1. ELIGIBILITY
Open to legal residents of the 50 United States and the District of Columbia, 18 years of age and older as of date of Game Play.

2. PROMOTION PERIOD
Dove Dry Spray Instant Win begins at12:00 p.m. Eastern Time on January 28, 2015 and ends at 12:00 p.m. ET on March 11, 2015

3.HOW TO PLAY
During the Promotion Period, visit dove.com and follow the on screen instructions to complete all required registration information including
• a description (in 140 characters or less) of why you love Dove Dry Spray products or why you would like to try Dove Dry Spray products (the “Testimonial”). Then, share your Testimonial via Twitter or Facebook (the “Initial Game Play”) to find out if you are an Instant Winner (“Instant Win Chance”).
• You may also upload an optional photo (“Photo”) of yourself (the “Entrant”) if you would like your picture and Testimonial to be featured on a Sponsor-selected digital Dove ad (in Sponsor’s sole discretion). Agreeing to be in the Dove digital ad will have no bearing on winner determination. Entrant must be the only person depicted in the photo.
• Subsequent to Initial Game Play, you may share your Testimonial via Twitter or Facebook (whichever social channel you did not share on in the Initial Game Play) (the “Second Game Play”) to receive an additional Instant Win Chance. The Initial Game Play must be completed in order to receive the Second Game Play. Limit up to two (2) Instant Win Chances per person. Your Game Play(s) must be uploaded in accordance with the Facebook Terms of Service (https://www.facebook.com/legal/terms) or Twitter Terms of Service (https://twitter.com/tos). You must have a Facebook or Twitter account to receive an Instant Win Chance. Potential winners will be required to show proof of being the authorized account holder of the Facebook or Twitter account associated with the Game Play. All Initial Game Plays and subsequent Second Game Plays must be completed by 12:00 p.m. ET on March 11, 2015. Initial Game Play and Second Game Play will be collectively referred to herein as Game Play (“Game Play”). Normal Internet access and usage charges imposed by your on-line service will apply. If entering via mobile, you agree that you are solely responsible for all message and data charges that you incur. All such charges are billed by and payable to your mobile service provider. Automated Instant Win Chance, or those generated by script or bot are not eligible. All Instant Win Chances must be complete to be eligible. All Instant Win Chances become property of the Sponsor and will not be returned.

4. GAME PLAY/ PHOTO REQUIREMENTS :
In order to play, Entrants must comply with registration instructions when submitting their Initial or Second Game Play. Photo must be no larger than 5MB and.gif, .jpeg, or .png format. The Game Play/Photo may not contain obscene, profane, lewd, defamatory or inappropriate images/text including no nudity, acts of violence or acts that appear to cause harm or are illegal/dangerous, as determined at Sponsor’s sole discretion. Any Game Play/Photo or portion thereof that is, in the Sponsor’s sole discretion, obscene, profane, lewd, defamatory, highlights brand in a negative way, contains any third party materials, or otherwise violates or infringes (or may infringe) any copyright, trademark, logo (other than Dove), mark that identifies a brand or other proprietary right of any person living or deceased (including but not limited to rights of privacy or publicity or portrayal in a false light) or entity, or is otherwise objectionable, will not be considered and may disqualify the Entrant. Entrants may not copy or otherwise plagiarize the Testimonial from any source. Sponsor has the sole discretion to determine whether a Testimonial qualifies as a Game Play. Testimonial must be in English. All Game Plays/Photos must be the sole, original work of the Entrants. By submitting a Game Play/Photo, you hereby grant the Sponsor, its affiliates, subsidiaries, assigns, licensees, designees and legal representatives the irrevocable, perpetual, worldwide digital and other rights to use, reproduce, edit, market, store, distribute, have distributed, publicly and privately display, communicate, publicly and privately perform, transmit, have transmitted, create derivative works based upon, and promote the Game Plays/Photos or excerpts of Game Plays/Photos (as such may be edited and modified by the Sponsor at its discretion) for editorial, commercial, promotional and all other purposes (including posting on Sponsor-affiliated websites, Social Media sites and/or other Sponsor-selected media). In addition, you hereby assign to the Sponsor all rights, titles, and interests that you may be deemed to have in any reproduction, product, or derivative work using or incorporating the Game Play/Photo. You further agree to waive any moral rights in the Game Play/Photo. Automated, script, macro or robotic Game Plays submitted by individuals or organizations will be disqualified. If, at Sponsor’s sole discretion, the Game Play appears to have resulted in any injury or bodily harm, it will be rejected. Game Plays/Photos must be in keeping with Sponsor’s image and may not be offensive, as determined by Sponsor at its sole discretion, nor can it defame or invade publicity rights or privacy rights of any person, living or deceased, or otherwise infringe upon any person’s personal or proprietary rights. In such an event, the Game Play/Photo will be disqualified from the Promotion. Any Game Play/Photo not in compliance with the above and does not meet the Website’s requirements will be disqualified.

5. PRIZES
Instant Win Prize 1 (26 total):
$100 Sponsor-selected Spa gift card. Odds of winning an Instant Win Prize 1 are 1:3,846.
Instant Win Prize 2 (50 total): $50 Sponsor-selected dining gift card. Odds of winning an Instant Win Prize 2 are 1:2,000.
Instant Win Prize 3 (200 total): $25 Sponsor-selected movie gift card. Odds of winning an Instant Win Prize 3 are 1:500. Limit one (1) Instant Win Prize per person for the Promotion Period. Any unclaimed/unredeemed prizes will not be awarded. All Instant Win Prizes will be mailed to the winners approximately 8-10 weeks after the conclusion of the Promotion to the mailing address submitted at the time of registration. Gif cards subject to restrictions and expiration dates may apply. Prizes are awarded “as is” with no warranty or guarantee, either express or implied by Sponsor. Prize is nontransferable and no cash substitution is allowed except by the Sponsor, who reserves the right to award a prize of equal or greater value if advertised prize is unavailable for any reason.

6.GENERAL RULES:
Return of prize or prize notification as undeliverable may result in disqualification and forfeiture of prize. Acceptance of prize constitutes permission to use winner’s name and likeness for promotional purposes without further compensation except where prohibited by law. Winners, by accepting a prize and all participants, as a condition of Game Play, agree, as applicable, to release and hold harmless Sponsor, its respective parent, subsidiaries, divisions, affiliates, suppliers, distributors and advertising, promotional and judging agencies and their respective officers, directors, shareholders, members, employees, agents, assigns, and all others associated with the development and execution of the Promotion, from and against any and all liability, claims or actions of any kind whatsoever, for injuries, death, damages, or losses to persons or property which may be sustained in connection with submitting an Instant Win Chance or otherwise participating in any aspect of the Promotion, the receipt, ownership or use of prize awarded, or while preparing for, participating in or from any prize-related activity or for any typographical or other error in these Official Rules or the announcement or offering of the prizes. In case of dispute, online Instant Win Chance will be declared to be made by the authorized account holder of the e-mail address submitted at the time of Game Play. “Authorized account holder” is defined as the natural person who is assigned to an e-mail address by an Internet Access provider, Online Service provider, or other organization (e.g., business, educational institution etc.) that is responsible for assigning e-mail addresses for the domain associated with the submitted e-mail address. Sponsor reserves the right at its sole discretion to disqualify any individual that tampers or attempts to tamper with the Game Play or Instant Win Chance process or the operation of the Promotion or Website; violates these Official Rules; acts in an unsportsmanlike or disruptive manner: or acts with intent to annoy, abuse, threaten or harass any other person. Sponsor and its Administrators are not responsible for technical, hardware or software malfunctions, telephone failures of any kind, lost or unavailable network connections, or failed, incorrect, inaccurate, incomplete, garbled or delayed electronic communications, whether caused by the sender, by any of the equipment or programming associated with or utilized in the Promotion which may limit the ability to participate, or by any human error which may occur in the processing of the Instant Win Chances and administration of the Promotion. Sponsor reserves the right to cancel, terminate or modify the Promotion if it cannot be completed as planned for any reason, including infection by computer virus, bugs, tampering, unauthorized intervention, technical failures or corruption of any sort. In such event, Sponsor will award all Instant Win Prizes claimed prior to the date of cancellation. As a condition of participating in the Promotion, participant (or parent/legal guardian if participant is a minor in his/her state of residence) agrees that: 1) under no circumstance will participant be permitted to obtain awards for, and participant hereby waives all rights to claim, punitive, incidental, consequential or any other damages, other than for out-of-pocket expenses; 2) all causes of action arising out of or connected with this Promotion, or any prize awarded, shall be resolved individually, without resort to any form of class action; and 3) any and all claims, judgments, and award shall be limited to actual out-of-pocket costs incurred, but in no event attorneys’ fees.
