Terms and Conditions: Sweepstakes begins July 20, 2020 9:00:00 AM E.T. and ends July 31, 2020 11:59:59 PM E.T.

“RéVamp Your Skincare Routine Giveaway” (the “Sweepstakes”) is Sponsored by RéVive Skincare, LLC., having an address of 20 West 22nd Street – Suite 601, New York, NY 10010 and ANISA Beauty having an address of 225 Ottley Dr, NE #230, Atlanta, GA 30324 (the “Sponsor(s)”).

Sweepstakes open to legal residents of the United States (including the District of Columbia.), of legal age and older at time of entry. Void in Puerto Rico and wherever prohibited by law.

NO PURCHASE NECESSARY TO ENTER OR WIN. MAKING A PURCHASE WILL NOT INCREASE YOUR CHANCES OF WINNING.

Participation in this Sweepstakes constitutes entrant’s full and unconditional agreement to and acceptance of these terms and conditions. Entrants must follow the entry instructions and provide complete, accurate, and truthful information in all of the information fields on the entry form. 

Winners will be selected by a RéVive Skincare, LLC employee in a random drawing conducted on or about August 1, 2020. Winner will be notified by email. Odds of winning depend on the number of eligible entries received.

Prizes offered will be One (1) grand prize winner will receive One (1) RéVive Skincare Foaming Cleanser ($75), One (1) RéVive Skincare Moisturizing Renewal Cream Nightly Retexturizer ($195), One (1) RéVive Skincare Moisturizing Renewal Serum ($235), One (1) RéVive Skincare Moisturizing Renewal Eye Cream ($150), One (1) RéVive Skincare Fermitif Neck Cream ($165), One (1) ANISA Beauty Cleansing Brush ($32), One (1) ANISA Beauty Angled Care Brush ($28), One (1) ANISA Beauty All-Over Care Brush ($28), One (1) ANISA Beauty All-Over Treatment Brush ($25), One (1) ANISA Beauty Eye Treatment Brush ($18), (Total Approximate Retail Value (ARV): $851). Two (2) separate runner-up winners will each receive One (1) RéVive Skincare Foaming Cleanser ($75), One (1) RéVive Skincare Moisturizing Renewal Cream Nightly Retexturizer ($195) and One (1) ANISA Beauty Cleansing Brush ($32), One (1) ANISA Beauty Angled Care Brush ($28), (Total Approximate Retail Value (ARV): $330). The prize is non-transferable and non-refundable, and no substitutions will be made except as provided herein, in the Sponsor(s)’ discretion. The prize is not redeemable for cash. Sponsor(s) reserve the right to substitute a particular prize for one of comparable or greater value. Each winner is responsible for any and all applicable local, state, and/or federal taxes. Winners will be provided award redemption instructions. No returns, refunds or value exchange for a future date is allowed. Prize award is not valid with any other promotion, offer, sale or discount. The total ARV for all prizes in the Sweepstakes is $1,181.

Participants are responsible for complying with all applicable federal, state, and local

laws, taxes and regulations and with these Sweepstakes Terms and Conditions, and by entering, participants agree to be bound to these Sweepstakes Terms and Conditions.

This Sweepstakes is in no way sponsored, endorsed, or administered by, or associated with Facebook. You understand that you are providing your information to RéVive Skincare, LLC & ANISA Beauty and not to Facebook Inc. The information you provide will only be used for administering the Sweepstakes and in accordance with the Sweepstakes Terms and Conditions.

Open and offered only to legal residents of the United States who are 18 years of age or older. Employees and directors of RéVive Skincare, LLC & ANISA Beauty and its respective parents, subsidiaries and affiliated companies, advertising, promotion or production agencies, and their immediate family members or individuals residing in their same household, are not eligible to participate or enter. Additional terms: The Sponsor(s) and their respective agencies are not responsible for lost, late, damaged, delayed, incomplete, illegible, mutilated or misdirected entries, entries not received by the entry deadline, or for electronic, network or computer failures or malfunctions, lost or unavailable network connections, or failed, incomplete, garbled or delayed computer transmission that may limit a user’s ability to participate in this Sweepstakes, or other hardware, software or technical errors of any kind including any injury or damage to any person’s computer related to or resulting from participating in the Sweepstakes. Sponsor(s) assumes no responsibility for undeliverable e-mails resulting from any form of active or passive e-mail filtering by a user’s Internet service provider and/or insufficient space in user’s e-mail account to receive e-mail. Sponsor(s) reserves the right to cancel or modify the Sweepstakes (or any portion thereof) if fraud, misconduct or technical failures destroy the integrity of the Sweepstakes or if a computer virus, bug, or other technical problem corrupts the administration, security, or proper administration of the Sweepstakes, as determined by Sponsor(s), in its sole discretion. If the Sweepstakes is so cancelled, selection will be completed from among all eligible entries received prior to the time of termination. In the event a dispute arises regarding the specific individual entitled to receive a prize, the entry will be declared made by the “authorized e-mail account holder.” “Authorized e-mail account holder” is defined as the natural person who is assigned to an e-mail address by an Internet access provider, online service provider or other organization (e.g., business, educational institution, etc.) that is responsible for assigning e-mail addresses for the domain associated with the submitted e-mail address. Sponsor(s) reserves the right to prohibit the participation of an individual if fraud or tampering is suspected, or if the individual fails to comply with any requirement of participation as stated herein or with any provision in these Terms and Conditions Official Rules. The Sweepstakes is subject to all applicable federal, state and local laws and regulations.
