In the event that any merchandise is not available, the Sponsor reserves the right to replace the merchandise with a prize with a comparable or greater value at their sole discretion. The Sponsor and Released Parties are not responsible for and will not replace any lost, mutilated or stolen prize(s) or any prize that is undeliverable or does not reach the winner because of an incorrect or changed address. Prize Winner and his/her guest agree to comply with all Track rules and regulations relating to the use of Track access and, in accordance therewith, agree not to act in an unsportsmanlike or disruptive manner, or with any intent to annoy, abuse, threaten or harass any other person at such Track. Any such resale may result in disqualification and prize forfeiture and may invalidate the license granted by the race ticket(s).   Sweepstakes Prizes: One (1) Sweepstakes Entry Period #1 Prize (“Vehicle Prize”):  The “Vehicle Prize” is a 2023 Ford F-150® LightningTM LARIAT Pickup with extended-range battery and a Ford Charge Station Pro (Maximum Manufacturer’s Suggested Retail Price of the Vehicle Prize not to exceed=$88,000). Vehicle Details: Vehicle Prize Winner is responsible for vehicle registration, license, title and insurance fees, Ford Charge Station Pro installation and for all costs associated with any available upgrade/option packages and any other expenses related to the acceptance and use of the prize not specified herein. One (1) Sweepstakes Entry Period #2 Prize (“Trip Prize”):  A 4-day/3-night trip for winner and one guest to attend The Clash at the Coliseum 2023 race (the “Event”) in Los Angeles, CA currently scheduled to take place on or about February 5, 2023. The trip includes: roundtrip, coach air travel for two from a major airport near Trip Prize winner’s home, three (3) nights hotel accommodations, $500 awarded in the form of a check (winner only) which can be used toward ground transportation, meals and incidentals, and two (2) tickets to the Event. ARV of Trip Prize=$5,000. Trip Conditions: All prize details are at Sponsor’s sole discretion and are subject to change. Event tickets are subject to certain terms and conditions specified thereon. The execution of additional releases and/or waivers of liability required by the applicable venue and/or any other applicable sanctioning body or opportunity provider may also be required and returned within the time period specified by such entities, as appropriate. Sponsor in its sole discretion, reserves the right to provide ground transportation in lieu of air transportation if the Prize winner resides within one-hundred (100) miles of the designated venue (and no additional compensation or substitution will be awarded for difference in prize value). Trip must be taken on dates specified by Sponsor or prize will be forfeited and, at Sponsor’s discretion and time permitting, an alternate potential Trip Prize winner may be randomly selected from among all remaining eligible entries received.  If any prize-related event(s) or any other activity(s) is canceled or postponed for any reason, travel prize will be awarded less attendance to the applicable event(s)/activity(s) and Sponsor will substitute that event(s)/activity(s) with an item(s) and/or activity(s) of approximately comparable or greater value as determined solely by Sponsor. Travel and hotel accommodation restrictions apply. Travel arrangements must be made through Sponsor’s agent and on a carrier of Sponsor’s choice.  Trip Prize Winner and his/her guest are responsible for obtaining all required travel documents prior to travel.  Trip Prize Winner and his/her guest must travel together on the same itinerary. The Trip Prize Winner’s guest must be of legal age of majority in his/her state of residence (and at least eighteen (18) years of age).
