If you are the parent or legal guardian of a child 7-14 years of age, you can enter for a chance to win a trip for you and your child to a Baseball ProCamp in February 2016 where your child will have the opportunity to participate in a Baseball ProCamp. See Rule # 2 for complete eligibility requirements and Rule # 5 for complete prize details.

The Heinz Ketchup Baseball ProCamp National Sweepstakes is open only to legal residents of the 48 contiguous United States and the District of Columbia who are 18 years of age or older as of date of entry and who are the parent or legal guardian of a child 7-14 years of age as of 2/1/16.

Beginning 12:00:01 AM ET on 7/1/15, visit HeinzKetchup.com/LLsweeps and follow the on-screen instructions to complete the entry form and submit an entry into the Sweepstakes. Entries must be received by 11:59:59 PM ET on 9/9/15. A person can use only one email address to enter. Limit one entry per email address and per household throughout the duration of the promotion. By submitting entry, entrants agree to be bound by the Official Rules. Web host’s computer is the official time-keeping device for the Sweepstakes.

A random drawing will be conducted on or about 9/14/15 from among all eligible entries received. Random drawing will be conducted by D.L. Blair, Inc., an independent judging organization, whose decisions are final. Odds of winning will depend upon the number of eligible entries received. Potential winners will be notified via email and must return required documents as outlined in Rule # 6.

Three (3) Grand Prizes: Each winner will receive a trip for winner and his/her child (age 7-14 as of 2/1/16) to a Baseball ProCamp in February 2016 where the child will have the opportunity to participate in a Baseball ProCamp. (Approximate Retail Value: $2,200 per prize). Baseball ProCamp date and location will be determined by Sponsor, and are subject to change. Prize includes round-trip coach air transportation from major airport nearest winner’s home, 2 nights hotel accommodations (one room, double occupancy), admission for one child to a Baseball ProCamp and a $500 check. A professional baseball player will make an appearance at the ProCamp, where he will provide general tips and guidance to the ProCamp attendees. Player will be determined by Sponsor, subject to scheduling/availability and player is subject to change. If a Grand Prize winner lives within a 250 mile radius of the ProCamp location (in Sponsor’s sole determination), winner will receive $250 travel stipend in lieu of air transportation. Winner and his/her child are solely responsible for all other expenses not specifically set forth herein, including but not limited to meals, additional transportation, baggage fees, souvenirs, upgraded room accommodations and other incidentals and items of a personal nature. Please note hotels typically require a credit card on file for incidentals. Sponsor is not responsible for lost, mutilated or stolen travel documents. Actual retail value of the prize will depend on ProCamp location and winner’s point of departure/return. Winner and his/her child must travel on same itinerary. Sponsor is not responsible for postponement or cancellation of the Baseball ProCamp or issues arising from the ProCamp venue operation and management. In the event the Baseball ProCamp is cancelled or postponed for any reason, Sponsor will have no obligation to award compensation in lieu thereof but the remainder of the trip will be awarded. There is no monetary value associated with professional baseball player appearance portion of the prize. Prizes consist of only those items specifically listed as part of the prize. Limit one Grand Prize per person or household.


Potential Grand Prize winners (and parent/legal guardian if potential winner is deemed a minor in his/her state of residence) will be required to complete and return an Affidavit of Eligibility, Release of Liability, Prize Acceptance Form and, if legally permissible, a Publicity Release (“Prize Documents”). Winner must be the parent/legal guardian of the child (Guest) and must sign and return a Release of Liability (“Prize Documents”) on child’s behalf. Administrator will email a PDF file with the Prize Documents to the potential winners and the potential winners must complete and return such documents by fax or email (PDF) within 10 days (including Saturdays, Sundays and holidays) of attempted delivery of same. Noncompliance within this time period or return of any prize/prize notification as undeliverable will result in disqualification without further notice and an alternate winner may be selected, time permitting. Travelers must possess any required travel documents (e.g., valid photo ID) prior to departure. All travelers must agree to depart and return on dates specified by the Sponsor; dates of departure and return are subject to change. Travel is subject to availability and certain blackout dates may apply. No substitution or transfer of prize by winner permitted. Sponsor reserves the right to substitute prize of equal or greater value. All applicable federal, state and local taxes on prize and any expenses relating to the acceptance/use of prize not specified herein are the sole responsibility of winner. In no event will more than the stated number of prizes be awarded. If an entrant submits more than the stated number of entries permitted, and/or if the Sponsor suspects that an entrant attempted to obtain additional entries by using multiple email addresses, registrations, identities or any other method, all entries submitted by the entrant may be declared null and void. Entrants/winners (and parent/legal guardian if entrant/winner is a minor in his/her state of residence) agree to release, discharge and hold harmless Released Parties from and against any and all liability (including damages caused or claimed to be caused) arising out of participation and/or acceptance/use of prize, and agree to be bound by the Official Rules and the judges’ decisions, which are final. Acceptance of prize constitutes permission for the Sponsor and its agencies to use winners’ names and/or likenesses for purposes of advertising and trade without further compensation, including a winners list, unless prohibited by law. Claims may not be resolved through any form of class action. In the event there is a discrepancy or inconsistency between disclosures or other statements contained in any Sweepstakes materials and the terms and conditions of the Official Rules, the Official Rules shall prevail, govern and control. All material submitted becomes the sole property of Sponsor and will not be returned. Sponsor not responsible for any typographical or other error in the printing of the offer, administration of the Sweepstakes or in the announcement of the prizes.

In the event of termination, a notice will be posted online and the drawing will be conducted from among all eligible entries received prior to termination. In the event a dispute arises regarding the identity of the entrant, entry made by internet will be deemed made by the person whose name appears on the online registration form. Any damage made to the Web Site by an entrant will be the responsibility of the entrant and/or the authorized e-mail account holder of the e-mail address submitted at the time of entry. Proof of submitting entries will not be deemed to be proof of receipt by Sponsor. Any entries which are suspected of being fraudulent (including those using robotic, automatic, programmed or similar methods of participation) will be disqualified, based on determinations made solely by Sponsor.
