OREGON WINE MONTH 2023 ROGUE VALLEY SWEEPSTAKES: OFFICIAL RULES, DEFINITIONS AND HOW TO ENTER AGREEMENT TO RULES: Participation in the Oregon Wine Month 2023 Sweepstakes (“Sweepstakes”) constitutes your full and unconditional agreement to and acceptance of these Official Rules and the decisions of the Oregon Wine Board (“Sponsor”), which are final and binding.ELIGIBILITY: The Sweepstakes is open to people 21 years of age or older who are legal residents of the 50 United States and District of Columbia, except where prohibited by law. The Sweepstakes is subject to all federal, state and local laws and regulations and is void outside of the 50 United States and the District of Columbia and where prohibited by law. Employees of the Oregon Wine Board, their affiliated companies, licensees, advertising/promotion agencies, Oregon beverage alcohol producers, wholesalers, retailers, their immediate family (spouses or children) and persons living in the same households of such employees are ineligible.HOW TO ENTER: No purchase necessary to enter or win. The Sweepstakes is open from April 15, 2023, 12:00AM PST and closes on May 31, 2023, at 11:59PM PST. A link to the Sweepstakes entry form is located at http://www.oregonwine.org/oregon-wine-month/sweeps. The entry form requires entry of personal information such as name, email address, phone number, and birthday. Limit one entry per person and per household. Entry forms distributed where prohibited by law, or not obtained lawfully, will be null and void. All entries become the exclusive property of Sponsor and will not be returned.GRAND PRIZE: One (1) trip for two to Oregon’s Rogue Valley.  The Grand Prize package includes: two (2) nonrefundable, nontransferable roundtrip tickets on Alaska Airlines from the nearest airport to you that is served by Alaska Airlines to any airport in Oregon served by Alaska Airlines*; one (1) gift certificate for three night’s lodging; two (2) days of wine tasting and culinary experiences for two, ground transportation for two to wine tasting destinations within the Rogue Valley. Prizes may only be used between June 15, 2023, and May 31, 2024, subject to blackout dates and availability at the time of booking. Travel arrangements and winery visits to be arranged directly by the winner. Any expenses not explicitly mentioned above are not included and are the sole responsibility of winner. Estimated prize value is $2,200. Any applicable taxes are the sole responsibility of the winner. Prize is non-transferable. No substitution of prizes or cash will be awarded in lieu of the specified prize.*Each travel authorization certificate is valid for a one (1) coach-class round-trip ticket on flights marketed by Alaska Airlines and operated by Alaska Airlines, Horizon Air, or SkyWest. If lost, the certificate may not be reissued.DRAWING: One (1) Grand Prize Winner will be chosen in a random drawing on or about June 15, 2023, from all eligible entries received. Each winner will be required to provide his/her social security number for tax purposes. All winners will be required to execute an affidavit of eligibility, tax forms, liability release and, except where prohibited, a publicity release within 72 hours of receipt of these documents. Non-compliance or return of prize notification as undeliverable will result in disqualification and an alternate winner will be selected. All prize winners must execute and return liability and publicity release prior to issuance of prize. If a prize winner is disqualified, Sponsor in its sole discretion will select a new winner. Odds of winning depend on the number of entries received.MISCELLANEOUS: DISPUTES; GOVERNING LAW: Sponsor reserves the right to make all decisions in its sole discretion arising out of or relating to the Sweepstakes and the decisions by Sponsor are final and binding on all matters relating to the Sweepstakes. All disputes, claims and causes of action arising out of, or connected with the Sweepstakes shall be resolved individually without resort to any form of class action, and exclusively in the Circuit Court for Marion County in the State of Oregon. All disputes shall be governed by the laws of the State of Oregon, without regard to principles of conflict of laws.USE OF LIKENESS; AGREEMENT TO RULES; RELEASE OF LIABILITY: The entrant (a) grants Sponsor permission to use some or all of prize winner’s name, address, picture/likeness and similar related information for promotional purposes without compensation, where not prohibited by law; (b) agrees to these rules and the decisions of the Sponsor; and (c) agrees to release Sponsor and its affiliates from all claims of liability for damages, loss, injury or death resulting from acceptance/use of the Prize or participation in the Sweepstakes.CONTINUAL/TRANSMISSION USE: Sponsor and the Rogue Valley Vintners Association may from time to time email you announcements, offers, features, promotions updates or advertising that they deem appropriate. By entering this Sweepstakes, you consent to receiving such email messages, provided, however, that you will be given an option to opt out of any additional email messages. Sponsor reserves the right to cancel, suspend, or modify the Sweepstakes if any fraud, virus or other technical problem corrupts the administration, security, or proper play of the Sweepstakes, or for any other reason as determined by Sponsor in its sole discretion.NOTICE: REMOVAL FROM MAILING LIST: Any individual (or other duly authorized person) may elect to exclude the name and address of that individual from all lists used by Sponsor to mail skill contests or sweepstakes.
