The Coors Light® Football 2022 Instant Win Game and Sweepstakes (“Promotion”) is sponsored by Molson Coors Beverage Company USA LLC (“Sponsor”), 250 South Wacker Drive, Chicago, IL USA 60606, and is administered by Prize Logic, LLC (“Administrator”), Two Towne Square, Suite 200, Southfield, MI USA 48076.
PROMOTION PERIOD: The Promotion consists of a game (“Game”), in which an entrant may play for prizes in the “National Game Prize Pool” as well as a “Local Keyword Prize Pool”, depending on Keyword (as defined in Section 3) entered, as further described in Section 3; and a national sweepstakes (“National Sweepstakes”), each as described below. Additionally, the following Keywords: ENDZONE, FLAG, TICKETS, TACKLE, TOUCHDOWN, GAMEDAY, PURPLE, ZONE, RUSH each include a local sweepstakes (each, a “Local Sweepstakes”. Each Local Sweepstakes has different entry period dates and drawing dates, as further described in Section 4. The Promotion begins at or about 12:00 PM Central Time (“CT”) on August 1, 2022 and ends at 11:59:59 PM CT on January 10, 2023 (“Promotion Period”).
ELIGIBILITY: This Promotion is offered only to legal residents of the fifty (50) United States and the District of Columbia who are at least twenty-one (21) years old at the time of participation. Employees, directors, officers, and agents of Sponsor, Administrator, and each of their respective parent companies, divisions, dealers, affiliates, subsidiaries, distributors, advertising and promotional agencies and suppliers involved in the Promotion (“Promotion Entities”), as well as the members of each of their immediate families (spouse, parents, children, siblings, and in-laws) and persons residing in the same household as such individuals are not eligible to enter or win. Employees, agents and officers of alcohol beverage retailers and distributors and their immediate family members and all other individuals/entities associated with this Promotion are not eligible to enter or win. Void where prohibited or restricted by law.
Participation constitutes entrant’s full and unconditional agreement to these Official Rules and Sponsor’s decisions and interpretations, which are final and binding in all matters related to the Promotion.
HOW TO PLAY THE GAME: Internet access and a valid e-mail address are required to participate. During the Promotion Period, an eligible entrant must logon to www.coorslightfootball.com (the “Website”) by either directly typing the URL into their web browser or obtaining a link to the Website by using a web-enabled mobile device scanning a QR Code found on marketing materials.
Once at the Website, an eligible entrant must enter their date of birth. The entrant must then enter their valid e-mail address and either the National Keyword (as described below) or one (1) of the local keywords listed in the chart below associated with the entrant’s jurisdiction of residence, if available (each, a “Local Keyword”). Note that a Local Keyword or the National Keyword may be prepopulated at the Website, based on the QR Code scanned or if the entrant manually typed the URL into their web browser. An entrant may edit the keyword prepopulated if they wish to play for a different prize pool. If an entrant enters the National Keyword, they will automatically be playing only for prizes available in the National Game Prize Pool, as further described in Section 6 of these Official Rules. If an entrant enters a Local Keyword, they will be playing for prizes available in that specific Local Keyword Prize Pool, as well as the National Game Prize Pool as further described in Section 6 of these Official Rules.

If it is the entrant’s first time visiting the Website, the entrant must then complete registration by entering the information requested on the registration form, which may include without limitation: first and last name (initials are not permitted), complete mailing address (P.O. Boxes are not permitted), date of birth, telephone number and affirmation they has read and agrees to be bound by the Official Rules.
After submitting the registration information the entrant will receive an on-screen notification whether they are a potential Game winner (“Game Play”), unless the entrant is a resident of New Jersey. All potential Game winners, including New Jersey residents, will receive an e-mail confirmation within approximately twenty-four (24) to forty-eight (48) hours from the time the Game Play is received at the e-mail address submitted when registering for the Promotion. Each entrant who receives a winning notification will be deemed a potential Game winner pending verification of the entrant’s eligibility and compliance with these Official Rules, as determined by Sponsor in its sole discretion. Sponsor will notify the potential Game winners via e-mail at the e-mail address provided when registering for the Promotion.
All potential winning Game Plays are subject to verification by Sponsor or Administrator, whose decisions are final and binding. An entrant is not a winner of any prize, even if the Game should so indicate, unless and until entrant’s eligibility and the potential winning Game Play have been verified and entrant has been notified that verification is complete. Sponsor will not accept screen shots or other evidence of winning in lieu of its validation process. Any Game Play that occurs after the system has failed for any reason is deemed defective, is void, and will not be honored.
An entrant may return to the Website on subsequent days during the Promotion Period, submit their valid e-mail address and either the National Keyword or a Local Keyword to obtain additional Game Plays.
Game Play Limit: There is a limit of one (1) Game Play per person per day during the Promotion Period, regardless of keyword. If more than one (1) Game Play is received from the same person, phone number and/or e-mail address in a single day, only the first Game Play received will be considered valid. A “day” is defined as starting at 12:00 AM (midnight) CT and ending at 11:59:59 PM CT on a calendar day during the Promotion Period, except on August 1, 2022 when a day is defined as starting at 12:00 PM CT and ending at 11:59:59 PM CT. All Game Plays must be completed and received by Sponsor or its authorized designee by 11:59:59 PM CT on January 10, 2023. In the event that a household, based on address, enters the Promotion using more than five (5) unique e-mail addresses, all of the Game Plays and Sweepstakes entries associated with that household (determined by Sponsor or Administrator at their sole discretion) will be disqualified.
IMPORTANT FOR ENTRANTS USING A MOBILE DEVICE TO PARTICIPATE IN THE PROMOTION: Message and data rates may apply. Not all mobile telephone providers carry the service necessary to participate in the Promotion and/or obtain a link to the Website. Entrants should consult their wireless provider’s pricing plans.
HOW TO ENTER A SWEEPSTAKES: During the Promotion Period, upon completion of a Game Play, regardless of the keyword used, an entrant will automatically receive one (1) entry into the National Sweepstakes (“Entry”). All Entries, regardless of Local Keyword used to play the Game (or, if the National Keyword was entered), will be entered into the National Sweepstakes. Additionally, entrants who complete a Game Play using the Local Keyword ENDZONE, FLAG, TICKETS, TACKLE, TOUCHDOWN, GAMEDAY, PURPLE, ZONE, or RUSH during that Local Sweepstakes period (as set forth below for each individual Local Sweepstakes), will also automatically receive one (1) entry for that Local Sweepstakes (also, an “Entry”).
ENDZONE Local Sweepstakes: The “ENDZONE Local Sweepstakes Period” begins at or about 12:00 PM CT on August 1, 2022, ends at 11:59:59 PM CT on November 15, 2022.
Game Plays made with Keyword ENDZONE received after 11:59:59 PM CT on November 15, 2022 will not be entered into the ENDZONE Local Sweepstakes, but will still receive an Entry into the National Sweepstakes, as set forth above. FLAG Local Sweepstakes: The “FLAG” Local Sweepstakes Period” begins at or about 12:00 PM CT on August 1, 2022, ends at 11:59:59 PM CT on November 15, 2022.

RUSH Local Sweepstakes: The “RUSH Local Sweepstakes Period” begins at or about 12:00 PM CT on August 1, 2022, ends at 11:59:59 PM CT on November 13, 2022. Game Plays made with Keyword RUSH received after 11:59:59 PM CT on November 13, 2022, will not be entered into the RUSH Local Sweepstakes, but will still receive an Entry into the National Sweepstakes, as set forth above
Limit: Each entrant is limited to receiving one (1) Entry per day into the National Sweepstakes during the Promotion Period, regardless Keyword used, as well as one (1) Entry per day into the Local Sweepstakes entered (if any) during the applicable Local Sweepstakes’ Period as defined above for the specific Local Sweepstakes. If more than one (1) Entry per day is received from the same person, telephone number, address, or e-mail address, only the first Entry received may be considered valid. All Entries must be received by 11:59:59 PM CT on January 10, 2023 or by 11:59:59 PM CT on the End Date listed above for the specific Local Sweepstakes.
RANDOM DRAWINGS: On or about January 11, 2023, the Administrator will randomly select ten (10) potential National Sweepstakes winners from all eligible Entries received during the National Sweepstakes Period (each, a “Random Drawing”). Cameo Video Prizes (86 total): Each “Cameo Prize” is a personalized Cameo Video (as defined in and pursuant to the terms of service and associated terms of Baron App, Inc. d/b/a Cameo (“Cameo”) as set forth at legal.cameo.com to which each entrant hereby agrees (the “Cameo Terms”) from a Sponsor-selected football personality (video details, including but not limited to specific content and duration, to be determined by Sponsor in its sole discretion). Beanie Prizes (1,195 total): Each “Beanie Prize” is a Coors Light-branded knit hat. Size and style determined by Sponsor in its sole discretion. Beanie Prize may be co-branded with a local team associated with the Keyword used at entry. One thousand one hundred ninety-five (1,195) total Beanie Prizes will be available in the Promotion – allocated by Keyword prize pool as set forth above. The ARV of each Beanie Prize is $5.
Windbreaker Prizes (223 total): Each “Windbreaker Prize” is a Coors Light-branded windbreaker. Size and style determined by Sponsor in its sole discretion. Windbreaker Prize may be co-branded with a local team associated with the Keyword used at entry. Two-hundred twenty-three (223) total Windbreaker Prizes will be available in the Promotion – allocated by Keyword prize pool as set forth above. The ARV of each Windbreaker Prize is $70.
Flag Prizes (640 total): Each “Flag Prize” is a Coors Light-branded flag. Flag Prize may be co-branded with a local team associated with the Keyword used at entry. Six hundred forty (640) total Flag Prizes will be available in the Promotion – allocated by Keyword prize pool as set forth above. The ARV of each Flag Prize is $20.
Bag Chair Prizes (380 total): Each “Bag Chair Prize” is a Coors Light-branded folding chair and carrying bag. Style determined by Sponsor in its sole discretion. Bag Chair Prize may be co-branded with a local team associated with the Keyword used at entry. Three hundred eighty (380) total Bag Chair Prizes will be available in the Promotion – allocated by Keyword prize pool as set forth above. The ARV of each Bag Chair Prize is $38.

Limit of one (1) Game Prize per person/household. Limit of one (1) Sweepstakes Prize per person/household. A person/household may win both a Game Prize, and Sweepstakes Prize. No Prize substitution or exchange will be allowed, except by Sponsor, who reserves the right to substitute a prize of equal or greater value in case of unavailability of a Prize or force majeure.
HOW TO CLAIM A PRIZE: Potential winners are subject to verification of eligibility and compliance with these Official Rules. Potential Prize winners will be notified by telephone or e-mail with instructions on how to claim a Prize. Failure to provide all required information within the stated time period may result in forfeiture of winner’s right to claim a Prize and may result in the Prize being awarded to an alternate winner, if time permits.
