ELIGIBILITY:
Must be 21 years of age or older at time of entry to be eligible for this contest and a legal resident of
the fifty United States and Washington, D.C. This contest is void where prohibited by law. Employees
of Breckenridge Grand Vacations (Breckenridge Grand Vacations, the “Sponsor”), their respective
parents, affiliates, subsidiaries, advertising sponsors and promotional agencies,and the immediate
family members of each are not eligible.
PROMOTION PERIOD:
International Snow Sculpture Getaway (“Promotion”) starts on or about 12:00:01 a.m. Mountain
Daylight Savings Time (MDT) on 11/23/22 and ends at 11:59:00 p.m. MDT on [1/12/2023] (the
“Promotion Period”). Each entrant agrees to comply with the terms contained in Breckenridge Grand
Vacations’ Privacy Policy and these Official Rules.
ENTRY METHOD:
One valid entry per eligible entrant per Promotion Period. To enter, please provide your name, cell
phone number, email address, age, ZIP/postal code, state/province, gender, home ownership/rental
status, marital status, household income, preferred travel time, and favorite color on

All entries are subject to verification of eligibility before a prize can be awarded. If the entrant does not
meet the eligibility requirements listed above his or her entry is automatically void. Sponsor is not
responsible for late, lost, incomplete or inaccurate entries. Sponsor is not responsible for technical
failures in the entry process, for example without limitation, a website crash. Entrants are prohibited
from assigning, substituting, or transferring their interest in an entry or a prize won through a winning
entry.
PRIZE:
One (1) Grand Prize winner will be awarded at the end of the contest. Grand Prize winner will
receive three (3) nights of lodging in a one-bedroom Breckenridge residence at the Grand Colorado
on Peak 8 during the Viewing Week of the 2022 International Snow Sculpture Championships in
Breckenridge, CO (check in: 01/27/2023, check out: 01/30/2023). Grand Prize winner will also
receive $1,000 cash and a custom gift bag full of Best of Breckenridge swag and local treats. Lodging
is only redeemable during the 2023 International Snow Sculptures Championships for the pre-
reserved dates of January 27, 28 & 29, 2023
SELECTION OF WINNER
Prize winner will be selected in a random drawing by Breckenridge Grand Vacations on or
around January 13, 2023. Answers to the questions on this entry form do not affect chances of
winning. Odds of winning depend on the total number of entries received.
Each potential winner is subject to verification and compliance with these Official Rules. If there is a
dispute as to the identity of an online entrant, the prize will be awarded to the authorized account
holder for the email address. “Authorized account holder” means the natural person to whom the
email address is assigned by the Internet service provider, online service provider, or other
organizations (e.g., business, educational institution, etc.) that is responsible for assigning email
addresses for the domain associated with the submitted email address.
Sponsor reserves the right to disqualify any entrant or winner and may refuse to award a prize to a
person who is not eligible or has violated a rule, gained unfair advantage in the Promotion, or obtained
winner status using fraudulent means. If a winner is found to be ineligible or disqualified for any
reason, an alternative winner will be selected from a separate random drawing. To receive a copy of
the name of the Winner, mail a self-addressed, stamped envelope to be received by January 27,
2023, by Breckenridge Grand Vacations: Breckenridge Snow Sculpture Giveaway, Attn: Marketing
Department, PO Box 6879, Breckenridge, CO 80424.
WINNER NOTIFICATION:
Entries will be accepted until 11:59 p.m. MST on 01/12/2023. Grand Prize winner will be randomly
selected and contacted via phone and email by a Best of Breckenridge on 1/13/23. Each potential
winner may be required to furnish proof of eligibility, including but not limited to proof of
identification. If the winner is unreachable after three (3) business days, an alternate winner will be
selected on 01/18/2023. If Breckenridge Grand Vacations cannot find an eligible winner for the prize,
that prize will not be awarded. Neither the Sponsor nor any other entity shall have any responsibility
or liability for failure to provide notice, including but not limited to, due to a participant’s failure to
provide accurate or correct contact information, notices lost in transfer, or notices diverted to spam,
junk, promotion or other email folders.
PUBLICITY RELEASE:
Subject to applicable law, the winner(s) irrevocably grants the Sponsor and each of their licensees,
and its and their successors, assigns and sub-licensees the right and permission to use theirname,
voice, likeness and/or biographical material for advertising, promotional and/or publicity purposes in
connection with the Promotion, in all forms of media and by all manners (now and hereafter
known), and on and in connection with related products, services, advertising and promotional
materials (now known or hereafter developed), worldwide, in perpetuity, without any obligation,
notice or consideration except for the awarding of the Prize to the winner. Entrants agreenot to
issue any publicity concerning the Sweepstakes Entities.
CONDITIONS:
Breckenridge Grand Vacations reserves the right to substitute any prize with another prize of equal or
greater value. Contest entrants agree to abide by the terms of these Official Rules and by the
decisionso
fthe contest commissioners, which are final on all matters pertaining to the contest.
Entrants further grant to Breckenridge Grand Vacations the right to use and publish their proper
name and state onlineand in print, or any other media, in connection with the Contest.
By completing this registration and pressing “submit”, you are giving Breckenridge Grand Vacations
permission to contact you via telephone, SMS/ text message, fax, email or mail at the address(es)
number(s) provided, despite any inclusion of your name on a do not call/do not contact registry or list.
By clicking “submit” you expressly authorize Breckenridge Grand Vacations to call me or send me
recorded messages or SMS/text messages about their products using automated technology to your
telephone/cellular number you entered above.
By entering into the Promotion, the entrant agrees to indemnify, release and hold harmless the Sponsor,
their parents, affiliates, subsidiaries, advertising and promotion agencies and their respective directors,
officers, employees, representatives, and agents from any and all liability for any claims, injuries, loss or
damage of any kind to person, including death, and property, arising out of or relating to, directly or
indirectly, acceptance, possession, use or misuse of a prize, participation in any Promotion or prize use
related activity, or participation in this Promotion.
Breckenridge Grand Vacations is not responsible for Internet crashes or slowdowns caused by network
congestion, viruses, sabotage, satellite failures, phone line failures, electrical outages, natural disasters
or acts of man or God.
The winner is unofficial until they have accepted the prize via phone or email. Each winner is
responsible for all federal, state and local taxes and will be required to complete an IRS form W-9.
Sponsor reserves the right to withhold prizes until completed form W-9 is received.
This contest is not intended for gambling. If it is determined that a contestant is using the contest
forgambling purposes they will be disqualified and reported to authorities.
Breckenridge Grand Vacations reserves the right to change the rules at any time.

By entering the Promotion, entrants consents to Sponsor’s collection and use of the personal information
entrant provides. Entrant may on occasion receive informational, marketing, or promotional emails from
Sponsor or its affiliates. Entrants can opt out of such emails by following the instructions contained
therein. Entrant further acknowledges and agrees to the terms of Breckenridge Grand Vacations’ s Privacy
Policy and Terms of Use, which are expressly incorporated into these Official Rules.
