CASE IH AND NTPA SUPERFAN SWEEPSTAKES – OFFICIAL RULES
SWEEPSTAKES AND ENTRY PERIODS
The Case IH and NTPA Superfan Sweepstakes (the “Sweepstakes”) begins on June 1, 2022, and ends on September 19, 2022, at 11:59:59 ET (the “Sweepstakes Period”). 
The online drawings will be conducted weekly each Wednesday, for sixteen (16) weeks, beginning on June 1, 2022. There will be two online (2) drawings each week. One (1) for entrants ages 12 to 17 years and one (1) drawing for entrants ages 18 and over. Entrants will be placed in a drawing pool based on their birthdate. 
The Enderle Pull-Off Superfan Experience Grand Prize trip, presented by Case IH, drawing will be conducted on August 22, 2022. Two (2) entrants ages 18 years or older will be chosen. Entry end date is August 21, 2022, at 11:59:59 ET to be eligible for the trip to the Enderle Pull-Off.
The Case IH Superfan Experience Grand Prize trip drawing will be conducted on September 20, 2022. Six (6) entrants ages 18 years or older will be chosen. Entry end date is September 19, 2022, at 11:59:59 ET.
ADMINISTRATOR AND SPONSOR: The administrator of the Case IH and NTPA Superfan Sweepstakes is the National Tractor Pullers Association (NTPA). The Sweepstakes is sponsored by Case IH Agriculture. ELIGIBILITY
Sweepstakes is open only to individuals who are legal, living residents, and physically located in the fifty (50) United States or the District of Columbia who are at least twelve (12) years of age at the time of registration (the “Entrant”).
Employees, contractors, or board of directors’ members of the National Tractor Pullers Association (NTPA) or World Pulling International, Inc. (WPI), or their blood relatives, spouses, or those living as a member of the employee’s, contractor’s or board of director’s household are not eligible for this sweepstakes.
No purchase necessary to enter or win. Making a purchase or payment of any kind will not increase your chances of winning.
All winner information and eligibility will be reviewed prior to the declaration of any Official Winners. 
In the event that an entry is deemed invalid, a discrepancy is found, or the winner cannot be located based upon the contact information submitted, an alternate shall be used in place of the ineligible or un-locatable winner.
In the event that the winner does not wish to receive a prize, refuses or fails to provide verification information, or does not promptly respond to the initial contact by the National Tractor Pullers Association (NTPA), that winner may be deemed ineligible and an alternate may be used. If it is determined that an alternate will be used, the winner that was deemed invalid will forfeit any prizes associated with the Sweepstakes. 
The promptness and degree of reasonableness of efforts to locate a winner or of any decision to deem a winner ineligible based upon these rules shall be at the sole discretion of the NTPA.
Alternates will be used in the order in which they were selected (i.e. alternate one (1) will be used first, alternate two (2) second, and so on) as vacated spots become available. 
Any information registered for or by a minor child or an adult under guardianship must be validated by a parent or legal guardian prior to award of prize. The entry form for entrants ages 12 to 17 years old must include a parent or legal guardian’s information, including their name, address, phone number, and email address. 
Verification of all information must be presented to claim any prize.
HOW TO ENTER:
Entry must be completed through www.NTPApull.com/Contest by September 19, 2022, at 11:59:59 ET to participate in at least one of the drawings.
By successfully transmitting a completed online entry form, with the appropriate information as directed, each participant will be entered into the Sweepstakes. 
All entries received will be included in all drawings, except for the two (2) winners of the Enderle Pull-Off Superfan Experience Grand Prize trip who are ineligible to also receive the Case IH Superfan Experience Grand Prize trip.
PRIZES
The winners of the Sweepstakes drawings will be randomly selected from among all eligible entries received. All winners will be announced and posted on the NTPApull.com/Contest website after announcement in accordance with the aforementioned drawing schedule.
Subject to verification of eligibility and compliance with these Official Rules, the potential winners drawn and verified will be declared the official winners of the Case IH and NTPA Superfan Sweepstakes drawings.
Case IH and NTPA Superfan Sweepstakes Weekly Drawings
Thirty-Two (32) drawings, sixteen (16) for entrants ages 18 and older and sixteen (16) for entrants ages 12 to 17. Each winner will either receive merchandise (approximate retail value or “ARV”: up to $50), a gift card to ShopNTPA.com (approximate retail value or “ARV”: up to $50), or a Case IH banner (approximate retail value or “ARV”: up to $50). Subject to verification, prizes will be randomly awarded each week and will be mailed to the winners within five (5) business days of being selected.
Enderle Pull-Off Superfan Experience Grand Prize trip, presented by Case IH
Two (2) winners, plus one (1) guest each, will receive tickets to the Enderle Pull-Off on September 17, 2022, in Urbana, Ohio. Accommodations for a two (2) night stay in Urbana, Ohio, and travel to the event (up to $1,000) will be reimbursed or arranged by the NTPA. Winners will receive Case IH and NTPA merchandise, along with VIP seating and event access, invitations to the pullers’ luncheon, behind-the-scenes experience with the NTPA production crew, and special driver meet and greet in the pit area at the event. Actual day of agenda may vary. (approximate retail value or “ARV”: $1,500)
Case IH Superfan Experience Grand Prize trip
Six (6) winners, plus one (1) guest each, will be invited to the Case IH Racine Experience Center in Racine, Wisconsin. Actual trip dates (late fall of 2022) to be determined by Case IH and announced after September 1, 2022. Airfare and lodging for a one (1) night stay in Racine, Wisconsin will be covered by Case IH. Winners will receive Case IH and NTPA merchandise. Winners will receive a tour of the Racine plant, experience in the retail environment center, a special meeting with Case IH executives, and a “Follow a Tractor Build and VIP (All-Access) Plant Tour.”One 2022 Grand National NTPA champion will join the winners on this trip to hear more about their championship season and learn about their pulling career and team. Actual day of agenda may vary. (approximate retail value or “ARV”: $3,000) 
GENERAL RULES
All prizes shall be determined at the sole and absolute discretion of the National Tractor Pullers Association (NTPA) and Case IH. Entrants who do not meet the eligibility requirements defined in these Official Rules are not eligible to win. 
For the drawing for entrants ages 18 and over, the winner will be responsible for any taxes associated with this prize. Federal, State and Local taxes are the sole responsibility of the applicable drawing winners. An IRS Form 1099 will be issued by the NTPA to each applicable winner. All federal, state and local laws, applicable taxes, and regulations apply. 
For the drawing for entrants ages 12 to 17, a parent or legal guardian will be responsible for any taxes associated with this prize. Acceptance of the prize constitutes express permission for the NTPA and Case IH and its agencies as set forth in the Release and Verification to use the prize winners’ name and/or likeness worldwide, in perpetuity, for purposes of advertising and trade without further compensation, notification or permission unless prohibited by law, in any and all media now known or hereafter devised. Further, by accepting a prize, each winner agrees to hold the NTPA nor Case IH, any of its employees, owners, directors, officers, affiliates, subsidiaries, contractors, assignees, and agents, absolutely harmless against any and all claims and/or liability arising out of the ownership and/or use of a prize. Each prize winner assumes all liability for any injury or damage caused, or claimed to be caused, by participation in the Sweepstakes or use or redemption of any prize. The NTPA makes no warranty, guarantee, or representation of any kind concerning any prize (or any portion thereof) and disclaims any implied warranty. By participating in the Sweepstakes, all entrants agree to be bound by these Official Rules. 
Prizes are non-transferable to any other person, including relatives or friends. Fulfillment of the prize will occur using the aforementioned outline. 
The Case IH and NTPA Superfan Sweepstakes Official Rules are available for review and may be amended or revised at any time at the sole discretion of the NTPA.
The NTPA, at its discretion, reserves the right to select and/or change the prize(s) to be awarded as part of this Sweepstakes or end the Sweepstakes prior to all prize winners being drawn.
INTERNET CONDUCT AND LIMITATIONS OF LIABILITY
Any attempt by a user, participant, or any other individual to deliberately damage the sweepstakes website or undermine the legitimate operation of this Sweepstakes, is a violation of criminal and civil laws, and should such an attempt be made, the NTPA reserves the right to seek the prosecution of and/or damages from any such person or persons as permitted by law. Furthermore, such a person may be excluded from the Sweepstakes.
Neither the NTPA nor Case IH, any of its employees, owners, directors, officers, affiliates, subsidiaries, contractors, assignees, and agents are responsible for late, or incomplete or misdirected entries, or responsible for incorrect or inaccurate information, whether caused by the website, or by any of the equipment or programming associated with or utilized in this Sweepstakes.
Neither the NTPA nor Case IH, any of its employees, owners, directors, officers, affiliates, subsidiaries, contractors, assignees, and agents are responsible for any error, omission, interruption, deletion, defect, delay in operation or transmission, communication failure, regardless of cause, with regard to any equipment, systems, networks, lines, satellites, servers, computers or providers utilized in any aspect of the operation of the Sweepstakes, which may include without limitation, inaccessibility or unavailability of the internet, the website or any combination thereof; theft or destruction or unauthorized access of the website; any injury or damage to the participants or to any other person’s computer(s) or smartphone related to or resulting from participating in this Sweepstakes, or downloading materials from or use of the website.
