SUMMARY: THESE MONTHLY SWEEPSTAKES ARE SPONSORED BY DAVID’S BRIDAL, LLC (“SPONSOR”) NO PURCHASE NECESSARY. A PURCHASE DOES NOT IMPROVE YOUR CHANCE OF WINNING. VOID WHERE PROHIBITED. The Sweepstakes starts on March 1, 2023 in the United States, and will run monthly until terminated by Sponsor. Each calendar month (each a “Sweepstakes Period”), eligible entries will be collected, and one (1) eligible winner will be selected from that month’s eligible entries from the United States in a random drawing to be held on or about the fifth business day of the following month in Conshohocken, Pennsylvania, 19428 U.S.A. Non-winning eligible entries do not  carry forward to subsequent monthly draws- you must enter the Sweepstakes separately in each Sweepstakes Period if you wish to have a chance to win in that Sweepstakes Period. Each monthly winner will receive the prize described below. Odds of winning depend on the number of eligible entries received during each Sweepstakes Period/calendar month.
HOW TO ENTER: To enter, log on to www.davidsbridal.com (for persons in the U.S.), and fill in the on-line registration form and submit it in accordance with the on-screen directions during the Sweepstakes Period and you will be entered once in the Sweepstakes for that month. To enter the Sweepstakes without registering, type or hand print your first and last name, address, telephone number, email address, and age, on a 3″ x 5″ piece of paper or note card, and place in the mail with proper postage addressed to: David’s Bridal Win a Wedding Dress Sweepstakes – Marketing 1001 Washington Street, Conshohocken, PA 19428. Mailed entries must be typed or handwritten and are limited to one (1) per envelope or outer mailing.

There is a limit of one (1) entry per participant per Sweepstakes Period, regardless of method of entry. Subsequent entries by the same participant in the same Sweepstakes Period will not be valid. All entries become the exclusive property of the Sponsor. No entries will be acknowledged or returned. Proof of sending or submission will not be deemed to be proof of receipt by Sponsor. Sponsor is not responsible for lost, late, incomplete, invalid, unintelligible, illegible, misdirected or postage-due entries, which will be disqualified.

ELIGIBILITY: Open only to legal residents of: (i) the 50 United States, Puerto Rico and the District of Columbia, 18 years of age or older at the time of entry; who are not employees (nor immediate family members and/or living in the same household of such employees) of David’s Bridal LLC, or their respective subsidiary or affiliated companies; and who have not previously won in a prior Sweepstakes Period. For the purpose of this Sweepstakes, immediate family is defined as spouse, partner, mother, father, legal guardian, in-laws, grandmother, grandfather, brother, sister, children and grandchildren.

All entries are subject to verification at any time and for any reason.  The Sponsor reserves the right, in its sole and absolute discretion, to require proof of identity and/or eligibility (in a form acceptable to the Sponsor – including, without limitation, government issued photo identification): (i) for the purposes of verifying an individual’s eligibility to participate in this Sweepstakes; (ii) for the purposes of verifying the eligibility and/or legitimacy of any entry or other information entered (or purportedly entered) for the purposes of this Sweepstakes; and/or (iii) for any other reason the Sponsor deems necessary, in its sole and absolute discretion, for the purposes of administering this Sweepstakes in accordance with these rules.  Failure to provide such proof to the complete satisfaction of the Sponsor within the timeline specified by the Sponsor may result in disqualification in the sole and absolute discretion of the Sponsor.  The sole determinant of the time for the purposes of this Sweepstakes will be the Sweepstakes server machine(s).
In the event of a dispute over the identity of an online entrant, entry will be deemed submitted by the authorized account holder of the email address submitted at the time of entry. “Authorized account holder” is defined as the person who is assigned an email address by an internet provider, online service provider, or other organization (e.g. business, educational institute, etc.) that is responsible for assigning email addresses for the domain associated with the submitted email address. Use of automated devices to enter or otherwise participate in this Sweepstakes is prohibited and will automatically result in disqualification.
CAUTION: ANY ATTEMPT BY AN ENTRANT TO DELIBERATELY DAMAGE ANY WEB SITE OR UNDERMINE THE LEGITIMATE OPERATIONS OF THE SWEEPSTAKES IS A VIOLATION OF CRIMINAL AND CIVIL LAWS AND SHOULD SUCH AN ATTEMPT BE MADE, ENTRANT WILL BE AUTOMATICALLY DISQUALIFIED AND THE SPONSOR RESERVES THE RIGHT TO SEEK REMEDIES AND DAMAGES FROM ANY SUCH ENTRANT TO THE FULLEST EXTENT PERMITTED BY LAW.
LIMITATION OF LIABILITY: Sponsor is not responsible for any error, omission, interruption, deletion, defect, delay in operations or transmission, theft or destruction or unauthorized access to or alteration of entry materials, or for technical, network, telephone equipment, electronic, computer, hardware or software malfunctions of any kind, or inaccurate transmission of, or failure to receive entry information by Sponsor on account of technical problems or traffic congestion on the Internet or at any web site or any combination thereof. Sponsor is also not responsible for any injury or damage to entrant’s or any other person’s computer related to or resulting from participating in or downloading any materials in the Sweepstakes. If for any reason these Sweepstakes are not capable of running as planned, including, but not limited to, infection by computer virus, bugs, tampering, unauthorized intervention, fraud, or any other causes beyond the reasonable control of Sponsor which corrupt or affect the administration, security, fairness, integrity or proper conduct of the promotion, then Sponsor reserves the right to, at its sole discretion, cancel, terminate, modify or suspend the Sweepstakes. If due to a printing, production or other error, more prizes are claimed than are intended to be awarded for any prize level; the number of prizes stated in these rules will be awarded in a random drawing from among all verified and validated entries received. In no event shall more than the stated number of prizes be awarded. Subject to the applicable law, any disputes relating to this Sweepstakes or any prizes awarded in connection with these Sweepstakes shall be resolved individually without any resort to any form of class action, and any and all claims, judgments and awards shall be limited to actual out of pocket costs incurred, including costs associated with entering this Sweepstakes. Under no circumstances shall any participant be permitted to obtain awards for other damages or have damages multiplied or otherwise increased. SOME JURISDICTIONS MAY PROHIBIT OR LIMIT EXCLUSION OF CLASS ACTIONS, OR EXCLUSION OF LIABILITY FOR INCIDENTAL OR CONSEQUENTIAL DAMAGES, SO THE FOREGOING LIMITATION MAY NOT APPLY TO YOU.  By participating in the Sweepstakes, each entrant agrees to release and hold the Sponsor harmless from any and all losses, damages, rights, claims and actions of any kind in connection with or resulting from participation in the Sweepstakes and/or acceptance, possession, or use/misuse of any prizes including, without limitation, personal injuries, death, property damages and any claims by third parties or otherwise based on publicity rights, defamation, or invasion of privacy. Entrants acknowledge that Sponsor is not responsible or liable for any warranty, representation, or guarantee, express or implied, in fact or in law, relative to the prizes, except as set forth in these rules or otherwise required by law.
RESERVATIONS: Void where prohibited or restricted by law and subject to all applicable laws and regulations. All entries become the Sponsor’s property and will not be returned. By entering this Sweepstakes, each entrant agrees to be bound by these rules and the decisions of the Sponsor. Acceptance of prize constitutes the grant of an unconditional right to Sponsor to use the winner’s name, voice and/or likeness for any and all publicity, advertising and promotional purposes without additional compensation, except where prohibited by law.
WINNERS: Reasonable efforts will be made to contact each monthly winner. If an eligible winner does not respond to the winning notification within 7 days, such eligible winner will be disqualified, and the Sponsor reserves the right, in its sole and absolute discretion and time permitting,  to randomly select a new eligible winner from among the remaining eligible entries for that region for that Sweepstakes Period/month (in which case the foregoing provisions of this section shall apply to such newly selected entrant). Winners are required to prove eligibility and will be required to sign an affidavit of eligibility and release. The failure of a potential winner to verify eligibility, or the return of any notification as undeliverable, or the failure to return the signed affidavit and release  will result in disqualification and the Sponsor reserves the right, in its sole and absolute discretion and time permitting,  to randomly select an alternate winner from among the remaining eligible entries for that Sweepstakes Period/month (in which case the foregoing provisions of this section shall apply to such newly selected entrant). In the event of any other noncompliance with rules by an eligible winner, the prize may be awarded to an alternate winner. All expenses not specifically included, are the sole responsibility of the winner. Winners are responsible for all taxes on any prize awarded to them. PRIZES: One (1) eligible winner will be selected by random draw from amongst the previous Sweepstakes Period/month’s eligible entries from the United States, Puerto Rico and the District of Columbia for each Sweepstakes Period/month in which the Sweepstakes run. The monthly winner will receive a gift card in the amount of One Thousand US Dollars ($1,000.00).
Alterations not included. Prize is not redeemable for cash or transferable; and no substitutions allowed except at the discretion of the Sponsor, who may substitute prizes of equal or greater value in the Sponsor’s sole and absolute discretion.
MISCELLANEOUS:
The decisions of the Sponsor with respect to all aspects of these Sweepstakes are final and binding on all entrants without right of appeal, including, without limitation, any decisions regarding the eligibility/disqualification of entries and/or entrants. ANYONE DEEMED BY THE SPONSOR TO BE IN VIOLATION OF THESE RULES FOR ANY REASON IS SUBJECT TO DISQUALIFICATION IN THE SOLE AND ABSOLUTE DISCRETION OF THE SPONSOR AT ANY TIME. 
The Sponsor reserves the right to withdraw, amend or suspend these Sweepstakes (or to amend these rules) in any way, in the event of any cause beyond the reasonable control of the Sponsor that interferes with the proper conduct of these Sweepstakes as contemplated by these rules. The Sponsor reserves the right to cancel, amend or suspend these Sweepstakes, or to amend these rules, in any way without prior notice or obligation, in the event of any accident, printing, administrative, or other error of any kind, or for any other reason whatsoever. 
The Sponsor reserves the right to adjust any of the dates, timeframes and/or other Sweepstakes mechanics stipulated in these rules, to the extent necessary, for purposes of verifying compliance by any entrant or entry with these rules, or as a result of any technical or other problems, or in light of any other circumstances which, in the opinion of the Sponsor, in its sole and absolute discretion, affect the proper administration of these Sweepstakes as contemplated in these rules, or for any other reason.
Collection and use of personally identifiable information will be in accordance with David’s Bridal Privacy Policy, as posted on the web at: https://www.davidsbridal.com/legal/privacy-policy . Any disputes concerning these Sweepstakes shall be governed by the laws of the Commonwealth of Pennsylvania, and any dispute that may arise hereunder shall be brought in a state or federal court in Pennsylvania.
