GENERAL:

The “Outdoor Giveaway” contest (the “Contest”) is sponsored by Dufresne Spencer Group L.L.C. dba Ashley having retail loca
ti
ons in Arkansas, Illinois,
Indiana, Kentucky, Louisiana, Michigan, Mississippi, Missouri, New Mexico, Ohio, Tennessee, and Texas. No purchase is necessary. These are the o
ffi
cial rules
for the Contest (“Rules”). Valid at all par
ti
cipa
ti
ng DSG Ashley loca
ti
ons. The Contest starts at 10 a.m. CST on Tuesday, March 21st, 2023 (the “Start Date”) and
ends at 9:00 p.m. PST on Monday, September 4th, 2023 (the “End Date”) (the period from the Start Date to the End Date referred to herein as the “Contest
Period”). There are 167 days in the Contest Period.

ELIGIBILITY:

The Contest is open to all persons who have reached the age of majority at the

me of entry (18 years of age or older). Employees of the Sponsor, its a
ffi
liated
companies or agents, their respec
ti
ve adver
ti
sing or promo
ti
onal agencies, the third par
ti
es engaged by the Sponsor to assist it in administering the Contest,
or a member of any such employee’s immediate family (regardless of where they live) or persons with whom they are domiciled (whether related to the
employee or not) are prohibited from par
ti
cipa
ti
ng in the Contest. In these O
ffi
cial Rules, “immediate family” includes mother, father, brothers, sisters, sons,
daughters, partners, and/or spouses.

HOW TO ENTER:

Par
ti
cipants can enter to win the “Outdoor Giveaway” by submi
tti
ng an online entry form. No purchase is necessary to enter to win. All responders must
provide a complete name, phone number, and valid email address to be eligible. All customers who sign up will agree to receive promo
ti
onal emails and
mailers.

CONTEST PRIZES:

The contest will have (1) Winners. The winner will receive $3000 in Ashley Credits. The credits will be added to a customer account for in-store use at any DSG
Ashley loca
ti
on only. The Prizes consist of the pre-tax amount of the purchase that was the basis for the selected entry. Winner is responsible for paying
delivery fees, protec
ti
on plans, and taxes.

DRAWS FOR PRIZES:

An email must be provided for an entry to be considered valid. (1) Winner will be selected at the end of the contest period. The winner will be randomly
selected. The selected contestants will be no
ti
fi
ed by email based on the contact informa
ti
on provided by the contestant to the Sponsor when submi
tti
ng
their entry. In the event that the selected contestant (i) cannot be contacted within (2) business days of being selected, another contestant will be selected,
and the process outlined above will be repeated un
ti
l a winner is declared.

The odds of winning a prize is depending on the number of eligible entries submi

By entering the contest, the entrants selected as poten

al winners declare that they have complied with the Rules (including but not limited to the
requirement that the entrant had reached the age of majority by the Start Date), release Sponsor, its a

sing and promo
ti

agencies, the contest judging organiza
ti
on, others involved in the development and execu
ti
on of the Contest, and their respec
ti
ve shareholders, o
ffi
cers,
directors, employees, agents, and representa
ti
ves from all liability in connec
ti
on with the Contest and the contestant’s entry into the Contest, and indemni

es
Sponsor and the other par
ti
es covered by the release from and against any third party claims resul
ti
ng from the entrant’s par
ti
cipa
ti
on in the Contest.

GENERAL:

The Rules govern all aspects of the Contest. All decisions regarding the Contest and the selec
ti
on of the prize winners are to be made by the Sponsor and are
fi
nal. Entrants who do not abide by these Rules are subject to disquali
fi
ca
ti
on. Prizes are non-transferable and must be accepted as awarded, with no
subs
ti
tu
ti
ons, except at the Sponsor’s sole discre
ti
on. Winners must be legal residents of par
ti
cipa
ti
ng states and 18 years of age or older. The contest is
subject to all applicable federal, provincial, and municipal laws. Sponsor, its agencies, and its media partners are not responsible for lost, stolen, delayed,
damaged, or misdirected entries or for the failure of any system during the Contest, for any problems or technical malfunc

on of any telephone network or
lines, computer online systems, servers, access providers, computer equipment, so
ft
ware or any computer related to or resul
ti
ng from interac
ti
ng with the
Sponsor’s during the course of the Contest. Sponsor reserves the right to terminate or to amend this Contest at any

me and in any way, without prior no
ti
ce,
if any factor interferes with its proper conduct as contemplated by these Rules. Sponsor reserves the right to vary any of the Rules at any

me and from

me without no

ce at its absolute discre

on. In the event of a con

ict, these Rules shall prevail over any of the contents of any other materials concerning
this Contest.
