-Spire, nTelos, MetroPCS, and
other smaller regional carriers. The Service may not be available on all wireless
carriers. SelectBlinds.com may add or remove any wireless carrier from the Service at
any time without notice. SelectBlinds.com and mobile carriers are not responsible for
any undue delays, failure of delivery, or errors in messages. 
 
To Stop the Service 
 
To stop receiving text messages from SelectBlinds.com, text the word STOP
to 87723 any time or reply STOP to any of the text messages you have received
from SelectBlinds.com For Services operated through a different number, text STOP to
that number to opt out. Your opt-out request may generate either a confirmation text or
a texted request to clarify the text message program to which it applies (if you have
more than one). To complete your opt-out, please provide the requested clarification.
You acknowledge that the text message platform may not recognize and respond to
unsubscribe requests that do not include the STOP keyword command and agree
that SelectBlinds.com and its service providers will have no liability for failing to honor
such requests. If you unsubscribe from one of our text message programs, you may
continue to receive text messages from SelectBlinds.com through any other programs
you have joined until you separately unsubscribe from those programs. These Terms
still will apply if you withdraw the consent mentioned above or opt out of the Service.
