Maaco’s Watch and Win Sweepstakes Official Rules
NO PURCHASE OR PAYMENT IS NECESSARY TO ENTER OR WIN. A PURCHASE OR PAYMENT WILL NOT
INCREASE A PERSON’S CHANCES OF WINNING.
1. Sweepstakes commences Tuesday, October 11, 2022, at 12:01 AM EST and ends on October 16,
2022, at 11:59 PM EST (the “Entry Period”). To enter the Sweepstakes, during the Entrant
Period, entrant must either (a) visit MaacoGamedayGiveaway.com and complete and submit the
official form, including entrant’s full name, email address and phone number, or (b) (i) (1) if
submitting via Instagram, follow @maaconorthamerica on the Instagram application, or (2) if
submitting via Facebook, follow @MaacoUSA on the Facebook application; (ii) take a Photo
while watching the game (the “Photo”); and (iii) (1) if submitting via Instagram, publish the
Photo on entrant’s Instagram account using Sweepstakes hashtag, #MaacoGamedayGiveaway
or (ii) if submitting via Facebook, publish the Photo on entrant’s Facebook account using
Sweepstakes hashtag #MaacoGamedayGiveaway. To enter the Sweepstakes by submitting a
Photo, you must be an active holder of a non-private Instagram or Facebook account (holders of
private account settings may not enter in this method). If you do not have the Instagram or
Facebook application, you may download it through the application store on your desktop
computer or mobile device. The Instagram application is free, and Instagram’s Terms of Use

application is free, and Facebook’s Terms of Use apply. For details visit
http://www.facebook.com/legal/terms/. If you enter using a mobile device on a wireless
service provider’s network (as opposed to a Wi-Fi network), your carrier’s text and data rates
will apply. You should consult your wireless service provider’s pricing plan for details. You agree
to incur any and all charges demanded by your wireless carrier. Sponsor is not responsible for
late, lost or destroyed entries in connection with this Sweepstakes. Limit one entry per person
per email address. Participation in “Maaco’s Watch and Win Sweepstakes” (“Sweepstakes”)
constitutes entrant’s full and unconditional agreement to and acceptance of these official rules
and the decisions of Driven Brands Inc. d/b/a Maaco (“Sponsor”), 440 S Church St #700,
Charlotte, NC 28202. Winning a prize is contingent upon fulfilling all requirements set forth
herein. This Sweepstakes is not sponsored, endorsed, or administered by Facebook or
Instagram, and Facebook and Instagram are not associated with the Sweepstakes in any way.
Any questions, comments, or complaints regarding the Sweepstakes must be directed to
Sponsor, and not to Instagram or Facebook. You are providing your information to Sponsor and
not to Instagram or Facebook.
2. The odds of winning depend upon the number of eligible entries received. No Purchase Is
Necessary to Enter or Win. A Purchase Does Not Increase the Chances of Winning.
3. To be eligible to enter this Sweepstakes, an individual must be of age of majority and a resident
of the United States. Directors, officers, or employees of Sponsor, its affiliates, subsidiaries,
related companies, advertising and promotional agencies, and the immediate family and
household members of any of the above, are not eligible to participate. The Sponsor shall have
the right at any time to require proof of identity and/or eligibility to participate in the
Sweepstakes. Failure to provide such proof may result in disqualification. All personal and other
information requested by and supplied to the Sponsor for the purpose of the Sweepstakes must
be truthful, complete, accurate and in no way misleading. The Sponsor reserves the right, in its
sole discretion, to disqualify any entrant should such an entrant at any stage supply untruthful,
incomplete, inaccurate, or misleading personal details and/or information or otherwise fail to
comply with these official rules.
4. There will be one prize awarded to the winner, which will include the following: one pair of Allen
Robinson’s special game-worn cleats, one signed Allen Robinson’s jersey, one Maaco-branded
speaker, one cornhole game, one LA Rams* Superbowl champion signed football, one Maaco-
branded Yeti** cup, and one pair of Ray Ban*** sunglasses. Approximate retail value of prize is
$ $1,001.55.
5. One (1) winning entry will be selected from all eligible entries received on or before the end of
the Entry Period. No substitution for or transfer of the prize will be allowed, except at the option
of the Sweepstakes Sponsor in the event of prize unavailability. The prize will be delivered only
to the confirmed winner.
6. THE SELECTED ENTRANT WILL BE NOTIFIED BY E-MAIL OR DIRECT MESSAGE (IF SUBMITTED
PHOTO TO ENTER) NO LATER THAN WEDNESDAY, OCTOBER 19, 2022, AND MUST RESPOND
WITHIN FIVE (5) BUSINESS DAYS OF NOTIFICATION. A potential winner is not a winner of any
prize until eligibility has been verified, potential winner has signed an affidavit of eligibility and
liability/publicity release, and potential winner has received notice from Sponsor that they have
won a prize, even if any information on Sponsor’s website on any other location indicates that
an entrant has won.
7. If the selected entrant does not respond in accordance with these official rules, entrant will be
disqualified and will not receive a prize and another eligible entrant may be selected by random
drawing in the Sponsor’s sole discretion until such time as an eligible entrant satisfies the terms
set out herein. The Sponsor is not responsible for the failure for any reason whatsoever of a
selected entrant to receive prize notification or for the Sponsor to receive a selected entrant’s
response.
8. Prize must be accepted as is and awarded and cannot be transferred, assigned, substituted, or
redeemed for cash, except at the sole discretion of the Sponsor. Sponsor makes no
representations or warranties of any kind concerning any prize. Prize winner must look to the
express manufacturer’s warranty (if any) included with the prize. Any unused portion of a prize
will be forfeited and have no cash value. The Sponsor reserves the right, in its sole discretion, to
substitute a prize of equal or greater value if a prize (or any portion thereof) cannot be awarded
for any reason. The winner is fully responsible for all applicable federal, state, and local taxes
associated with prize use or acceptance.
9. All decisions of Sponsor are final. This Sweepstakes is subject to all applicable federal, state, and
municipal laws.
10. All entries become the property of Sponsor, and correspondence will be with the selected
entrant who will be notified by email. Entrants, by entering this Sweepstakes, consent to the use
of their name, likeness, statements, biographical information, voice, and/or photograph,
without compensation or notice, in any future publicity, in all forms of media on a worldwide
basis, in perpetuity, except where prohibited by law.
11. All information submitted to the Sponsor as part of this Sweepstakes will be treated in
accordance with the Sponsors’ privacy policy, available at https://www.maaco.com/privacy-
policy/. Sponsor will only use entrant’s personal information to: (a) provide information about
the Sweepstakes; (b) contact and publicize potential winners; and/or (c) if an entrant selects to
receive additional information from the Sponsor, to send additional information to that entrant
during or after the Entry Period.
12. By entering this Sweepstakes, entrant agrees to release and hold harmless Sponsor, Instagram,
Facebook, Offseason, and their respective subsidiaries, affiliates, advertising and promotion
agencies, partners, representatives, agents, successors, assigns, employees, officers and
directors, from any liability, illness, injury, death, loss, litigation, claim or damage that may
occur, directly or indirectly, whether caused by negligence or not, from (i) such entrant’s
participation in the Sweepstakes and/or his/her acceptance, possession, use, or misuse of any
prize or any portion thereof, (ii) technical, mechanical, printing, or typographical or other
failures of any kind, including but not limited to lost, late, incomplete, stolen, or misdirected
entries or the malfunctioning of any computer, cable, network, hardware or software; (iii) the
unavailability or inaccessibility of any transmissions or telephone or Internet service; (iv)
unauthorized human intervention in any part of the entry process or the Sweepstakes; (v)
electronic or human error which may occur in the administration of the Sweepstakes or the
processing of entries; and (vi) any claims based on publicity rights, copyright/trademark
infringement, intellectual property rights, defamation or invasion of privacy and merchandise
delivery.
13. The Sweepstakes and these official rules will be governed, construed, and interpreted under the
laws of the State of North Carolina, without regard of choice of law principles. Except where
prohibited, entrant agrees that: (a) any and all disputes, claims and causes of action arising out
of or connected with this Sweepstakes or any prize awarded shall be resolved individually,
without resort to any form of class action, and exclusively by the United States District Court for
the Western District of North Carolina or the applicable state court in North Carolina; (b) any
and all claims, judgments and awards shall be limited to actual out-of-pocket costs incurred,
including costs associated with entering this Sweepstakes, but in no event attorneys’ fees; and
(c) under no circumstances will entrant be permitted to obtain awards for, and entrant hereby
waives all rights to claim, indirect, punitive, incidental and consequential damages and any other
damages, other than for actual out-of-pocket expenses, and any and all rights to have damages
multiplied or otherwise increased. For purposes of these official rules, (i) the words “include,”
“includes” and “including” shall be deemed to be followed by the words “without limitation”; (ii)
the word “or” is not exclusive; and (iii) the words “herein,” “hereof,” “hereby,” “hereto,” and
“hereunder” refer to these official rules as a whole. In the event of any conflict with any
Sweepstakes details contained in these official rules, and Sweepstakes details contained in any
promotional materials (including, but not limited to, point of sale, television and print
advertising, promotional packaging and other promotional media), the details of the
Sweepstakes as set forth in these official rules shall prevail.
