Limited mobility right now but I love walking in the woods, on the trails, and just in nature in general. It resets my compass so to speak, but at the same time relaxes me and makes me more aware of my surroundings.
I may only hike a few miles a week until I heal up, but it is a GREAT few miles!
I do need to get new shoes though……..

Honestly takin’ walks or walk about has helped me emotionally, medically and probably kept me from hurting a few really big Aholes that deserved it. Plus being native I could talk out loud as much as I want and I was always shown how to see more of the world, take things one step at a time, its cultures, people, flora, fauna and land so I wasn’t just on this planet I was part of it.
