1. SWEEPSTAKES PERIOD :
The Jeff Gordon Panasonic Toughbook Sweepstakes begins February 13, 2015 at 12:00:01 a.m Eastern Time and ends March 15, 2015 at 11:59:59 p.m. ET .

2. ELIGIBILITY
Open to legal residents of the 50 United States and the District of Columbia, 18 years of age or
older, or at least the age of majority in their state of residence, whichever is older, as of date of entry.

3. HOW TO ENTER
Online Only: During the Sweepstakes Period, you may enter the Sweepstakes through the
website URL at us.panasonic.com/toughbook54‐sweeps (“Site”) by completing all required registration
information (“Entry”). Automated Entries, or those generated by script or bot are not eligible and will be
disqualified. Entries must be completed and submitted by 11:59:59 p.m. ET on March 15, 2015 to be eligible. Each eligible person that submits an Entry by 11:59:59 p.m. ET on March 15, 2015 will be deemed an
“Entrant.” All Entries must be complete and accurate to be eligible. All Entries submitted become the
property of the Sponsor. Limit one Entry per person, per email address. Normal Internet access and usage charges imposed by Entrants’ online service will apply.

4. SWEEPSTAKES RANDOM DRAWING
Winners will be selected in a random drawing on or about March 20, 2015,
from among all eligible Entries received during the Sweepstakes Period. The odds of winning a prize depend
on the total number of eligible Entries received during the Sweepstakes Period. The random drawing will be
conducted by the Administrator, an independent judging organization whose decisions are final on all
matters relating to the Sweepstakes. Limit one (1) Prize per person, per email, per address/household.

5. PRIZES
Grand Prize (1): A four (4) day/three (3) night trip
to Brooklyn, MI, to see a Sponsor‐specified automobile race on June 14, 2015. Trip includes roundtrip coach‐
class air transportation for two (2) from the major airport closest to the Grand Prize Winner’s home to
Brooklyn, MI (in Sponsor’s sole discretion), three (3) nights’ accommodations (based on double occupancy)
at a Sponsor‐specified hotel, transportation to and from the airport to the hotel, two tickets to attend the
Sponsor‐specified automobile race on June 14, 2015, transportation to and from the race, two (2) suite
tickets, two (2) Hot Passes, a Toughbook 54 laptop, a six hundred dollar ($600) Amex gift card for spending
money, the opportunity to meet Jeff Gordon, and at Sponsor’s sole discretion, a selection of Jeff Gordon
signed merchandise. If the Grand Prize Winner’s home is within two hundred (200) miles of Brooklyn, MI,

then Sponsor reserves the right to provide ground transportation in lieu of air transportation to/from
Brooklyn, MI/Grand Prize Winner’s home with no additional compensation. The ARV of the Grand Prize is up
to $7,399. The Grand Prize must be taken on dates specified or prize will be forfeited. Prize is
nontransferable and must be accepted as awarded. No cash or other substitution may be made, except by
Sponsor in the event that the Grand Prize (or portion of the Grand Prize) cannot be awarded for any reason,
in which case, Sponsor will award a prize of equal or greater value. If the opportunity to meet Jeff Gordon is
delayed, postponed or cancelled for any reason, this portion of the Grand Prize will not be awarded and no
additional compensation will be provided. The Grand Prize, and each element thereof, are awarded “as is”
with no warranty (except as specifically included) or guarantee, either express or implied by Sponsor. Grand
Prize does not include mobile data service.

• First Prize and ARV: First Prize (1): A Toughpad 54 laptop and selected merchandise signed by Jeff Gordon.
The retail value of the First Prize is up to $2,649. First Prize is awarded “as is” without any warranty (except
as specifically included) or guarantee of any kind. First Prize does not include mobile data service. No
substitution or transfer of the First Prize permitted except at the sole discretion of the Sponsor who reserves
the right to substitute a prize of equal or greater value in the event the First Prize or any portion thereof is
unavailable.

• Second Prize and ARV: Second Prize (1): A Toughpad 54 laptop and selected merchandise signed by Jeff
Gordon. The retail value of the Second Prize is $2,599. Second Prize is awarded “as is” without any warranty
(except as specifically included) or guarantee of any kind. Second Prize does not include mobile data service.
No substitution or transfer of the Second Prize permitted except at the sole discretion of the Sponsor who
reserves the right to substitute a prize of equal or greater value in the event the Second Prize or any portion
thereof is unavailable.

The ARV of the prizes listed are subject to price fluctuations in the consumer marketplace based on, among
other things, any gap in time between the date the ARV is estimated for purposes of these Official Rules, and
the date the prize is awarded or redeemed. If the actual purchase price of a prize is less than the ARV stated
herein, the prize winner will NOT be entitled to a check, cash or other form of payment for the price
difference.

6. GENERAL RULES
o The potential Grand Prize winner will be notified by phone/email and will be required to
execute and return via mail/email, an Affidavit of Eligibility/Release of Liability and Publicity Release form (where legal) within five (5) days of notification attempt or prize will be
forfeited and an alternate will be selected, time permitting. Grand Prize Winner’s travel companion (or Grand Prize Winner, as the parent/legal guardian if companion is a minor and his/her child/charge) must execute a Release of Liability/Publicity Release (except
where prohibited by law) prior to trip departure. Noncompliance within these time periods will result in disqualification and another winner selected in the place of the disqualified person at random from all eligible Entries received, time permitting.
o Grand Prize Winner and travel companion must travel together on the same itinerary and
must have valid travel documents (for example, validly issued, current government issued
photo ID) prior to departure.
o Grand Prize Winner and travel companion are responsible for all costs and expenses
associated with the Grand Prize not specifically included in the prize package in Section 5,
including, but not limited to, meals, parking, taxes, gas, tips, incidentals, and merchandise
purchases.

o A minor will not be allowed to participate in any portion of the Grand Prize travel without
being accompanied by his or her parent or legal guardian (Grand Prize Winner) who also executed required document(s) on said minor’s behalf.
o In the event the Grand Prize winner [and/or his or her companion (if applicable)] engage in
behavior during the trip that (as determined by Sponsor or any prize provider in its or their
sole and absolute discretion) is obnoxious, inappropriate, or threatening, illegal or that is
intended to annoy, abuse, threaten or harass any other person, Sponsor reserves the right
to terminate the right to receive a prize, including ending the trip or other applicable
experience early.
o Airline carrier’s regulations and conditions apply. Trip may not be combined with any other
offer and travel may not qualify for frequent flyer miles. Grand Prize Winner and his/her
travel companion must travel on Sponsor‐specified dates; dates of departure and return are subject to change. Certain restrictions may apply. Seat selection and timing of trip subject to availability and confirmation of reservations
o Potential First Prize and Second Prize winners will be notified by email and will be required
to execute and return via mail/email, an Affidavit of Eligibility/Release of Liability and
Publicity Release form (where legal) within ten (10) days of notification attempt or prize will
be forfeited and an alternate will be selected. Noncompliance within this time period will
result in disqualification and another winner selected in the place of the disqualified person
at random from all eligible entries received during the Sweepstakes Entry Period.
o All federal, state and local taxes are the sole responsibility of the winners, if applicable.
Winners and all Entrants, as a condition of Entry into the Sweepstakes, agree to release,
defend and hold harmless Sponsor and its Administrators, Jeff Gordon, Jeff Gordon, Inc.,
Hendrick Motorsports, LLC, each of their respective agencies, parents, subsidiaries, affiliates
and each of their respective officers, directors, shareholders, members, employees, agents,
licensors, assigns, and all others associated with the development and execution of the
Sweepstakes and Application (collectively the “Released Parties”) from and against any and
all liability, claims or actions of any kind whatsoever for injuries, damages, or losses to
persons or property which may be sustained in connection with submitting an Entry or
otherwise participating in any aspect of the Sweepstakes, the receipt, ownership or use of
prize awarded, participating in prize‐related travel or activity, or any typographical or other
error in these Official Rules or the announcement or offering of the prizes.
o Winners assume all liability for any injury or damage caused, or claimed to be caused by
participation in the Sweepstakes or use or redemption of the prizes.
o Acceptance of prizes constitutes permission to use winners’ names, likenesses, Entries,
photos and additional photographs for advertising and promotional purposes (including any
possible public relations opportunities) without further compensation except where
prohibited by law.
o By entering, each Entrant accepts and agrees to be bound by these Official Rules and to be
contacted by Sponsor or the administrator of this Sweepstakes by mail, email or phone.
o Online Entries will be declared to be made by the authorized account holder of the e‐mail
address submitted at the time of Entry (or when setting up winner’s account). “Authorized
account holder” of an e‐mail address is defined as the natural person who is assigned to an
e‐mail address by an Internet Access provider, Online Service provider, or other organization
(e.g., business, educational institution etc.) that is responsible for assigning e‐mail addresses
for the domain associated with the submitted e‐mail address. Sponsor reserves the right at
its sole discretion to disqualify any individual that tampers or attempts to tamper with the
Entry process or the operation of the Sweepstakes or Application; violates the Official Rules;

acts in an unsportsmanlike or disruptive manner; or acts with intent to annoy, abuse,
threaten or harass any other person. The Released Parties are not responsible for lost, late
or misdirected Entries, or for technical, hardware or software malfunctions, telephone
failures of any kind, lost or unavailable network connections, or failed, incorrect, inaccurate,
incomplete, garbled or delayed electronic communications, whether caused by the sender,
by any of the equipment or programming associated with or utilized in the Application, Sites
or the Sweepstakes which may limit the ability to participate, or by any human error which
may occur in the processing of the Entries in the Sweepstakes. Proof of entering information
does not constitute proof of delivery or receipt of such information. Neither Sponsor nor its
Administrator (as identified in these Official Rules) are responsible for the failure of any
email or entry to be received by Sponsor/Administrator on account of technical problems or
congestion on the internet or at any website.
o Sponsor reserves the right to cancel, terminate or modify the Site or the Sweepstakes if it
cannot be completed as planned for any reason, including but not limited to infection by
computer virus, bugs, tampering, unauthorized intervention, technical failures or corruption of any sort. In such event, Sponsor will award prizes in a random drawing from eligible
Entries received prior to cancellation.
o Void where prohibited by law and subject to all federal, state and local laws. As a condition
of entering the Sweepstakes, Entrant (or parent/legal guardian if Entrant is a minor in
his/her state of residence) agrees that: (a) under no circumstance will Entrant be permitted to obtain awards for, and Entrant hereby waives all rights to claim, punitive, incidental,
consequential or any other damages, other than for out‐of‐pocket expenses; (b) all causes of action arising out of or connected with the Sweepstakes, or prize awarded, shall be resolved individually, without resort to any form of class action; and (c) any and all claims, judgments, and award shall be limited to actual out‐of‐pocket costs incurred, but in no event will
Entrant be entitled to receive attorneys’ fees or other legal costs
