Promotional Rules
1. NO PURCHASE OR PAYMENT OF ANY KIND NECESSARY TO ENTER OR WIN THIS
SWEEPSTAKES. A PURCHASE WILL NOT INCREASE YOUR CHANCES OF WINNING.
ONLY RESIDENTS OF THE UNITED STATES OF AMERICA ARE ELIGIBLE TO ENTER OR
WIN. VOID IN PUERTO RICO, U.S. TERRITORIES AND WHERE PROHIBITED OR
RESTRICTED BY LAW.
2. SPONSOR:
Katzkin Leather, Inc. (“Sponsor”), 6868 W. Acco Street, Montebello, CA 90640-5441.
3. HOW TO ENTER:
Entry Period: 3/15/2023 – 6/30/2023
During the Entry Period, visit the sweepstakes website and fill out the entry form. Limit one
entry per person per day.
4. ELIGIBILITY:
Open only to legal U.S. residents who are 18 years of age or older with a valid driver’s license at
time of entry. Entrant must own the vehicle for which they are entering. Employees of
Sponsor, their respective affiliates, agents, advertising and promotional agencies, and their
immediate families or persons residing in the same household of such employees are not
eligible to enter or win.
5. DRAWING DATES:
Sponsor will select the prize winner in a random drawing from all eligible entries on or around
7/1/2023. Entrants agree to be bound by these Official Rules and by the decisions of the
judges, which are final and binding in all respects. Winner will be notified via email or phone. If
the potential winner cannot be reached or fails to reply to a winner notice within 3 business days
of Sponsor’s initial attempt to notify him or her, or in the event of non-compliance with these
requirements, the prize will be forfeited and an alternate winner will be selected. Winner will be
required to sign an affitdavit, verifying name, address and vehicle ownership. Unclaimed prizes
may not be awarded.
6. PRIZE/ODDS OF WINNING PRIZE:
Grand Prize:
Sponsor will award one (1) prize. Each prize will consist of a custom Katzkin® leather interior for a
domestically owned passenger vehicle (2 or 3 rows). (Approximate Retail Value: $5,000). Sponsor
will direct winner to a local authorized professional installer near the winner’s primary residence for
arrangement of all details in connection with installation of prize. Vehicle must be a vehicle for which
Sponsor’s products are suitable, in Sponsor’s sole discretion. Sponsor specializes in products for
various automobiles; however, it does not offer products for every vehicle manufactured. If your
vehicle is one for which Sponsor does not offer a product, your prize will be forfeited and another
winner will be selected. All federal, state, and local regulations apply. Odds of winning depend on
the number of eligible entries received. Prize is non-transferable. Purchase will not increase your
chances of winning. All taxes or expenses, including, without limitation, sales tax, luxury tax, and
any other costs incurred in claiming or using the prize, is the sole responsibility of the prize
winner. No prize substitution or cash equivalent of prize, except at Sponsor’s’ sole discretion, and
then only for a prize of equal or greater value. Any difference between the actual value of any prize
and the approximate retail value set forth in these Official Rules may not be claimed and will not be
awarded.
7. GENERAL:
Sweepstakes is subject to applicable federal, state and local laws. Sponsor, and their
respective affiliates, and the directors, officers, employees, or agencies of any of the above
organizations (the “Promotion Entities”) are not responsible for: (1) typographical errors in any
materials relating to the Sweepstakes; (2) lost, misdirected, incomplete, or delayed entries; (3)
cancellations, postponements, or delays of any kind (e.g.weather, etc.); (4) Acts of God, war,
terrorism, government regulation, disaster, fire, strikes, civil disorder; (5) unauthorized human
intervention in any part of the entry process or the Sweepstakes; (6) electronic or human error
which may occur in the administration of the Sweepstakes or the processing of entries; or any
other causes beyond such parties’ control, making it inadvisable, illegal, impossible, or
impractical to continue the Sweepstakes or to perform under these Official Rules. By
participating, entrants release the Sponsor and Promotion Entities from any and all liability for
any injuries, losses, tax liabilities or damages of any kind arising from entrant’s participation in
this sweepstakes or resulting from acceptance, possession, use or misuse of any prize. Where
legal, acceptance of prize shall constitute and signify the winner’s agreement and consent that
Sponsor or its agents may use his/her name address (city and state only), likeness, and/or prize
information for promotional purposes without further compensation, where legal. Entrants need
not be present to win. Automated entries (including but not limited to entries submitted using
any robot, script, macro, or other automated service), and any illegible, unintelligible,
incomplete, or garbled entries are not permitted and will be disqualified. The Promotion Entities
are not responsible for: (i) any error, omission, interruption, deletion, defect, delay in operation
or transmission, theft or destruction or unauthorized access to, or alternation of, entries; or (ii)
any problems or technical malfunctions of any telephone or communications network or lines,
computer on-line systems, servers or providers, computer equipment, software, failure of any e-
mail or entry to be received by Sponsor or Leader on account of technical problems or traffic
congestion on the Internet or at the Website, or any combination thereof, including any injury or
damage to entrant’s or any other person’s computer related to or resulting from participation or
downloading any materials related to this Sweepstakes. Sponsor reserves the right, in its sole
discretion, to: (i) disqualify any individual from this or any promotion it sponsors, now or in the
future, it finds to be tampering with the entry process or the operation of the Sweepstakes or
any other aspect of this Sweepstakes, or to be acting in violation of these Official Rules or in a
disruptive manner; and (ii) cancel or suspend part or all of this Sweepstakes in the event that
printing errors, computer virus, bugs, technical failures, tampering, fraud, unauthorized
intervention or other causes beyond Sponsor’s control, corrupt or impair the administration,
security, fairness or proper play of the Sweepstakes. In such event, Sponsor will award the
prize in a random drawing from all eligible entries received up to the date of cancellation or
suspension.
8. Per Instagram, Facebook, YouTube, and Twitter rules, this promotion is in no way
sponsored, administered, or associated with Facebook, Inc., Twitter, Inc., YouTube, Inc.,
and Instagram, Inc. By entering, entrants confirm that they are 18+ years of age, release
Instagram of responsibility, and agree to Facebook’s, YouTube’s, Twitter’s, and Instagram’s
terms of use.
