Sweepstakes Period: You may enter the CRICKET WIRELESS PREMIERE FLYAWAY SWEEPSTAKES CELEBRATING THE RELEASE OF DISNEY AND PIXAR’S “ELEMENTAL” (“Sweepstakes”) beginning 9:00AM Eastern Time (“ET”) on May 15, 2023 through 11:59PM ET on May 28, 2023 (“Sweepstakes Period”). All Interpretations of these Official Rules and decisions made by Sponsor relating to the Sweepstakes are final. The Administrator’s computer is the official timekeeping device for this Sweepstakes.
Who May Enter: Sweepstakes is open to legal residents of the fifty (50) United States and the District of Columbia, who are at least twenty-one (21) years or older. Employees, officers, directors and assigns of Cricket Wireless LLC (“Sponsor”), The Walt Disney Company, (“Disney”), Fandango Loyalty Solutions, LLC (“Fandango”), You Are Here, LLC (“Administrator”) and each of their respective parents, affiliated companies, subsidiaries, distributors, dealers, retailers, printers, advertising, and promotion agencies, and any and all other companies associated with the design or execution of this Sweepstakes (collectively, “Released Parties”), and the members of the immediate families (spouse, parent, sibling and child and their respective spouses, regardless of where they reside) or households of any of the above, whether or not related, are not eligible to enter or win. Void where prohibited. Sweepstakes is subject to all applicable federal, state and local laws.
By participating in this Sweepstakes, entrants: (a) agree to be bound by these Official Rules and by the interpretations of these Official Rules by Sponsor and by the decisions of Sponsor; (b) acknowledge compliance with these Official Rules; (c) represent and warrant that he or she meets all the eligibility criteria set forth in these Official Rules; (d) agree to comply with any and all applicable federal, state and local laws, rules and regulations; and (e) agree to release and hold harmless the Released Parties and their respective parents, subsidiaries, affiliates, agents, officers, directors and employees from and against any and all claims, injury or damages arising out of or relating to participation in Sweepstakes and/or the use, misuse or redemption of the prizes (described below), and for any claim including claims based on defamation, publicity rights, invasion of privacy, copyright infringement, trademark infringement, or any other intellectual property related or other cause of action.
How to Enter:During the Sweepstakes Period, visit www.cricketsweepstakes.com/elemental (the “Website”) and follow the instructions provided to complete the online entry form to receive one (1) entry in the Sweepstakes. Online entries must be received by 11:59PM ET on May 28, 2023 in order to enter. If you submit your entry via your wireless phone, message and data rates may apply. Please consult your wireless-service provider regarding its message and data pricing plans.
Entrants may receive one (1) bonus entry in the Sweepstakes by going to any participating Sponsor retail store, scanning the Sweepstakes QR code in the store, and following any directions provided thereafter. To receive the bonus entry without visiting a participating Sponsor retail store, during the Sweepstakes Period, on a plain piece of 3” x 5” paper, hand-print your complete name, street address (no P.O. Boxes), city, state, zip code, date of birth (mm/dd/yyyy), daytime or evening telephone numbers (including area code) and valid email address. Then mail the bonus entry in a hand-addressed, business-size (#10) envelope with first-class postage affixed, to: CRICKET WIRELESS PREMIERE FLYAWAY SWEEPSTAKES CELEBRATING THE RELEASE OF DISNEY AND PIXAR’S “ELEMENTAL” Bonus Entry, You Are Here, LLC, 150 Interstate North Parkway, Atlanta, GA 30339 (“Mailed Entry”). Mailed Entries must be complete to be eligible. To be included in the random drawing, Mailed Entries must be postmarked beginning May 15, 2023 through May 28, 2023, and received by May 30, 2023. Mechanically reproduced or automated Mailed Entries are not eligible.
All information submitted by entrants is subject to and will be treated in a manner consistent with Sponsor’s Privacy Policy. By participating in the Sweepstakes, entrants hereby agree that they have read and accepted the Sponsor’s Privacy Policy and agree that Sponsor may collect and use their personal information in compliance with Sponsor’s Privacy Policy. Sponsor’s Privacy Policy is accessible at https://www.cricketwireless.com/privacy.
There is a limit of one (1) entry and one (1) bonus entry per person per day. Entrants may only use one email address to enter the Sweepstakes. A “day” is understood to mean between 12:00am ET and 11:59pm ET.Entries received from any person or email address in excess of the above stated limitation will be void. You may not enter more times than indicated by using multiple email addresses, identities, or devices in an attempt to circumvent the Official Rules, as determined within Sponsor’s sole discretion. If you use fraudulent methods or otherwise attempt to circumvent the Official Rules, your entry may be removed from eligibility at the sole discretion of Sponsor. Sponsor has the right, in its sole discretion, to maintain the integrity of the Sweepstakes, to void entries for any reason, including, but not limited to, the use of bots, macros or scripts or other technical means for entering. In the event of a dispute regarding entries received from multiple users having the same e-mail account, the authorized subscriber of the e-mail account at the time of entry will be deemed to be the entrant and must comply with these Official Rules. Authorized email account subscriber is the natural person who is assigned the e-mail address by the Internet Service Provider (ISP), on-line service provider, or other organization responsible for assigning e-mail addresses.
Random Drawing & Odds of Winning: One (1) Grand Prize winner will be selected by Administrator in a random drawing on or about May 30, 2023 from all eligible entries received and combined throughout the Sweepstakes Period. One Hundred (100) Alternate Prize winners will be selected by Administrator in the same random drawing on or about May 30, 2023 from all eligible entries received and combined through the Sweepstakes Period. Odds of winning a prize depend on the number of the total eligible entries received and combined throughout the Sweepstakes Period.
Winner Notification: A potential Grand Prize winner will be notified by phone and/or e-mail and will be required to confirm his/her name, address and phone number or email address, as the case may be, within forty-eight (48) hours from when the phone call is made or email is sent, as the case may be. If a potential Grand Prize winner does not confirm his/her contact information as requested within the forty-eight (48) hour time period, then time permitting in Sponsor’s sole discretion, an alternate potential winner may be selected in a random drawing from among all remaining eligible entries received. If a potential Grand Prize winner cannot be reached directly within forty-eight (48) hours from when the phone call is made or email is sent and/or does not meet the eligibility requirements, the potential Grand Prize winner will be disqualified and, time permitting in Sponsor’s sole discretion, an alternate potential Grand Prize winner may be selected in a random drawing from among all remaining eligible entries received. The potential Grand Prize winner will be required to execute and return an affidavit of eligibility, a liability release and, where lawful, a publicity release within five (5) days of date of issuance. If such documents are not returned within the specified time period, a Grand Prize or Grand Prize notification is returned as undeliverable, Sponsor is unable to contact a potential Grand Prize winner or a potential Grand Prize winner is not in compliance with these Official Rules, Grand Prize will be forfeited and, at Sponsor’s sole discretion, an alternate potential Grand Prize winner may be selected for the Grand Prize from among the remaining eligible entries received during the Sweepstakes Period.
Grand Prize (1): the Grand Prize consists of a trip for the Grand Prize winner and three (3) guests to attend the premiere of the film, “Elemental”, in Los Angeles, CA, scheduled for June 8, 2023. Trip consists of roundtrip, coach class air transportation from a major U.S. gateway airport nearest winner’s residence to a Los Angeles, CA area airport, two (2) nights standard hotel accommodations (one room, quad occupancy, room and tax only) from June 7 – June 9, 2023 in the Los Angeles, CA area, ground transportation to/from destination airport and hotel, ground transportation to/from hotel and the “Elemental” premiere, four (4) tickets to attend the “Elemental” premiere, one (1) $500 prepaid gift card, one (1) smartphone (Samsung, LG or Apple; to be determined by Sponsor in its sole discretion), and twelve (12) months of Cricket Wireless service with its Unlimited Extra Plan. If the Grand Prize winner resides within a 100-mile radius of Los Angeles, CA, then ground transportation will be provided in lieu of air transportation and no compensation or substitution will be provided for any difference in prize value.
Approximate Retail Value (“ARV”) of Grand Prize: $6,000.00. Actual value of the Grand Prize may vary based on point of departure. Any difference between stated value and actual value will not be awarded. The Grand Prize trip must be taken on dates specified by Sponsor or prize will be forfeited and Sponsor will have no further obligation to such winner. Travel restrictions, conditions and limitations may apply. Travel arrangements are subject to availability. The Grand Prize winner and guests must travel together on the same itinerary. Any potential guest(s) of the winner will be required to execute and return liability release and (unless prohibited by law) publicity release within five (5) days of date of issuance of travel documents. If a potential guest(s) is a minor child or legal ward of the winner, the winner will be required to execute the liability release and publicity release (unless prohibited by law) on his/her behalf. The potential winner of the Grand Prize must respond promptly to Sponsor’s request regarding travel arrangements in connection with the Grand Prize. Travel must be made through Administrator on a carrier of Administrator’s choice. Tickets and passes are subject to certain terms and conditions as specified thereon. Seat locations will be determined by Administrator. The Grand Prize winner and their guests must provide their own transportation to/from airport of departure. The Grand Prize winner and their guests are solely responsible for obtaining any and all necessary travel documentation requirements (including, but not limited to, valid photo I.D., passport, etc) before departure. The Released Parties shall not be responsible for any damage to baggage or any cancellations, delays, diversions or substitutions or any acts or omissions whatsoever by the air carriers, hotels or other transportation companies or any other persons providing any element of the Grand Prize or associated with the Grand Prize. Airline carrier and hotel regulations and conditions apply. The Grand Prize is not valid for upgrades. All tickets issued in conjunction with the Grand Prize are not eligible for frequent flyer miles. All arrangements are subject to change, availability, holiday, blackout dates and other restrictions. Trip arrangements cannot be changed by the Grand Prize winner or their guest(s). If the Grand Prize winner chooses not to take a guest or guests, then the unclaimed guest elements will be forfeited and the remaining elements shall constitute full satisfaction of the Grand Prize. The Grand Prize will be forfeited if guest(s) fails to comply with the terms and conditions of these Official Rules. Grand Prize winner and their guest(s) agrees to comply with all venue rules and regulations and agree not to act in an unsportsmanlike or disruptive manner. Should the Grand Prize winner or their guest(s) acts in contravention of venue rules and regulation or exhibit unsportsmanlike or disruptive behavior, Sponsor and/or Administrator may, at their sole discretion and without recourse, withhold all elements of the Grand Prize that are yet to be awarded when the act or behavior is exhibited.
Alternate Prize(s) (100): the Alternate Prize consists of four (4) Fandango Promotional Codes (“Code”) via e-mail each good towards the purchase of 1 movie ticket (up to $15 total ticket and convenience fee value) to see Elemental at Fandango partner theaters in the US. Code is void if not redeemed by 9/30/23. Only valid for purchase of movie tickets made at Fandango.com or via the Fandango app and cannot be redeemed directly at any theater box office. If lost or stolen, cannot be replaced. No cash value, except as required by law. Void where prohibited. Not valid with any other offer. One-time use only. Not for resale; void if sold or exchanged. If cost of movie ticket with Fandango’s convenience fee included is more than maximum value of the Code, then user must pay the difference. Any price difference between movie ticket purchased and maximum value of the Code will not be refunded. ARV of Alternate Prize: $60 USD. Prize Conditions: All costs and expenses related to prize acceptance and use not specified herein as being awarded shall be the sole responsibility of the winners, including, but not limited to, all federal, state and local taxes, any additional wireless service not expressly provided as part of the prize, and any additional transportation costs, luggage fees, hotel incidentals, meals, souvenirs and gratuities incurred by the Grand Prize winner or guest(s) or Alternate Prize winner(s). Prizes are non-transferable and no cash redemption or prize substitution allowed, except at Sponsor’s sole discretion or as provided herein. Sponsor reserves the right to substitute any prize with one of comparable or greater value, at its sole discretion. Total ARV of all Sweepstakes prizes: $12,000.00. The dates for fulfillment of the prizes are subject to change in Sponsor’s sole discretion. Sponsor reserves the right to modify the Sweepstakes in its sole discretion and award a substitute prize, or portion of prize, of comparable or greater value as set forth in these Official Rules.
PRIZES ARE PROVIDED “AS IS”. ENTRANTS ACKNOWLEDGE THAT RELEASED PARTIES HAVE NEITHER MADE NOR ARE IN ANY MANNER RESPONSIBLE OR LIABLE FOR ANY WARRANTY, REPRESENTATION OR GUARANTEE, EXPRESS OR IMPLIED, IN FACT OR IN LAW, RELATIVE TO THE PRIZES AND ANY IMPLIED WARRANTY OF MERCHANTABILITY OR FITNESS FOR A PARTICULAR PURPOSE. Prizes pictured in online, television, print advertising, and other Sweepstakes materials are for illustrative purposes only. Arrangements for the fulfillment of the prizes, including all travel arrangements, will be made by Administrator and/or Sponsor.
Taxes: Grand Prize winner must supply Sponsor with a complete and valid IRS Form W-9 prior to receiving the Grand Prize. The value of a prize is taxable to the Grand Prize winner as income. An IRS Form 1099 will be issued in the name of the Grand Prize winner for the actual value of the prize awarded if the aggregate value of the prize awarded to and other compensation received by the winner from Sponsor is $600 or greater for the calendar year. All federal, state and local taxes, and any other costs and expenses associated with acceptance and/or use of the prize not specifically provided for in these Official Rules are solely each winner’s responsibility.
Publicity Release: By participating in the Sweepstakes, the Grand Prize winner and Alternate Prize winner(s) (i) by acceptance of a prize, except where legally prohibited, grants permission for Sponsor and its designees to use his/her name, address (city and state), photograph, voice and/or other likeness and prize information for advertising, trade and promotional purposes without further compensation, in all media now known or hereafter discovered, worldwide in perpetuity, without notice or review or approval and (ii) grants the right to Sponsor, and its representatives, affiliates, licensees and assigns, to record, film, videotape and photograph the Grand Prize winner and Alternate Prize winner(s) (“Images”). These Images will be owned by Sponsor. Sponsor and each of its designees shall have the right to use, re-use, reproduce, publish, display, exhibit, distribute, edit, adapt, post, stream, copy and exploit such Images, and all elements embodied therein, including any names, likenesses, address, voice, conversation, biographical and prize information and any other attributes of the Grand Prize winner and Alternate Prize winner(s), individually or with others, in whole or in part, in conjunction with other material, if any, in any and all media now known or hereafter devised, for the purpose of trade, advertising, publicity, promotion, or a Sweepstakes winner list or any other lawful purpose whatsoever, in perpetuity, throughout the world, without additional compensation, consideration, notification or permission, except where prohibited by law. For avoidance of doubt, in all instances Disney and Fandango shall be a Sponsor designee and/or licensee in connection with the aforementioned rights.
Furthermore, by participating in the Sweepstakes, the Grand Prize winner and Alternate Prize winner(s) agrees to procure, on behalf of Sponsor, (i) the full permission and authority for Sponsor to use the name, nickname, signature, photograph, voice, likeness, footage, statements, biography and other identifying attributes of Grand Prize winner’s guest(s) participating in the Grand Prize with winner, in any media now known or hereafter devised, throughout the world, in perpetuity, for trade, advertising, media, marketing and publicity purposes in connection with the Sweepstakes, without additional compensation, review, or approval; and (ii) the right to photograph, record, film, tape and interview said guest(s) in connection with the Sweepstakes without additional compensation, review, or approval.
Additional Rules & Restrictions: By participating in this Sweepstakes, participants agree to abide by and be bound by these Official Rules and the decisions of the Sponsor, which shall be final and binding in all matters relating to this Sweepstakes. If the Grand Prize winner or an Alternate Prize winner is found to be in violation of any of these Official Rules, he/she will be required to forfeit the prize(s). Released Parties are not responsible for lost, late, incomplete, inaccurate, stolen, misdirected, undelivered, garbled, illegible or delayed entries, or prize claims; or for lost, interrupted or unavailable network, server, Internet Service Provider (ISP), website, or other connections, availability or accessibility or miscommunications or failed computer, satellite, telephone or cable transmissions, lines, or technical failure or jumbled, scrambled, delayed, or misdirected transmissions or computer hardware or software malfunctions, failures or difficulties, or other errors or difficulties of any kind whether human, mechanical, electronic, computer, network, typographical, printing or otherwise relating to or in connection with the Sweepstakes, including, without limitation, errors or difficulties which may occur in connection with the administration of the Sweepstakes, the processing of entries, the announcement of the prizes, the cancellation of any Sweepstakes event, the cancellation or postponement of any event, or in any Sweepstakes-related materials. In the event any event or portion of the prize is unavailable, delayed, postponed or cancelled for any reason, including, but not limited to, any government restriction, public health threat, or similar circumstance associated with the COVID-19 pandemic or its mutations or emerging variations, such portion of the prize is forfeited in its entirety and no substitution will be provided except as in Sponsor’s sole discretion. Released Parties are also not responsible for any incorrect or inaccurate information, whether caused by site users, tampering, hacking, or by any equipment or programming associated with or utilized in the Sweepstakes. Sponsor expressly reserves the right to delay the announcement of the Grand Prize winner for any reason Sponsor deems necessary. In addition, Sponsor reserves the right to select an alternate winner in the event that the potential winner fails to comply with these Official Rules or fails to execute any documentation requested by Sponsor within the time frame specified. By participating in Sweepstakes, the Grand Prize winner and each Alternate Prize winner acknowledges that the Released Parties have not and will not obtain or provide insurance of any kind relating to the prizes and that the Grand Prize winner, guest(s), and Alternate Prize winner(s) will be responsible for obtaining and paying for any form of insurance relating to the prize that the Grand Prize winner, guest(s), or Alternate Prize winner(s) deem appropriate.
Released Parties are not responsible for injury or damage to participants’ or to any other person’s computer related to or resulting from participating in this Sweepstakes or downloading materials from or use of the Website. Persons who tamper with or abuse any aspect of the Sweepstakesor Website or who are in violation of these Official Rules, as solely determined by Sponsor, will be disqualified and all associated entries will be void.Should any portion of the Sweepstakes be, in Sponsor’s sole opinion, compromised by virus, worms, bugs, non-authorized human intervention or other causes which, in the sole opinion of the Sponsor, corrupt or impair the administration, security, fairness or proper play, or submission of entries, Sponsor reserves the right at its sole discretion to suspend, modify or terminate the Sweepstakes and, if terminated, at its discretion, select the potential winner from all eligible, non-suspect entries received prior to action taken or as otherwise deemed fair and appropriate by Sponsor. Entrants, by participating, agree that Released Parties will have no liability whatsoever for, and shall be held harmless by entrants against, any liability, for any injuries, losses or damages of any kind, including death, to persons, or property resulting in whole or in part, directly or indirectly, from acceptance, possession, misuse or use of any prize (including any travel/activity related thereto) or participation in this Sweepstakes.CAUTION: ANY ATTEMPT TO DELIBERATELY DAMAGE THE WEBSITE OR UNDERMINE THE LEGITIMATE OPERATION OF THE SWEEPSTAKES IS A VIOLATION OF CRIMINAL AND CIVIL LAWS AND SHOULD SUCH AN ATTEMPT BE MADE, SPONSOR WILL DISQUALIFY ANY SUCH INDIVIDUAL AND RESERVES THE RIGHT TO SEEK ANY AND ALL REMEDIES AVAILABLE FROM ANY SUCH INDIVIDUAL TO THE FULLEST EXTENT PERMITTED BY LAW.
In the event of a termination of the Sweepstakes, a notice will be posted on the Website and, in Sponsor’s sole discretion, prize(s) may be awarded to winner(s) to be selected in a random drawing from among all of the remaining uncorrupted applicable eligible entries received prior to any such event.
Arbitration: Except where prohibited by law, as a condition of participating in this Sweepstakes, entrants agree that (1) any and all disputes, claims and causes of action arising out of, or connected with, the Sweepstakes or any prize awarded shall be resolved individually, and not as a participant in any class action, and exclusively by final and binding arbitration under the rules of the American Arbitration Association and held at the AAA regional office nearest the entrant; (2) the Federal Arbitration Act shall govern the interpretation, enforcement and all proceedings at such arbitration; and (3) judgment upon such arbitration award may be entered in any court having jurisdiction. Under no circumstances will entrant be permitted to obtain awards for, and entrant hereby waives all rights to claim, punitive, incidental or consequential damages, or any other damages, including attorneys’ fees, other than entrant’s actual out-of-pocket expenses (i.e., costs directly attributable to participating in this Sweepstakes), and entrant further waives all rights to have damages multiplied or otherwise increased.
Choice Of Law: All issues and questions concerning the construction, validity, interpretation and enforceability of these Official Rules, or the rights and obligations of entrant and Sponsor in connection with the Sweepstakes, shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the substantive laws of the State of Georgia, USA, provided that, notwithstanding anything to contrary in these Official Rules, including the section titled “Arbitration”, any and all disputes, claims and causes of action arising out of or connected with the intellectual property of Disney, shall be resolved individually, without resort to any form of class action, shall be governed and construed in accordance with the laws of the state of California and in the event of any dispute, all entrants irrevocably consent to the jurisdiction of the state and federal courts located in Los Angeles, California to resolve such disputes.

Language: Sponsor, in its sole discretion, may reproduce these Official Rules in multiple languages. The English version of these Official Rules shall prevail and govern the Sweepstakes in all matters whatsoever.
