Each Photo + Essay Submission must include a photo of the Nominee along with an essay of one-hundred (100) words or less describing the Photo and why the Entrant/Nominee deserves to win. Photo files must be provided in one of the following file formats: JPEG, JPG, GIF, or PNG. 2. Video + Essay Submission: Upload your video to YouTube, Vimeo, Instagram, or Twitch. Then, visit the Website to complete the entry form in its entirety and provide the URL to your Video Submission into the Enter Video field. Each Video must also include an essay of one hundred (100) words or less describing the Video and why the Entrant/Nominee deserves to win. Entrants are prohibited from obtaining votes by any fraudulent or inappropriate means, including, without limitation, offering prizes or other inducements to members of the public, as determined by Sponsor in its sole discretion.WEEKLY CONTEST WINNER DETERMINATION:  At the conclusion of each Entry Period, all eligible Submissions received by Sponsor will be judged by a panel of qualified judges based on the following judging criteria (“Judging Criteria”): Content/Inspiration (40%); Overall Impression (35%); Relevance to Theme (25%). The five (5) Submissions with the highest score will be deemed the “Entry Period Prize winners.” In the event of a tie, an additional, “tie-breaking” judge will determine the winner(s) based on the criteria listed herein. Sponsor reserves the right not to award all prizes if, in its sole discretion, it does not receive a sufficient number of eligible and qualified entries. For the purpose of these rules, the Entry Period Prize winners, along with the Grand and First Prize winners may be referred to herein collectively as “winners” and each as a “winner.” Entry Period Prize winners are eligible for the Grand Prize and First Prize.GRAND PRIZE AND FIRST PRIZE WINNER DETERMINATION: At the conclusion of the Promotion Period, the twenty (20) Submissions with the highest number of Public Votes will be judged by a panel of qualified judges. Judges will score the Submissions based on the above-mentioned Judging Criteria. The Submission with the highest score will be deemed the Grand Prize winner, subject to verification of eligibility. The three (3) Submissions with the next highest scores will be deemed the potential First Prize winners. In the event of a tie, a “tie-breaking” judge will determine the winner(s) based on the criteria listed herein. Sponsor reserves the right not to award all prizes if, in its sole discretion, it does not receive a sufficient number of eligible and qualified entries. WINNER NOTIFICATION: Potential Entry Period winners will be notified via phone, email, and/or mail within three (3) days of the end of each Entry Period, as described above. Potential Grand Prize and First Prize winners on October 24, 2020.  All potential winners will be notified via phone, email, and/or mail at the sole discretion of the Sponsor and Administrator. Potential winners may be required to execute and return an affidavit of eligibility/liability release, tax form and, where legal, a publicity release (collectively, the “Eligibility Documents”) within three (3) calendar days of date of issuance. Potential Grand Prize and First Prize winner must have the Eligibility Documents notarized. If a potential winner cannot be reached within three (3) calendar days from the first notification attempt, or in the event of noncompliance within the above stated Eligibility Documents time period, with these Official Rules, or if prize notification is returned as undeliverable, the applicable prize will be forfeited and, at Sponsor’s sole discretion, a runner-up may be notified. If a winner is a minor in his/her jurisdiction of residence, Sponsor reserves the right to award prize in the name of his/her parent or legal guardian, who will be responsible for fulfilling all requirements imposed on winner set forth herein. If a potential winner is a minor, the Eligibility Documents must also be executed by the potential winner’s parents or legal guardians.  PRIZES: There is one (1) Grand Prize available.
