INDIVIDUALS WHO ARE 18 YEARS OF AGE OR OLDER AS OF THE START DATE OF
THIS SWEEPSTAKES RESIDING IN THE 50 UNITED STATES OR DISTRICT OF
COLUMBIA ONLY AND WILL BE GOVERNED BY U.S. LAW. DO NOT ENTER IF YOU ARE
NOT LOCATED IN ONE OF THE ELIGIBLE STATES OR JURISDICTIONS AT TIME OF
ENTRY.
AUTOLITE® AUTOZONE® BIG GAME SWEEPSTAKES (“SWEEPSTAKES”) BEGINS AT
12:00:00 A.M. EASTERN TIME (“ET”) ON SEPTEMBER 21, 2022 AND ENDS AT 11:59:59
P.M. ET ON NOVEMBER 14, 2022 (“SWEEPSTAKES PERIOD”). SPONSOR’S COMPUTER
IS THE OFFICIAL TIME-KEEPING DEVICE FOR THIS SWEEPSTAKES.
ELIGIBILITY: Open to legal residents of the 50 United States and the District of Columbia
(“D.C.”) who are 18 years of age or older as of the start date of the Sweepstakes (“Eligible
Entrants”). Sweepstakes is void outside of the 50 United States and the District of Columbia
and where prohibited by law. Employees of FRAM Group Operations, LLC (“Sponsor”),
AutoZone, Inc., DeanHouston, and the advertising, sales promotion and judging agencies
associated with the Sweepstakes, and each of their respective parent companies, affiliates,
subsidiaries, distributors, and sales representatives, along with members of the immediate
families (defined as a parent, child, sibling and spouse; regardless of whether biological,
adopted, step or in-law) or same households (whether related or not) are NOT eligible.
HOW TO ENTER: To enter, during the Sweepstakes Period, go to
https://www.autolitesweepstakes.com (the “Sweepstakes Website”) and follow the onscreen
instructions to complete the online entry form and receive one (1) entry into the Sweepstakes.
If entering via a mobile phone or other web-enabled device and using your wireless carrier’s
network, standard data charges from your wireless carrier may apply. Limit one (1) entry per
person/email address/physical address. In the event of a dispute as to the identity of the
entrant, the natural person associated with the email address or entry device used to enter will
be deemed to be the entrant. No robotic, programmed, script, macro or other automated
entries (collectively “automated entries”). Automated entries, or, multiple entries by the same
person/e-mail address/physical address, or entries that have been tampered with will result in
disqualification of all such entries. All entries submitted become the property of Sponsor and
will not be returned. Submission of an entry is subject to, and all entrants must comply with, all
policies, terms and conditions set forth in these Official Rules. Proof of submission does not
constitute proof of receipt. No group entries allowed. Entries must be received by 11:59:59 PM
ET on November 14, 2022. Any entry that does not comply with these requirements, in the
opinion of the Sponsor, may be disqualified. Sponsor is not responsible for entries that are
lost, late, garbled, damaged or otherwise deficient or incompletely received for any reason.
Sponsor is not responsible for technical, hardware or software failures or errors of any kind;
lost or unavailable network connections; or incomplete, garbled or delayed computer
transmissions.
DRAWING: One (1) grand prize winner, five (5) 2nd place prize winners, and ten (10) 3rd
place prize winners will be randomly selected on or about November 21, 2022, from among all
eligible entries received. The random drawing will be conducted by the Sponsor, whose
decisions are final and binding in all matters relating to the Sweepstakes. The odds of winning
depend upon the number of eligible entries received.
PRIZES: One (1) verified winner will receive a trip for two (2) to Glendale, AZ to attend a
football game. Prize includes two (2) round trip economy air transportation from the major
commercial airport in the U.S. nearest winner’s residence to Phoenix, AZ, standard hotel
accommodations (single room, double occupancy), two (2) tickets to a football game (seat
location subject to availability and at Sponsor’s sole discretion), and a $5,000 cash allowance
intended to be used for food and ground transportation. Approximate retail value (“ARV”):
$25,000 (actual value will vary based on winner’s point of departure, and any variance
between actual value and stated approximate value will not be awarded). Winner and winner’s
guest must be available to travel from February 8 – February 13, 2023 or prize will be forfeited
in its entirety and Sponsor will have no further obligation to the winner. Winner and guest must
travel on the same itinerary and possess all required travel documents (i.e. valid driver’s
license, passport, etc.). Airline tickets are non-refundable/non-transferable and are not valid for
upgrades and/or frequent flyer miles. All airline tickets are subject to flight variation, work
stoppages, and schedule or route changes. All other expenses on the receipt and use of the
prize not specifically mentioned herein, including but not limited to additional transportation or
transportation costs, tips, gratuities, incidentals; local and long-distance calls, and service
charges, any necessary lodging other than that which is offered as part of the prize, all meals
and beverages, and any other miscellaneous expenses, are solely the responsibility of winner
and winner’s guest. Winner must provide a valid credit card upon hotel check-in to cover any
incidentals and any damages. If winner is a minor in his/her state of residence, winner’s guest
must be winner’s parent or legal guardian. If winner’s guest is a minor in his/her state of
residence, winner must be guest’s parent or legal guardian. If in the judgment of Sponsor, air
travel is not required due to winner’s proximity to Glendale, AZ, ground transportation will be
substituted for round trip air travel at Sponsor’s sole and absolute discretion and the difference
in value will not be awarded. Sponsor shall not be responsible for any cancellations, delays,
diversions or substitution or any act or omissions whatsoever by the air carriers, hotels, venue
operators, transportation companies, prize providers or any other persons providing any Prize-
related services or accommodations. Sponsor is not liable for any missed prize events,
opportunities or expenses incurred as a result of flight cancellation/delay or ground
transportation delay. No refund or compensation will be made in the event of the cancellation
or delay of any transportation or other prize element except at the sole and absolute discretion
of Sponsor. Winner and winner’s guest are also responsible for obtaining travel insurance (and
all other forms of insurance) at their option and acknowledge that Sponsor has not and will not
obtain or provide travel insurance or any other form of insurance. Travel is subject to the terms
and conditions set forth in these Official Rules and those set forth by Sponsor’s transportation
carrier(s) of choice. Lost, stolen or damaged airline tickets, game tickets, or gift card will not be
replaced or exchanged. Transportation carrier, hotel, and stadium regulations and conditions
apply and in the event that the winner or winner’s guest engages in behavior that (as
determined by Sponsor or any prize provider in its or their sole and absolute discretion) is
obnoxious, inappropriate, threatening, illegal or that is intended to annoy, abuse, threaten or
harass any other person, Sponsor reserves the right to terminate the prize trip or other
applicable experience early.
Five (5) verified prize winners will each receive a 2nd place prize of a $500 AutoZone Gift
Card. Approximate retail value (“ARV”): $500. Ten (10) verified prize winners will each receive
a 3rd place prize of a $100 AutoZone Gift Card. Approximate retail value (“ARV”): $100.
All winners are solely responsible for all federal, state, and local taxes and other fees
associated with prize receipt, regardless of whether prize is used in whole or in part. Prizes are
awarded “as is” with no warranty or guarantee, either express or implied by Sponsor. No
transfer, assignment, cash redemption, or substitution of prizes is permitted, except by
Sponsor, who reserves the right to substitute a prize (or portion thereof) for a prize of
comparable or greater value, in Sponsor’s sole discretion. All prize details are in Sponsor’s
sole discretion. In no event, shall Sponsor’s prize liability exceed the ARV of the prize. By
accepting the prize, winner represents that he/she understands that travel, whether by plane,
automobile, or other conveyance, contain some inherent element of risk of accident, illness,
injury, loss or death, which may be caused by negligence, forces of nature, or other agencies,
known or unknown. Grand prize winner and guest represent that they recognize that such
risks may be present at any time before, during and after the prize trip.
WINNER NOTIFICATION: Potential winners will be notified via overnight delivery service
and/or email address (at Sponsor’s discretion) (the “Winner Notification”). Included with the
Winner Notification will be an Affidavit of Eligibility and Liability/Publicity Release (where legal).
The potential winner must complete, sign, notarize and return the Affidavit of Eligibility and
Liability/Publicity Release (where legal) within ten (10) days of the date Winner Notification is
sent or potential winner will be disqualified, and prize will be forfeited. If winner is at least 18
years of age but considered a minor in his/her jurisdiction of residence, winner’s parent or
legal guardian must sign the Affidavit of Eligibility and Liability/Publicity Release (where legal)
on minor’s behalf and accompany the minor winner on the trip as his/her guest. Guest of grand
prize winner must be of legal age of majority in his/her jurisdiction of residence (and at least
18), unless the guest is a child or legal ward of the winner. Guest must execute and return a
liability/publicity release prior to issuance of prize. If a guest is child or legal ward of winner,
winner must sign and return release on behalf of such child or legal ward. Failure to return the
documents listed above within the specified time-period, the return of a Winner Notification as
undeliverable, noncompliance with these Official Rules, or Sponsor’s inability to contact a
potential winner within a reasonable time-period, or Sponsor’s determination that a potential
winner is ineligible or not in compliance with the Official Rules may result in disqualification of
potential winner and forfeiture of prize, and Sponsor may select an alternate winner at random
from all remaining eligible entries, if time permits. Sponsor is not responsible for potential
winner’s change of phone number, email address, or mailing address.
TERMS AND CONDITIONS: By participating in the Sweepstakes, entrants agree to abide by
and be bound by the Official Rules, Sponsor’s Privacy Policy
(https://www.autolite.com/about/history/privacy-policy) and by the decisions of the Sponsor,
which shall be final and binding in all respects. By entering the Sweepstakes, entrants agree:
(a) that Sponsor, AutoZone, Inc., DeanHouston, their respective parent companies, affiliates,
subsidiaries, distributors, sales representatives, advertising, sales promotion and judging
agencies and each of their respective shareholders, directors, officers, employees and
agencies (“Released Parties”) will have no liability whatsoever for any injuries, losses, harm,
damage, cost, or expense, including, without limitation, any personal injury, arising from or in
connection with participation in the Sweepstakes; (b) under no circumstances will entrant be
permitted to obtain awards for, and entrant hereby waives all rights to claim punitive,
incidental, consequential, or any other damages, other than for actual out-of-pocket expenses;
(c) all causes of action arising out of or connected with this Sweepstakes, or any prize
awarded, shall be resolved individually, without resort to any form of class action; and (d) any
and all claims, judgments, and award shall be limited to actual out-of-pocket costs incurred,
excluding attorneys’ fees and court costs. SOME JURISDICTIONS DO NOT ALLOW THE
LIMITATION OR EXCLUSION OF LIABILITY FOR INCIDENTAL OR CONSEQUENTIAL
DAMAGES, SO THE ABOVE MAY NOT APPLY TO YOU. If you are selected as a winner,
your information may be included in a publicly-available winners list. CAUTION: ANY
ATTEMPT BY AN ENTRANT TO DELIBERATELY UNDERMINE THE LEGITIMATE
OPERATION OF THE SWEEPSTAKES OR SWEEPSTAKES WEBSITE MAY BE A
VIOLATION OF CRIMINAL AND CIVIL LAWS. SHOULD SUCH AN ATTEMPT BE MADE,
SPONSOR RESERVES THE RIGHT TO DISQUALIFY SUCH ENTRANT AND SEEK
DAMAGES FROM ANY SUCH ENTRANT TO THE FULLEST EXTENT PERMITTED BY
LAW. By accepting a prize, winner agrees to release the Released Parties from any and all
liability whatsoever for any injuries, losses, harm, damage, cost, and/or expenses whatsoever
(including without limitation, all attorneys’ fees and court costs incurred) arising from or in
connection with participation in the Sweepstakes, the awarding, receipt, possession, use, or
misuse of a prize, or participation in any prize-related activity including related travel.
Acceptance of prize will further constitute and signify winner’s (or his/her parent/legal guardian
if 18 but considered a minor in their jurisdiction of residence) agreement and consent that
Sponsor and/or Sponsor’s assignee may use a winner’s name, likeness and/or prize and
biographical information in any media worldwide without limitation for promotional purposes
without further compensation except where prohibited. If, for any reason, the Sweepstakes is
not capable of running as planned by any cause, including fraud, computer virus and
electronic, network, computer or other technical malfunctions, which, in the sole opinion of the
Sponsor, corrupts or affects the administration, security, fairness, integrity or proper conduct of
the Sweepstakes, Sponsor reserves the right, at its sole discretion to cancel, terminate, modify
or suspend the Sweepstakes and, if terminated, at Sponsor’s discretion, to select the winners
in a random drawing from among all eligible, non-suspect entries received up to time of such
action or as otherwise deemed fair and equitable by Sponsor. If due to a production or other
error, more prize winners are identified than are intended to be awarded as stated in these
Official Rules, prizes will be awarded in a random drawing from all such claims received.
GOVERNING LAW: By entering, entrants agree that all issues and questions concerning the
construction, validity, interpretation and enforceability of these Official Rules, entrant’s rights
and obligations, or the rights and obligations of the Sponsor with respect to the Sweepstakes,
shall be governed by, and construed in accordance with, the laws of State of Ohio without
giving effect to any choice of law or conflict of law rules. By entering, entrants consent to the
jurisdiction and venue of the federal, state and local courts located in Cuyahoga County, OH.
