LIMITED TO SEVEN ENTRIES PER PERSON. ENTRANTS MUST BE LEGAL
RESIDENTS OF THE UNITED STATES AND EIGHTEEN (18) YEARS OF AGE OR OLDER
AT THE TIME OF ENTRY. VOID WHERE PROHIBITED BY LAW. EMPLOYEES,
CONSULTANTS, INDEPENDENT CONTRACTORS, AND INTERNS WHO HAVE,
WITHIN THE PAST SIX (6) MONTHS, PERFORMED SERVICES FOR LE VIAN
CORP., STERLING JEWELERS INC., ORGANIZATIONS RESPONSIBLE FOR
SPONSORING, FULFILLING, ADMINISTERING, ADVERTISING OR PROMOTING
THE EVENT, EACH OF THEIR RESPECTIVE AFFILIATES AND THEIR
IMMEDIATE FAMILY ARE NOT ELIGIBLE TO ENTER. EVENT ENTRY PERIOD
BEGINS ON JULY 23, 2020 AND ENDS ON JULY 26, 2020 AT MIDNIGHT EASTERN
STANDARD TIME.
The LOVE Le Vian Love Event (“Event”) is sponsored by Le Vian Corp. (“Sponsor”). The
Event is governed by these official rules (“Official Rules”). By participating in the Event, each
entrant accepts and agrees to abide by these Official Rules, warrants that he/she is eligible to
participate and understands that the results of the Event, as determined by Sponsor and its agents,
are final in all respects. The Event is subject to all federal and local laws and regulations and is
void where prohibited or restricted by law.
ELIGIBILITY
LEGAL RESIDENTS OF THE UNITED STATES: This Event is open only to legal residents of
the United State including the fifty (50) United States and the District of Columbia (excluding
Puerto Rico, Guam, American Samoa, United States territories, possessions, and protectorates,
foreign based United States military installations and wherever restricted or prohibited by law).
Any individuals (including but not limited to employees, consultants, independent contractors,
and interns) who have, within the past six months, performed services for Le Vian Corp., Sterling
Jewelers Inc. or any organizations responsible for sponsoring, fulfilling, administering,
advertising or promoting the Event, each of their respective affiliates and Immediate Family and
household members of such individuals, are not eligible to enter or play. “Immediate Family”

shall mean parents, stepparents, children, stepchildren, siblings, stepsiblings, or spouses.
Individuals living in the same household as those individuals are not eligible to enter or win.
Sponsor has the sole discretion and right to verify the eligibility of each entrant and to disqualify
any entrants that are not eligible per these rules.
EVENT PERIOD
The Event starts on July 23, 2020 and ends on July 26, 2020 at the midnight Eastern Standard
Time (“Event Period”). Participants must enter before midnight EST on Monday, July 26, 2020
to be eligible.
HOW TO ENTER
Enter the Event on www.levian.com, the entrant must enter via the entry portion of this page,
where they will be prompted to enter their full name, age, email address, mailing address and
telephone number for one entry into the Event. If entrant does not complete the entry form,
entrant will not be eligible prizes. Entrant must also agree to these Official Rules.
Entrants may also participate in the following, which each provide one (1) additional entry: 1)
Upload a photograph of you wearing your favorite Le Vian piece on Le Vian’s Facebook or
Instagram using the hashtag #LOVELeVian, 2) Submit up to three (3) product reviews, 3)
Follow or Like Le Vian’s official Facebook, Instagram, or YouTube account, and/or 4) Take the
Le Vian Love Quiz.
Limit: Up to seven (7) total entries per person.
Additional Entry Conditions for the Event:
i. Sponsor has no obligation to advise an entrant of an incomplete or otherwise non-
compliant entry.
ii. Sponsor is not responsible for lost, late, invalid, unintelligible, incomplete, garbled,
inappropriate or misdirected entries, which will be disqualified.
iii. No mailed, telephoned, faxed, or mechanically reproduced entries will be accepted.
iv. Proof of submission of an entry will not be deemed proof of receipt.
v. Receipt of entries will not be acknowledged nor will proof of submission of an entry
form be deemed proof of receipt.
vi. In the event of a dispute as to any entry, the authorized account holder of the e-mail
address used to enter will be deemed to be the entrant.
PRIZE AND ODDS
One Grand Prize Event Winner who will receive a Le Vian Trunk Show Shopping Spree
valued up to $4,999.00 retail value of Le Vian jewelry. Prize cannot be combined with any other
offer or coupon. Shopping Spree must be redeemed at a Le Vian Trunk Show at Kay store and
may be used towards a purchase of Le Vian trunk show merchandise only, not applicable for

purchase of non-trunk show merchandise or store stock. Grand Prize must be redeemed by
January 31, 2021, void thereafter.
Odds of winning the Grand Prize are based on the number of eligible entries received.
Prize is not redeemable for cash. Any interpretation of the prize description or otherwise shall be
made within the Sponsors sole discretion. Prize is not transferable. No prize substitutions,
exchanges or cash equivalents will be permitted by the prize winner, except that the Sponsor
reserves the right to substitute prize of comparable or greater value in their sole discretion.
Acceptance, receipt and use of all or any portion of the awarded prize is solely the responsibility
of the prize winner. ALL FEDERAL, STATE AND LOCAL TAXES ASSOCIATED WITH THE
RECEIPT OR USE OF ANY PRIZE IS SOLELY THE RESPONSIBILITY OF THE WINNER.
WINNER SELECTION
Random drawing for the prize winner of the Event will take place on or about August 10, 2020.
Potential prize winner will be notified on or about August 24, 2020 via e-mail (using the email
address provided at entry) with instructions for confirmation, verification and claiming
prize. Entrants are responsible for monitoring his/her e-mail account for prize notification
and other communications related to this Event. If prize winner does not respond and
return all documentation within 30 days from the date of notification, the winner will be
disqualified, and a new winner will be selected from the remaining entries. Upon the request
of the Sponsor, the potential prize winner will be required to return an Affidavit of Eligibility,
Release and Prize Acceptance Form and IRS W-9 form. If the potential prize winner fails to
comply with these Official Rules, then he/she will be disqualified, and any prize won will be
deemed forfeited. The prize will be awarded (assuming a sufficient number of eligible entries
are received) to another potential winner following the same procedure as set forth herein. Prize
claims and entries are sole property of Sponsor and will not be returned.

ADDITIONAL LIMITATIONS
Sponsor, Sterling Jewelers Inc., and their respective parents, affiliates and subsidiary companies,
agents and representatives are not responsible for any typographical or other errors in the offer or
administration of the Event, including, but not limited to, errors in any printing or posting or
these Official Rules, the selection and announcement of any winner or the distribution of any
prize. Any attempt to damage the content or operation of this Event is unlawful and subject to
legal action by Sponsor. Sponsor reserves the right to terminate, suspend or amend the Event,
without notice, and for any reason, including, without limitation, if Sponsor determines that the
Event cannot be conducted as planned or should a virus, bug, tampering or unauthorized
intervention, technical failure or other cause beyond Sponsor’s control corrupt the

administration, security, fairness, integrity or proper play of the Event. In the event of any such
termination or suspension, a notice will be posted and a random drawing will be held from
among all eligible, non-suspect entries received prior to such time. Sponsor reserves the right, at
its sole discretion, to void suspect entries and to disqualify any entrant (and all of his/her entries)
from this Event or any other promotion conducted now or in the future by Sponsor, Sterling
Jewelers Inc., or any of their affiliates if Sponsor determines that he/she has tampered with the
entry process, attempted to circumvent the terms of these Official Rules and/or his/her fraud or
misconduct has affected the integrity or fair conduct of this Event. Sponsor, Sterling Jewelers
Inc., and their respective parents, affiliates and subsidiary companies, agents, and
representatives, and any telephone network or service providers, are not responsible for incorrect
or inaccurate transcription of entry information, or for any technical malfunction, lost or delayed
data transmission, omission, interruption, deletion, line failure or malfunction of any telephone
network, computer equipment or software, the inability to access any website or online service or
any other error, human or otherwise. Further, Sponsor and Sterling Jewelers Inc., are not
responsible for electronic communications that are undeliverable as a result of any form of active
or passive filtering of any kind or insufficient space in an entrant’s e-mail account to receive e-
mail messages. This Event is void in Puerto Rico, Guam, American Samoa, United States
territories, possessions, and protectorates, foreign based United States military installations and
where prohibited or restricted by law, and is subject to all applicable federal, state and local laws
and regulations. Any and all legal actions or claims arising in connection with this Event must
be brought in a court of competent jurisdiction within the State of New York.
INDEMNIFICATION AND LIMITATION OF LIABILITY
BY ENTERING THIS EVENT EACH ENTRANT AGREES TO INDEMNIFY, RELEASE
AND HOLD HARMLESS SPONSOR, STERLING JEWELERS INC., AND THEIR PARENTS,
AFFILIATES, AGENTS, OFFICERS, DIRECTORS, AND EMPLOYEES, AND SUBSIDIARY
COMPANIES (COLLECTIVELY, THE “SPONSOR ENTITIES”), PARTICIPATING
ADVERTISING AND PROMOTIONAL AGENCIES AND ALL OF THEIR RESPECTIVE
OFFICERS, DIRECTORS, EMPLOYEES, REPRESENTATIVES AND AGENTS FROM ANY
LIABILITY, DAMAGES, LOSSES OR INJURY RESULTING IN WHOLE OR IN PART,
DIRECTLY OR INDIRECTLY, FROM THAT ENTRANT’S PARTICIPATION IN THE EVENT
AND THE ACCEPTANCE, USE OR MISUSE OF ANY PRIZE THAT MAY BE WON. THE
SPONSOR ENTITIES AND ALL OF THEIR RESPECTIVE OFFICERS, DIRECTORS,
EMPLOYEES, REPRESENTATIVES AND AGENTS DO NOT MAKE ANY WARRANTIES,
EXPRESS OR IMPLIED, AS TO THE CONDITION, FITNESS OR MERCHANTABILITY OF
ANY PRIZE. THE SPONSOR AND STERLING JEWELERS INC. ENTITIES AND ALL OF
THEIR RESPECTIVE OFFICERS, DIRECTORS, EMPLOYEES, REPRESENTATIVES AND
AGENTS DISCLAIM ANY LIABILITY FOR DAMAGE TO ANY COMPUTER SYSTEM
RESULTING FROM ACCESS TO OR THE DOWNLOAD OF INFORMATION OR
MATERIALS CONNECTED WITH THIS EVENT.

By participating in this Event, each entrant grants Sponsor and Sterling Jewelers Inc. permission
to use his/her name, address, likeness, prize information and/or comments for promotional
purposes in any medium without payment of additional consideration, except where prohibited
by law, any such use with respect to a minor subject to prior approval of his/her parent or legal
guardian.
