MAKING A PURCHASE WILL NOT INCREASE YOUR CHANCE OF WINNING. Entry Period: The Frigo® Cheese Heads® Build A Bright Future Contest (“Contest”), sponsored by Saputo Dairy USA (“Sponsor”), begins on Oct. 12, 2022, at 7:00:00 a.m. CDT and ends on Dec. 9, 2022, at 11:59:59 p.m. CST (“Contest Period”). The computer clock of Sponsor’s webmaster is the official timekeeping device of the Contest. Eligibility: The Contest is open to permanent lawful residents of the 50 United States or District of Columbia at least 18 years of age. Employees, officers, and directors of Sponsor, its parent company, divisions, subsidiaries, and affiliates, and the agents and advertising and Contest agencies of each of the foregoing, and any other entity that develops, produces, or distributes materials for or related to this Contest, and members of the immediate families (defined for these purposes as including parents, spouse, children, siblings, grandparents, and each of their respective spouses) or households (whether related or not) of any of the above, are NOT eligible to enter or win. The Contest is subject to all applicable U.S. federal, state and local laws and regulations, and is void outside the 50 United States and D.C. and where prohibited by law. How to Enter: No purchase required. All entry materials submitted to enter the Contest (“Submissions”) become the property of the Sponsor and will not be acknowledged or returned. All Submissions will be managed through the Frigo Cheese Heads Woobox landing page. Following are methods for entering the Contest:  Woobox: Go to the Woobox landing page at BuildABrightFuture.com and post an original photo or video of an inspiring tween pursuing their passion and share how they could use $10,000 in 100 words or less.Social media: Post an original photo or video in-feed of an inspiring tween pursuing their passion to your Facebook, Instagram or Twitter page, and share how they could use $10,000, and tag your post @FrigoCheeseHeads on Instagram or Facebook or @CheeseHeads_USA on Twitter, and include #BuildABrightFutureContest. Your page must be accessible to the public. While definitions vary, for purposes of this Contest, the term “tween” is used to describe a youth anywhere between the ages of 8 and 14. Entrant must be the parent or legal guardian of the tween shown in the Submission.  Please do not use the last name of any tween shown in any post made as a Submission. By entering, you represent that you have read the Official Rules, the website policies and the Terms of Use of www.facebook.com/frigocheeseheads and www.instagram.com/frigocheeseheads and https://twitter.com/CheeseHeads_USA for the Contest, and that you agree to be bound by all of them, as applicable.  Limit one Submission per household per category. Should multiple Submissions be received from the same household, all such entries will be ineligible. Entries must be submitted by, and in the name of, one individual member of the household on behalf of the entire household. Proof that you posted a photo or video or uploaded or submitted a comment to enter does not constitute evidence that we received it by the appropriate deadline.  By entering, entrant represents that his/her Submission is his or her original work; that neither the Submission itself nor the act of preparing the Submission infringes or infringed on the property rights or other rights of any third party; and that the Submission has not been submitted in any other contest or won any award in any contest. Modifying, enhancing or altering a third party’s pre-existing work does not qualify as entrant’s original creation. Entrant also represents that he/she has written permission from all individuals that appear in the Submission and, if applicable, to use their name and likeness in the Submission, and to grant all the rights to Sponsor with respect to the Submission set forth in these Official Rules. The Sponsor reserves the right to disqualify any Submission that it determines (in its sole discretion) to contain any content that is obscene, defamatory, dangerous, discriminatory, infringing or otherwise inappropriate or unsuitable for publication to general audiences, or that contains any third-party trademarks (other than those of Sponsor should entrant choose to include Sponsor’s product(s) in the Submission). All entrants must use caution and common sense in creating their entries. After the Contest Period, entrant Submissions may be posted on www.facebook.com/frigocheeseheads and www.instagram.com/frigocheeseheads. Such postings may be on a rotating or occasional basis and may be discontinued at any time at Sponsor’s sole discretion. Posting of entry materials after the Contest Period is not meant to indicate that the submitted materials is a winner, provisional winner or finalist in the Contest, or that it is otherwise favored in any way. Postings will occur solely for promotional purposes. By entering the Contest, entrants hereby grant a permanent, irrevocable license to use, publish, reproduce, adapt, modify and publicly display the Submission without any attribution or compensation to the entrant. Submissions will not be returned.Judging: Up to 21 potential winners will be chosen by Sponsor from all eligible Submissions received during the Contest Period to be eligible to be awarded a prize from the judged Submissions.  Entries will be judged on the following criteria: creativity, uniqueness and need. All decisions of the Sponsor are final and binding. Prizes: One grand-prize winner will receive a $10,000 cash prize in the form of a check payable to the tween’s parent or legal guardian to be used toward the tween’s passion or creative pursuit (ARV: $10,000 USD). Twenty winner runners-up will receive $2,000 each in the form of a check payable to the tweens parents or legal guardians to be used toward the tweens’ passions or creative pursuits (ARV: $2,000 each).  The parents or legal guardians of the tweens in the winning Submissions are responsible for all applicable federal, state and local taxes, if any, as well as any other costs and expenses associated with prize acceptance and use not specified herein as being provided.  Winners will be required to provide their social security numbers on IRS Form W-9 for tax reporting purposes. Winner releases Sponsor and its agents from all claims and damages associated with the use of the prize. No substitutions for prizes, and prizes are non-transferable except at the sole discretion of Sponsor.  Notifying and Confirming Winner: If entered via Woobox, winners will receive an email from a representative of Frigo Cheese Heads by Jan. 16, 2023. If entered via social media, winners will receive a direct message from Frigo Cheese Heads on the platform of entry (Facebook, Instagram or Twitter) by Jan. 16, 2023. Winners will be required to be in compliance with the Official Rules, in the Sponsor’s sole discretion, and must fully complete and return all required documentation, in order to claim the Prize. In the event that a potential winner is disqualified or cannot be contacted for any reason, the Sponsor will award the applicable prize to an alternate winner, as determined by Sponsor. The prizes will be selected and fulfilled after the end of the Contest Period. You agree to confirm this grant in writing at Sponsor’s request.  The information you provide to Sponsor will be used for this Contest; you will not be added to a marketing list unless you separately give your consent.   Release: Entrants agree that Sponsor, its parent, subsidiary, and affiliated companies, advertising, contest or production agencies, web masters/suppliers (and their dependents as set forth in applicable regulations of the Internal Revenue Service, immediate family members (spouse, parents, children, siblings) and individuals residing in their same household, whether or not related), Facebook, Instagram, and Twitter, and all of their respective officers, directors, employees, representatives and agents (collectively, the “Released Parties”) are released, will have no liability whatsoever for, and shall be held harmless by entrants against any liability for any injuries, losses or damages of any kind to person(s), including death, or property resulting in whole or in part, directly or indirectly, from acceptance, possession, misuse or use of any prize or participation in this Contest or any Contest-related activities.
