Selection of a Winner; Chances of WinningThe prize will be awarded in a random drawing held from among all eligible entries received. Odds of winning depend on the total number of entries received. Notification of Winners; Substitution of PrizesThe winner will be notified either by telephone or by electronic mail at the e-mail address provided on the entry form. iMedia Brands, Inc., will attempt to re-send such e-mail up to two (2) times. If the winner does not respond e-mail notification within three (3) days of its transmission, or should the e-mail be returned as undeliverable after three (3) total attempts, the prize will be forfeited, and an alternate will be selected at random. The winner may not substitute or transfer prizes. iMedia Brands, Inc., reserves the right to substitute a prize of equal or greater value in the event a prize is unavailable.
