PROMOTION PERIOD
The Win Your Hallmark Keepsakes Wish List Sweepstakes, up to $500 (“the Promotion”) begins at 12:01 a.m. Central Time (“CT”) on April 14, 2023 and ends at 11:59 p.m. CT on May 31, 2023. The Administrator’s computer is the Promotion’s official clock.
ELIGIBILITY
The Promotion is open to legal residents of the fifty (50) United States and the District of Columbia who are at least 18 years of age at the time of entry. Employees and their immediate families of Hallmark Gold Crown stores or of Hallmark Cards, Incorporated, its retail accounts, affiliates and agencies, are not eligible to enter or win. Void where prohibited by law. Promotion is subject to all applicable federal, state, and local laws.
HOW TO ENTER
By submitting a completed Hallmark Keepsakes Wish List at the webpage(s) on Hallmark.com which refers to the Promotion and contains the submission process, including supplying any identifying information required there, you are automatically entered to win. Submission by an entrant of a wish list does not constitute a purchase order or offer by the entrant to purchase any or all of the listed ornaments.
ENTRY LIMIT
Limit one (1) entry per person. No entrant is eligible to be drawn as a potential winner more than once during the Promotion.
RANDOM DRAWING
At the end of the Promotion, fifty potential winners will be selected at random from all submissions received to date. The drawing will occur on or about 9:00 a.m. CT on June 1, 2023 respectively. Each potential winner will be notified by phone on or about the day following the drawing. Phone number provided on potential winners Wish List will be used to make contact. If the potential winner does not respond within twenty-four (24) hours of the call or if the potential winner cannot be verified or found, or if the potential winner is otherwise unable to accept the prize as stated, that entry will be disqualified, and an alternate potential winner will be chosen at random from the remaining entries. A potential winner will become a winner upon the occurrence of both (a) verification of the entrant’s compliance with the Official Rules, including entrant’s execution and return to Administrator of a form supplied by Administrator in which the potential winner confirms compliance with, and agreement to, the rules of the Promotion, and (b) verification of the potential winner’s eligibility (as set forth above) by, at a minimum, execution of a form supplied by Administrator in which the potential winner attests to such facts. Sponsor (or Administrator on Sponsor’s behalf) reserves the right, in its sole discretion, to disqualify an entry for what Sponsor reasonably concludes constitutes non-compliance by entrant with these Official Rules.
After notification by Administrator to an entrant that verification has been completed and therefore that person is now a winner, the ornaments listed in the winner’s Wish List will be shipped and/or fulfilled to the address provided when those ornaments become available to Administrator for retail distribution.
PRIZES AND APPROXIMATE RETAIL VALUE (“ARV”)

A. There will be fifty (50) winners total, drawn in the manner described in the previous section. An entrant may win only one time during the Promotion. The prize for each winner will be the ornaments contained on the wish list submitted by that entrant, subject to the limitation set forth in subpart “B” below.
B. The Approximate Retail Value (“ARV”) of each winner’s prize will depend on which ornaments that entrant listed on the wish list that they submitted, but not to exceed five hundred ($500) based on the suggested retail price of each ornament. Therefore, the total maximum retail value of the prizes is twenty-five thousand ($25,000). If the total retail value of the ornaments on an entrant’s list exceeds five hundred dollars, Sponsor shall, in its discretion, determine which of the ornaments, with a total value of five hundred dollars or less (but not less than four hundred and fifty dollars ($450)), the entrant shall receive as their prize under this Promotion.
C. Ornaments will be sent to winner as they become available for sale in stores.

All federal, state, and local taxes on a prize are the sole responsibility of the winners. Prizes are non-transferable, and no substitution or cash equivalent is allowed except in Sponsor’s sole discretion. Sponsor reserves the right to substitute a prize with one of comparable or greater approximate retail value. The prize consists only of items specifically listed on the winner’s Hallmark Keepsakes Wish List. An entrant may not make any changes to the wish list that that entrant submitted, after being notified that the entry is a potential winner. The odds of winning a prize depend on the total number of eligible entries received prior to the drawing that results in that prize.
WINNER VERIFICATION
The potential winners will be notified via phone by Sponsor at the phone number provided at the time of registration after the random drawing. Before being declared the prize winner, the potential prize winners will be required to execute a Certification of Eligibility, and Liability/Publicity Release (“Certification and Release”) which includes a tax acknowledgment. The potential prize winner must return a fully executed Certification and Release to the Sponsor within two (2) calendar days from the date it is emailed to the potential prize winners, or the prize may (in Sponsor’s sole discretion) be forfeited. If the potential prize winner is disqualified, is found to be ineligible or not in compliance with these Official Rules, or declines to accept the prize, then, in the Sponsor’s sole discretion, the forfeited Prize may be awarded to an alternate prize winner who is selected in a random drawing from among all remaining eligible entries, as determined by Sponsor in its sole discretion. Upon verification of eligibility, Administrator will contact prize winner to arrange all Prize details.
Sponsor will attempt to notify the potential winners as set forth above, but Sponsor is not responsible for any undelivered emails, including without limitation emails that are not received because of a winner’s privacy or spam filter settings which may divert any promotion email, including any winner notification email, to a spam or junk folder. Likewise, if a call to a potential winner is unsuccessful because the phone number has been changed, the entrant’s telephone service has been discontinued, or other reason beyond the control of Sponsor, or if Sponsor leaves a voicemail or other message and the potential winner does not connect with Sponsor in response within twenty-four (24) hours after such message is left, then Sponsor may disqualify that entrant and draw an alternate prize winner.
IF DEEMED BY SPONSOR TO BE LEGALLY NECESSARY, THE WINNER WILL BE ISSUED A FORM 1099 FOR TAX PURPOSES IN THE AMOUNT OF THE RETAIL VALUE OF THE PRIZE. IN THAT CASE, A POTENTIAL WINNER MUST SUBMIT TO SPONSOR HIS OR HER SOCIAL SECURITY NUMBER OR TAXPAYER ID NUMBER, AS REQUIRED BY LAW, BEFORE THEY MAY BECOME A WINNER. ALL FEDERAL, STATE AND LOCAL TAXES IMPOSED ON THE ACCEPTANCE OF THE PRIZE ARE SOLELY THE RESPONSIBILITY OF THE WINNER.
GENERAL RELEASE AND WAIVER OF CLAIMS
By participating in the Promotion, each entrant (for himself/herself and his/her heirs, executors, administrators and assigns) releases, and agrees to defend, indemnify, and hold harmless, the Sponsor and Administrator and their affiliates, and each such company’s respective officers, directors, employees, and agents (collectively, the “Released Parties”), from and against any claim or cause of action arising out of or in connection with participation in the Promotion or receipt or use of any prize, including, but not limited to: (1) unauthorized human intervention in the Promotion; (b) technical or printing errors; (c) lost, late, postage-due, garbled, illegible, misdirected or undeliverable mail or email; or (d) errors in the administration of the Promotion or the processing of entries. Entrant further agrees that in any cause of action, the Released Parties’ liability will be limited to the cost of entering and participating in the Promotion, and in no event shall the Released Parties be liable for attorneys’ fees.
ADDITIONAL TERMS
By entering, entrants agree to abide by, and to be subject to, the Official Rules of the Promotion and agree that any dispute with regard to the conduct of the Promotion, rule interpretation, or award of prize, shall be resolved by Sponsor, whose decision shall be binding and final. This Promotion is governed by the laws of the State of Missouri, and entrant consents to the exclusive jurisdiction and venue of the Courts of the State of Missouri for any disputes arising out of this Promotion. All federal, state, and local laws and regulations apply. By entering, entrant agrees to be notified by email by the Sponsor for the purposes of the administration of this Promotion. Sponsor and the other Released Parties are not responsible for any typographical or other error in the printing of this offer, administration of the Promotion or in the announcement of prizes, including such error as may give an erroneous indication that a prize has been won. In the event the Sponsor is prevented from continuing with this Promotion, or the integrity and/or feasibility of the Promotion is undermined by any event including but not limited to fire, flood, epidemic, earthquake, explosion, labor dispute or strike, act of God or public enemy, satellite or equipment failure, riot or civil disturbance, war (declared or undeclared), terrorist threat or activity, or any federal, state, or local government law, order or regulation, order of any court or jurisdiction, or other cause not reasonably within the Sponsor’s control (each a “Force Majeure” event), the Sponsor shall have the right, in its sole discretion, to abbreviate, modify, suspend, cancel, or terminate the Promotion without notice or further obligation. If the Sponsor, in its discretion, elects to abbreviate the Promotion as a result of a Force Majeure event, the Sponsor reserves the right, but shall have no obligation, to randomly select potential winner(s) from among all valid and eligible entries received up to the time of such Force Majeure event.
INTERNET FUNCTIONALITY
If for any reason the Internet portion of this Promotion is not capable of running as planned, including infection by computer virus, bugs, tampering, unauthorized intervention, fraud, technical failures, or any other causes beyond the control of Sponsor which corrupt or affect the administration, security, fairness, integrity, or proper conduct of this Promotion, Sponsor reserve the right, at their sole discretion, to disqualify any individual who tampers with the entry process, and to cancel, terminate, modify, or suspend this Promotion. In any such event, the Sponsor, at its sole discretion, will randomly select the winner(s) from eligible, non-suspect entries received prior to the event requiring such termination, suspension or cancellation. The Released Parties and any promotion/prizing partners assume no responsibility for any error, omission, interruption, deletion, defect, delay in operation or transmission, communications line failure, theft or destruction or unauthorized access to, or alteration of, entries. The Released Parties and any promotion/prizing partners are not responsible for any problems or technical malfunction of any telephone network or lines, computer online systems, servers, or providers, computer equipment, mobile or tablet devices, software, failure of any email or entry to be received by Hallmark on account of technical problems or traffic congestion on the Internet or at any Web site, or any combination thereof, including any injury or damage to participant’s or any other person’s computer related to or resulting from participation or downloading any materials in this Promotion. CAUTION: ANY ATTEMPT TO DELIBERATELY DAMAGE ANY WEB SITE OR UNDERMINE THE LEGITIMATE OPERATION OF THIS PROMOTION MAY BE A VIOLATION OF CRIMINAL AND CIVIL LAWS AND SHOULD SUCH AN ATTEMPT BE MADE; SPONSOR RESERVES THE RIGHT TO SEEK DAMAGES TO THE FULLEST EXTENT PERMITTED BY LAW.
