WHERE PROHIBITED. These rules (“Official Rules”) govern Casey’s Rewards Scratch, Match, and Win
game (“Game”). All entries and game plays are subject to, and constitute agreement with, these Official
Rules.
1. PROMOTION PARTIES: Casey’s Retail Company, 1 SE Convenience Blvd., Ankeny, IA 50021 (“Sponsor”
or “Casey’s”) is the Sponsor of the Game The Sponsor, Punchh and their affiliates and subsidiaries, are
the “Promotion Parties” under these Official Rules.
2. GAME PERIOD: The Game begins 12:00 AM CDT on May 3, 2023 and ends at 11:59:59 PM CDT on
September 5, 2023 (“Game Period”).
3. ELIGIBILITY: Open to residents of Arkansas, Illinois, Indiana, Iowa, Kansas, Kentucky, Michigan,
Minnesota, Missouri, Nebraska, North Dakota, Ohio, Oklahoma, South Dakota, Tennessee, and
Wisconsin, who are at least 18 (19 in Nebraska) years old at the time of entry, except for employees of
the Promotion Parties and members of their immediate family or persons living in the same household.
Notwithstanding the foregoing, employees of the Sponsor, and members of their immediate family or
persons living in the same household, are eligible to participate in, and win in, the Game.
4. HOW TO PLAY: During the Game Period, you may play the Scratch, Match, and Win Game (“Game”)
once per day. To play, open your Casey’s Rewards app, or go to www.caseys.com/game, and follow the
onscreen instructions.
5. INSTANT-WIN PRIZES AND RESTRICTIONS: Six Million (6,000,000) Instant Win Prizes, as detailed
below, are available throughout the Game Period. Only one (1) Instant-Win Prize game play is available
per person, per day.

For each winning Game play, the Instant-Win Prize will be loaded to the winner’s Casey’s Rewards
account for redemption. Redemption for certain prizes may not be available at every store; in the event
a prize is unavailable when the winner attempts to redeem, the winner can either visit a different store
or come back at a later time within the redemption window or Sponsor may substitute an alternate
prize, in its sole discretion. Acceptance of an Instant-Win Prize constitutes permission to Sponsor to use
winner’s name, likeness and biographical information for marketing purposes without further
compensation or right of approval, unless prohibited by law. All federal and state laws apply.
Odds of winning an Instant-Win Prize are 1 in 3. All Instant-Win Prizes must be claimed within 30 days of
being awarded to the winning player. Unclaimed/unredeemed Instant-Win Prizes will not be awarded.
There is no guarantee that all Instant Win Game Prizes will be awarded. Winners may not substitute or
transfer any Instant-Win Prize; however, Sponsor may substitute alternate prizes based on availability.
Potential winners may be subject to verification before prize is awarded.
Approximate Retail Value of all Prizes: $6,057,000.
6. GENERAL RULES. Casey’s reserves the right to cancel, suspend and/or modify the Game, or any part
of it, if any fraud, technical failures, human error or any other factor impairs the integrity or proper
functioning of the Game, as determined by Casey’s in its sole discretion and if terminated, at its
discretion, select the potential winners from all eligible, non-suspect entries received prior to
termination. Casey’s reserves the right in its sole discretion to disqualify any individual it finds to be
tampering with the entry process or the operation of the Game or to be acting in violation of the Official
Rules of this or any other promotion or in an unsportsmanlike or disruptive manner. Casey’s failure to
enforce any term of the Official Rules shall not constitute a waiver of that provision.
Participation in the Game constitutes your full and unconditional agreement to and acceptance of the
Official Rules and to Casey’s decisions in all matters related to the Game, which are final and binding at
its sole discretion.
Liability for any irregular entry or errant winning announcement will be limited to replacement with another
chance to win. If through occurrence of, production, notification, computer, electronic or any errors
whatsoever, more winning notifications are offered and distributed than those prize quantities offered in the
Official Rules, no more than the actual number of prizes per these Official Rules will be awarded. Should such
a situation occur, winners will be determined in a random drawing from among all submitted eligible and
verified winning prize claims for the specific prize at issue.
Winners acknowledge that Sponsor and all other businesses concerned with this Game and their agents
do not make, nor are in any manner are responsible for any warranty, representations, expressed or
implied, in fact or in law, relative to the quality, conditions, fitness or merchantability of any aspect of a
prize, except that each prize shall be subject to its manufacturer’s standard warranty if applicable.
RELEASE OF LIABILITY: By participating in this Game, you release, defend and hold harmless Promotion
Parties from all liability, claims or actions of any kind whatsoever for injuries, damages, demands or losses
of any kind to persons (including death) and property which may be sustained in connection with either
directly or indirectly, 1) the awarding, receipt, ownership, use or misuse of any prize awarded herein; or
2) participation in the Game or any prize related activities, including but not limited to traveling to or from
any prize related location. Sponsor is not responsible if Game cannot take place or if any prize cannot be
awarded due to product shortages, delays or interruptions due to acts of God, acts of war, natural
disasters, weather, pandemic or acts of terrorism. Sponsor is not responsible for any typographical,
technological or other error in the printing of the offer or any codes, algorithms, or other administration
of the Game or in the award or announcement of the prizes. Promotion Parties are not responsible for
late, lost, damaged, inaccurate, delayed, garbled, misdirected, incomplete, or undelivered entries; or for
lost, interrupted or unavailable network, server, Internet Service Provider (ISP), website, or other
connections, availability or accessibility or miscommunications or failed computer, satellite, telephone or
cable transmissions, lines, or technical failure or jumbled, scrambled, delayed, or misdirected
transmissions or computer hardware or software malfunctions, failures or difficulties, or other errors or
difficulties of any kind whether human, mechanical, electronic, computer, network, typographical,
printing or otherwise relating to or in connection with the Game, including, without limitation, errors or
difficulties which may occur in connection with the administration of the Game, the processing of entries
or codes, the announcement of the prizes, or in any Game-related materials. Promotion Parties are also
not responsible for any incorrect or inaccurate information, whether caused by site users, tampering,
hacking, or by any equipment or programming associated with or utilized in the Game. Promotion Parties
are not responsible for injury or damage to any person’s computer, smartphone or other technology
related to or resulting from participating in this Game or downloading materials from or use of the app or
website. ANY ATTEMPT BY ANY PERSON TO DELIBERATELY DAMAGE ANY WEB SITE OR UNDERMINE THE
LEGITIMATE OPERATION OF THIS GAME IS A VIOLATION OF CRIMINAL AND CIVIL LAWS AND SHOULD
SUCH ATTEMPT BE MADE, SPONSOR RESERVES THE RIGHT TO SEEK DAMAGES FROM ANY SUCH PERSON
TO THE FULLEST EXTENT PERMITTED BY LAW.
GOVERNING LAW: Except where prohibited, all issues and questions concerning the construction,
validity, interpretation and enforceability of these Official Rules, or the rights and obligations of the
entrant and Sponsor in connection with the Game, shall be governed by, and construed in accordance
with, the laws of the State of Iowa without giving effect to any choice of law or conflict of law rules
(whether of the State of Iowa, or any other jurisdiction), which would cause the application of the laws of
any jurisdiction other than the State of Iowa. In addition, any dispute relating to the Game (including these
Official Rules) shall be resolved individually, and without resort to class action, exclusively in the
appropriate state or federal court having jurisdiction over the subject matter located in Polk County, Iowa.
You hereby irrevocably consent to the personal jurisdiction of said courts and waive any claim of forum
non convenes or lack of personal jurisdiction they may have.
