Eligibility:DruryHotels’Road Trip Sweepstakes(the”Sweepstakes”) isopenonlyto US residentswho
are at least eighteen(18) yearsold at the time of entry. Employees of Drury Hotels Company, LLC, its
affiliatesand subsidiaries are not eligible or allowed to participate. THE SWEEPSTAKES IS SUBJECT TO
ALL APPLICABLE FEDERAL, STATE AND LOCAL LAWS AND REGULATIONS AND IS VOID WHERE
PROHIBITED BY LAW. Participation constitutesentrant’sfulland unconditional agreement to these
Official Rules and Sponsor’s decisions, which are final and binding in all matters related to the
Sweepstakes.Winningaprize is contingentuponfulfilling all requirementssetforthinthese Official

Sweepstakes Period: The Sweepstakes begins on Thursday, May 11, 2023, at 12:00 p.m. Central
StandardTime (CST) and endsonMonday,May15, 2023, at 11:00 a.m. CST (the “SweepstakesPeriod”).
Sponsor’s computer is the official time-keeping device for the Sweepstakes.
How to Enter: During the Sweepstakes Period, users can visit Drury Hotels’ Facebook Page
(http://www.facebook.com/DruryHotels) andfillout the form attachedto Drury Hotels’post on May
11, 2023: “Cruise into summer with Drury Hotels! We’re giving away five (5) free night certificates
for any Drury branded hotel and a $250.00 gift card for gas.” in order to be entered to win. You must
be logged into Facebook to complete this form. By completing this form, you will automatically receive
one (1) entry into the Sweepstakes. All entries become the property of the Sponsor. By entering,
you acknowledge and agree to these Official Rules, including eligibility requirements, and you agree that
all decisions of Sponsor are final and binding. Answers to questions on the form must not be indecent,
defamatory, libelous, offensive, violent or contain material unlawful in any way. If participating via your
mobile device, message and data rates may apply.
No correspondence about entries will be acknowledged. Duplicate entries will be disqualified.

Limit: You mayonly enterone (1) time during the Sweepstakes Period. Each entrant will be entered to
win one (1) Prize.Multiple entrantsare not permittedtoshare the same email address.Any attempt by
an entrant to exceed entry restrictions by using multiple/different email addresses, identities,
registrations and logins, or any other methods will void that entrant’s entries and that entrant may be
disqualified.Use of any automated system to participate is prohibited and will result in disqualification.
In the eventof a dispute as to any registration,the authorizedaccount holderof the email addressused
to register will be deemed to be the entrant. The “authorized account holder” is the natural person
assignedan email addressby an Internet access provider, online service provider or other organization
responsible forassigning email addressesfor the domain associated with the submitted email address.
The potential winner may be required to show proof of being an authorized Facebook account holder.
Prize: One (1) winner will be randomly chosen to receive five (5) Free Night Certificates at any Drury
branded hotel and a $250.00 Visagift card. Each Drury Hotels’ Free Night Certificate is valid for one (1)
complimentary night for a standard room at any Drury branded hotel. Approximate Retail
Value of five (5) FreeNightCertificates is $1,000. The winnerwill benotified via email and will need to
respond eithervia email to emarketing@druryhotels.comorsendaprivate message on Facebook with
their mailing address within thirty (30) days after the Sweepstakes Period. Winner will receive the
applicable prize by mail at the address provided, approximately four (4) to six (6) weeks after end of
Sweepstakes Period.
Release: By receipt of any prize or by participating in the Sweepstakes, each entrant and the winner
agree to release andhold harmlessSponsor,Facebook,Inc.,andtheirrespective subsidiaries, affiliates,
suppliers, distributors, advertising/promotion agencies, and prize suppliers, and Sponsor’s parent
companies and each such company’s officers, directors, employees and agents (collectively, the
“ReleasedParties”) fromandagainst any claim or cause of action, including, but not limited to,personal
injury,death,or damage to or loss of property,arising out of participation in the Sweepstakesorreceipt
or use or misuse of any Prize.
Publicity: Except where prohibited by law, participation in the Sweepstakes constitutes the winner’s
consentto Sponsor’sandits agents’use of winner’sname,likeness,photograph,voice,opinionsand/or
city and state for promotional purposes in any worldwide media, without further payment or
consideration.
General Conditions: Sponsor reserves the right to cancel, suspend and/or modify the Sweepstakes, or
any part of it, if any fraud, technical failure, human error or any other factor impairs the integrity or
properfunctioningof the Sweepstakes, asdetermined by Sponsor in its sole and absolute discretion. In
such event, Sponsor, in its sole and absolute discretion, may elect to hold a random drawing from
among all eligible entries received up to the date of discontinuance for any or all of the prizes offered
herein. Sponsor reserves the right, in its sole and absolute discretion, to disqualify any individual that
Sponsor finds to be tampering with the entry process or the operation of the Sweepstakes or to be
acting in violation of these Official Rules. Any attempt by any person to deliberately undermine the
legitimate operationof the Sweepstakesmaybe a violation of criminal and/orcivil law, and, shouldsuch
an attempt be made, Sponsor reserves the right to seek damages from any such person to thefullest
extentpermittedbylaw.Sponsor’sfailure to enforce anyprovisionof these Official Rules shall not
constitute a waiver of that provision.
Limitations of Liability: The Released Parties are not responsible for: (1) any incorrect or inaccurate
information, whether caused by entrants, printing errors or by any of the equipment or programming
associated with or utilized in the Sweepstakes; (2) technical failures of any kind, including, but not
limited to malfunctions, interruptions, or disconnections in phone lines or network hardware or
software;(3) unauthorizedhumaninterventioninanypart of the entry process or the Sweepstakes; (4)
technical or humanerror which may occur in the administrationof the Sweepstakesorthe processingof
entries; (5) late, lost, undeliverable, damaged or stolen mail; or (6) any injury or damage to persons or
property which may be caused, directly or indirectly, in whole or in part, from entrant’s participation in
the Sweepstakes or receipt or use or misuse of any prize. If for any reason an entrant’s entry is
confirmedto have beenerroneously deleted, lost, or otherwise destroyed or corrupted, entrant’s sole
remedyis anotherentryin the Sweepstakes, if it is possible. No more than the stated number of prizes
will be awarded. In the event that production, technical, seeding, programming or any other reasons
cause more than the stated number of prizes as set forth in these Official Rules to be available and/or
claimed, Sponsorreservesthe rightto awardonly the statednumberof prizes bya randomdrawing
among all legitimate, un-awarded, eligible prize claims.
Disputes: Except where prohibited by law, entrant agrees that: (1) any and all disputes, claims and
causes of action arising out of or connected with the Sweepstakes or any prize awarded shall be
resolved individually, without resort to any form of class action, and exclusively by the appropriate
federal or district court located in St. Louis County, Missouri; (2) any and all claims, judgments and
awards shall be limited to actual out-of-pocket costs incurred, including costs associated with entering
the Sweepstakes, but in no event attorneys’ fees; and (3) under no circumstances will entrant be
permitted to obtain awards for, and entrant hereby waives all rights to claim, indirect, punitive,
incidental and consequential damages and any other damages, other than for actual out-of-pocket
expenses, and any and all rights to have damages multiplied or otherwise increased. All issues and
questionsconcerningthe construction,validity, interpretationandenforceabilityof these Official Rules,
or the rights and obligations of the entrant and Sponsor in connection with the Sweepstakes, shall be
governedby,andconstrued in accordance with, the laws of the State of Missouri without giving effect
to any choice of law or conflict of law rules.
