Official Rules
NO PURCHASE NECESSARY TO ENTER OR WIN. A PURCHASE WILL NOT INCREASE YOUR
CHANCES OF WINNING.
Eligibility: Chevrolet Presents: Big League Bucket List Sweepstakes (hereafter, “Sweepstakes”) is
open to legal residents of the fifty (50) United States and the District of Columbia who are 21
years of age or older as of the date of entry. Void where prohibited or restricted by law. All
applicable federal, state and local laws apply.
Employees, immediate families and members of household (whether or not related) of
Chevrolet Motor Division, General Motors LLC (“Sponsor”), One Line Sports Agency
(“Administrator”), the MLB Entities (defined below) and each of their respective parents,
affiliates, subsidiaries, dealerships and advertising and promotion agencies are not eligible to
enter or win. Any individuals (including but not limited to employees, consultants, independent
contractors, and interns) who have, within the past six (6) months, performed services for
Chevrolet Motor Division, General Motors LLC, One Line Sports Agency or any organizations
(collectively, “Parties”), responsible for sponsoring, fulfilling, administering, advertising or
promoting the Sweepstakes or supplying the prize, and/or their respective parent, subsidiary,
affiliated and successor companies, and immediate family and household members of such
individuals, are not eligible to enter or win. “Immediate family members” shall mean parents,
step-parents, children, step-children, siblings, step-siblings, or spouses. “Household members”
shall mean people who share the same residence at least three months a year. “MLB Entities”
shall mean the Office of the Commissioner of Baseball (“BOC”), its Bureaus, Committees,
Subcommittees and Councils, MLB Advanced Media, L.P., Major League Baseball Properties,
Inc., The MLB Network, LLC, the Major League Baseball Clubs (“Clubs”), each of their parent,
subsidiary, affiliated and related entities, any entity which, now or in the future, controls, is
controlled by, or is under common control with the Clubs or the BOC and the owners, general
and limited partners, shareholders, directors, officers, employees and agents of the foregoing
entities.
By participating in the Sweepstakes, entrants agree to be bound by these Official Rules, and the
decisions of the Administrator and Sponsor, which shall be final and binding in all respects.
Entrants also agree to Sponsor’s Terms of Use and to the use of your personal information as
described in Sponsor’s Privacy Policy located at www.gm.com/privacy.
To Enter: Sweepstakes begins 12:00:01AM Eastern Time (“ET”) on 3/30/2023 and ends
11:59:59PM ET on 10/1/2023 (hereafter, “Promotion Period”).
During the Promotional Period, visit

instructions provided on the website. Complete the official online entry form (“Official Entry
Form”) and send your entry by clicking on the submit button on the page.
Only one (1) entry per email address per household will be accepted for the Grand-Prize
drawing for the duration of the Promotion Period. Entries must be electronically received by
the time and date specified above to be eligible for the Grand-Prize drawing.
All entries become the exclusive property of the Sponsor and will not be acknowledged or
returned. No photocopied, computer generated facsimiles, mechanically reproduced, or mass
entries permitted. The use of script, macro or automated devices (or any other devices
intended to automate or subvert any aspect of entry) to enter the Sweepstakes is prohibited
and any entry through such means and any entry that is deemed to be ineligible (at Sponsor’s
sole discretion and in accordance with these Official Rules) will be void.
In the event of any dispute concerning the identity of any entrant of an online entry, the entry
will be deemed submitted by the natural person who is the authorized holder of the
transmitting email account. Your submission of an Official Entry Form constitutes your consent
to participate in this Sweepstakes and your consent for Sponsor to obtain, use, and transfer
your name, address and other information for the purpose of administering this Sweepstakes.
Random Drawing: The Grand-Prize winner will be determined by a random drawing to be
conducted on or about 10/4/23 from among all eligible entries received throughout the entire
Promotional Period. Odds of winning depend upon the total number of eligible entries received
throughout the entire Promotion Period. Winner will be awarded the Grand Prize subject to
verification of eligibility and compliance with the terms of these Official Rules.
Potential winner will be notified by mail, phone and/or email and will be required to execute
and return an Affidavit of Eligibility, Liability and (where legal) Publicity Release as well as any
other documents required by Sponsor within seventy-two (72) hours of date of issuance of
notification. If prize notification is returned as undeliverable, potential winner will be
disqualified and time permitting, an alternate winner may be selected at Sponsor’s sole
discretion among all remaining eligible entries received throughout the entire Promotion
Period.
Grand Prize: A total of one (1) prize will be offered in the sweepstakes. One (1) Grand-Prize
winner will receive a Chevrolet Presents: Big League Bucket List fan experience consisting of a
two (2) night trip for winner and one (1) guest to a 2023 MLB World Series Game Presented by
Capital One held in October or November 2023 (“Grand Prize”). The trip includes roundtrip
economy-class airfare for two (2) to host city from major airport nearest winner’s residence,
two (2) night hotel accommodations (one (1) deluxe double occupancy room), one (1) roundtrip
airport transfer, two (2) tickets to a MLB World Series Game Presented by Capital One and one
(1) $600 prepaid gift card for spending money. Sponsor to determine the specific World Series
Game Presented by Capital One the grand-prize winner will attend in its entirety. Grand-Prize
winner and guest must travel together on the same itinerary. If Grand-Prize winner lives within
150 miles of the destination city, winner will receive, in lieu of airfare, roundtrip local
transportation between winner’s home and the destination city. Winner is solely responsible
for all other expenses not specified herein, including but not limited to, ground transportation
in and around host city, luggage fees, meals, fuel, parking, gratuities and hotel incidentals.
Accommodation restrictions and blackout dates may apply. All travel dates and arrangements
are subject to change, availability and Sponsor’s approval. Once travel is booked, no changes or
cancellations will be accepted and no extensions or exceptions apply. Winner and guest must
present valid identification prior to ticketing. Airline carrier’s regulations apply. Trip may not
be combined with any other offer and travel may not qualify for frequent flyer miles. Other
restrictions may apply. Guest (if a minor in his/her jurisdiction of residence, his/her parent or
legal guardian) must sign a Release and Indemnification and a Publicity Release (where allowed
by law), prior to issuance of travel documents. If guest is a minor, the Grand-Prize winner must
be such minor’s parent or legal guardian. Approximate Retail Value (“ARV”) of Grand Prize is
$4,500, but actual final value of trip may vary based on point of departure and ticket availability
at time of purchase. Released Parties (as defined below) are not responsible for travel delays
or cancellations. If the MLB World Series Game Presented by Capital One is postponed and
rescheduled, the applicable trip will be rescheduled to the new event date. If the game is
postponed and not rescheduled and/or cancelled, compensation or substitution for the prize
will be provided at the discretion of the Sponsor and the Parties. Winner and guest must
comply with all venue rules and regulations which may include temperature checks and SARS-
CoV-2 testing. Failure to do so may result in forfeiture of such portion of the prize and removal
from such game or event. Released Parties reserve the right to remove or to deny attendance
to winner and/or guest who engages in a non-sportsmanlike or disruptive manner, or with
intent to annoy, abuse, threaten or harass any other person at any game or event. The tickets
are subject to the terms and conditions specified thereon. If unused, tickets cannot be
returned, refunded or exchanged for cash value or substitute tickets.
Prize Conditions: All income, federal, state and local taxes and any other costs and expenses
related to prize acceptance and use not specified herein as being awarded are the responsibility
of the Grand-Prize winner. Prize is awarded “as is” with no warranty or guarantee, either
express or implied. Winner is responsible for any and all income, federal, state and local taxes
or assessments and any person winning over $600.00 in prizes will receive an IRS Form 1099
from the Sponsor for the calendar year in which the prize is awarded reflecting the actual value
of their prize. Winner may not substitute, assign or transfer prize or redeem a prize for cash,
but Sponsor and the Parties reserve the right, at its sole discretion, to substitute a prize with
one of comparable or greater value. All prize details are at Sponsor’s sole discretion. ARV of all
prizes is $4,500.
Use of any Major League Baseball game/event/exhibition ticket is subject to the standard
terms, conditions, and health and safety policies applicable to the ticket; see
mlb.com/ticketback for details. Seat locations at the game/event/exhibition and, unless
otherwise stated in the prize description, exact game/event/exhibition date shall be
determined in the sole discretion of Sponsor. Major League Baseball game/event/exhibition
dates and times are determined in the sole discretion of the BOC and/or the applicable Club
and may be subject to change. The terms and conditions of the tickets awarded as part of the
prize will govern in the event a legal game/event/exhibition, as defined by Major League
Baseball, is not played or held due to weather conditions, an act of God, an act of terrorism,
civil disturbance, or any other reason. Winner and his/her guest agree to comply with all
applicable ballpark and venue regulations in connection with the prize. Sponsor and the MLB
Entities reserve the right to remove or to deny entry to the winner and/or his/her guest who
engage in a non-sportsmanlike or disruptive manner or with intent to annoy, abuse, threaten,
or harass any other person at the game/event/exhibition. Released Parties will not be
responsible for weather conditions; acts of God; acts of terrorism; civil disturbances; local,
state, or federal regulation, order, or policy; work stoppage; epidemic, pandemic, or any other
issue concerning public health or safety; or any other event outside of their control that may
cause the cancellation or postponement of any Major League Baseball game/event/exhibition.
Major League Baseball game/event/exhibition tickets awarded as prizes may not be resold,
offered for resale, or used for any commercial or promotional purpose whatsoever. Any such
resale or commercial or promotional use may result in disqualification and prize forfeiture, and
may invalidate the license granted by the game/event/exhibition ticket.
General Rules: By acceptance of prize, winner grants permission to the Sponsor and its
agencies to use the winner’s name, city, state, and likeness for purposes of advertising,
promotions, and trade without further compensation, except where prohibited by law. By
entering, participants hereby agree to release, discharge and hold harmless Chevrolet Motor
Division, General Motors LLC, One Line Sports Agency, the MLB Entities and their parent,
subsidiary and affiliated companies, advertising and promotional agencies and prize suppliers
and their respective officers, directors, employees, agents, attorneys and representatives
(collectively, the “Released Parties”) from any and all injuries, loss, claims or damages arising
out of an entrant’s participation in the Sweepstakes and/or acceptance or use or misuse of any
prize. No transfer or substitution of prize is permitted except by Sponsor.
If for any reason the Sweepstakes is not capable of running as planned, including infection by
computer virus, bugs, tampering, unauthorized intervention, fraud, technical failure or other
causes which corrupt or affect the administration, security, fairness, integrity or proper conduct
of the Sweepstakes, Sponsor reserves the right at its sole discretion, to cancel, terminate,
modify and/or suspend the Sweepstakes and to disqualify any individual who tampers with the
entry process, violates these official rules, or acts in a disruptive manner. Any attempt by an
entrant to deliberately damage any website involved in the Sweepstakes or undermine the
legitimate operation of the Sweepstakes may be a violation of criminal and/or civil laws and
should such an attempt be made, the Sponsor reserves the right to seek remedies and
damages, including attorneys’ fees, from any such entrant to the fullest extent of the law,
including criminal prosecution. No responsibility is assumed for any error, omission,
interruption, deletion, defect, delay in operation or transmission, communications line failure,
theft or destruction or unauthorized access to or alteration of entries; or any problems or
technical malfunctions of any telephone network or lines, typographical or other errors,
computer online systems, servers or providers, computer equipment, software, failure of any
email or electronic entry to be received on account of technical problems or traffic congestion
on the Internet or on any website or any combination thereof, including any injury or damage
to participant’s or any other person’s computer related to, or resulting from, participation in or
downloading any materials from this Sweepstakes. Sponsor is not responsible for any
typographical or other error in the printing of the offer, administration of the Sweepstakes, or
in the announcement of the prizes. Sponsor reserves the right, at its sole discretion, to
disqualify any individual it determines to be tampering with the entry mechanism, to be
violating these Official Rules or to be acting in a disruptive manner.
Arbitration: Except where prohibited by law, as a condition of participating in this sweepstakes,
entrant agrees that (1) any and all disputes and causes of action arising out of or connected
with this sweepstakes, or any prizes awarded, shall be resolved individually, without resort to
any form of class action, and exclusively by final and binding arbitration under the rules of the
American Arbitration Association and held at the AAA regional office nearest the entrant; (2)
the Federal Arbitration Act shall govern the interpretation, enforcement and all proceedings at
such arbitration; and (3) judgment upon such arbitration award may be entered in any court
having jurisdiction. Under no circumstances will entrant be permitted to obtain awards for, and
entrant hereby waives all rights to claim, punitive, incidental or consequential damages, or any
other damages, including attorneys’ fees, other than entrant’s actual out-of-pocket expenses
(i.e., costs associated with participating in this sweepstakes), and entrant further waives all
rights to have damages multiplied or increased.
Limitations of Liability and Release: No liability or responsibility is assumed by Sponsor or
Parties resulting from any user’s participation in or attempt to participate in the Sweepstakes or
ability or inability to upload any information in connection with participating in the
Sweepstakes. Use of Website is at user’s own risk. Sponsor and the Parties are not responsible
for any personal injury or property damage or losses of any kind which may be sustained to
user’s or any other person’s computer equipment resulting from participation in the
Sweepstakes, use of the Website or the download of any information from the Website. By
participating in the Sweepstakes, the Entrant forever releases and discharges Sponsor and
Parties from any and all claims, damages or liabilities arising from or relating to such Entrant’s
participation in the Sweepstakes. By accepting a prize in the Sweepstakes, winner agrees that
the Sponsor and Parties shall not be liable for any loss or injury resulting from participation in
the Sweepstakes, acceptance or use of any prize. Sponsor and Parties are not liable in the
event that any portion of the Sweepstakes is cancelled due to weather, fire, strike, acts of war
or terrorism, SARS-CoV-2 or any other condition beyond their control (a “Force Majeure
Event”).
Publicity Rights: By participating in this Sweepstakes, each Entrant agrees to allow the Sponsor
and Sponsor’s designee the right to the Big League Bucket List content provided in connection
with the Sweepstakes on the Official Entry Form for promotion, trade, commercial, advertising
and publicity purposes in all media worldwide including, but not limited to, on television and
the Internet, without notice, review or approval and without additional compensation, except
where prohibited by law.
Choice Of Law: All issues and questions concerning the construction, validity, interpretation
and enforceability of these Official Rules, or the rights and obligations of entrant and Sponsor in
connection with the Sweepstakes, shall be governed by, and construed in accordance with, the
substantive laws of the State of Michigan, USA.
