1.TIMING

Promotion begins on or about 12:00:01 a.m. Eastern Time (ET), June 17, 2015 and ends at 11:59:59 p.m. ET, August 31, 2015

2.ELIGIBILITY:

The Promotion is open to legal residents of the 50 United States (excluding Hawaii) and
the District of Columbia, who are 25 years of age or older at time of entry.

3.HOW TO ENTER THE CONTEST:
During the Contest Submission Period, eligible entrant must
create a video using YouTube and post the video on YouTube. Video can be up to three (3) minutes long
and should be of an inspiring, eloquent and meaningful story about his/her father (“Video”). There are
two (2) methods of entry: 1) to enter, visit http://www.4fatherscontest.com, (the “Website”), eligible
entrants must provide their Video URL from YouTube and complete the online registration, including
title of the submission, your first and last name, email address, phone number and date of birth
(“Contest Entry”). 2) To enter by email, enter the URL of your YouTube Video, and include the title of the
submission, your first and last name, email address, phone number and date of birth in the email, enter
“#4FathersContest” in the subject line and email it to 4Fathers@Glenfiddich.com (“Contest Entry”).
Editing a video that has been submitted for the Contest is not allowed. Only the original video submitted
will be judged. Limit one contest entry per person per email address regardless of the method of entry.

Each Contest Entry must be original, created by the entrant and must not infringe the rights of any third
party. Names and content of Contest Entries submitted must be in keeping with the Sponsor’s image as
a world-class, socially responsible company and may not be, depict or suggest any product usage that
is inappropriate, irresponsible, illegal, dangerous or offensive, nor defame or invade the privacy or
publicity rights of any person, living or deceased, or otherwise infringe upon any person’s personal or
property rights or any other third-party rights. Sponsor reserves the right to make such determinations
in its sole and absolute discretion, and disqualify any affected Entries. Without limiting the foregoing,
submissions must not include third-party trademarks, logos, insignia, location signage, photographs,

artwork, or sculptures, except those of Sponsor; or include any depiction of third parties who have not
provided entrant express written consent to display their image or likeness on the Website and
otherwise use such images or likenesses in accordance with these Official Rules. Normal Internet access
and usage charges imposed by your online service provider will apply to Contest Entries. If you opt to
use a wireless mobile device to submit a Contest Entry, data rates may apply. Other charges may apply;
check with your mobile carrier for rates/details. Participation may not be possible on all carriers. Contest
Entries are subject to verification and compliance with these Official Rules. Limit one contest entry per
person, per email address, regardless of the method of entry. Any attempt by an entrant to obtain more
than the stated number of Entries by using multiple/different email addresses, identities, registrations
and/or logins, or any other methods will void that entrant’s Entry and that entrant may be disqualified.
Entries submitted by any person or email address in excess of the stated limitation will be void. Use of
any other automated system to participate is prohibited and will result in disqualification. Sweepstakes
entries are subject to verification and compliance with these Official Rules.

4.VIDEO SUBMISSION REQUIREMENTS:
The submitted Video must:
• Be either the original creation of the entrant or, if not the entrant’s original
creation, a Video that entrant has secured full rights to submit in this Contest and
to grant the rights set forth herein;
• Be in English;
• Be no more than three (3) minutes long;
• Be the exclusive property of the entrant or be a work for which entrant has the
exclusive right to submit in this Contest;
• Comply with the YouTube Terms of Service and Community Guidelines.

The submitted Video must NOT:
• Depict any recognizable person other than the entrant and the entrant’s father;
• Have been previously licensed, distributed or otherwise used elsewhere;
• Have been previously published in any medium or submitted in any other
competition;
• Contain material that:
o Disparages any person, Sponsor and/or any of its affiliates’ products,
competitors, or any of the entities affiliated with sponsoring, promoting
or administering this Contest, or other companies;
o Violates or infringes upon the copyrights, trademarks, or privacy,
property, publicity or other intellectual property rights of any person or
entity;
o Contains content, music, public art or architecture, images, or artwork not
created by Entrant;
o Appears to intentionally duplicate any other submitted Entries;
o Is inappropriate, profane, indecent, hateful, lewd, pornographic, obscene,
tortuous, defamatory, slanderous, libelous or harassing;

o Promotes bigotry, racism, sexism, hatred or harm against any group or
individual or promotes discrimination based on race, sex, religion,
nationality, disability, sexual orientation or age;
o Promotes illegal drugs, firearms/weapons (or the use of any of the
foregoing);
o Depicts consumption of alcohol beverages, or the unsafe or irresponsible
use or consumption of alcohol beverages;
o Promotes the use of smokeless tobacco or any other tobacco product,
including any claims regarding the health or safety of smokeless tobacco
products;
o Promotes any activities that may appear unsafe or dangerous;
o Is unlawful, in violation of, or contrary to the laws or regulations in any
jurisdiction where Entry is created;
o Contains any nudity, sexually explicit, lewd, offensive, disparaging or
other inappropriate content;
o Is unsuitable to be entered into this Contest for any reason whatsoever;
and/or
o Communicates messages or images inconsistent with the positive images
and/or good will with which Sponsor wish to be associated.
This Promotion is designed for you to share stories about your father in a Video. Determining whether a submitted Video complies with the foregoing requirements will be in the sole discretion of Sponsor.

5.ENTRANT’S REPRESENTATIONS AND WARRANTIES:
By submitting a Contest Entry, entrant represents and warrants that the entrant and Video are in compliance with all of the requirements set forth above, that entrant either owns the Video or has full rights to submit the Video in the Contest, and that Sponsor’s use of the Video as provided for herein will not violate the copyright rights, trademark rights, or any other rights of any third party. If an entrant breaches any of these warranties, or any of the Official Rules, he or she is solely responsible for injury caused by the breach. Entrants agree to indemnify, defend and hold Sponsor harmless from and against any and all liabilities, losses, damages, claims, debts, investigations, fines, penalties, costs, expenses and settlements (including attorneys’ fees and costs of litigation, settlement, judgment, interest and penalties) arising out of or related to their participation in the Contest, receipt of a prize and/or breach of representations and warranties.

6.JUDGING CRITERIA:
All eligible Entries will be judged and awarded points up to the listed
maximum, based on the following criteria: a) Most inspiring – up to 250 points; b) Eloquent – up to 250
points; and c) Meaningful story – up to 250 points; (collectively, “Judging Criteria”). Entries will be
judged by representatives of the Sponsor (“Judges”). No information regarding Entries or judging, other than as otherwise set forth in these Official Rules, will be disclosed and Judges’ decisions are final.

7.WINNER SELECTION:
The four highest scoring Entries will be determined the winners, subject to
verification and compliance with these Official Rules. If there is a tie for fourth place, all tied Entries will

be scored again based on judging criteria b) Eloquent – up to 50 points. The tied Entry that has the highest score will be named the winner, subject to verification and compliance with these Official Rules. Sponsor reserves the right to select fewer than four Winners if, in its sole discretion, Sponsor determines it did not receive a sufficient number of eligible and qualified Entries. Winners will be selected on or about September 9, 2015.

8.CONTEST PRIZES:

There are 4 Contest Prizes. Each Contest Prize is a trip for each winner and one (1) adult guest to New
York City. The winner will be filmed to talk about their story and it will be included in the POP Culture
film, aired in an hour-long documentary. It will be in a broadcast version of the film that may be digital,
broadcast or otherwise. The trip consists of a two (2)-day/one (1)-night trip, roundtrip coach air
transportation for winner and one (1) guest from a major commercial continental U.S. airport near
Contest Prize Winner’s home (determined by Sponsor in its sole discretion) to New York City; one (1)
night standard accommodation, double occupancy at a hotel to be determined by the Sponsor;
roundtrip ground transportation to and from the destination airport and hotel, and hotel and filming
studio. Winners and guests must be able to travel on dates specified by Sponsor, or prize will be
forfeited. Trip will be arranged and completed by December 2015 based on flight availability, etcetera.
Contest Prize Winner and guest must have all necessary travel documents or must forfeit the Contest
Prize.
• Approximate Retail Value of the Contest Prize is $2,500.

• Total ARV of all Contest Prizes is $10,000.

ARV of Contest Prize trip may vary depending on trip point of departure and/or airfare fluctuations and
any difference between the stated approximate value and actual value of prize will not be awarded. All
other expenses not specified herein, including flight insurance, travel insurance, meals and personal
expenses are the sole responsibility of the Prize Winner. All details of prize components, including but
not limited to hotel and air travel, will be subject to availability and determined at Sponsor’s sole
discretion. Trip will be provided by travel agency sourced by Sweepstakes Sponsor. Prize is not
transferable. Each winner is responsible for any applicable fees, federal, state and local taxes, if any, and
any other unspecified expenses associated with acceptance or use of prize. Winner will be issued an IRS
1099 MISC tax form (or its equivalent) for the ARV of the prize awarded. Winner will also be required to
provide Sponsor a valid Social Security number and W-9 form for tax purposes. Prize is not transferable
or redeemable for cash and may not be sold, bartered or auctioned. Prize may not be substituted except
that Sponsor in its discretion may substitute a prize, or portion thereof, with a prize or portion of equal
or greater value as determined by Sponsor in its sole discretion if it deems necessary.

9.SWEEPSTAKES:
The Sweepstakes begins 12:01:01 a.m. ET on June 17, 2015 and ends at 11:59:59 p.m. ET
on August 31, 2015 (“Sweepstakes Period”). Each Contest entrant will automatically receive one (1)
sweepstakes entry (“Sweepstakes Entry”). To enter the Sweepstakes without entering the Contest, visit
http://www.4fatherscontest.com and complete the online registration. Limit one (1) Sweepstakes Entry
per person, per email address. All Sweepstakes Entries must be submitted by 11:59:59 p.m. ET on August 31, 2015 to be eligible for the Sweepstakes random drawing. Entries generated by a script, macro, or other automated means will be disqualified.

10.SWEEPSTAKES RANDOM DRAWING:
The Sweepstakes winner will be selected in a random drawing on or about September 3, 2015, from among all Eligible Sweepstakes entries received. The random drawing will be conducted by independent judging organization whose decisions are final on all matters relating to this Sweepstakes drawing.

11.SWEEPSTAKES PRIZE:
One (1) Sweepstakes Prize: Four (4)-day/three (3)-night trip for two (2) for
winner and one adult guest to Scotland. The trip consists of roundtrip coach air transportation for
winner and one (1) guest from a major commercial continental U.S. airport near Prize Winner’s home
(determined by Sponsor in its sole discretion) to Scotland; three (3) nights standard accommodation,
double occupancy at a hotel to be determined by the Sponsor; a visit to the Glenfiddich Distillery;
roundtrip ground transportation to and from the destination airport and hotel, and hotel and distillery.
Winner and guest must be able to travel on dates specified by Sponsor, or prize will be forfeited and an
alternate winner may be selected, time permitting. Trip will be arranged and completed by December
2016 based on flight availability etcetera. Prize Winner and guest must have necessary passports and
any other required travel documents, or must forfeit the Sweepstakes Prize. Approximate Retail Value of
the Prize is $6,640. ARV of Prize trip may vary depending on trip point of departure and/or airfare
fluctuations and any difference between the stated approximate value and actual value of prize will not
be awarded. Winner and their guest is solely responsible for obtaining valid U.S. passports and any other
required travel documents, including, but not limited to, acceptable photo identification. Failure to do
so will result in forfeiture of prize, and an alternate winner may be selected, time permitting. Winner and
guest are solely responsible for obtaining any travel insurance (and all other forms of insurance) at their
option and hereby acknowledge that Sponsor has not and will not obtain or provide travel insurance or
any other form of insurance. All other expenses not specified herein, including meals and personal
expenses are the sole responsibility of the Prize Winner. All details of prize components, including but
not limited to hotel and air travel, will be subject to availability and determined at Sponsor’s sole
discretion. Trip will be provided by travel agency sourced by Sweepstakes Sponsor. Prize is not

12.CLAIMING PRIZES:
Prize claim subject to verification by Sponsor. Potential prize winners must
complete, sign and return the Affidavit of Eligibility, Waiver of Liability, and Publicity Release Forms
(where permitted) within seven (7) business days of receipt of written prize notification or prize will be
forfeited. Each winner’s guest must be 21 years old or older and will also be required to sign a Waiver of
Liability and Publicity Release within the time period required by Sponsor. In the event of
noncompliance with these Official Rules, if prize notification or attempted notification is returned as
undeliverable, if winner is deemed ineligible for any reason, or prize winner declines prize offered, prize
will be forfeited and, with respect to a Contest prize, be awarded to the Contest Entry with the next

highest score. Forfeited Sweepstakes prize may be awarded by random drawing to an alternate winner if time permits. All properly claimed prizes will be awarded provided a sufficient number of eligible Entries are received, but in no event will Sponsor award more prizes than are provided for in these Official Rules. By participating in the Contest, all participants acknowledge compliance with and agree to be bound by these Official Rules, the decisions of Sponsor and/or judges, which are final in all respects, and all federal, state, and local laws and regulations.

13.CONDITIONS:
All Entry information becomes the property of the Sponsor and may be used by
Sponsor, its affiliated companies and their agents, successors, and assigns, and anyone authorized by
them, for any purpose and in any media whatsoever, whether or not now known, throughout the
universe in perpetuity, without further compensation to Entrant. By entering, entrants grant Sponsor
and its licensees the right to use the Videos in connection with this Promotion and future versions of the
Promotion, as well as on the Glenfiddich website without further notice to, approval from, or
compensation to entrant. Entries will not be acknowledged or returned. Sponsor, Freemind Ventures LLC
filming company, the prize providers, printers, advertising agencies, promotion agencies, and any other
company involved in the development or administration of this Promotion and all of their their
respective parent, subsidiary and affiliated companies and all of their respective officers, directors,
employees, and agents (collectively, the “Released Parties”) are not responsible for printing errors nor
for lost, late, unintelligible, misdirected, incomplete, damaged or garbled Entries, registration forms, the
Affidavit/Release Forms or any other documents. Sponsor, its subsidiaries, affiliate companies, parents,
officers, directors, and agents are not responsible for any: (a) telephone, computer, hardware, software,
programming or interrupted or unavailable network, server or other connections, network malfunction,
or other technical failures or errors, or failure to properly process Entries; (b) communication disruption
or other forces beyond the reasonable control of the Sponsor, including submit Entries or other
disruption related to Internet traffic, virus, bug or non-authorized intervention; (c) damage caused by
computer virus or otherwise resulting to any computer from entrant’s access of the Contest, whether
human, mechanical or electronic, or (d) incorrect or inaccurate information whether caused by
Promotion users or by any of the programming or equipment associated with or used in the Promotion.
If such malfunction, error, disruption, or damage occurs, and/or impairs the administration, security,
fairness, integrity, or proper execution of the Promotion and/or Promotion is otherwise not capable of
running as planned, Sponsor may, in its sole discretion, suspend the Promotion for the remainder of the
Promotion Period or terminate any or all of the Promotion by posting a notice on www.glendiffich.com.
If the Contest is suspended or terminated during the Promotion Period, Sponsor will determine the prize
winners from among all eligible Entries received as of the suspension or termination date based solely
on judges’ evaluation, provided enough eligible Entries are received. In the event of dispute as to who
submitted an Entry, the Entry will be deemed submitted by the Authorized Account Holder of the email
address associated with the website registration. “Authorized Account Holder” is defined as the natural
person assigned to an email address by an Internet access provider, online service provider, or other
organization responsible for assigning email addresses for the domain associated with the email
address in question. Sponsor reserves the right, in its sole discretion, to disqualify persons found
tampering with or abusing any aspect of the Promotion, or whom Sponsor believes to be causing
malfunction, error, disruption or damage. Sponsor further reserves the right, at its sole discretion, to

disqualify or void Entries. Entries made through robotic, automatic, mechanical, programmed or similar entry duplication method and to disqualify any individual using such a method. The use of third-party software or website to enter is prohibited. Any failure by Sponsor to enforce any of these Official Rules will not constitute a waiver of such Official Rules.

14.RELEASE:
By participating in this Promotion, participants hereby waive and release and agree to hold
harmless, the Released Parties and YouTube from and against, any and all rights, claims and causes of
action whatsoever that they may have, or which may arise, against any of them for any liability for any
matter, cause or thing whatsoever, including but not limited to any injury, loss, damage, whether direct,
compensatory, incidental or consequential, to person, including death, and/or property, arising in whole
or in part, directly or indirectly, from their acceptance, possession, use or misuse of any prize, or their
participation in this Promotion, including the filming of the Videos, or any prize-related activity.

15.DISPUTES:
By entering the Promotion, entrants agree that: (a) any and all disputes, claims, and
causes of action arising out of or connected with the Promotion, or any prizes awarded, must be
resolved individually, without resort to any form of class action; (b) any and all claims, judgments and
awards will be limited to actual out-of-pocket costs incurred, including costs associated with entering
the Promotion, but in no event attorneys’ fees; and (c) under no circumstances will any entrant be
permitted to obtain any award for, and entrant hereby waives all rights to claim punitive, incidental or
consequential damages and any and all rights to have damages multiplied or otherwise increased and
any other damages, other than for actual out-of-pocket expenses. Some jurisdictions do not allow for
limitations on the ability to pursue class action remedies, or certain kinds of damages, and so these
limitations may not apply to you.
