25 First Place Prizes. Each First Place Prize consists of one $50 Live Nation Concert Cash Code.
Open only to natural persons who are legal residents of District of Columbia, or the States of Maryland, New Jersey, New York, North Carolina, Pennsylvania, South Carolina, or Virginia, who have a valid social security or tax ID number, and who are at least eighteen years old at the time of entry.
