1.ELIGIBILITY:

The Command Brand™ Great Dorm Hookup Sweepstakes is open to legal residents of fifty (50) U.S. States and the District of Columbia, who are 18 (19 in AL & NE, MS is 21) years of age or older at the time of entry and are actively enrolled college students

2.HOW TO ENTER:

Beginning on 7/14/15 at 12:00:01 p.m. Central Time (CT) through 11:59:59 p.m. CT on 9/30/15 , a prospective Entrant may enter by either: A. Visiting http://www.facebook.com/Commandbrand (“Web Site”) and clicking on the Great Dorm Hookup tab to access the Command™ Brand Great Dorm Hookup Sweepstakes and following the online instructions to submit an entry. To enter via Facebook, you must have a valid Facebook account and agree to the Facebook Terms of Service, located at http://www.facebook.com/terms.php, and the Facebook Privacy Policy, located at http://www.facebook.com/policy.php. Registration on Facebook must be completed before an entry can be submitted. Facebook membership is free. Any Facebook Promotion-related participation must be by the authorized Facebook account holder. “Authorized account holder” is deemed as the natural person who is assigned to a Facebook account. Entrant must accurately and truthfully complete all mandatory elements of the official entry form, including a) complete first and last name, address (no P.O. boxes), city, state, ZIP code, email address and college/university/higher education institution name, and confirm that you meet eligibility requirements and agree to the Official Rules (“Entry”). Entries that do not comply with the requirements specified in these Official Rules, the Site or other communications or determinations by Sponsor and its Promotions agents will be disqualified. Entry and continuing participation in the Promotion is subject at any time to verification by Sponsor. Please Note: Limit one (1) Entry per person through the contest period.

3.PROMOTION WEEKLY AND FINAL RANDOM DRAWINGS:

All eligible Promotion Entries will automatically be entered into the weekly random drawings, as described below. Each calendar week during the Promotion Period (as specified below in the dates associated with each “RANDOM DRAWING #”), three (3) potential weekly prize winners will be selected in random weekly drawings from among all eligible Entries for a total of eight (8) weeks. Nonwinning entries will be carried over into subsequent weekly drawing periods, if any. Odds of winning a weekly prize depend on the number of eligible Entries received by the Entry deadlines for each “RANDOM DRAWING #”. Limit one (1) weekly random drawing prize per person. Potential weekly winners (subject to verification) will be notified by email or mail within three (3) business days of that week’s random drawing. Potential winners for grand prize and first prizes will be chosen from all eligible entries received during the Promotion Period. Potential grand prize and first prize winners will be randomly selected and notified on or about 10/2/15. The odds of winning a grand or first prize depend on the number of eligible entries received.

4. PRIZE DESCRIPTIONS AND APPROXIMATE RETAIL VALUES (“ARV”):

(1) Grand Prize: a $2,500 VISA® Gift Card and a $100 Command™ Product Prize Pack. ARV: $2,600. (3) First Prizes: a $500 VISA® Gift Card and a $100 Command™ Product Prize Pack. ARV: $600 each prize. (24) Weekly Random Drawing Prizes (3 winners drawn per weekly drawing for a total of 8 weeks): a $25 Command™ Product Prize Pack. ARV: $25 each prize.
• Total ARV of all prizes: $5,000.
Gift Card is not exchangeable or redeemable for cash and is subject to all terms and conditions of use as established by issuer. Prizes are non-transferable except as provided herein or at the discretion of the Sponsor. Sponsor reserves the right to substitute a prize of equal or greater value if for any reason an advertised prize cannot be awarded as intended by these Rules; and potential winners agree to such substitution as a condition of Entry in this Promotion.

5.GENERAL:

Winners are responsible for payment of any income taxes on prizes under applicable federal, state and local laws. Potential grand and first prize winners will be required to sign and return an Affidavit of Eligibility/Release of Liability/Publicity Release Form (where legal), within 10 days of notification. Potential grand and first prize winners will be required to provide a photo copy of their valid current student identification card. In the event that a photo copy of the valid current student ID is not available, potential grand and first prize winners may be asked to provide a copy of their recent college/university transcript or tuition invoice. In the event of non-compliance with these requirements, prize may be forfeited. In the event that a prize or prize notification is returned as undeliverable, such prize will be forfeited and prize will be awarded to an alternate prize winner selected via random draw. In the event a weekly prize is returned as undeliverable, such weekly prize will be forfeited and an alternate prize winner will be selected via random draw from that week’s eligible entries. By participating, Entrants release 3M, together with Facebook, Inc., their respective parent companies, affiliates, subsidiaries, advertising and promotional agencies and each of their respective directors, officers, agents and employees (Released Parties), from any and all liability with respect to participation in the Promotion or to acceptance or use (or misuse) of any prize or to participation in any prize-related activities or any use of the Entry submitted by Sponsor. Final 9/30/15 10/2/15 participation in the Promotion. Except where prohibited by law, by accepting prize, Winners agree to use of their first name and first initial of surname, address (city and state only), Entry and any statements made by Winners regarding the Promotion or Sponsor (provided same are true) for advertising or publicity purposes worldwide without limitation, including the internet, and without compensation, and further grants Sponsor any and all rights to said use. Released Parties are not responsible for lost, late, damaged, delayed, mutilated, misdirected Entries, or incomplete Entries, Entries not received by Entry deadline, interrupted or unavailable network, server or other connections, mis-communications, failed telephone, computer hardware, software and other technical failures of any kind, including injury or damage to any person’s computer relating to or resulting from participating in or experiencing any materials in connection with the Promotion, unauthorized human intervention, garbled, jumbled or delayed computer transmissions or other errors of any kind, whether human, mechanical or electronic, including without limitation, the incorrect or inaccurate capture of Entry information online regardless of cause that may limit a user’s ability to participate in the Promotion. Sponsor reserves the right to prohibit the participation of an individual if fraud or tampering is suspected, or if the individual fails to comply with any requirement of participation as stated herein or with any provision in these Official Rules.

6. INTERNET CAUTION:

ANY ATTEMPT BY AN INDIVIDUAL TO DELIBERATELY DAMAGE ANY WEBSITE OR UNDERMINE THE LEGITIMATE OPERATION OF THIS PROMOTION IS A VIOLATION OF CRIMINAL AND CIVIL LAWS, AND SHOULD SUCH AN ATTEMPT BE MADE, SPONSOR RESERVES THE RIGHT TO SEEK DAMAGES FROM ANY SUCH INDIVIDUAL TO THE FULLEST EXTENT PERMITTED BY LAW INCLUDING CRIMINAL PROSECUTION. Sponsor reserves the right to cancel or modify Promotion if fraud, misconduct or technical failures compromise the integrity or fairness of the Promotion; or if a computer virus, bug, or other technical problem corrupts the administration, security, or proper administration of the Promotion as determined by Sponsor/administrator, in their sole discretion. In the event of cancellation, a notice will be posted online, entries received prior to termination will be placed in random drawings and prizes awarded from among all eligible, non-suspect entries received prior to the event requiring cancellation. Multiple Entrants are not permitted to share the same email address. Any attempt by an entrant to obtain more than one (1) Entry by using multiple/different email addresses, Facebook accounts, or any other methods will void that entrant’s entries and that entrant may be disqualified. Entrant agrees that: (i) any and all disputes, claims and causes of action arising out of or connected with this Promotion shall be resolved individually, without resort to any form of class action, and exclusively by the United States District Court for St. Paul, Minnesota or the appropriate Minnesota State Court located in St. Paul, Minnesota; (ii) any and all claims, judgments and awards shall be limited to actual out-of-pocket costs incurred, including costs associated with entering this Promotion but in no event attorneys’ fees; and (iii) under no circumstances will Entrant be permitted to obtain awards for and Entrant hereby waives all rights to claim punitive, incidental and/or consequential damages and any other damages, other than for actual out-of-pocket expenses, and any and all rights to have damages multiplied or otherwise increased. 7.LIMITATIONS OF LIABILITY:

Neither the Sponsor, Facebook nor any of its respective parents, affiliates, subsidiaries, franchisees or advertising and promotion agencies or prize suppliers or any of their respective officers, directors, employees, representatives and agents (collectively, “Released Parties”) will have any liability whatsoever for, and shall be held harmless by Entrants against, any liability, for any injuries, losses or damages of any kind, to persons, or property resulting in whole or in part, directly or indirectly, from acceptance, possession, misuse or use of any prize (including without limitation any travel or activity related thereto) or participation in this Promotion.

8.GRANT OF PUBLICITY:

Winner, by acceptance of prize, except where legally prohibited, grants permission for Sponsor and its designees to use his/her name, address (city and state), photograph, voice and/or other likeness and prize information for advertising, trade and promotional purposes relating to this Promotion without further compensation, in all media now known or hereafter discovered, worldwide in perpetuity, without notice or review or approval.

9.GOVERNING LAW/JURISDICTION:

All issues and questions concerning the construction, validity, interpretation and enforceability of these Official Rules or the rights and obligations of participants or Sponsor in connection with the Promotion shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the internal laws of the state of Minnesota, without giving effect to any choice of law or conflict of law rules or provisions that would cause the application of any other state laws. Claims may not be resolved through any form of class action. Venue for all suits will be in the state of Minnesota.

10.SEVERABILITY:

If any provision(s) of these Official Rules are held to be invalid or unenforceable, all remaining provisions hereof will remain in full force and effect.

11.ENTRANT INFORMATION:

Entrants understand that they are providing their information to Sponsor and not to Facebook. The information Entrants provide will only be collected in accordance with Sponsor’s privacy policy available at www.3M.com/Privacy

12.WINNER LIST

For a list of winners, send an email, indicating the name of this Promotion and your request to commandbrand@mmm.com. Requests must be received by 9/30/15 and responses will be made after winners are confirmed.
