Each Grand Prize winner will receive $5,000 (to be awarded in the form of a check to the winner) and a year’s worth of Kellogg’s Frosted Flakes® cereal, Kellogg’s® Froot Loops® cereal and Kellogg’s® Frosted Mini-Wheats® cereal (thirty-four (34) boxes total – to be awarded in two (2) shipments during the one-year period) (ARV $5,203.66 each winner). Prize will be shipped directly to each winner.

Then, take a picture of you and/or your family enjoying Kellogg’s® cereal for dinner, post it to Instagram using your non-private Instagram account along with the Required Hashtag #KelloggsCerealforDinnerEntry (“Required Hashtag”). Alternatively, you can post a picture of you and/or your family simply enjoying dinner (no Kellogg’s® cereal required) along with the Required Hashtag (collectively, an “Entry”).
