ION Television’s “Jet Set Sweepstakes” (the “Sweepstakes”) starts on April 22, 2019 at 10:00 a.m. Eastern Time (“ET”) and ends on May 5, 2019 at 11:59 p.m. ET (the “Sweepstakes Period”). Following the Sweepstakes Period, a random drawing will be conducted to select one (1) potential Prize Winner. The Prize Winner may be featured, at Sponsor’s discretion, on-air and/or on Sponsor’s or its affiliates’ websites, on one or multiple occasions prior to December 1, 2019.

ELIGIBILITY: The Sweepstakes is open to legal residents that physically reside in the fifty (50) U.S. or the District of Columbia and are the legal age of majority in the jurisdiction in which they reside (and at least eighteen (18) years old) as of date of entry. Entries originating from any other jurisdiction are not eligible for entry. Employees, officers and directors of ION Media Entertainment, Inc. (“Sponsor”), its parent companies, subsidiaries, affiliates, and those entities involved in the preparation of materials and/or administration of this Sweepstakes, and the immediate family members (parents, spouses, children and siblings and their spouses, regardless of where they reside) and those living in the same household (whether or not related) of such individuals are not eligible to enter or win. Subject to all applicable federal, state and local laws. VOID WHERE PROHIBITED. The information you provide as detailed below will only be used in connection with this Sweepstakes or in connection with promotional or other activities of Sponsor.

HOW TO ENTER: An eligible entrant (each such eligible entrant, a “Participant”) can enter the Sweepstakes during the Sweepstakes Period by (i) visiting http://iontelevision.com/JetSetSweeps (the “Website”), (ii) providing an email address, and (iii) successfully performing any of the actions listed on the Website (each, an “Entry Method” and together, the “Entry Methods”) in accordance with the instructions listed on the Website and these Official Rules. Entries submitted via any of the Entry Methods shall each be referred to herein as an “Entry” and collectively as the “Entries”. By submitting an Entry, you accept these Official Rules and agree to be bound by the decisions of Sponsor, which will be final.

For any Entry Methods listed on the Website requiring Participant’s use of Instagram, Twitter or Facebook:

Instagram Entry Methods: For Entries made via any Instagram Entry Methods listed on the Website, follow the instructions on the Website to (i) launch the Instagram application on your web-enabled device and (ii) post a photo during the Sweepstakes Period with all hashtags listed in the instructions for such Entry Method. Before entering the Sweepstakes, the “Photos Are Private” option in your Instagram account settings must be set to “OFF”. Entries uploaded from private Instagram accounts will not be eligible. It is not necessary to purchase any product to enter. No individuals other than the Participant may be included in any photograph submitted as part of an Entry.
All Entries made via Instagram must comply with these Official Rules and Instagram’s terms of use. Entries that do not comply with these Official Rules and Instagram’s terms of use may be disqualified in Sponsor’s sole discretion. You must have the Instagram application and a public Instagram account to enter via this method. If you do not have the Instagram application, you may download it through the application store on your device. The Instagram application is free.
Twitter Entry Methods: For Entries made via any Twitter Entry Methods listed on the Website, follow the instructions on the Website to (i) launch the Twitter application on your web-enabled device and (ii) tweet (or re-tweet, as directed in the Entry Method instructions) a photo or caption during the Sweepstakes Period with all hashtags listed in the instructions for such Entry Method. Before entering the Sweepstakes, the “Private” option in your Twitter account settings must be set to “OFF”. Entries uploaded from private Twitter accounts will not be eligible. It is not necessary to purchase any product to enter. No individuals other than the Participant may be included in any photograph submitted as part of an Entry.
All Entries made via Twitter must comply with these Official Rules and Twitter’s terms of use. Entries that do not comply with these Official Rules and Twitter’s terms of use may be disqualified in Sponsor’s sole discretion. You must have the Twitter application and a public Twitter account to enter via this method. If you do not have the Twitter application, you may download it at no cost through the application store on your device. The Twitter application is free.
Facebook Entry Methods: All Entries made via Facebook must comply with these Official Rules and Facebook’s terms of use. Entries that do not comply with these Official Rules and Facebook’s terms of use may be disqualified in Sponsor’s sole discretion. If you do not have a Facebook account, you may create one with internet access. A Facebook account is free.
NOTE: IF YOU CHOOSE TO ENTER VIA FACEBOOK, TWITTER OR INSTAGRAM USING YOUR MOBILE DEVICE, STANDARD DATA FEES MAY APPLY. YOU SHOULD CONSULT YOUR WIRELESS SERVICE PROVIDER’S PRICING PLAN FOR DETAILS. The number of Entries received for successfully performing an Entry Method (and any limitations or caps on the number of Entries received for performing such Entry Method during the Sweepstakes Period) will be set forth across from each such Entry Method on the Website. NOTE: For any “Refer a Friend” Entry Method, you will only receive the number of Entries set across from such Entry Method once a friend successfully completes at least one Entry Method in accordance with these Official Rules. Entries will not be judged or scored. Any attempt by any Participant to obtain more than the stated number of Entries by using multiple/different email addresses, Instagram, Facebook or Twitter accounts, identities, registrations and/or logins, or any other methods may void that Participant’s Entries and that Participant may be disqualified in Sponsor’s discretion. Entries generated by script, macro or other automated means or by any means which subvert the entry process are void. Entries received from any Participant or email address in excess of the daily limitation specified above will be void. Multiple Participants are not permitted to share the same Instagram, Facebook or Twitter accounts. Eligible Participants using multiple/different Instagram, Facebook or Twitter account to enter the Sweepstakes will be disqualified. In the event of a dispute as to any Entry submitted via Instagram, Facebook or Twitter, the authorized account holder of the email address used to register on the platform will be deemed to be the Participant. The “authorized account holder” is the natural person assigned an email address by an Internet access provider, online service provider or other organization responsible for assigning email addresses for the domain associated with the submitted address. Each potential winner may be required to show proof of being the authorized account holder.
RANDOM DRAWING: One (1) prize winner (the “Prize Winner”) will be selected in a random drawing from all completed, correct and eligible Entries under the supervision of the promotions department of Sponsor whose decisions are final in all matters pertaining to this Sweepstakes. Random drawing will take place on or about May 6, 2019. Odds of winning are dependent upon the total number of eligible entries received during the Sweepstakes Period.
WINNER NOTIFICATION: Potential prize winner will be notified by Sponsor via email to the email address that was provided at the time of Entry (the “Initial Winner Notification”). No prize will be awarded without winner validation and verification. A potential winner must respond within forty-eight (48) hours of Initial Winner Notification to provide a mailing address. In the event (i) the Initial Winner Notification is returned as undeliverable, (ii) Sponsor is unable to contact potential winner, (iii) potential winner does not respond with their mailing address within forty-eight (48) hours of the Initial Winner Notification, (iv)potential winner fails, in the sole discretion of Sponsor, to provide Sponsor with satisfactory proof of age, identity, or residency, (v) potential winner fails to sign and return any documentation requested by Sponsor within the time period specified by Sponsor, or (vi) potential winner is not in compliance with these Official Rules, such potential winner’s prize will be forfeited and, at Sponsor’s discretion, an alternate winner may be selected by a subsequent random drawing.
Prize: Each The Prize Winner will receive (i) one (1) Duffel bag, (ii) one (1) Swell water bottle, (iii) one (1) Mophie charger, (iv) one (1) $500 American Express Gift Card, and (v) one (1) UGG blanket. ((i), (ii), (iii), (iv) and (v) the “Prize”). Prize provided to Sponsor by the Prize Provider (as defined below). Exact prize awarded will be determined by Sponsor and Prize Provider, whose decisions and final determination of prize awarded will be final. Prize Winner may not substitute, assign or transfer Prize (or any portion thereof) or redeem Prize (or any portion thereof) for cash, but Sponsor reserves the right, at its sole discretion, to substitute any Prize (or portion thereof) with one of comparable or greater value. The Prize Winner is responsible for all applicable federal, state and local taxes, if any, as well as any other costs and expenses associated with Prize acceptance and use not specified herein as being provided. The Prize Winners may be issued certain tax forms for the retail value of the prize won. All Prize details are at Sponsor’s sole discretion. Approximate Retail Value (“ARV”) of the Prize: $700.00.
CONDITIONS OF PARTICIPATION: By participating, each Participant agrees: (i) to abide by (a) these Official Rules, (b) the ION Terms of Use located at (https://www.iontelevision.com/terms-of-use) and (c) decisions of Sponsor, which shall be final and binding in all respects relating to this Sweepstakes;(ii) to release, indemnify, discharge and hold harmless Sponsor, Instagram, Facebook, Twitter, Prize Provider and their respective affiliates, parents, subsidiaries, officers, directors, shareholders, employees, agents, representatives and advertising, promotion, and marketing agencies (collectively, the “Released Parties”) from any and all injuries, liability, losses and damages of any kind to persons, including death, or property resulting, in whole or in part, directly or indirectly, from Participant’s participation in the Sweepstakes or any Sweepstakes-related activity or the acceptance, possession, use or misuse of any awarded prize; (iii) to the use of his/her name, voice, performance, Entry, and/or likeness for programming, advertising, publicity and promotional purposes in any and all media, now or hereafter known, worldwide and on the internet, and in perpetuity by Sponsor and its designees, without compensation (unless prohibited by law) or additional consents from Participant or any third party and without prior notice, approval or inspection, and to execute specific consent to such use; and (iv) that Entries (and all components thereof) will not be acknowledged or returned. By participating, Participant also agrees not to release any publicity or other materials on their own or through someone else regarding their participation in the Sweepstakes without the prior consent of the Sponsor, which it may withhold in its sole discretion.
REPRESENTATIONS AND WARRANTIES: As used in these Official Rules, the term “Participant Submission” means any photographs, likenesses, artwork, computer-generated images or any other graphical or textual materials or content uploaded, submitted or otherwise provided to Sponsor by a Participant as part of an Entry, including, but not limited to, any Instagram, Facebook and/or Twitter posts made in connection with the Sweepstakes. Participant represents and warrants that any Participant Submission included as part of an Entry is non-professional and the sole, original work of Participant, and that he/she exclusively owns and/or controls all right, title and interest(including, without limitation, copyright) in and to such Participant Entry, and has secured any and all necessary third-party consents, rights, licenses and permissions required in order for Participant to enter into and comply with these Official Rules and to grant Sponsor the rights to use his/her Entry as contemplated in these Official Rules. Each Participant further represents and warrants that his/her Entry (including all Participant Submissions submitted in connection therewith): (i) complies with these Official Rules; (ii) does not infringe any third party’s copyright, patent, trademark, trade secret or other proprietary or intellectual rights or violate any third party rights of publicity or privacy; (iii) is not the subject of any actual or threatened litigation or claim; (iv) is not obscene, offensive, libelous, pornographic, threatening, abusive, contains illegal content, or is otherwise objectionable, as determined by the Sponsor, in its sole discretion; (v) does not constitute or encourage a criminal offense, or that would otherwise give rise to liability or violate any law; (vi) does not display any logos or trademarks not owned by Participant; (vii) does not contain any personal identification, such as license plate numbers, personal names, account information, e-mail addresses or street addresses; (viii) does not communicate messages or images inconsistent with the positive images and/or good will to which Sponsor wishes to associate, as determined by Sponsor in its sole discretion; (ix) does not include any disparaging remarks relating to the Sponsor or any third party; and (x) has not been previously published or submitted in any other competition. All Entries are subject to approval by Sponsor and Sponsor reserves the right to disqualify any Entry for any reason, in its sole and absolute discretion, including its determination in its sole discretion that an Entry fails to satisfy any of the above requirements.
LICENSE/USE OF ENTRIES: By submitting an Entry, you grant Sponsor a perpetual, worldwide, royalty-free, non-exclusive, sub-licensable, unconditional and transferable license to edit, modify, cut, rearrange, add to, delete from, reproduce, encode, store, modify, copy, transmit, publish, post, broadcast, display, adapt, exhibit and/or otherwise use or reuse your Entry(including, but not limited to, any Participant Submissions submitted in connection therewith) and your name, photograph, and any other biographical materials provided, in any and all media, throughout the world, and in any manner, for trade, advertising, promotional, commercial, or any other purposes without further review, notice, approval, consideration, or compensation to Participant or any third party.
ADDITIONAL TERMS: Released Parties are not responsible for lost, late, incomplete, damaged, inaccurate, stolen, delayed, misdirected, undelivered, postage-due mail or garbled Entries, or for lost, interrupted or unavailable network, server, Internet Service Provider(ISP), Website, Instagram, Facebook, Twitter or other connections, availability or accessibility or miscommunications or failed computer, satellite, telephone or cable transmissions, lines, or technical failure or jumbled, scrambled, delayed, or misdirected transmissions or computer or mobile device hardware or software malfunctions, failures or difficulties, or other errors or difficulties of any kind whether human, mechanical, electronic, computer, network, typographical, printing or otherwise relating to or in connection with the Sweepstakes, including, without limitation, errors or difficulties which may occur in connection with the administration of the Sweepstakes, the processing of Entries, Instagram, Facebook or Twitter posts, the announcement of the prizes, or in any Sweepstakes-related materials. Released Parties are also not responsible for any incorrect or inaccurate information, whether caused by site users, tampering, hacking, or by any equipment or programming associated with or utilized in the Sweepstakes. Released Parties are not responsible for injury or damage to any person’s computer or mobile device related to or resulting from participating in this Sweepstakes or use of Facebook, the Twitter application, the Instagram application or the Website. Persons who tamper with or abuse any aspect of the Sweepstakes, Instagram, Facebook, Twitter or the Website, who act in an unsportsmanlike or disruptive manner or who are in violation of these Official Rules, as solely determined by Sponsor, will be disqualified and all associated Entries will be void. Should any portion of the Sweepstakes be, in Sponsor’s sole opinion, compromised for any reason, including (but not limited to) by virus, worms, bugs, non-authorized human intervention or other causes which, in the sole opinion of the Sponsor, corrupt or impair the administration, security, fairness or proper play, or submission of Entries, Sponsor reserves the right, at its sole discretion, to void suspect Entries and to suspend, modify or terminate the Sweepstakes (or any portion thereof) and, if suspended or terminated, at its discretion, select the potential winner(s) in a random drawing from among all eligible, non-suspect Entries received up to the time of such action. INNO EVENT SHALL PARTICIPANT BE ENTITLED TO RECOVER, AND PARTICIPANT HEREBYWAIVES ALL RIGHTS TO CLAIM, PUNITIVE, EXEMPLARY, CONSEQUENTIAL, OR INCIDENTALDAMAGES, INCLUDING ATTORNEY’S FEES AND ALL OTHER SUCH RELATED COSTS OF BRINGINGA CLAIM.

PRIVACY: Sponsor will be collecting personal data about Participants in accordance with its privacy policy (http://www.iontelevision.com/terms-of-use#privacy). By participating in the Sweepstakes, Participant hereby (i) agrees to Sponsor’s collection and usage of their personal information in connection with the Sweepstakes and other promotions and activities of Sponsor, and (ii) acknowledge that they have read, accepted and are bound by Sponsor’s privacy policy.
CHOICEOF LAW: All issues and questions concerning the construction, validity, interpretation and enforceability of these Official Rules, or the rights and obligations of participant and Sponsor in connection with the Sweepstakes, shall be governed by, and construed in accordance with, the substantive laws of the State of New York, USA and any controversy or claim not settled by the parties arising out of or relating to this Sweepstakes will be resolved in New York City in a court of competent jurisdiction.
WINNER’S NAME: The name of all prize winners will be available after May 6, 2019 at http://iontelevision.com/contest-winnersfor a period of at least thirty (30) days.
