Entenmann’s® “Dads of Glory: A Father Figure Showcase” Contest (the “Contest”) starts on May 9, 2022 at 9:00 a.m. Eastern Time (“ET”) and ends on July 1, 2022 at 5:00 p.m. ET (“Contest Period”).

HOW IT WORKS: Entenmann’s wants to celebrate Dads in their finest moments, showcasing Dads across pinnacle categories of “Dadism”. Nominate your Dad or father figure for their opportunity to receive a “Dad-egory  Prize Package”, or the overall “Golden Donut Award Package”, as described below in the prize section. Each Nominator of a selected winning entry will receive a Nominator Prize only, as described below in the prize section.

ELIGIBILITY: “Nominators” and “Nominees” must be legal residents of the fifty (50) United States and the District of Columbia who are 16 years of age or older at time of entry. AN ELIGIBLE MINOR SHOULD HAVE HIS/HER PARENT’S OR LEGAL GUARDIAN’S PERMISSION TO ENTER. A Nominator must have a Nominee’s permission to be entered into the Contest. Employees of Bimbo Bakeries USA, Inc. (“Sponsor”), Fallon Group, Inc. d/b/a Fallon Worldwide, Millennium Communications, Inc., Trymark Consulting Group, L.L.C., and their parent companies, affiliates, subsidiaries, distributors, suppliers, and advertising and promotion agencies, and members of their immediate families (spouse, parent, child, sibling and their respective spouses, regardless of where they reside) and those living in their households, whether or not related, are not eligible to be Nominators or Nominees. This Contest is subject to all applicable federal, state and local laws. This Contest is void where prohibited.

HOW TO ENTER: During the Contest Period, Nominators may visit www.dadsofglory.com and submit their first and last name, email address, phone number, first and last name of Nominee and relationship to Nominee, select one (1) of the following five (5) categories (each a “Dad-egory”): (i) Best Dad Humor; (ii) Best Dad Feats; (iii) Best Dad Fashion; (iv) Best Dad Engineering; or (v) Best Dad Love, and upload a video that includes the Nominee demonstrating why they are deserving of a “Dads of Glory” prize package relative to the Dad-egory selected (collectively, each, an “entry”). Entry video must be ninety (90) seconds or less in length, spoken in English (or contain English subtitles), must be in an acceptable format, including, but not limited to .mp4, .wmv, or .mov format, and no larger than 300mb in size. Limit of one (1) entry per Nominator throughout the Contest Period. Entries received in excess of the above stated limitation will be void.

Entries with incomplete or erroneous information, entries generated by script, macro or other automated or mechanical means and entries made by any means which subvert the entry process, are void.

REQUIREMENTS OF ENTRIES: Entry may not contain, as determined by Sponsor, in its sole discretion, any content that:

is defamatory, obscene, or otherwise unlawful, sexually explicit or suggestive, unnecessarily violent or derogatory of any ethnic, racial, gender, religious, professional or age group, or profane or pornographic;
promotes illegal drugs, tobacco, firearms/weapons (or the use of any of the foregoing);
promotes any activities that may appear unsafe or dangerous;
promotes any particular political agenda or message;
is obscene or offensive, or endorses any form of hate or hate group;
defames, misrepresents or contains disparaging remarks about other people, or companies;
contains intellectual property owned by others, without proper permission, or contains any personal identification, such as license plate numbers, street addresses or e-mail addresses;
includes or refers to any third parties, including but not limited to minors, celebrities and friends, who have not expressly authorized such inclusion or reference (or in the case of minors, without the express consent of their parents or legal guardians);
contains materials embodying the names, likenesses, voices, or other indicia identifying any person, including, without limitation, celebrities, athletes or other public or private figures, living or dead, without proper permission;
communicates messages or images inconsistent with the positive images or good will of Sponsor;
duplicates any other entry in violation of these Official Rules; or
violates any law.
By participating – each Nominator, and, by accepting a prize, the winners – covenants, warrants and represents that such Nominator’s entry is the original work of the Nominator, has not been previously published, has not won previous awards, and does not infringe upon the copyrights, trademarks, rights of privacy, publicity or other intellectual property or other rights of any person or entity. By submitting an entry, Nominator covenants, warrants and represents that Nominator and Nominee, and any other persons identifiable in the entry consent to the submission and use of the entry in the Contest and to its use, exploitation and exhibition and any other action of Sponsor with respect to the entry as set forth herein.

By submitting an entry, each Nominator hereby grants permission for the entry to be posted on Sponsor’s social and digital properties or other websites. Nominator agrees that Released Parties (as defined below) are not responsible for any unauthorized use of entries by third parties. Released Parties do not guarantee the posting of any entry and may remove a posted entry at any time.

By submitting an entry, each Nominator acknowledges and agrees that (a) Sponsor may obtain many entries in connection with the Contest or other contests staged or promoted by Sponsor, (b) such entries may be similar or identical in theme, idea, format or other respects to other entries submitted in connection with the Contest or entries for other contests sponsored by Sponsor or submitted for other reasons or other materials developed by or on behalf of Sponsor and (c) Nominator waives any and all claims entrant may have had, may have, or may have in the future that any entry or other works accepted, reviewed or used by Sponsor may be similar to Nominator’s entry, or that any compensation is due to Nominator in connection with such entry or other works used by Sponsor.

JUDGING (there will be two (2) rounds of judging, as follows):

Round 1 Judging: Following the conclusion of the Contest Period, all eligible entries received, regardless of Dad-egory, will be judged by a panel of judges to determine the Golden Donut Award winning entry based on the following criteria: (i) ability of Nominee to demonstrate their qualifications for the Dad-egory selected at the time of entry (40%); (ii) relatability and timeliness (30%); and (iii) authenticity (30%). The Nominee of the one (1) entry with the highest score will be deemed the potential Golden Donut Award winner, subject to verification and compliance with these Official Rules. In the event of any tie, an additional “tie-breaking” judge selected by the Sponsor will determine the potential winning entry from among those tied based on the criteria set forth herein.

WINNER NOTIFICATION/REQUIREMENTS FOR GOLDEN DONUT AWARD: The potential winners (both the applicable Nominator and Nominee) will be notified by email, phone and/or mail and will be required to complete an Affidavit of Eligibility, Liability and Publicity Release (unless prohibited by law), and execute any other documents required by Sponsor. The Nominee will also be asked to provide a headshot photo of themselves along with a video acceptance speech. All completely executed documents, headshot photo and video must be returned within three (3) days of date appearing on the notification. Video must be in an acceptable format, including, but not limited to .mp4, .wmv, or .mov format, no larger than 300mb in size and cannot exceed ninety (90) seconds in duration. Return of notification as undeliverable, failure to sign and return requested documentation within the specified time period, the inability of Sponsor to contact the Nominator or Nominee within three (3) days of notification or noncompliance with these Official Rules by the potential winner will result in disqualification and, at Sponsor’s sole discretion, a runner-up (the next highest scoring entry from Round 1 judging) may be selected as the winner. Note: The Nominator and Nominee must both respond and comply with the applicable requirements outlined above prior to being deemed a confirmed winner. Failure of the Nominator or Nominee of the selected entry to comply with the requirements above may result in the applicable entry being disqualified and Sponsor will have no further obligation to the applicable Nominator and Nominee. Sponsor reserves the right to conduct background checks on potential winners (both the applicable Nominator and Nominee) after extending an initial winner notification without additional notice or further consent and Nominator and Nominee agree to such background checks. Nominator and Nominee understands that Sponsor reserves the right to disqualify selected entry based on the results of the background checks. If either potential winning Nominator or Nominee is a minor, or at least eighteen (18) but still considered a minor in his/her state of residence, the applicable prize will be awarded in the name of his/her parent or legal guardian who will be required to comply with all requirements imposed on winners set forth herein.

Round 2 Judging: Following the conclusion of the Contest Period and validation of the Golden Donut Award winning entry, all eligible entries received in each Dad-egory will be judged by a panel of judges to determine the five (5) Dad-egory Prize winning entries (1 winning entry for each Dad-egory) based on the following criteria: (i) ability of Nominee to demonstrate their qualifications for the Dad-egory selected at the time of entry (40%); (ii) relatability and timeliness (30%); and (iii) authenticity (30%). The Nominee of the one (1) entry with the highest score in each Dad-egory will be deemed a potential Dad-egory Prize winning entry, subject to verification and compliance with these Official Rules. In the event of any tie, an additional “tie-breaking” judge selected by the Sponsor will determine the potential winning entry/ies from among those tied based on the criteria set forth herein.

Note: The Nominators and Nominees must both respond and comply with the applicable requirements outlined above prior to being deemed confirmed winners. Failure of any Nominator or Nominee of a selected entry to comply with the requirements above may result in the applicable entry being disqualified and Sponsor will have no further obligation to the applicable Nominator and Nominee. Sponsor reserves the right to conduct background checks on potential winners (both the applicable Nominator and Nominee) after extending an initial winner notification without additional notice or further consent and each Nominator and Nominee agree to such background checks. Each Nominator and Nominee understands that Sponsor reserves the right to disqualify selected entry based on the results of the background checks. If any potential winning Nominator or Nominee is an eligible minor, or at least eighteen (18) but still considered a minor in his/her jurisdiction of residence, the applicable prize will be awarded in the name of his/her parent or legal guardian who will be required to comply with all requirements imposed on winners set forth herein.

GOLDEN DONUT AWARD PACKAGE (1): The Nominee of winning entry will receive $50,000.00, awarded as a $50,000.00 check (Estimated Retail Value “ERV” $50,000.00) and a one (1)-year supply of donuts, awarded in the form of fifty-two (52) coupons (certain terms and conditions as specified by issuer apply) (ERV $416.00). Total ERV of Golden Donut Award package is $50,416.00.

DAD-EGORY PRIZE PACKAGES (5 total, one for each Dad-egory): The Nominees of each winning entry will receive $1,000.00, awarded as a $1,000.00 check (ERV $1,000.00) and a one (1)-year supply of donuts, awarded in the form of fifty-two (52) coupons (certain terms and conditions as specified by issuer apply) (ERV $416.00). Total ERV of Dad-egory Prize package is $1,416.00.

NOMINATOR PRIZES (6): The Nominators of each winning entry will receive a one (1)-year supply of donuts, awarded in the form of fifty-two (52) coupons (certain terms and conditions as specified by issuer apply) (ERV $416.00).

Total ERV of all prizes combined is $59,992.00.

GENERAL PRIZE CONDITIONS: Winners may not take only a portion of any prize and may not substitute, assign or transfer any prize, but Sponsor reserves the right, at its sole discretion, to substitute any prize or portion of any prize with one of comparable or greater value. The total value of a coupon must be redeemed at one (1) transaction. Any unused balance will not be awarded. Coupons must be surrendered at time of redemption. Coupons are subject to certain terms and conditions specified by Sponsor. Coupons expire on date specified on each coupon. Coupons may not be used online or in conjunction with any other offer or discount. Valid only in the U.S.A. and are void where prohibited. Winners are solely responsible for all applicable federal, state, and local taxes. All costs and expenses associated with the prize acceptance and use not specified herein as being provided are the sole responsibility of the winners. Limit one (1) prize per household.

OTHER CONDITIONS: Released Parties (as defined below) are not responsible for incomplete, inaccurate, lost, late, stolen, garbled, undelivered, or misdirected entries, photos, videos, or for inaccurate entry or Contest information or for interrupted or unavailable network, server or other connections, miscommunications, computer or software malfunctions or telephone transmission problems or technical failures, garbled transmissions, damage to a user’s computer equipment, programming used in this Contest, or for computer, network, mechanical, electronic, printing, typographical, human or other error or problem relating to or in connection with the Contest, including, without limitation, errors or problems which may occur in connection with the administration of the Contest, the processing or judging of entries, the announcement of the prizes, the processing or judging of entries or in any Contest-related materials and any acts or events. Neither Sponsor nor anyone acting on its behalf will enter into any communications with any Nominee or Nominator regarding this Contest prior to the end of the Contest Period.

GENERAL: By participating, each Nominator agrees (a) to release, discharge and hold harmless Sponsor; Fallon Group, Inc., d/b/a Fallon Worldwide; Millennium Communications, Inc.; Trymark Consulting Group, L.L.C.; and their parent companies, affiliates, subsidiaries, retailers, advertising and promotion agencies, and any other individuals engaged in any way in the development, production, printing, distribution or execution of this Contest, and the respective directors, officers, agents and employees of the foregoing (collectively, the “Released Parties”) from and against any liability, claims, losses, injury and damages arising out of or relating to their participation in this Contest or the acceptance, use, misuse or possession of any prize received in this Contest (including any travel/activity related thereto), and the Released Parties’ use of any entry; (b) to abide by these Official Rules and decisions of Sponsor and judges which shall be final and binding in all respects; and (c) that each entrant grants to Sponsor and its designees a paid-up worldwide, fully-transferable, sublicensable irrevocable right and license to publicly display, perform, distribute, broadcast, create derivative works from, and otherwise use (unless prohibited by applicable law) the entry and all submissions from entrant, including photographs, videos, and both Nominator’s and Nominee’s name, image, likeness, voice, and biographical information, for purposes of advertising, promotional and/or any other purpose in any media now or hereafter known throughout the world in perpetuity without limitation or additional compensation, notification or permission, except where prohibited by law; and, upon request, to provide consent to such use in writing. Released Parties disclaim any liability for damage to any computer system resulting from participation in, or accessing, uploading or downloading information in connection with this Contest. Sponsor reserves the right, in its sole discretion, to modify or terminate the Contest (or any portion thereof) should any virus, bug, technical failures, fraud, epidemic, pandemic, virus, an Act of God, unauthorized human intervention or other causes corrupt or affect the administration, security, fairness or proper conduct of the Contest, and, in the event of termination, suspension or cancellation, at its discretion, to void the entries at issue and/or terminate, cancel or suspend the Contest and, if terminated, in Sponsor’s discretion, to select winner(s) from all eligible, non-suspect entries received prior to such termination using the judging procedure set forth above. In the event of any such termination, cancellation or suspension, a notice will be posted on www.dadsofglory.com. Any attempt by any person to deliberately damage any website or undermine the legitimate operation of this Contest may be a violation of criminal and civil laws. Should such an attempt be made, Sponsor reserves the right to disqualify such person and void suspect entries and seek damages and other remedies (including attorneys’ fees) from him/her to the fullest extent permitted by law.

LICENSE/USE OF ENTRIES: By submitting an entry, and to the extent allowed by law, Nominators grant the Released Parties a perpetual, worldwide, royalty-free, non-exclusive, sub-licensable, unconditional and transferable license to edit, modify, cut, rearrange, add to, delete from, reproduce, encode, store, modify, copy, transmit, publish, post, broadcast, display, adapt, exhibit and/or otherwise use or reuse their entry, name, video, social media handle(s) and biographical material including, but not limited to, all materials submitted in connection with the Contest in any and all media, throughout the world, and in any manner, for trade, advertising, promotional, commercial, or any other purposes without further review, notice, approval, consideration, or compensation to entrant or any third party.

ARBITRATION: Except where prohibited by law, as a condition of participating in this Contest, entrant agrees that (1) any and all disputes and causes of action arising out of or connected with this Contest, or any prizes awarded, shall be resolved individually, without resort to any form of class action, and exclusively by final and binding arbitration under the rules of the American Arbitration Association and held at the AAA regional office nearest the entrant; (2) the Federal Arbitration Act shall govern the interpretation, enforcement and all proceedings at such arbitration; and (3) judgment upon such arbitration award may be entered in any court having jurisdiction. Under no circumstances will entrant be permitted to obtain awards for, and entrant hereby waives all rights to claim, punitive, incidental or consequential damages, or any other damages, including attorneys’ fees, other than entrant’s actual out-of-pocket expenses (i.e., costs associated with participating in this Contest), and entrant further waives all rights to have damages multiplied or increased.

CHOICE OF LAW: All issues and questions concerning the construction, validity, interpretation and enforceability of these Official Rules, or the rights and obligations of entrant and Sponsor in connection with the Contest, shall be governed by, and construed in accordance with, the substantive laws of the Commonwealth of Pennsylvania, USA.

WINNERS’ NAMES: For the names of the winners (available after August 31, 2022), mail a self-addressed, stamped #10 envelope to: Entenmann’s® “Dads of Glory: A Father Figure Showcase” Contest – Winners, P.O.
