Each “First Prize” consists of an Adam LZ fan box. Approximate retail value (“ARV”) of the Grand Prize is $50,200. ARV of each First Prize is $100. Total ARV of all Prizes is $60,200. Limit one (1) Prize per potential winner. Each potential winner is subject to confirmation of eligibility and verification by Sponsor or its authorized representative before any Prize will be awarded. All federal, state, and local taxes payable in respect of a Prize, and any other applicable costs or fees not specifically referenced in the Official Rules of this sweepstakes, are the sole responsibility of the confirmed winner.
