the Prize, the Prize Winner agrees to maintain his/her behavior in accordance with all applicable laws and generally
accepted social practices in connection with participation in any Prize-related activity. The Prize Winner understands and
agrees that Sponsor or prize providers have the right, in their sole discretion, to disqualify and remove Prize Winner or
guest from any activity at any time if either’s behavior at any point is uncooperative, disruptive, or may or does cause
damage to person, property, or the reputation of Sponsor or otherwise violates the policies of the transportation or
accommodation providers for the Prize, and in such a case, the Prize Winner will still be solely responsible for all taxes
and other expenses related to the Prize.
All prizes legitimately claimed will be awarded. Sponsor will not replace any lost, mutilated or stolen prize or any prize
that is undeliverable or does not reach a winner because of an incorrect or changed address or other contact information. If
a winner does not accept or use the entire prize, the unaccepted or unused part of the prize will be forfeited and Sponsor
will have no further obligation with respect to that prize or portion of the prize. No transfers, prize substitutions or cash
redemptions will be made except as may be set forth in these Official Rules. Sponsor reserves the right to substitute the
stated prize or portion thereof with another prize or portion thereof of equal or greater value for any reason, including,
without limitation, prize unavailability. No more than the stated prizes will be awarded.

implied, in fact or in law, whether now known or hereinafter enacted, relative to the use or enjoyment of the Prize,
including, without limitation, its quality, merchantability or fitness for a particular purpose.
Each Entrant understands and agrees that all rights under section 1542 of the Civil Code of California and any similar law
of any state or territory of the United States are hereby expressly waived by them. Section 1542 reads as follows:
“Certain claims not affected by a general release. A general release does not extend to claims that the creditor or
releasing party does not know or suspect to exist in his or her favor at the time of executing the release and that, if
known by him or her would have materially affected his or her settlement with the debtor or released party.”

residence, Entry, Entry Materials, Essay, photographs or other likenesses, pictures, portraits, voice, testimonials, and

10. ADDITIONAL DISCLAIMERS
Without limiting the foregoing, the Released Parties are not responsible or liable for any of the following, whether caused

limit; lost, late, incomplete, illegible, garbled, mutilated, or misdirected entries, e-mail, mail, or Sweepstakes-related
correspondence or materials or postage-due mail; any error, omission, interruption, defect, or delay in transmission or

responsible for electronic communications that are undeliverable as a result of any form of active or passive filtering of
any kind, or insufficient space in Entrant’s e-mail or other account to receive messages. Sponsor is not responsible, and
may disqualify an Entrant at any time, if his or her e-mail address, telephone, or other contact information does not work
or is changed without Entrant giving prior written notice to Sponsor.
Without limiting any other provision in these Official Rules, the Released Parties are not responsible or liable to any
Entrant or Winner or any person claiming through such Entrant or Winner for failure to supply a Prize or any part thereof
in the event that any of the Sweepstakes activities or the Released Parties’ operations or activities are affected, as
determined by Sponsor in its sole discretion, including, without limitation, by reason of any acts of God, any action,

interruption of any kind, work slow-down, civil disturbance, insurrection, riot, or any law, rule, regulation, order or other
action adopted or taken by any governmental, federal, state or local government authority, or any other cause, whether or
not specifically mentioned above.
11. ARBITRATION/DISPUTES/GOVERNING LAW; FORUM SELECTION CLAUSE
If any Entrant has any dispute with or claim against Sponsor, or if Sponsor has a dispute with or claim against Entrant, in
either case arising out of or relating to the participation in the Sweepstakes or these Official Rules (a “Claim”), the parties
agree to resolve such Claim through an individual binding arbitration or through an individual action in small claims court
in the U.S. county (or parish) of your residence or in San Francisco, California. Class arbitrations and class actions are not
permitted, and your Claim may not be consolidated with any other person’s claim. The parties agree that the U.S. Federal
Arbitration Act governs the interpretation and enforcement of this provision, and that the parties are each waiving the
right to a trial by jury or to participate in a class action.
Before either party may commence an arbitration or file a small claims court action with respect to a Claim, Entrant must
first send to Sponsor a written notice of Entrant’s claim or Sponsor must send a written notice of Sponsor’s claim to
Entrant (“Notice”). Entrant’s Notice must (1) be sent by certified mail; (2) be addressed to: Peteski Productions, Inc.
c/o Chatham Law Group, 2046 Hillhurst Ave., #130, Los Angeles, CA 90027, Attn: Chris Chatham, Esq; (3) describe the
nature of Entrant’s Claim; and (4) specify the damages or other relief Entrant seeks. If the parties do not then resolve the
Claim within 30 days after Sponsor’s receipt of Notice is received, either party may commence an arbitration or file a
small claims court action to resolve the Claim.
7
Any such arbitration shall be administered by the American Arbitration Association and be conducted in accordance with
its Consumer Arbitration Rules (the “Rules”). Contact information for the American Arbitration Association, as well as
copies of the Rules and applicable forms, are available at http://www.adr.org In circumstances in which the Rules provide
for an in-person hearing, such hearing will take place in the U.S. county (or parish) of Entrant’s residence, or otherwise in
San Francisco, California. For any non-frivolous Claim that does not exceed $50,000, Sponsor will pay all costs of the
arbitration, and reimburse any filing fees Entrant may be required to pay. If the arbitrator awards you damages that are
greater than Sponsor’s last written settlement offer communicated before commencement of the arbitration, Sponsor will
pay Entrant the greater of $1,000 or the amount of the award. This Sweepstakes, these Official Rules and any dispute
arising under or related thereto (whether for breach of contract, tortious conduct or otherwise) will be governed by the
laws of the State of California, without reference to its conflicts of law principles. Any legal actions, suits or proceedings
related to this Sweepstakes (whether for breach of contract, tortious conduct or otherwise) not subject to arbitration as set
forth herein will be brought exclusively in the state or federal courts located in San Francisco, California, and each entrant
accepts and submits to the personal jurisdiction of these courts with respect to any legal actions, suits or proceedings
arising out of or related to this Sweepstakes.
12. GENERAL RULES; NO TAMPERING; RIGHT TO CANCEL; MODIFY
This Sweepstakes is void where prohibited by law. Participants agree to not damage or cause interruption of the
Sweepstakes and/or prevent others from using the Sweepstakes. Sponsor reserves the right to restrict or void online entries
or participation from any IP address if any suspicious entry and/or participation is detected. Sponsor reserves the right, in
its sole discretion, to void entries of any entrants who Sponsor believes have attempted to tamper with or impair the
administration, security, fairness, or proper play of this Promotion. Sponsor’s failure to or decision not to enforce any
provision in these Official Rules will not constitute a waiver of that or any other provision. In the event there is an alleged
or actual ambiguity, discrepancy or inconsistency between disclosures or other statements contained in any Sweepstakes-
related materials and/or these Official Rules (including any alleged discrepancy or inconsistency within these Official
Rules), it will be resolved by Sponsor in its sole discretion. Entrants waive any right to claim ambiguity in the
Sweepstakes or these Official Rules. If Sponsor determines at any time in its sole discretion that a Winner or potential
winner is disqualified, ineligible, in violation of these Official Rules, or engaging in behavior that Sponsor deems
obnoxious, inappropriate, threatening, illegal or that is intended to annoy, abuse, threaten or harass any other person,
Sponsor reserves the right to disqualify that winner or potential winner, even if the disqualified winner or potential winner
may have been notified or displayed or announced anywhere. The invalidity or unenforceability of any provision of these
Official Rules will not affect the validity or enforceability of any other provision. In the event that any provision is
determined to be invalid or otherwise unenforceable or illegal, these Official Rules will otherwise remain in effect and
will be construed in accordance with their terms as if the invalid or illegal provision were not contained herein. If the
Sweepstakes is not capable of running or being fulfilled as planned for any reason (including, without limitation, flood,
natural or man-made health epidemic or pandemic, earthquake, explosion, labor dispute or strike, act of God or public
enemy, satellite or equipment failure, riot or civil disturbance, terrorist threat or activity, war (declared or undeclared) or
any federal, state or local government law, order or regulation, public health crisis, order of any court or jurisdiction or
other cause not reasonably within Sponsor’s control), Sponsor reserves the right, in its sole discretion, to cancel, modify
or suspend the Sweepstakes and, if possible, award the prize from eligible Entries received prior to cancellation,
modification, or suspension or as otherwise deemed fair and appropriate by Sponsor. CAUTION: ANY ATTEMPT TO
DAMAGE ANY ONLINE SERVICE OR WEBSITE OR TO UNDERMINE THE LEGITIMATE OPERATION OF THE
PROMOTION VIOLATES CRIMINAL AND CIVIL LAWS. IF SUCH AN ATTEMPT IS MADE, SPONSOR MAY
DISQUALIFY ANY PARTICIPANT MAKING SUCH ATTEMPT AND MAY SEEK DAMAGES TO THE FULLEST
EXTENT PERMITTED BY LAW. Sponsor and its parent companies, subsidiaries, affiliates, partners, representatives,
agents, successors, assigns, employees, officers and directors shall not have any obligation or responsibility, including any
responsibility to award any prize to entrants, with regard to: (a) Entries/Entry Materials that contain inaccurate
information or do not comply with or violate the Official Rules; (b) Entries/Entry Materials, prize claims or notifications
that are lost, late, incomplete, illegible, unintelligible, damaged or otherwise not received by the intended recipient, in
whole or in part, due to computer, human or technical error of any kind; (c) entrants who have committed fraud or
deception in entering or participating in the Sweepstakes or claiming the prize; (d) telephone, electronic, hardware,
software, network, Internet or computer malfunctions, failures or difficulties; (e) any inability of the winner to accept the
prize for any reason; (f) if a prize cannot be awarded due to travel cancellation, delays or interruptions due to Acts of God,
natural disasters, terrorism, weather or any other similar event beyond Sponsors’ reasonable control; or (g) any damages,
8
injuries or losses of any kind caused by any prize or resulting from awarding, acceptance, possession, use, misuse, loss or
misdirection of any prize or resulting from participating in this promotion or any promotion or prize related activities.
Sponsor reserves the right, in its sole discretion, to disqualify any individual it finds to be (a) tampering with the entry
process or the operation of the Sweepstakes, or with any websites promoting the Sweepstakes; (b) acting in violation of
the Official Rules; or (c) entering or attempting to enter the Sweepstakes multiple times through the use of multiple e-mail
addresses or the use of any robotic or automated devices to submit entries. If Sponsor determines, in its sole discretion,
that technical difficulties or unforeseen events compromise the integrity or viability of the Sweepstakes, Sponsor reserves
the right to void the entries at issue, and/or terminate the relevant portion of the Sweepstakes, including the entire
Sweepstakes promotion, and/or modify the Sweepstakes and/or select winner(s) to award the prize(s) using all eligible
entries received as of the termination date. If the Sweepstakes is terminated or modified due to technical difficulties or
unforeseen events prior to the expiration date of the Promotion Period, notice will be posted at
https://www.facebook.com/groups/drphilphanatics.
In the event of a dispute concerning the identity of a participant who enters online, the participant will be declared to be
the authorized account holder of the e-mail address used to submit the Entry, but only if that person meets all other
eligibility criteria, otherwise the entry may be disqualified and any potential prize won will be forfeited in Sponsor’s sole
discretion. An authorized account holder is defined as the natural person who is assigned to an e-mail address by an
Internet access provider, online service provider, or other organization (e.g., business, educational institution, etc.) that is
responsible for assigning e-mail addresses for the domain associated with the submitted e-mail address. Potential winner
