The US ONLY Tom Petty & The Heartbreakers X VOX Deluxe Giveaway (“Promotion”) takes place beginning 9 AM January 16th, 2023 and ends at 11:59 PM EST, January 31st 2023 (the “Promotion Period”). The Promotion is sponsored by Korg USA, Inc., 316 South Service Road, Melville, NY 11747 (“Sponsor”). All federal, state and local laws apply. Void where prohibited. 

Eligibility:
The Promotion is open to US residents who are at least 18 years old, have reached the age of majority in their state of residence, and who have internet access at the time of the Promotion Period. Employees, officers and directors of the Sponsor and its parents, affiliates, related parties and their immediate families are not eligible to participate in the Promotion.

To Enter:
Entries for the drawing must be received by 11:59 pm EST on January 31st , 2023. 

Prizes:
One winner will receive a Tom Petty and the Heartbreakers Live at The Fillmore 1997 Uber Deluxe Box Set signed by Mike Campbell, Benmont Tench, Steve Ferrone & Scott Thurston, an AdioAirGT, and a Bobcat BCS66SB valued at $2300.00. No substitution or transfer of prizes, except at the sole discretion of the Sponsor. The prize can only be shipped to a valid physical US address. PO Boxes will not be accepted.

Notification of Potential Winners:

The winner will be chosen on February 2nd , 2023 and notified.
