Open only to legal residents of the fifty (50) United States (excluding Massachusetts and Michigan) and the District of Columbia who are smokers twenty-one (21) years of age or older at the time of entry.
Limit: Each Entrant may receive one (1) Sweepstakes entry per Daily Entry Period and one (1) Sweepstakes entry into the Grand Prize drawing per Daily Entry Period during the Sweepstakes Period, regardless of method of entry.
During the Sweepstakes Period, there are two (2) ways to enter the Sweepstakes, as outlined below:
Text Message: To enter the Sweepstakes via Text Message, you must first register the phone number of your text message-enabled wireless device (mobile phone). A mobile phone number cannot be registered to more than one person. There are three (3) ways to register your mobile phone number:
1. During the Sweepstakes Period, log on to https://www.marlboro.com and follow the instructions to register your mobile phone number and opt in to receive text messages.
2. Call 1-800-Marlboro (1-800-627-5267) during the Sweepstakes Period and register your mobile phone number via a call center agent and opt in to participate via text message.
3.Text your CCN, which was assigned to you when you signed up as a registered user at www.marlboro.com, to 223333 to register your mobile phone number and opt in to participate via text message. Only participants with a unique 9-digit CCN will be able to register their mobile phone number via text message. You may find your CCN on a Marlboro Answer Your Call Sweepstakes promotional mailing or email if you received either during the Promotional Period.
During the Sweepstakes Period, one (1) text message per Daily Entry Period will be sent to the mobile phone number that you register. If you answer the question in that text message, you will receive one (1) Sweepstakes entry for the drawing for that Daily Entry Period and one (1) Sweepstakes entry into the Grand Prize drawing. In total, there will be one (1) question asked for each of the ten (10) Daily Entry Periods, for a total of ten (10) questions.
Alternate Method of Entry: Log on to https://www.marlboro.com/pages/promo/answer-your-call.html using your registered user account and click on the link to the Marlboro Answer Your Call Sweepstakes tile. Follow the links and instructions to answer the provided question to receive one (1) Sweepstakes entry into the applicable Daily Entry Period drawing and one (1) Sweepstakes entry into the Grand Prize drawing.
