PROMOTION TERMS AND CONDITIONS
This Promotion is subject to the present Terms and Conditions (the “Promotion Terms”) and will commence at 00:01 AM (local time) on September 15th 2022 and shall close at 23:59 PM (local time) on November 15th 2022 (“Promotion Period”).

To be eligible to participate in the Promotion you must be a legal resident, over the age of 18 years old within the continental United States of America (each a “Participant”).

This Promotion is not open to wholesalers, resellers, or retailers.

Hisense is offering a Promotion whereby a Participant who visits the Website (as defined at Condition 5) within the Promotion Period may make an ‘Entry’ (as defined below) into the Promotion, with a chance of winning one (1) of the items listed at Table 1 below (each a “Prize”), subject to full compliance with these Promotion Terms. For the avoidance of doubt, no purchase is necessary.

To take part in the Promotion, Participants must visit Hisense-promos.com/worldcup (“Website”) and complete the presented entry form with their name, email address, phone number and home address in accordance with the Promotion Terms. Following completion, Participants will be entered into a ‘Prize Draw’ (defined below) with a singular chance of winning one (1) of the Prizes (outlined in Table 1 above) (“Entry”). In addition, upon completion of the applicable Entry, Participants shall be offered the chance to share the Promotion via social media on the Website in exchange for an additional entry (known as a “Bonus Entry”).

For the avoidance of doubt, Participants may make one (1) Entry (and one (1) Bonus Entry only and in all instances are limited to a singular Prize only (i.e. in the case of both an Entry and a Bonus Entry being made), if an Entry is selected as a Winning Entry, the second applicable Entry of that Participant shall be removed from the pool for subsequent Entries).

Entries must be submitted during the Promotional Period. Entries received outside the Promotion Period shall not be entered into the Prize Draw.

Once an Entry has been received, Participants will receive confirmation of receipt by email. It is the Participant’s responsibility to contact the customer service team using the email worldcup@hisensepromos.com within seven (7) calendar days of their Entry being submitted if an email acknowledgement has not been received.

Provided the Promotion Terms have been met in full, the Participant will be entered into the Prize Draw, with one (1) chance to win one (1) Prize, with chances dependent on the total number of Entries received and Prizes awarded in descending order of value. The Prize Draw shall be conducted in a random manner, with Participants informed if they have won (“Winning Participant”) shortly thereafter.

Instructions on how to claim Prizes shall be sent via email to Winning Participants via the email address provided during the Entry process. Winning Participants shall have two (2) calendar days to respond to said email, and a further seven (7) calendar days with which to provide any requested documents to facilitate the Prize transaction (and complete any requested waivers and/or release documents). Failure to respond within such timeline shall result in forfeiture of the Prize, with another Winning Participant being selected in accordance with Condition 9 until a Winning Participant meets the requirements of this Condition 10.

The chances of winning shall be dependent on the total number of Entries received, with each Entry receiving a singular and equal chance of winning.

The decisions of the Promoter in respect of any, and all aspects of the Promotion will be final and binding.

Any illegible, incomplete, erroneous, manifestly fraudulent application that does not comply with the Promotion Terms will be considered as non-compliant and will not be accepted.

The Promoter will not be held responsible for non-receipt of requests due to problems beyond its control, including technical or connectivity.

The Promoter shall have the right, where necessary, to undertake all such action as is reasonable to protect itself against fraudulent or invalid Entries including, without limitation, to require further verification as to the identity, age, and other relevant details of any Participant.

The Promoter will not be responsible or liable for: (a) any failure to receive submissions due to transmission failures and other conditions beyond its reasonable control; (b) any late, lost, misrouted, or damaged transmissions or claims; (c) any computer or communications related malfunctions or failures; (d) any disruptions, losses or damages caused by events beyond the control of the Promoter; or (e) any printing or typographical errors in any materials associated with the Promotion.

By participating this Promotion, Participant consents to the collection and use of any personal information provided by Participant to Promoter for the purpose of this Promotion.

Without limiting the foregoing or any other provision herein, the Promoter’s liability for any and all claims, judgements, and awards against the Promoter shall not exceed the total out-of-pocket expenses incurred by the Participant to enter the applicable Promotion. In no event shall the Promoter be liable for any attorneys’ fees, punitive, indirect, incidental, special, and consequential damages.

The Participant shall be responsible for the cost of all taxes and any other costs that are not specifically covered as part of the Prize in Table 1 above.

The Hisense Fire TV, (4th Prize) shall be given away on behalf of the Promoter. Amazon is not a sponsor of this Promotion.

These Promotion Terms are governed by the law of Texas
