Entry Period: Trojan Valentine’s Day Sweepstakes (the “Promotion”) is open for entry between 12:01 a.m. Eastern Time (“ET”) on January 13, 2023 and 11:59 p.m. ET on February 2, 2023 (the “Entry Period”). Eastern Time shall control for all purposes of this Promotion. Sponsor’s designated clock shall be the official timekeeper for the Promotion. The Promotion is governed by these Official Rules and is subject to all applicable federal, state and local laws. Void where prohibited.
Eligibility: Promotion open only to legal residents of the fifty (50) United States and the District of Columbia, who are eighteen (18) years of age or older at time of entry. Employees of Church & Dwight Co., Inc. (“Sponsor”) and its subsidiaries, divisions, affiliates and advertising or promotional agencies, and the immediate family and household members of such individuals, are not eligible to enter or win. “Immediate family members” shall mean parents, step-parents, children, step-children, siblings, step-siblings, or spouses, regardless of where they live. “Household members” shall mean people who share the same residence at least three (3) months a year, whether related or not. In order to enter the Promotion or receive a prize, you must fully comply with the Official Rules and, by entering, you represent and warrant that you agree to be bound by these Official Rules and the decisions of the Sponsor, whose decisions shall be binding and final in all respects relating to this Promotion.
How to Enter: To enter the Promotion, during the Entry Period, complete the survey provided through the Trojan Valentine’s Day email newsletter or the link provided via TikTok, Instagram, Facebook, or Snapchat ads and organic posts. You will receive one (1) entry into the Promotion upon completion of any one (1) of the foregoing entry options. Entries must be received by 11:59 p.m. ET on February 2, 2023 to be considered. Limit one (1) entry per person throughout the Entry Period, regardless of method of entry. Entry requests generated by script, macro or other automated or improper means are void. Entering or attempting to enter multiple times through the use of multiple email addresses or social media accounts is prohibited and any such entries will be deemed void and disqualified. Entries will be deemed to have been submitted by the authorized account holder of the email address associated with the social media account or email newsletter from which entry is made. “Authorized account holder” is defined as the natural person who is assigned to an email address by an Internet access provider, online service provider or organization (e.g., business, educational institution, etc.) that is responsible for assigning email addresses for the domain associated with the submitted email address. Although it is free to enter and a mobile device/smartphone is not required for entry, if you do use a mobile device/smartphone to participate in the Promotion, standard data and message charges may apply.
Random Drawing; Odds of Winning: After the close of the Entry Period, on or about February 3, 2023, forty (40) potential winners will be selected in a random drawing from all eligible entries received. Odds of winning depend upon the total number of eligible entries received.
Prize: Each winner will receive one (1) Valentine’s Day Prize Box (approximate retail value (“ARV”) of each prize = $444. Actual merchandise/product selection will be determined by the Sponsor and in its discretion. Maximum number of prizes available to be won: forty (40); no more than the stated number of available prizes will be awarded. Any and all federal, state and local taxes on the prize are the sole responsibility of the winner. If prize or any portion thereof is not accepted, is unclaimed or unused by a winner, it will be forfeited and will not be substituted. No transfer, refund, cash redemption, substitution or replacement of prize or any prize component permitted, except that Sponsor reserves the right, in its sole discretion, to substitute a prize of equal or greater value (or cash equivalent). ARV of prize is in U.S. dollars. Limit of one (1) prize per person throughout the Promotion.
Winner Notification: Potential winners will be notified by an Email from Sponsor to the email address provided by potential winner with its entry. The Sponsor communication will request that potential winner provide Sponsor with a valid mailing address (no P.O. Boxes) for prize fulfillment. Winners may be required, in Sponsor’s discretion, to complete and return a Declaration of Eligibility, Release of Liability and Publicity Release (where permitted by law) (collectively, the “Declaration”) prior to the prize award or an alternate winner may be selected, in Sponsor’s discretion.  If potential winner is under the age of majority in its state of legal residence, the Declaration must be executed on its behalf by its parent or legal guardian.  In the event: (a) potential winner cannot be reached for whatever reason after a reasonable effort has been exerted or winner notification or Declaration is returned as undeliverable, (b) potential winner declines or cannot accept, receive or use the prize for any reason, (c) of noncompliance with the above or within any of the aforesaid time periods, (d) potential winner is found to be ineligible to enter the Promotion or receive the prize, (e) potential winner cannot or does not comply with the Official Rules, or (f) potential winner fails to fulfill the Declaration-related obligations, the potential winner shall be disqualified from the Promotion and an alternate potential winner may be selected, at Sponsor’s sole discretion, from among the other eligible entries received.
Publicity Release; Use of Personal Information: Except where prohibited or restricted by law, a winner’s acceptance of prize constitutes the winner’s agreement and consent for Sponsor and any of its designees to use and/or publish winner’s name, city and state of residence, photographs or other likenesses, pictures, portraits, video, voice, testimonials, biographical information (in whole or in part), and/or statements made by winner regarding the Promotion or Sponsor, worldwide and in perpetuity for any and all purposes, including, but not limited to, advertising, trade and/or promotion on behalf of Sponsor, in any and all forms of media, now known or hereafter devised, including, but not limited to, print, TV, radio, electronic, cable, or World Wide Web, without further limitation, restriction, compensation, notice, review, or approval. By entering the Promotion, entrants will be sharing their personal information with Sponsor. General Conditions: Promotion may be withdrawn without prior notice. Released Parties (as defined below) are not responsible for entries, prize claims or notifications that are lost, late, incomplete, illegible, unintelligible, damaged, inaccurate, stolen, delayed, misdirected, undelivered or otherwise not received by the intended recipient, in whole or in part, due to computer, human or technical error of any kind, and including but not limited to, by reason of incorrect, changed or non-functioning email accounts or social media accounts, spam filters or an entrant’s failure to monitor its email account, spam folders or social media accounts; or for lost, interrupted or unavailable network, server, Internet Service Provider (ISP), website, or other connections, availability or accessibility or miscommunications or failed computer, satellite, telephone or cable transmissions, lines, or technical failure or jumbled, scrambled, delayed, or misdirected transmissions, printer errors or computer errors of any kind whether human, mechanical, electronic, typographical, printing or otherwise relating to or in connection with the Promotion, including, without limitation, errors which may occur in connection with the administration of the Promotion, the processing of entry requests, winner notifications or prize claims or in any Promotion-related materials. Release of Liability; Disclaimer of Warranty; Forum Selection Clause: By participating, you agree (i) to be bound by these Official Rules and the decisions of Sponsor which are final and binding, and (ii) to release and hold harmless Sponsor, Instagram, Facebook, TikTok, Snapchat and their respective parents, subsidiaries, affiliates, divisions, partners, and advertising and promotion agencies and all of their respective officers, directors, members, employees, representatives, agents, successors and assigns (the “Released Parties”) from and against any liability, for any injuries, losses or damages of any kind, including death, to persons, or property resulting in whole or in part, directly or indirectly, from participation in this Promotion or acceptance and use or misuse of a prize (or any component thereof) and for any claims or causes of action based on publicity rights, defamation or invasion of privacy and merchandise delivery.
