OFFICIAL RULES FOR The INSP “SILVER LINING” SWEEPSTAKES  
NO PURCHASE OF ANY KIND IS NECESSARY TO ENTER OR WIN THE SWEEPSTAKES.   A PURCHASE WILL NOT INCREASE YOUR CHANCES OF WINNING.  VOID WHERE PROHIBITED BY LAW.  ENTRANTS MUST ABIDE THESE OFFICIAL SWEEPSTAKES RULES (“OFFICIAL RULES”) FULLY.
BY ENTERING THE SILVER LINING SWEEPSTAKES, EACH ENTRANT CONFIRMS HAVING READ THESE OFFICIAL RULES AND AGREES THAT S/HE UNDERSTANDS AND WILL COMPLY WITH THEM.
SWEEPSTAKES DESCRIPTION: To enter The INSP “Silver Lining” Sweepstakes, complete the online entry form at www.insp.com/sweepstakes. The “Silver Lining” sweepstakes (hereinafter “Promotion”) will start at 10:00 a.m. (EST) on Wednesday, March 17, 2021, and end at 9:59 a.m. on April 30, 2021  (“Full Promotion Period”). One entry allowed per person for the Promotion during each Entry Period (defined below). Winners of the Promotion will be selected by random drawing. Odds of winning vary by participation and number of eligible entries received.  Only completed entry forms will be entered into the drawing. YOU MUST ENTER THE DRAWING BY ELECTRONIC REGISTRATION; NO US MAIL OR FAX ENTRIES PERMITTED. Sponsor is not responsible for entries that are lost, late, destroyed, forged, tampered with, incomprehensible, misdirected, illegible, incomplete, or otherwise not in compliance with these Official Rules. All information submitted by entrant becomes the sole property of INSP, LLC, a Delaware limited liability company, located at 3000 WorldReach Drive, Indian Land, SC 29707 (hereinafter, “Sponsor”). INSP, LLC is the sole sponsor of this Promotion, and this Promotion is in no way sponsored, endorsed, administered by or associated with any social media platform or any other third party, including without limitation Facebook, Twitter, Instagram or SnapChat.
ELIGIBILITY REQUIREMENTS: To be eligible, all entrants must meet the following requirements: 1) provide all information requested in the online entry form; 2) abide fully with these Official Rules; 3) be at least eighteen (18) years of age (or the legal age of majority under applicable law, whichever is  older); and 4) be a resident of one of the fifty (50) United States or the District of Columbia (excluding residents of Guam, the U.S. Virgin Islands, Puerto Rico, and other U.S. territories and possessions and where prohibited by law). ONLY ENTRANTS LOGGING ONTO THE INTERNET FROM WITHIN THE FIFTY (50) UNITED STATES AND THE DISTRICT OF COLUMBIA ARE ELIGIBLE TO ENTER THE PROMOTION. YOU MAY NOT PARTICIPATE IF YOU ARE NOT A LEGAL U.S. RESIDENT AND PHYSICALLY LOCATED WITHIN THE UNITED STATES AT THE TIME OF ENTRY. The following persons are not eligible to enter the Promotion: (a) employees of Sponsor, its affiliates, subsidiaries, officers, or directors, (b) immediate family members and persons living in the same household as the persons identified in (a) above, and (c) residents of Guam, the U.S. Virgin Islands, Puerto Rico, and other U.S. territories and possessions.
ENTRY: The Promotion will be divided into six (6) entry periods (each, an “Entry Period”). Entry Periods One (1) through Six (6) will run on weekdays during the following dates through the following times:

Non-winning entries in Entry Periods One (1) through Five (5) do not roll over and will not be included in any subsequent entry (except that all entries for all Entry Periods will be included in the drawing for the Grand Prize).
Entries beyond the specified limit will be void.  Multiple entrants are not permitted to share the same email address. Any attempt by any entrant to obtain more than the stated number of entries by using multiple/different email addresses, identities, registrations and logins, or any other methods will void that entrant’s entries, and that entrant may be disqualified. Use of any automated system to participate is prohibited and will result in disqualification. Sponsor is not responsible for lost, late, incomplete, invalid, unintelligible, or misdirected entries, which will be disqualified. Sponsor will not be responsible for unavailable network connections; failed, incomplete, garbled, or delayed computer transmissions; online failures, hardware, software or other technical malfunctions or disturbances; or other communications failures or circumstances affecting receipt of entries or entrants’ ability to participate in this Promotion.    In the event of a dispute as to any entry, the authorized account holder of the email address used in connection with the entry will be deemed to be the entrant. The “authorized account holder” is the natural person assigned an email address by an internet access provider, online service provider or other organization responsible for assigning email addresses for the domain associated with the submitted address. Potential winners may be required to show proof of being the authorized account holder. All entries become the sole and exclusive property of Sponsor and will not be returned.
PRIZES:  Total value of all prizes is up to $1970.00
Winner for Each Entry Period.  Seven (7) prizes will be awarded (i.e., one (1) prize per Entry Period and one (1) Grand Prize).  The prize for Entry Periods One (1) through Six (6) will be a “Montana Silversmiths Prize Pack,” which has a total average retail value (“ARV”) of $245.00, and will consist of one of each of the following items: Montana Silversmiths Country Roads Turquoise Earrings (ARV = $65), Montana Silversmiths Country Roads Turquoise Necklace (ARV = $85), and a Montana Silversmiths Classic Western Men’s Watch (ARV= $95) (each prize pack referred to herein as a “Prize”).  Winners will be selected from completed entries submitted during the applicable Entry Period.  Drawings for Entry Periods One (1) through Five (5) will be held at approximately 10:00 a.m. (EST) on or about the next Thursday following the applicable Entry Period.  The drawing for Entry Period Six (6) will be held on or about Friday, April 30, 2021.
Winner of Grand Prize.  All entries in Entry Periods One(1) through Six (6) will be entered in the drawing for the Grand Prize.  One (1) Grand Prize will be awarded consisting of (i) a Montana Silversmiths personalized belt buckle valued at up to $500 ARV and (ii) a personalized video message from Trace Adkins and the winner of the 2021 Ultimate Cowboy (personalized video message portion of Prize holds no monetary value).  (More than one Prize or a Prize and the Grand Prize are referred to collectively as “Prizes.”)
The Approximate Retail Value (“ARV”) of Grand Prize is up to $500 USD. 
Prizes are non-transferable, with no cash redemption or equivalent. Sponsor or its authorized agent will deliver the respective Prizes within sixty (60) days of the date the prospective winner returns the Notice and Release (defined below) to Sponsor.  Sponsor reserves the right to substitute any listed prize for one of equal or greater value for any reason. Sponsor will issue an IRS Form 1099 if any winner wins prizes with the average retail value of $600 or greater.  All federal, state and local income taxes, insurance, licensing, registration and title fees connected to the Prizes are the sole responsibility of the winners. It is the responsibility of winners to claim their value on their personal taxes. All federal, state and local laws and regulations apply.
RANDOM DRAWING: The winner of the Prize for each Entry Period One (1) through Entry Period Five (5) will be selected by random drawing at approximately 10:00 a.m. (EST) on or about the next Thursday following the end of the applicable Entry Period. The winner of the Prize for Entry Period Six (6) will be held on or about Friday, April 30, 2021 at 10:00 a.m. (EST). 
The winner of the Grand Prize will be selected from all entrants who submit entries during Entry Period One (1) through Entry Period Six (6) by the method described above in a drawing to be held at approximately 10:00 a.m. on or about April 30, 2021.  Odds of winning vary by participation and number of eligible entries received.

NOTIFICATION TO POTENTIAL WINNER AND FORFEITURE OF PRIZE: The name drawn for each Prize is a “Potential Winner.”  Potential Winners will be notified by email (“Prize Notification”) on or about five (5) weekdays after the drawing. Entrants are responsible for providing valid email addresses and checking their respective email accounts for notifications related to the Promotion. Sponsor will have no liability for any Prize Notification intercepted or not received by a Potential Winner for any reason or received by Potential Winner after expiration of any applicable notification/response deadline identified herein. A Potential Winner will be disqualified from winning the Promotion and will forfeit the Prize if the Potential Winner (i) does not respond to Prize Notification within five (5) days after the date the Prize Notification is emailed, (ii) declines the Prize for any reason, (iii) is found ineligible to win the Promotion, or (iv) has failed to comply with these Official Rules.  If the Prize is forfeited, at Sponsor’s sole discretion and time permitting, an alternate potential winner (“Alternate Potential Winner”) may be selected randomly from among all remaining eligible entries received for the applicable Entry Period. Any Alternate Potential Winner will be disqualified from winning the Promotion and will forfeit the Prize if the Alternate Potential Winner i) does not respond to Prize Notification within five (5) days after the date the Prize Notification is emailed, (ii) declines the Prize for any reason, (iii) is found ineligible to win the Promotion, or (iv) has failed to comply with these Official Rules.  If any Alternate Potential Winner forfeits the Prize, at Sponsor’s sole discretion and time permitting, Sponsor may draw for an additional Alternate Winner, or the Prize may go unawarded.
CONDITIONS OF PARTICIPATION: Upon Sponsor’s request, winners will provide, complete, sign and return the Affidavit of Eligibility and Release (“Affidavit and Release”). If the winner does not complete, sign and return such Affidavit and Release within ten (10) business days after Sponsor’s written request or otherwise does not comply with these Official Rules, that person will be disqualified, and Sponsor, at its sole discretion, may draw for another winner. Neither Sponsor nor its agents will be responsible for (1) any incorrect or inaccurate information, whether caused by entrants, printing errors or by any of the equipment or programming associated with or utilized in the Promotion; (2) technical failures of any kind, including, but not limited to malfunctions, interruptions, or disconnections in phone lines or network hardware or software; (3) unauthorized human intervention in any part of the entry process or the Promotion; (4) technical or human error which may occur in the administration of the Promotion or the processing of entries; (5) a potential winner’s failure to maintain or check a submitted email account, or (6) any injury or damage to persons or property which may be caused, directly or indirectly, in whole or in part, from entrant’s participation in the Promotion or receipt or use or misuse of any prize. If, for any reason, the Promotion is not capable of running as planned, including without limitation due to infection by computer virus or bugs, tampering, unauthorized intervention, fraud, technical failures, or any other causes beyond the control of Sponsor, which corrupt or affect the operation, administration, security, fairness, integrity, or proper conduct of this Promotion, Sponsor may, in its sole discretion, void any suspect entries and (a) cancel or terminate the Promotion (or any portion thereof); (b) modify the Promotion or suspend the Promotion to address the impairment and then resume the Promotion in a manner that best conforms to the spirit of these Official Rules; or (c) award the prize at random from among the eligible, non-suspect entries received up to the time of the impairment. Sponsor’s failure to enforce any term of these Official Rules will not constitute a waiver of that provision.
SPONSOR USE OF SUBMITTED MATERIALS AND PERSONAL INFORMATION; PRIVACY POLICY; AND DEPICTION RELEASE: Sponsor will be collecting personal data about entrants in accordance with its Privacy Policy.  By participating in the Promotion, you hereby agree to Sponsor’s collection and usage of your personal information and acknowledge that you have read and accepted Sponsor’s Privacy Policy.  https://www.insp.com/privacy-policy/
Where permitted by law, Sponsors will contact entrants whose email address is submitted as part of this Promotion by email to provide them with marketing and/or promotional information about Sponsor’s content, services and/or goods Sponsor feels may interest entrant, including interest-based advertisements, newsletters, brand promotions, or re-targeted advertisements displayed on third-party sites.  Entrants who no longer wish to receive such emails may opt out by the means provided in the mailings (such as click “Unsubscribe” in any email communication) or by emailing a request to opt out of such mailings to Sponsor at info@insp.com.
All materials and information submitted in connection with the Promotion become the property of the Sponsor and will not be returned. Sponsor reserves the right to edit, publish, use, modify or adapt the materials and information submitted. To the extent permitted by law, participation in the Promotion constitutes permission for Sponsor to use the winner’s name, biographical data, photograph, hometown, testimonial or other likeness and/or prize information or personal exposition for promotional, advertising and/or publicity purposes by Sponsor or its designee(s), without further compensation to or approval by the winner.
RELEASE AND LIMITATION OF LIABILITY:  BY PARTICIPATING IN THIS PROMOTION, ENTRANTS AGREE THAT NEITHER SPONSOR, ADMINISTRATOR, NOR THEIR RESPECTIVE PARENTS, AFFILIATES, SUBSIDIARIES, REPRESENTATIVES, CONSULTANTS, CONTRACTORS, LEGAL COUNSEL, ADVERTISING, PUBLIC RELATIONS, PROMOTIONAL, FULFILLMENT AND MARKETING PROVIDERS, SOCIAL MEDIA PLATFORM PROVIDERS (INCLUDING WITHOUT LIMITATION FACEBOOK, INSTAGRAM, SNAPCHAT, AND TWITTER), WEB SITE PROVIDERS, WEB MASTERS AND THEIR RESPECTIVE OFFICERS, DIRECTORS, EMPLOYEES, REPRESENTATIVES, AND AGENTS (THE “RELEASED ENTITIES”) WILL HAVE ANY LIABILITY WHATSOEVER AND WILL BE HELD HARMLESS BY ENTRANTS AGAINST ANY LIABILITY FOR ANY INJURIES, LOSSES OR DAMAGES OF ANY KIND TO PERSONS, INCLUDING (BUT NOT LIMITED TO) PERSONAL INJURY (INCLUDING DEATH), OR INJURY TO PROPERTY RESULTING IN WHOLE OR IN PART, DIRECTLY OR INDIRECTLY, FROM ACCEPTANCE, POSSESSION, MISUSE, OR USE OF ANY PRIZE, ENTRY, OR PARTICIPATION IN THIS PROMOTION OR IN ANY PROMOTION-RELATED ACTIVITY, OR ANY CLAIMS BASED ON PUBLICITY RIGHTS, DEFAMATION OR INVASION OF PRIVACY, OR MERCHANDISE DELIVERY. THE RELEASED ENTITIES ARE NOT RESPONSIBLE IF ANY PRIZE CANNOT BE AWARDED DUE TO CIRCUMSTANCES BEYOND SPONSOR’S CONTROL, INCLUDING WITHOUT LIMITATION ACTS OF GOD, ACTS OF WAR, NATURAL DISASTERS, WEATHER, PANDEMIC (INCLUDING WITHOUT LIMITATION COVID-19), OR TERRORISM. BY PARTICIPATING IN THIS PROMOTION, ENTRANTS AGREE THAT THE RELEASED ENTITIES WILL NOT BE RESPONSIBLE OR LIABLE FOR ANY INJURIES, DAMAGES, OR LOSSES OF ANY KIND, INCLUDING DIRECT, INDIRECT, INCIDENTAL, CONSEQUENTIAL, OR PUNITIVE DAMAGES FOR ANY INJURY TO PERSONS, INCLUDING DEATH, OR TO PROPERTY FOR ANY REASON, INCLUDING WITHOUT LIMITATION ARISING OUT OF ACCESS TO OR USE OF THE SPONSOR’S INTERNET SITE OR ANY OTHER INTERNET SITE IN RELATION TO OR CONNECTED WITH THE PROMOTION OR  DOWNLOADING FROM OR PRINTING MATERIAL DOWNLOADED FROM SAID INTERNET SITES IN RELATION TO OR CONNECTED WITH THE PROMOTION. WITHOUT LIMITING THE FOREGOING, EVERYTHING REGARDING THIS PROMOTION, INCLUDING WITHOUT LIMITATION THE WEB SITE(S) ACCESSED AND ALL PRIZES WON, ARE PROVIDED “AS IS” WITHOUT WARRANTY OF ANY KIND, EITHER EXPRESS OR IMPLIED, INCLUDING BUT NOT LIMITED TO, THE IMPLIED WARRANTIES OF MERCHANTABILITY, FITNESS FOR A PARTICULAR PURPOSE, OR NON-INFRINGEMENT. SOME JURISDICTIONS MAY NOT ALLOW THE LIMITATIONS OR EXCLUSIONS OF LIABILITY FOR INCIDENTAL OR CONSEQUENTIAL DAMAGES OR EXCLUSION OF IMPLIED WARRANTIES, SO SOME OF THE ABOVE LIMITATIONS OR EXCLUSIONS MAY NOT APPLY. CHOICE OF LAW: All issues and questions concerning the construction, validity, interpretation and enforceability of these Official Rules, or the rights and obligations of entrants and Sponsor in connection with this Promotion, will be governed by, and construed in accordance with, the substantive laws of the State of North Carolina, without regard to its conflict of law principles, and exclusive jurisdiction for all claims arising in connection with the Promotion will reside in a court located in Charlotte, North Carolina.
GENERAL TERMS AND CONDITIONS:  WARNING:  ANY ATTEMPT BY AN ENTRANT OR ANY OTHER INDIVIDUAL TO DELIBERATELY DAMAGE ANY WEB SITE ASSOCIATED WITH THIS PROMOTION OR TO UNDERMINE THE LEGITIMATE OPERATION OF THE PROMOTION MAY BE A VIOLATION OF CRIMINAL AND CIVIL LAW, AND SHOULD SUCH AN ATTEMPT BE MADE, SPONSOR RESERVES THE RIGHT TO PROSECUTE AND SEEK DAMAGES FROM ANY SUCH PERSON TO THE FULLEST EXTENT PERMITTED BY LAW.
Sponsor’s failure to enforce any of these Official Rules will not constitute a waiver of that provision.  Sponsor reserves the right at its sole discretion to disqualify any individual it finds to be attempting to tamper with or undermine the entry process, the web site, and/or the legitimate operation of the Promotion; to violate the Official Rules; or to act in unsportsmanlike or disruptive manner or with the intent to annoy, abuse, threaten, or harass another person.  Neither Sponsor nor their agents will be responsible for (1) any incorrect or inaccurate information, whether caused by Entrants, printing errors or by any of the equipment or programming associated with or utilized in the Promotion; (2) technical failures of any kind, including but not limited to malfunctions, interruptions, or disconnections in phone lines or network hardware or software; (3) unauthorized human intervention in any part of the entry process or the Promotion; (4) technical or human error which may occur in the administration of the Promotion or the processing of entries; or (5) any injury or damage to persons or property which may be caused, directly or indirectly, in whole or in part, from Entrant’s participation in the Promotion or receipt or use or misuse of any Prize.  If for any reason an entry is confirmed to have been erroneously deleted, lost or otherwise destroyed or corrupted, Entrant’s sole remedy is another entry in the Promotion, provided that if it is not possible to award another entry due to discontinuance of the Promotion, or any part of it, for any reason, Sponsor, at its discretion, may elect to hold a random drawing from among all eligible entries received up to the date of discontinuance for any or all of the Prizes offered herein.  If for any reason the Promotion is not capable of running as planned including due to infection by computer virus or bugs, tampering, unauthorized intervention, fraud, technical failures, force majeure, or any other causes beyond the reasonable control of Sponsor, which correct or affect he operation, administration, security, fairness, integrity, or proper conduct of this Promotion, Sponsor may, in its sole discretion, void any suspect entries and (a) cancel or terminate the Promotion (or any portion thereof); (b) modify the Promotion or suspend the Promotion to address the impairment and then resume the Promotion in a manner that best confirms to the spirit of these Official Rules; or (c) awarded the Prize at random from the eligible, non-suspect entries received up to the time of impairment.
