Anniversary” Sweepstakes (the “Promotion”) starts
on April 27, 2022 at 12:00:00 am Eastern Time (“ET”) and
ends on December 31, 2022 at 11:59:59 pm ET (“Promotion
Period”).

ELIGIBILITY:
The
Promotion
is
open
only
to individuals
who are legal
permanent
residents
of the fifty (50) United States and the District of Columbia and
who
are twenty-one
(21)
years
of age
or
older
at
the
time
of
entry
(the
“Entrant”).
Promotion
is
subject
to
all
federal,
state
and
local
laws
and
regulations.
Employees,
officers and directors
and
their
immediate
families
(i.e.,
parents,
spouse,
children,
siblings,
grandparents,
step
parents,
step
children
and
step
siblings
and
their
respective
spouses,
regardless
of
where
they
reside)
and
members
of
the
same
household,
whether
or
not
related,
of
Sponsor,
Administrator
and
each
of
their
respective
parents,
affiliated
companies,
sponsors,
subsidiaries,
advertising
and
promotion
agencies
and
third
party
fulfillment
or judging
agencies
(collectively “Promotion Entities) are
not
eligible
to
enter
or
win the
Promotion. Void outside of the fifty (50) United States, the District
of Columbia and wherever else restricted or prohibited by law.

TO
ENTER:
During the Promotion Period, visit www.cambozolasweeps.com
(the “Website”) and complete and submit the online entry
form in its entirety. All online entries must be received by 11:59:59
pm ET on December 31, 2022. The Websites designated database clock
will be the official timekeeper for the online entry.

LIMIT: Only one (1) entry
per person per day for the entire Promotion.

Entrant must complete and
submit the entry form with all required information for the entry to
be eligible. Neither Sponsor nor any Promotion Entity is responsible
for any entry that is lost, late, misdirected or undeliverable,
whether due to system errors, omissions, interruption, deletions,
defects, delay in operations or transmissions, theft or destruction
or failures, faulty transmissions or other telecommunications
malfunctions, entries not received resulting from any hardware or
software failures of any kind, lost or unavailable network
connections, failed, incomplete or garbled computer or telephone
transmissions, typographical or system errors and failures, faulty
transmissions, technical malfunctions, or otherwise.

In the event of a dispute
regarding the identity of the person submitting an entry, the entry
will be deemed submitted by the authorized account holder of the
e-mail address submitted at the time of entry. The “Authorized
Account Holder” is defined as the natural person who is
assigned to the e-mail address by an Internet access provider,
on-line service provider, or other organization that is responsible
for assigning e-mail addresses, or the domain associated with the
submitted e-mail address. Any potential prize winner may be required
to show proof of being the Authorized Account Holder.

In the event of a dispute
regarding the identity of the individual who actually submitted an
entry cannot be resolved to Sponsor’s satisfaction, the
affected entry will be deemed ineligible. Those who do not follow
all of the instructions, provide the required information in their
entry form, or abide by these Official Rules or other instructions of
Sponsor may be disqualified.

RANDOM
DRAWING: On
or about January 4, 2023, one (1) grand prize winner (the “Grand
Prize Winner”), one (1) first prize winner (the “First
Prize Winner”) and one (1) second prize winner (the “Second
Prize Winner”) will be selected from among all eligible entries
received during the Promotion Period. Odds of winning a prize will
depend upon the total number of eligible entries received during the
Promotion Period. The random drawing will be conducted by the
Administrator, whose decisions are based upon its sole discretion and
interpretation of these Official Rules and are final and binding in
all respects.

PRIZES:
One (1)
Grand Prize of a “Extraordinary Vacation Package” will be
awarded to the Grand Prize Winner.  The Grand Prize has a total
Approximate Retail Value (“ARV”) of $10,000 and is
inclusive of the following: (a) roundtrip first class or coach air
transportation for Grand Prize Winner and number of guests to be
selected by Grand Prize Winner (the “Travel Companion(s)”)
to Grand Prize Winner’s choice of destination location to one
of the following: i) Honolulu, HI, ii) Key West, FL, or iii) San
Juan, PR; (b) hotel accommodations, one room double occupancy, in
hotel to be determined by the Sponsor at their sole discretion;
however, number of nights to be determined by Grand Prize Winner; (c)
ground transportation to and from the destination location hotel and
airport; and (d) $500 cash to be awarded to the Grand Prize Winner in
the form of a check. The total ARV of the Grand Prize will not
exceed $10,000.

One
(1) First Prize of a “Luxe Vacation Package” will be
awarded to the First Prize Winner.  The First Prize has a total
Approximate Retail Value (“ARV”) of $5,000 and is
inclusive of the following: (a) roundtrip first class or coach air
transportation for First Prize Winner and number of guests to be
selected by First Prize Winner (the “Travel Companion(s)”)
to First Prize Winner’s choice of destination location to one
of the following: i) Honolulu, HI, ii) Key West, FL, or iii) San
Juan, PR; (b) hotel accommodations, one room double occupancy, in
hotel to be determined by the Sponsor at their sole discretion;
however, number of nights to be determined by First Prize Winner; (c)
ground transportation to and from the destination location hotel and
airport; and (d) $500 cash to be awarded to the First Prize Winner in
the form of a check. The total ARV of the First Prize will not
exceed $5,000.

One
(1) Second Prize of a “Deluxe Vacation Package” will be
awarded to the Second Prize Winner.  The Second Prize has a
total Approximate Retail Value (“ARV”) of $4,000 and is
inclusive of the following: (a) roundtrip first class or coach air
transportation for Second Prize Winner and number of guests to be
selected by Second Prize Winner (the “Travel Companion(s)”)
to Second Prize Winner’s choice of destination location to one
of the following: i) Honolulu, HI, ii) Key West, FL, or iii) San
Juan, PR; (b) hotel accommodations, one room double occupancy, in
hotel to be determined by the Sponsor at their sole discretion;
however, number of nights to be determined by Second Prize Winner;
(c) ground transportation to and from the destination location hotel
and airport; and (d) $500 cash to be awarded to the Second Prize
Winner in the form of a check. The total ARV of the Second Prize
will not exceed $4,000.

All
travel must be completed by January 4, 2024. Any amount over the ARV
of the prize will be the responsibility of the prize winner.
Administrator will book/reserve all elements on behalf of the prize
winner. Any difference in the stated ARV and the actual value at time
of booking will not be awarded. Any expenses related to the prize
including without limitation, any taxes, fees, gratuities and
personal expenses, are the sole responsibility of the prize winner. 
The prize consists of only the items specifically listed as the
prize.  Depictions of any part of the prize packages in any
advertising or promotional materials may not reflect the actual prize
awarded to the prize winner.  Sponsor will determine airline and
flight itinerary in its sole discretion. No refund or compensation
will be made in the event of the cancellation or delay of any
flight.  If in the judgment of Sponsor air travel is not
required due to prize winner’s proximity to desired destination
location, ground transportation will be substituted for roundtrip air
transportation at Sponsor’s sole discretion.

Prize winner/Travel
Companion(s) must travel on the same dates and must confirm travel
dates with Administrator a minimum of thirty (30) days prior to
travel or prize will be forfeited. In such case, no alternate prize
will be awarded to such prize winner and an alternate prize winner
may be selected. All travel must commence within one (1) year of the
date for which the prize winner has submitted the completed “Required
Documents” as outlined in the “PRIZE CLAIMS”
section below.

Prize
winner and guests must comply with the rules and regulations of any
tickets/reservations (including
any COVID restrictions, regulations or policies).
Failure to do so may result in forfeiture of the
prize. All
travel is subject to the rules and regulations (including any COVID
restrictions, regulations or policies).

All travel is subject to
availability at time of request, blackout dates (including holidays)
and other restrictions may apply. Tickets/itineraries are final once
confirmed and may not be changed for any reason, other than at the
sole discretion of the Sponsor. Prize winner and Travel Companion(s)
must travel on same itinerary and must have valid required travel
documents (e.g. valid photo ID, passport, birth certificate,
vaccinations etc.) before departure. Prize winner and Travel
Companion(s) are solely responsible for determining and obtaining,
each at his/her own cost, required travel documents. The value of
the prize may be taxable as income and prize winner is solely
responsible for any taxes, including but not limited to all
applicable federal, state, and local taxes that become due with
respect to the value of the prize. All other expenses not
specifically mentioned herein as part of the prize, are the sole
responsibility of the prize winner.

Prize
winner will be responsible for all meals, transportation, excursions,
tips or gratuities, fuel, parking, beverages, telephone calls,
overages, baggage fees, extras and any other incidental costs or
expenses not specifically stated herein as being included. Specific
air carrier(s) and other trip specifics are selected at the sole
discretion of the Sponsor. Travel must originate and end at the same
major gateway airport. Prize winner and Travel Companion(s) will be
required to obtain and maintain all insurance (including health,
liability and any other insurance). No changes will be made to travel
details once any element(s) of the travel arrangements have been
booked. No frequent flier miles will be earned on any element of
travel. Prize conditions may be added or modified by Sponsor or its
designee. Sponsor and Administrator are not responsible for any
changes of any element of the prize, nor are they liable for any
expenses incurred as a consequence of flight/event changes,
cancellation or delays. Travel is subject to capacity controls,
availability, and certain other restrictions, which may include a
Saturday night stay, all of which are subject to change. Any
unclaimed and/or unused element of the prize, or any element thereof,
will remain the property of Sponsor or its designee. The prize
restrictions/conditions stated herein are not all-inclusive and the
described above may be subject to additional restrictions/conditions,
which may be stated in the Affidavit (as defined herein), and/or
other travel or release documents. In the event prize winner and/or
Travel Companion(s) engage in behavior that, as determined by Sponsor
(or its designee) in their absolute discretion, is obnoxious or
threatening, dangerous, illegal or that is intended to annoy, abuse,
threaten or harass any other person, or may cause harm, property
damage or any other loss, Sponsor reserves the right to terminate the
trip early, in whole or in part, and to send the prize winner (and
Travel Companion(s)) home with no further compensation.

Total
ARV of all prizes to be awarded is $19,000.

PRIZE
RESTRICTIONS:
All prize details are at the sole discretion of the Sponsor. No
substitution, transfer, or cash equivalent of prize is permitted,
except at Sponsor’s sole discretion, which reserves the right
to substitute a prize (or portion thereof) with one of comparable or
greater value, if the prize is no longer available. Any and all
federal, state and local taxes on the prize, and any other costs,
fees, and expenses not explicitly stated herein as being awarded, are
the sole responsibility of the prize winner.

WITHOUT
LIMITING
THE
GENERALITY
OF
THE FOREGOING,
SUCH
PRIZES
ARE
PROVIDED
“AS
IS”
WITHOUT
WARRANTY
OF
ANY
KIND,
EITHER
EXPRESS
OR
IMPLIED,
AND
SPONSOR
HEREBY
DISCLAIMS
ALL
SUCH
WARRANTIES,
INCLUDING,
BUT
NOT
LIMITED
TO,
THE
IMPLIED
WARRANTIES
OF
MERCHANTABILITY,
FITNESS
FOR
A
PARTICULAR
PURPOSE
AND/OR
NON-INFRINGEMENT.

PRIZE
NOTIFICATION/CLAIM: Each
prize winner will be notified via email using the information
supplied on the Entrant’s online entry form. Prize winner must
respond to the email within three (3) days of initial notification
and may be required to execute and return an affidavit of
eligibility, liability, publicity release form and W-9 form (the
“Required Paperwork”) to Administrator in order to claim
the respective prize. In the event that: i) the prize winner does
not respond to the email, ii) the email is returned as undeliverable;
iii) it is determined by the Administrator, in its sole discretion,
that the prize winner is not eligible in accordance with these
Official Rules, such prize winner will be disqualified and an
alternate prize winner will be selected at random from among all
remaining non-winning eligible entries received during the Promotion
Period.

Each
prize is taxable as income and the prize winner is solely responsible
for any taxes on the prize, including, but not limited to all
applicable federal, state and local taxes. The
Sponsor, or a third party acting on behalf of the Sponsor, must
report the value of the prize to the IRS in the year the prize is
received by the prize winner and will be reported to the prize winner
and the IRS in the form of a Form 1099.

GENERAL
CONDITIONS:
Should
any
portion
of
the
Promotion
be,
in
Sponsor’s
or
in
Administrator’s
sole
discretion,
compromised
by
virus,
worms,
bugs,
non-authorized
human
intervention
or
other
causes
which,
in
the sole
discretion
of
the Sponsor,
corrupt
or
impair
the
administration,
security,
fairness
or
proper
play,
or
submission
of entries,
Sponsor/Administrator
reserves
the
right,
at
its
sole
discretion,
to
cancel,
terminate,
modify
or
suspend
the Promotion
and
conduct
the
Promotion
in
a
manner
which
in
its
sole
discretion
is
fair,
appropriate
and
consistent
with
these
Official
Rules.
In
such
event,
Sponsor/Administrator
reserves
the
right
to
award
a prize
at
random
from among
the
eligible
entries
received
up
to
the
time
of
the
impairment.
Sponsor/Administrator reserves the right in
their
sole
discretion
to
disqualify
any
individual
it
finds
to
be
tampering
with
the
entry
process
or the
operation
of the
Promotion
or
to
be
acting
in
violation
of
these
Official
Rules
or
in
an
unsportsmanlike
or disruptive
manner.
Sponsor/Administrator
reserves
the
right
to
disqualify
or
reject
any
incomplete,
inaccurate
or
false
entry.
ANY
ATTEMPT
BY
ANY
PERSON
TO
UNDERMINE
THE
LEGITIMATE
OPERATION
OF
THE
PROMOTION
MAY
BE
A
VIOLATION
OF
CRIMINAL
AND
CIVIL
LAW
AND,
SHOULD
SUCH
AN
ATTEMPT
BE
MADE,
SPONSOR/ADMINISTRATOR
RESERVES
THE
RIGHT
TO
SEEK
DAMAGES
FROM
ANY
SUCH
PERSON
TO
THE
FULLEST
EXTENT
PERMITTED
BY
LAW.
SPONSOR’S
FAILURE
TO
ENFORCE
ANY
TERM
OF
THESE
OFFICIAL
RULES
SHALL
NOT
CONSTITUTE
A
WAIVER
OF
THESE
PROVISIONS.
In the
event Sponsor is prevented from continuing with the Promotion by any
event beyond its control, including, but not limited to, fire, flood,
epidemic, earthquake, explosion, labor dispute or strike, act of God
or public enemy, communications or equipment failure, utility or
service interruptions, riot or civil disturbance, terrorist threat or
activity, war (declared or undeclared), interference with the
Promotion by any party, or any federal, state, local or provincial
government law, order, or regulation, order of any court or
jurisdiction, or other cause not reasonably within Sponsor’s
control (each, a “Force Majeure” event or occurrence),
Sponsor shall have the right to modify, suspend or terminate the
Promotion or prizes. Sponsor additionally reserves the right, in its
sole and absolute discretion: (a) to modify, suspend or terminate the
Promotion should causes beyond Sponsor’s control corrupt or
interfere with the administration, integrity, operation, security or
proper play of the Promotion; or (b) to disqualify any Entrant found
to be, or suspected of: (i) tampering with the entry process or the
operation of the Promotion; (ii) acting in violation of these
Official Rules; or (iii) acting in an un-sportsmanlike manner.

ACKNOWLEDGEMENT
AND
RELEASE:
By
participating
in
the
Promotion,
Entrants
agree
to
be
bound
by these
Official
Rules
and
the
decisions
of the
Sponsor
and
Administrator,
which
shall
be
final
and
binding
in
all
respects.
By
participating
in
this
Promotion,
Entrants
agree
to
release,
indemnify and
hold
harmless
the
Sponsor
and
Administrator
and
their
officers,
directors,
managers,
employees,
parents,
subsidiaries,
affiliates,
agents,
members,
shareholders,
insurers,
servants,
divisions,
predecessors,
successors,
representatives,
dealers,
distributors,
advertising,
promotion,
and
fulfillment
agencies,
including
consultants
and
legal
advisors
(collectively,
the “Released
Parties”)
from
and
against
any
claim
or
cause
of
action
for
any
injuries,
including
personal
injury,
death,
loss
or damage
of
any
kind
arising
out
of
participation
in
the
Promotion
or
receipt,
redemption
or use
of
any
prize or
claims
based
on
right
of
publicity/right
of privacy.
By
participating
in
the
Promotion,
subject
to
applicable
law,
prize winner
irrevocably
grants
the
Sponsor,
Administrator,
and
its
related
companies,
the
right
and
permission
to use
his/her
name,
likeness,
town
or
city
of
residence
and/or
other
biographical
material
for
advertising,
promotional
and/or
publicity
purposes
in
connection
with
the
Promotion,
in
all
forms
of
media
and
by
all
manners
(now
and
hereafter
known),
and
on
and
in
connection
with
related
products,
services,
advertising
and
promotional
materials
(now
known
or
hereafter
developed),
worldwide,
in
perpetuity,
without
any
obligation,
notice
or
consideration
except
for the
awarding
of
the prize
to the prize winner.

LIMITATIONS
OF
LIABILITY:
The
Released
Parties
are
not
responsible
for:
(i);
unauthorized
human
intervention
in
any
part
of
the
entry
process
or
the
Promotion;
(ii)
electronic
or
human
error
which
may
occur
in
the
administration
of the
Promotion
or
the
processing
of
entries;
(iii)
any
injury,
damage
or
loss
(including
death)
to
persons
or
property
of any
kind,
which
may
be
caused,
directly
or
indirectly,
in
whole
or
in
part,
directly
or
indirectly
from
Entrant’s
participation
in
the
Promotion
or
from
the
receipt,
use
or
misuse
of
any
prize;
(iv)
any
printing
or
typographical
errors
in any
Promotion-related activities;
(v)
stolen,
lost,
late,
misdirected, corrupted,
incomplete,
or
indecipherable
entries;
or
(vi)
technical
failures
of
any
kind,
including,
but
not
limited
to,
the
malfunctioning
of
any
computer,
mobile
device,
cable,
network,
hardware
or
software.

GOVERNING
LAW: All
issues and questions concerning the construction, validity,
interpretation and enforceability of these Official Rules or the
rights and obligations of entrants, Sponsor or the Released Parties
in connection with the Promotion will be governed by and construed in
accordance with the laws of the State of New York, without giving
effect to any choice of law or conflict of law rules or provisions
that would cause the application of any other laws.
