NO PURCHASE OR PAYMENT IS NECESSARY TO ENTER OR WIN. A PURCHASE OR PAYMENT WILL NOT IMPROVE YOUR
CHANCES OF WINNING.
INTERNET ACCESS IS REQUIRED. VOID WHERE PROHIBITED BY LAW.
1. ELIGIBILITY: The 2023 Quaker State 400 Influencer Sweepstakes (“Sweepstakes”) is open only to legal and current residents
of the forty-eight (48) contiguous United States (excluding Alaska and Hawaii) and the District of Columbia (“U.S.”) who are at least
twenty-one (21) years of age at time of entry (or the age of majority in their state of legal residence, whichever is greater); possessing
a valid U.S. driver’s license; and insured in their state of legal residence. Employees of Pennzoil-Quaker State Company d/b/a SOPUS
Products (“Sponsor”) and Walmart Inc. (“Walmart”) and their parent, affiliate and subsidiary companies, participating advertising and
sweepstakes agencies, prize suppliers, including but not limited to, those entities involved in the preparation of materials for,
administration and/or execution of, this Sweepstakes (collectively “Sweepstakes Entities”) and their immediate family members
(spouse, siblings, children and parents including step-relations) and/or those living in the same household of such employees (whether
or not related) are ineligible.
Potential Winners (defined in Section 4) are subject to determination of eligibility and verification by Sponsor or its authorized
representative before the Grand Prizes (defined in Section 5) will be awarded. This Sweepstakes is subject to all applicable federal,
state, and local laws and regulations and is void where prohibited. By entering in the Sweepstakes, all entrants (each an “Entrant”;
collectively “Entrants”) and the Grand Prize Winners (defined in Section 6) agree to be bound by these Official Rules and the decisions
of Sponsor and its authorized representative, which are final and binding in all matters concerning this Sweepstakes. Winning the
Grand Prizes (defined in Section 5) is contingent upon fulfilling all requirements set forth herein.
2. SWEEPSTAKES PERIOD: Sweepstakes starts at 12:00 a.m. (midnight) Central Time (“CT”) on April 15, 2023 and ends at
11:59 p.m. CT on July 31, 2023 (“Sweepstakes Period”). Sponsor’s computer will be the official timekeeping device of the Sweepstakes.
Sponsor is not responsible for late, lost, incomplete, or misdirected Entries (defined in Section 3).
3. HOW TO ENTER: There are two (2) ways to enter in the Sweepstakes (each an “Entry”; collectively “Entries”).
A. Purchase Entry Method: Eligible individuals who visit a participating Walmart retail store in the U.S. or go online to Walmart.com
and purchase one (1) 5-quart bottle or five (5) 1-quart bottles of Quaker State®
Full Synthetic motor oil or visit a participating
Walmart Auto Care Center for a Quaker State Full Synthetic motor oil change (each a “Qualifying Purchase”) during the
Sweepstakes Period will qualify for one (1) Entry in the Sweepstakes. Case purchases of qualifying product in any pack size do
not qualify for this sweepstakes. To submit an Entry in the Sweepstakes, using a smart-phone device, tablet or computer, access
the Sweepstakes website (“Website”) by entering www.quakerstate.com/qssweeps (“URL”) in your web browser or by scanning
the QR code located on the in-store banner, window cling, and outdoor sign. Then, follow the on-screen instructions to complete
the online registration form and upload a copy of the original printed retailer identified and dated purchase receipt showing the
required Qualifying Purchase (brand and product required on receipt) made in-store at a participating Walmart retail location or
online at Walmart.com during the Sweepstakes Period. During registration, each Entrant must make a selection between either a
2023 Chevrolet Silverado 1500 RST custom designed by Quaker State social media influencer, Anatalia Villaranda (“Anatalia
Truck”) or 2023 Chevrolet Silverado 1500 RST custom designed by Quaker State social media influencer, Coco Zurita (“Coco
Truck”) as his/her preferred vehicle prize (“Vehicle Prize”), in the event his/her name is drawn as a potential winner of this
Sweepstakes; provide his/her first name, last name, physical mailing address, email address, and daytime telephone number
(optional); certify that he/she is twenty-one (21) years of age or older for purposes of administering the Sweepstakes; and check
the box agreeing to these Official Rules. Entrants, at their own option and discretion, may elect to “opt-in” to receive future marketing
and promotional communications from Sponsor. Choosing to “opt-out” or “opt-in” will not affect Entrants’ chances of winning. To
view a list of participating Walmart retail stores in the U.S., please visit www.quakerstate.com/qssweeps.
All online submissions must be completed by 11:59 PM CT on August 15, 2023. Upon validation of purchase receipts by Sponsor
or its authorized representative, each Entrant will receive one (1) Entry in the Sweepstakes per Qualifying Purchase made in-store
at a participating Walmart retail location or online at Walmart.com during the Sweepstakes Period.
B. Alternative Entry Method: If an Entrant does not want to make a Qualifying Purchase as set forth in section 3A, an Entrant
alternatively may receive an Entry by legibly hand-printing in black or blue ink on a 3″ x 5″ card his/her first and last name, street
address, city, state, ZIP code, email address, daytime telephone number (optional), and his/her preferred Vehicle Prize (Anatalia
Truck or Coco Truck) in the event his/her name is drawn as a potential winner of this Sweepstakes and mailing the card with first
class postage affixed to: 2023 QS 400 Influencer Sweepstakes, Offer #O2456, P.O. Box 809004, Houston, TX 77280-9921. Only
one (1) mail-in Entry per postmarked envelope. Mail-in submissions must be postmarked by July 31, 2023 and received by August
15, 2023 to receive an Entry in the Sweepstakes. Illegible, incomplete, inaccurate, lost, late, misdirected, stolen, delayed, damaged,
postage due, machine printed, typewritten or mechanically reproduced mail-in Entry submissions will not be accepted. An Entrant’s
submission of an Entry by mail certifies that he/she (i) is satisfying all eligibility requirements set forth herein, and (ii) has read and
complied with the terms and conditions of these Official Rules.
For purposes of this Sweepstakes, all Entries where Anatalia Truck was selected as the preferred Vehicle Prize will be referred to as
“Anatalia Truck Entries” and all entries where Coco Truck was selected as the preferred Vehicle Prize will be referred to as “Coco
Truck Entries”.
Limit one (1) Entry per person, household, and address (email and physical) per day, regardless of entry method, during the
entire Sweepstakes Period.
Sponsor cannot guarantee this Sweepstakes will be available via all wireless carriers. Standard data plan rates may apply. Other
charges may also apply. Entrants should check their mobile plan for rates and other details relating to participation in the Sweepstakes
via mobile URL.
Entries not legitimately submitted in accordance with these Official Rules, in Sponsor’s sole discretion, are void. Any attempt by any
Entrant to obtain more than the stated number of Entries by using multiple/different email addresses, identities, registrations, and
logins, cheating or fraud, through a sweepstakes club or similar entity, or any other unauthorized methods will void all of the Entrant’s
Entries and Entrant will be disqualified from the Sweepstakes. If Sponsor suspects that any Entrant has or appears to have submitted
mass Entries, or Entries generated by an automated program, bot, script, robotic, macro or use of any other device that is prohibited,
this will result in disqualification. All Entries shall become the property of Sponsor and will not be acknowledged or returned.
Proof of Entry submission is not proof of its receipt by Sponsor. Only eligible Entries received by Sponsor in accordance with the terms
and conditions set forth in these Official Rules will be eligible for the Sweepstakes drawing. In the event of a dispute as to the identity

of an Entrant in the Sweepstakes, the Entry will be deemed completed by the authorized account holder of the email address used to
enter in the Sweepstakes. The Potential Winners (defined in Section 4) may be required to show proof of being the authorized account
holder. The “authorized account holder” is the natural person assigned to an email address by an Internet service provider, online
service provider, or other organization responsible for assigning email addresses for the domain associated with the submitted email
address. All Entries will be deemed to have been made by the authorized account holder. Sweepstakes Entities are not responsible
for late, lost, misdirected, incomplete, delayed, stolen, invalid, unintelligible, technically corrupted, garbled, or illegible Entries, which
will be disqualified, or for any failure to capture Entries, or problems of any kind whether mechanical, human or electronic.
4. GRAND PRIZE DRAWING: On or about August 18, 2023 at or about 1:00 p.m. CT, Sponsor or its authorized representative
will randomly select one (1) potential winner from all eligible Anatalia Truck Entries received by Sponsor in the Sweepstakes and one
(1) potential winner from all eligible Coco Truck Entries received by Sponsor in the Sweepstakes (the “Potential Winners”).
5. GRAND PRIZES, APPROXIMATE RETAIL VALUE, AND ODDS OF WINNING:
A. Subject to the terms and conditions of these Official Rules, a maximum of two (2) Grand Prizes, defined below, will be awarded
in connection with this Sweepstakes.
One (1) Grand Prize consists of a new 2023 Chevrolet Silverado 1500 RST custom designed by Quaker State social media influencer,
Anatalia Villaranda (the “Anatalia Truck”) and trip consisting of roundtrip airfare/economy class for the confirmed winner and one (1)
adult guest of his/her choosing between the major commercial airport closest to the confirmed Grand Prize Winner’s residence (as
determined by Sponsor in its sole discretion) and Concord, North Carolina, three (3) days and two (2) nights hotel accommodations at
a hotel as selected by Sponsor in its sole discretion (single room, double occupancy), entry for two (2) to the October race at Charlotte
Motor Speedway (the “Race”), access for two (2) to the seats and scanners during the race (seats are on a rotational basis), a tour of
the garage, team hauler and pit lane, a meet-and-greet with a Trackhouse driver (subject to availability), transportation between the
hotel and Race, and a $500 Visa®
Rewards Card for miscellaneous expenses and/or incidentals (“Race Experience Trip”), collectively
known as the Anatalia Grand Prize (“Anatalia Grand Prize”).
One (1) Grand Prize consists of a new 2023 Chevrolet Silverado 1500 RST custom designed by Quaker State social media influencer,
Coco Zurita (the “Coco Truck”) and a Race Experience Trip, collectively known as the Coco Grand Prize (“Coco Grand Prize”). The
Grand Prize Winners and their guests will arrive on Saturday, October 7, 2023, and depart on Monday, October 9, 2023. Grand Prize
winners’ guests must be eighteen (18) years of age or older.
The confirmed Grand Prize Winners (defined in Section 6) and his/her guest must be able to travel on the same itinerary on the dates
set by Sponsor. Travel dates are subject to availability, blackout dates, and any other applicable restrictions that may apply (including
but not limited to reasons related to the COVID-19 pandemic, as more particularly described below). If a potential Grand Prize Winner
is unable or unwilling to travel (including for reasons of noncompliance with restrictions and vaccination requirements related to COVID-
19) on the dates specified, all travel included in the Grand Prize will be forfeited. Sponsor reserves the right to provide up to a $250
Visa®
Rewards Card to use towards ground transportation in lieu of air transportation if a potential Grand Prize Winner resides within
two hundred (200) miles from Concord, North Carolina, and no compensation will be provided for any difference in Grand Prize value.
Grand Prize Winners (defined in Section 6) and his/her guest are solely responsible for obtaining any desired or necessary travel
documents (including but not limited to government identification and COVID-19 testing, vaccination records, and/or quarantine
required by U.S. authorities) and to obtain and maintain applicable insurance at their own cost and expense. Grand Prize Winners
are responsible for all travel expenses not included herein, including but not limited to airline baggage fees, gratuities, meals,
airport fees, parking fees, in-room charges at the hotel (e.g., room service, mini-bar, movies), telephone calls, meals,
beverages, upgrades, personal incidentals, amenities and any other incidental costs, fees, and/or expenses not specifically
mentioned in these Official Rules. Travel is subject to the restrictions and conditions set forth below. All travel must be booked prior
to arrival. Travel is subject to capacity controls, Travel Rules (as defined below), availability, weather, seasonal influences, and certain
other restrictions, all of which are subject to change. No changes will be made to travel details once any elements of the travel
arrangements have been booked, except at Sponsor’s sole discretion. Travel is subject to the terms and conditions set forth in these
Official Rules and those set forth by Sponsor’s travel prize supplier, as detailed in any contract issued by such supplier. All hotel and
other booking arrangements will be administered by Sponsor and/or Sponsor’s authorized representative. Grand Prize Winners agree
to comply with all of the hotel’s requirements, including but not limited to any requirement by the hotel for the Grand Prize Winners to
provide a valid credit card to the hotel upon check-in for incidentals or otherwise which are not included in the Grand Prize. Sponsor is
not responsible for changes in schedule of any element of the Grand Prize or for any expenses incurred as a consequence of flight
cancellation or delay. Sponsor is not responsible and will have no liability if a Grand Prize Winner is for any reason not permitted to
travel by the relevant airport or government authorities or misses a flight or other travel element (including due to causes related to
COVID-19 or other public health reasons). Sponsor reserves the right to add, substitute, change, or modify travel related elements in
its sole and absolute discretion.
Grand Prize Winners (defined in Section 6) must execute and return a travel liability release before any ticketing or travel will be booked.
Grand Prize Winners understand that there are inherent risks involved in travel and that these risks may be present before, during and
after the trip. In the Affidavit & Release, defined in Section 6, the Grand Prize Winners hereby acknowledge that Sponsor has not and
will not obtain or provide travel insurance or any other form of insurance (including but not limited to medical insurance) for any part of
the trip.
Grand Prize related events and activities are subject to raincheck, modification and/or cancellation policies and procedures of the event
organizers and fulfillment parties. Sponsor is not responsible if any element or activity of the Grand Prize is delayed, postponed, or
canceled for any reason (including but not limited to any cancellations or delays caused by the COVID-19 pandemic). Grand Prize
Winners will not receive compensation from Sponsor for any element of the Grand Prize that the Grand Prize Winners are unable to
use due to cancellation of any element or activity provided as part of the Grand Prize, including but not limited to any travel costs paid
for by the Grand Prize Winners to accept and/or attend Grand Prize related events and/or activities, but tickets may be subject to
standard rain-check policies and procedures set by the issuer. Lost, stolen, damaged or destroyed tickets will not be replaced. Resale
of tickets is prohibited. Grand Prize Winners must abide by all Race venue policies. Sponsor and/or Race venue personnel reserve the
right to remove or to deny entry to or revoke full or partial Grand Prize elements from a Grand Prize Winner who they deem, in their
sole discretion, have violated the previous restrictions or engaged in a disruptive manner or with intent to abuse, threaten, or harass
any other person or any of the Sweepstakes Entities at the Race, be intoxicated, a safety risk, have violated any Race venue policy or
law, or may bring Sponsor into disrepute.
Grand Prize must be accepted as awarded. No assignment, transfer or substitution of a Grand Prize, in whole or in part, is permitted,
except that Sponsor reserves the right in its sole discretion to substitute a Grand Prize, or a portion thereof, with a prize item or items
of equal or greater value, if the Grand Prizes (or any portion thereof) cannot be awarded for any reason (including but not limited to
any cancellations or delays caused by the COVID-19 pandemic), as determined by Sponsor in its sole and absolute discretion, without
liability. Grand Prizes cannot be exchanged or redeemed for cash.

Note: Grand Prize Winners irrevocably waive all claims against the Released Parties and agree that the Released Parties will have no
liability or responsibility for any claim arising in connection with participation in this Sweepstakes, the prize elements awarded, personal
injury, or wrongful death, a potentially heightened risk of exposure to communicable diseases, viruses, bacteria or illnesses, including
COVID-19 and the causes thereof, and sickness arising as a result of the winner participating in the Sweepstakes and related activities,
wherever, whenever or however the same may occur. Grand Prize Winners fully understand that (a) COVID-19 is extremely contagious
and there is an inherent risk of exposure to COVID-19 in any place where people are or have been present; (b) no precautions, including
the protocols that will be implemented from time to time by any/all travel providers or those providing accommodations, can eliminate
the risk of exposure to COVID-19; (c) while people of all ages and health conditions have been adversely affected by COVID-19, certain
people have been identified by public health authorities as having greater risk based on age and/or underlying medical conditions; and
(d) exposure to COVID-19 can result in being subject to quarantine requirements, illness, disability, other short-term and long-term
health effects, and/or death, regardless of age or health condition. Notwithstanding any of the foregoing, participation in this
Sweepstakes is subject to restrictions imposed by state, local, and territorial governments including (but not limited to) testing
requirements, vaccination requirements and/or documentation, stay-at-home orders, and quarantine requirements upon arrival
(collectively, “Travel Rules”).
Visa®
Rewards Card (“Rewards Card”) is issued by U.S. Bank National Association, pursuant to a license from Visa U.S.A. Inc.
Rewards Card cannot be reloaded with additional funds, nor can it be used at an ATM. No cash access. Terms and conditions and

B. Limit one (1) Grand Prize per Winner. The approximate retail value (“ARV”) of each Grand Prize is fifty-six thousand seven
hundred ninety-eight dollars ($56,798.00). The total ARV of all Grand Prizes is one hundred thirteen thousand five hundred ninety-six
dollars ($113,596.00).
C. Odds of winning a Grand Prize depend on the total number of eligible Entries received by Sponsor in the Sweepstakes. Any
Grand Prize notifications that are unclaimed, unredeemed, or returned as undeliverable will remain un-awarded.
D. All federal, state, and local taxes are solely the responsibility of the confirmed Grand Prize Winners (defined in Section 6).
Grand Prizes do not include any other item or cost, fee, and other expense not specified in these Official Rules, and any such expenses
including but not limited to any additional features, upgrades, and/or options to a vehicle outside of the customization performed by the
Quaker State social media influencers are the sole responsibility of the Grand Prize Winners (defined in Section 6). Grand Prize
Winners (defined in Section 6) are solely responsible for all obligations, taxes, and expenses associated with accepting, registering, or
operating his/her Grand Prize including but not limited to sales tax, luxury tax, other taxes; registration, title and license fees; state
license and insurance laws and regulations; and any other obligations, taxes, and expenses associated with accepting, registering or
operating the Grand Prize. Any valuation of the Grand Prize stated above is based on available information provided to Sponsor at the
time these Official Rules were published, and the value of the Grand Prize awarded will be reported for tax purposes as required by
law. A Form 1099 will be issued to the Grand Prize Winners by Sponsor or its authorized representative, and he/she must provide
Sponsor or its authorized representative with his/her valid social security number before the Grand Prize will be awarded. For more
information regarding Sponsor’s Privacy Policy, visit www.shell.us/privacy. Any difference between the stated ARV and the actual value
of the Grand Prize will not be awarded.
E. Grand Prize Winners (defined in Section 6) agree that the Grand Prizes are awarded pursuant to a revocable, nontransferable
license that is personal to him/her, and may not be sold, resold, auctioned, bartered, assigned, exchanged, placed in commerce,
transferred, given away, donated or otherwise conveyed. A Grand Prize cannot be exchanged or redeemed for cash and will not be
replaced if lost, damaged, or stolen. No assignment, transfer, or substitution of a Grand Prize, in whole or in part, is permitted, except
that Sponsor reserves the right in its sole discretion to substitute a Grand Prize, or a portion thereof, with a prize item or items of equal
or greater value, if the Grand Prizes (or any portion thereof) cannot be awarded for any reason, as determined by Sponsor in its sole
and absolute discretion, without liability.
Any depiction of the Grand Prizes or any element thereof in promotional and advertising materials in connection with the Sweepstakes
is for illustrative purposes only and may not be the actual grand prize awarded.
6. HOW TO CLAIM THE GRAND PRIZE: On or about August 18, 2023, the Potential Winners will be contacted by Sponsor or its
authorized representative, in their sole discretion, via email and/or phone at the email address and/or telephone number provided by
the Entrant to enter in the Sweepstakes in order to notify him/her that he/she has been selected as a Potential Winner and to verify
his/her eligibility. Potential Winners are subject to verification of eligibility and confirmation of compliance with these Official Rules by
Sponsor or its authorized representative, whose decisions are final and binding. Potential Winners will have five (5) business days to
respond to this notification. Potential Winners must respond as instructed in the notification message. Entrants should regularly check
their spam filters and voice mail messages to ensure they do not contain any Sweepstakes notifications. Failure to promptly respond
to Sponsor’s notification may result in forfeiture of a Grand Prize.
To be declared a “Grand Prize Winner”, the Potential Winners must meet all eligibility requirements and the terms and conditions of
these Official Rules. A Potential Winner is not a Grand Prize Winner unless and until the Potential Winner’s eligibility has been confirmed
and the Potential Winner has been notified that such verification is complete, and any necessary documentation has been properly
submitted to Sponsor or its authorized representative.
Potential Winners will be required to sign and return an Affidavit of Eligibility and a Liability/Publicity Release (except where prohibited
by law) (“Affidavit & Release”), within a time period specified by Sponsor before being declared a Grand Prize Winner and receiving
any Prize. Failure to comply with this requirement may result in forfeiture of the Prize.
Potential winners may waive the right to receive the Grand Prize or must be able to accept a Grand Prize as awarded in its entirety or
not at all. If a Potential Winner is found to be ineligible or not in compliance with these Official Rules, declines to accept the Grand
Prize, or if a Potential Winner cannot be reached within five (5) days after the first attempt by Sponsor or its authorized representative
to contact the Potential Winner, the Grand Prize will be forfeited, and Sponsor may award the Grand Prize to an alternate potential
winner by random drawing from all remaining eligible Sweepstakes Entries until the final Grand Prize Winner is declared. Potential
Winners must present a current and valid U.S. driver’s license issued from his/her state of legal residence and provide satisfactory
proof of insurance in his/her state of legal residence. Potential Winners may be required to furnish other proof of identification and other
proof of eligibility under these Official Rules. If a Grand Prize notification is ignored, returned as unclaimed, or undeliverable for
whatever reason beyond the control of Sponsor, the Grand Prize will be forfeited and may be awarded to an alternate potential winner
in Sponsor’s sole discretion. Sponsor or its authorized representative shall not be responsible for failed attempts to notify a Potential
Winner and no responsibility is assumed by Sponsor or its authorized representative for any correspondence returned as undeliverable
or any other problems associated with the attempt(s) to notify a Potential Winner.

Subject to the terms and conditions set forth in these Official Rules, the vehicles included in the Grand Prizes will be awarded at the
Race on October 8, 2023 or shipped to the Grand Prize Winners’ residence within forty-five (45) days after winner verification is
complete whichever is preferred by the Grand Prize winners. No other delivery option will be available.
Acceptance of a Grand Prize constitutes permission for Sponsor and Sweepstakes Entities to use the Grand Prize Winners’ persona,
name, biographical information, opinions, voice, photograph and/or likeness for advertising and promotional purposes in all media now
known or hereinafter developed throughout the world in perpetuity, without additional compensation, review, notification or permission,
unless prohibited by law.
Sponsor is not responsible for any typographical, human or other error in the printing of Sweepstakes communications and/or collateral
advertising materials, administration of the Sweepstakes or in the announcement of the Grand Prize Winners or in any other materials
or information associated with the Sweepstakes.
Sponsor also reserves the right to and may conduct a voluntary background check on a Potential Winner, and such individual agrees
to cooperate, to confirm eligibility, and to help ensure that awarding a Grand Prize to any such individual will not bring the Sweepstakes
Entities into public disrepute, contempt, scandal, or ridicule or reflect unfavorably on the Sweepstakes, the Sweepstakes Entities, or
their respective brands, goods, or services, as determined by Sponsor in its sole discretion. In the event a Potential Winner refuses the
voluntary background check, such refusal may cause forfeiture of the Grand Prize.
7. LIMITATIONS OF LIABILITY/INTERNET: SPONSOR AND/OR SWEEPSTAKES ENTITIES ARE NOT RESPONSIBLE FOR
ANY TYPOGRAPHICAL, HUMAN OR OTHER ERROR IN THE PRINTING OF SWEEPSTAKES COMMUNICATIONS AND/OR
COLLATERAL ADVERTISING MATERIALS, ADMINISTRATION OF THE SWEEPSTAKES, PROCESSING OF ENTRIES,
SELECTION OF POTENTIAL WINNERS, OR IN THE ANNOUNCEMENT OF GRAND PRIZE WINNERS OR IN ANY OTHER
MATERIALS OR INFORMATION ASSOCIATED WITH THE SWEEPSTAKES. IN NO EVENT WILL MORE GRAND PRIZES BE
AWARDED THAN ARE STATED IN THESE OFFICIAL RULES. IF, THROUGH PRINTING OR PRODUCTION ERROR, OR FOR ANY

THEORY OF CONTRACT, TORT (INCLUDING NEGLIGENCE), WARRANTY OR OTHER THEORY, AND WHETHER OR NOT
CAUSED IN WHOLE OR IN PART BY THE NEGLIGENCE OF ONE OR MORE OF THE RELEASED PARTIES. INDIVIDUALS
COVENANT NOT TO SUE ANY RELEASED PARTY OR CAUSE THEM TO BE SUED REGARDING ANY MATTER RELEASED
ABOVE; AND FURTHER COVENANT NOT TO DISAFFIRM, LIMIT OR RESCIND THIS RELEASE. A WAIVER BY SPONSOR
AND/OR THE SWEEPSTAKES ENTITIES OF ANY TERM IN THESE OFFICIAL RULES DOES NOT CONSTITUTE A WAIVER OF
ANY OTHER PROVISION.
9. GOVERNING LAW; DISPUTES: By entering the Sweepstakes, each Entrant agrees that: (i) any and all disputes, claims and
causes of action arising out of or connected with this Sweepstakes, the Grand Prizes, or any portion thereof, shall be resolved
individually, without resort to any form of class action, and exclusively by the United States District Court in Houston, Texas; and (ii) in
addition to the limitations in Section 7 of these Official Rules, any and all claims, judgments and awards shall be limited to actual out-
of-pocket costs incurred, including costs associated with entering this Sweepstakes but in no event attorneys’ fees. Except where

prohibited by law, all issues concerning the construction, validity and enforcement of these Official Rules, or the rights and obligations
of the Entrant and Sponsor, shall be construed and governed by the laws of the State of Texas, without regard to conflicts of law rules.
10. POSTING TERMS AND PRIVACY: By entering the Sweepstakes, each Entrant will be sharing his/her personal information with
Sponsor or its authorized representative, for the purposes of entering this Sweepstakes. Entrant acknowledges and agrees that
Sponsor is granted the right to publish the Grand Prize Winner’s names in a Winner’s List in accordance with Section 11 of these
Official Rules. By entering the Sweepstakes, each Entrant agrees to Sponsor’s or its authorized representative’s use of Entrant’s
personal information as described herein and in Sponsor’s Privacy Policy at www.shell.us/privacy.
