12 Days of Christmas Giveaway 2022 – OFFICIAL RULES
NO PURCHASE NECESSARY TO ENTER OR WIN. MAKING A PURCHASE OR PAYMENT OF
ANY KIND WILL NOT INCREASE YOUR CHANCES OF WINNING. ODDS OF WINNING WILL
DEPEND ON THE TOTAL NUMBER OF ENTRIES RECEIVED. VOID WHERE PROHIBITED OR
RESTRICTED BY LAW.
1. PROMOTION DESCRIPTION: The 12 Days of Christmas Giveaway 2022 (“Sweepstakes”) begins on
November 22, 2022 at 12:01 AM Pacific Time (“PT”) and ends on December 9, 2022 at 11:59 PM PT
(the “Promotion Period”).
The sponsor of this Sweepstakes is ITW Global Tire Repair, 125 Venture Drive, Suite 210, San Luis
Obispo, California 93401 (“Sponsor”). By participating in the Sweepstakes, each Entrant unconditionally
accepts and agrees to comply with and abide by these Official Rules and the decisions of Sponsor, which
shall be final and binding in all respects. Sponsor is responsible for the collection, submission or
processing of Entries and the overall administration of the Sweepstakes. The Sponsor’s administration and
operation of the Sweepstakes and the selection of the potential Winners are final and binding in all
matters related to the Sweepstakes. Entrants should look solely to Sponsor with any questions, comments
or problems related to the Sweepstakes. Sponsor may be reached by email at comments@itwgtr.com
during the Promotion Period.
2. ELIGIBILITY: This Sweepstakes is open to legal residents of the 50 United States and the District of
Columbia who are at least 18 years old at the time of entry. Sponsor and its parents, subsidiaries,
affiliates, distributors, retailers, sales representatives, advertising and promotion agencies and officers,
directors and employees of Sponsor are ineligible to enter the Sweepstakes or win a prize. Household
Members and Immediate Family Members of such individuals are also not eligible to enter or win.
“Household Members” shall mean those people who share the same residence at least three months a
year. “Immediate Family Members” shall mean parents, step-parents, legal guardians, children, step-
children, siblings, step-siblings, or spouses. This Sweepstakes is subject to all applicable federal, state and
local laws and regulations and is void where prohibited or restricted by law.
3. HOW TO ENTER: To enter the Sweepstakes and be deemed an “Entrant”, a participant must, during
the Promotion Period, fill out the online entry form located at www.slime.com/12DaysofChristmas
(“Entry”). No other method of Entry will be accepted.
Automated or robotic Entries submitted by individuals or organizations will be disqualified. Internet entry
must be made by the Entrant. Any attempt by Entrant to obtain more than the stated number of Entries by
using multiple/different email addresses, identities, registrations, logins or any other methods, including,
but not limited to, commercial contest/sweepstakes subscription notification and/or entering services, will
void Entrant’s Entries and that Entrant may be disqualified. Final eligibility for the award of any Prize is
subject to eligibility verification as set forth below. All Entries must be made by the end of the Promotion
Period in order to participate. Sponsor’s database clock will be the official timekeeper for this
Sweepstakes.
Limit one (1) Entry per person/household/e-mail address during the Promotion Period.
4. WINNER SELECTION: A random drawing from all eligible Entries received during the Promotion
Period will be conducted every day from 12/10-12/21 by Sponsor or its designated representatives to
select one (1) Winner each day for twelve (12) total Winners. The selection of the Winners will be
conducted by Sponsor, and Sponsor’s decisions will be final in all matters pertaining to the selection. Any
potential Winner will be subject to verification by Sponsor of eligibility and compliance with these
Official Rules.
5. WINNER NOTIFICATION: Potential Winners will be notified by email at the email address provided
in the Entry no later than one week after the random drawings. Potential Winners must accept a prize by
email as directed by Sponsor within one (1) month of notification. Sponsor is not responsible for any
delay or failure to receive notification for any reason, including inactive email account(s), technical
difficulties associated therewith, or potential Winner’s failure to adequately monitor any email account.
Any winner notification not responded to or returned as undeliverable may result in prize forfeiture. The
potential Winners may be required to sign and return an affidavit of eligibility and release of liability, and
a publicity release.
6. ODDS: The odds of winning a prize depend on the total number of eligible Entries received.

8. PRIZE RESTRICTIONS: Only one prize per person and per household will be awarded. Prizes cannot
be transferred, redeemed for cash, or substituted by Winner. Prizes are awarded “as-is” and without
warranty of any kind, express or implied (including, without limitation, any implied warranty of
merchantability or fitness for a particular purpose). Sponsor reserves the right in its sole and absolute
discretion to award a substitute prize of equal or greater value if a prize described in these Official Rules
is unavailable or cannot be awarded, in whole or in part, for any reason. The ARV of the prize represents
Sponsor’s good faith determination. That determination is final and binding and cannot be appealed. If the
actual value of the prize turns out to be less than the stated ARV, the difference will not be awarded in
cash. Sponsor makes no representation or warranty concerning the appearance, safety, or performance of
any prize awarded. Restrictions, conditions, and limitations may apply. Sponsor will not replace any lost
or stolen prize items. Winners should allow 4-6 weeks after acceptance of a Prize for the mailing of that
Prize.
This Sweepstakes is open to legal residents of the 50 United States and the District of Columbia and
Prizes will only be awarded and/or delivered to addresses within said locations. Each Winner will be
solely responsible for all federal, state, and/or local taxes, and for any other fees or costs associated with
the Prize he or she receives, regardless of whether it, in whole or in part, is used. Failure to comply with
the Official Rules will result in forfeiture of the prize. If any Prize is lost, destroyed, or stolen it will not
be replaced.
9. RELEASE: By entering, participants agree to release, discharge, indemnify, defend, and hold harmless,
Sponsor and its parents, subsidiaries, affiliates, and its officers, directors, members, employees, agents,
and agencies (“Released Parties”) from and against any demands, claims, liability, costs, losses, damages,
or cause of action, including, without limitation, personal injury, death, or damage to or loss of property,
arising out of, in whole or part, directly or indirectly, from participating or attempting to participate in the
Sweepstakes or from acceptance, possession, misuse, use, or award of the Prizes. Unless prohibited by
law, Winners shall bear all risk of loss or damage to the Prizes after they have been delivered.
10. PRIVACY: Any personal information supplied by an Entrant will be subject to the privacy policy of
the Sponsor posted at https://slime.com/pages/privacy-policy. By entering the Sweepstakes, each Entrant
grants Sponsor permission to share his or her email address and any other personally identifiable
information with the other Sweepstakes Entities for the purpose of administration and prize fulfillment,
including use in a publicly available Winners list.
11. LIMITATION OF LIABILITY: Sponsor assumes no responsibility or liability for (a) any incorrect or
inaccurate entry information, or for any faulty or failed electronic data transmissions; (b) any
unauthorized access to, or theft, destruction or alteration of entries at any point in the operation of this
Sweepstakes; (c) any technical malfunction, failure, error, omission, interruption, deletion, defect, delay
in operation or communications line failure, regardless of cause, with regard to any equipment, systems,
networks, lines, satellites, servers, camera, computers or providers utilized in any aspect of the operation
of the Sweepstakes; (d) inaccessibility or unavailability of any network or wireless service, the Internet or
website or any combination thereof; (e) suspended or discontinued internet, wireless or landline phone
service; or (f) any injury or damage to participant’s or to any other person’s computer or mobile device
which may be related to or resulting from any attempt to participate in the Sweepstakes or download of
any materials in the Sweepstakes.
If, for any reason, the Sweepstakes is not capable of running as planned for reasons which may include
without limitation, infection by computer virus, tampering, unauthorized intervention, fraud, technical
failures, or any other causes which may corrupt or affect the administration, security, fairness, integrity or
proper conduct of this Sweepstakes, the Sponsor reserves the right at its sole discretion to cancel,
terminate, modify or suspend the Sweepstakes in whole or in part. In such event, Sponsor shall
immediately suspend all drawings and prize awards, and Sponsor reserves the right to award any
remaining prizes (up to the total ARV as set forth in these Official Rules) in a manner deemed fair and
equitable by Sponsor. Sponsor and Released Parties shall not have any further liability to any participant
in connection with the Sweepstakes.
IN NO EVENT WILL RELEASED PARTIES OR PRIZE PROVIDERS, OR THEIR RESPECTIVE
PARENTS, AFFILIATES, SUBSIDIARIES, OR RELATED COMPANIES, THEIR ADVERTISING
OR PROMOTION AGENCIES OR THEIR RESPECTIVE OFFICERS, DIRECTORS, EMPLOYEES,
REPRESENTATIVES, AGENTS, SUCCESSORS, OR ASSIGNS BE LIABLE FOR ANY DAMAGES
OR LOSSES OF ANY KIND, INCLUDING INDIRECT, INCIDENTAL, LOST PROFITS,
CONSEQUENTIAL, OR PUNITIVE, MULTIPLE, OR ADDITIONAL DAMAGES.
12. DISPUTES: By entering the Sweepstakes, each Entrant agrees that: (i) any and all disputes, claims,
and causes of action arising out of or connected with this Sweepstakes, the Prizes, or any portion thereof,
shall be resolved individually, without resort to any form of class action, and exclusively in the courts of
San Luis Obispo County, California; and (ii) any and all claims, judgments, and awards shall be limited to
actual out-of-pocket costs incurred, including costs associated with entering this Sweepstakes but in no
event attorneys’ fees.
13. WINNER LIST: The name of the Winners (“Winners List”) may be requested only after the end of
the Sweepstakes Period and no later than February 21, 2023. To receive the Winners List, send request to

14. MISCELLANEOUS: The invalidity or unenforceability of any provision of these Official Rules will
not affect the validity or enforceability of any other provision. In the event that any provision of the
Official Rules is determined to be invalid or otherwise unenforceable or illegal, the other provisions will
remain in effect and will be construed in accordance with their terms as if the invalid or illegal provision
were not contained herein. Sponsor’s failure to enforce any term of these Official Rules will not
constitute a waiver of that provision. When terms such as “may” are used in these Official Rules, Sponsor
has sole and absolute discretion. Headings are solely for convenience and will not be deemed to affect
the meaning or intent of the Official Rules or any provision hereof. In the event there is a discrepancy or
inconsistency between disclosures or other statements contained in any Sweepstakes-related materials,
Privacy Policy or Terms of Use on Sponsor’s website, and/or the terms and conditions of the Official
Rules, the Official Rules shall prevail, govern, and control and the discrepancy will be resolved in
Sponsor’s sole and absolute discretion..
