The “Bud & Burgers Championship” is open to residents of the United States who are 21 years of age or older.

3.PHASE ONE:

Promotion Submission Period: The Promotion Submission Period begins at 6:00:00 p.m. EDT on April 7, 2014 and ends at 11:59:59 p.m. EDT on June 14, 2015 (“Promotion Submission Period”). The Promotion Submission Period is divided into ten (10) entry periods (each an “Entry Period”) as outlined in the chart below:

(b) Instagram: Mention @budweiser and use the hashtags #BudandBurgers and #Contest, and post a video of you and your burger and describe why you deserve to be the 2015 Bud & Burger Champion (also a “Video Entry” or “Entry”); or, post a photo of you and your burger and include a caption describing why you deserve to be the 2015 Bud & Burger Champion (also a “Photo Entry” or “Entry”). You must be a registered user of Instagram in order to enter the Promotion via Instagram. Instagram registration is free and can be obtained by logging on towww.instagram.com and following the online instructions to open an account.
(c) Twitter: Post a video of you and your burger and describe why you deserve to be the 2015 Bud & Burger Champion, mention @budweiser and use the hashtags #BudandBurgers and #Contest (also a “Video Entry” or “Entry”); or, post a photo of you and your burger and tweet why you deserve to be the 2015 Bud & Burger Champion and use the hashtags #BudandBurgers and #Contest (also a “Photo Entry” or “Entry”). You must be a registered user of Twitter and follow @budweiser on Twitter at http://www.twitter.com/budweiser in order to enter via Twitter. Twitter registration is free and can be obtained by logging on to www.twitter.com and following the online instructions to open an account.
For Photo Entries: Entries must be in English and are limited to one-hundred forty (140) characters in length. Photo must be less than 10mb and in one (1) of the following formats: .jpg, .png, .bmp or .gif.
For Video Entries: Entries must be in English and are limited to fifteen (15) seconds or less in length. If any Entry exceeds fifteen (15) seconds in length, only the first fifteen (15) seconds of the video will be judged. Videos must be less and 100mb and in one (1) of the following formats: .mpeg, .mpgy, .avi, .mov, .flv or .wmv.
If an Entry contains additional people other than only the entrant, please note that the one (1) person submitting the Entry under their name, email address, Instagram or Twitter account will be considered the entrant and only the entrant is eligible to win a prize. No other person in the Entry is eligible to receive a prize. Neither Sponsor nor its representatives are liable for any disputes arising from or related to the Promotion in this regard.
All Entries must be received and recorded during the Promotion Submission Period. Limit one (1) Photo Entry and one (1) Video Entry per person per Entry Period. No other forms of Entry are valid. Entry must include a burger; and, the recipe for the burger must be an original recipe that has not been previously published or has won another award. See Rule #5 for additional Entry Guidelines. Entry must comply with these Official Rules. Sponsor reserves the right, but not the obligation, to review any Entry for violation of these Official Rules and may, at its sole discretion, reject, delete, or otherwise exclude an Entry for any reason, including without limitation, if the Entry contains any Prohibited Content (as defined in Rule #5) or any other commentary or material which Sponsor or its representatives, in its sole discretion, deems inappropriate.
• Promotion Judging to Determine the Semi-Finalist Winners:
For each Entry Period, Entries will be judged based on the following judging criteria (“Judging Criteria”) by an independent panel of judges (“Panel”) selected by Sponsor. The Judging Criteria includes: (a) Personality and Enthusiasm; (b) Feasibility of Burger Content; (c) Visual Appeal; (d) Originality; (e) Creativity; (f) Perceived Taste of Burger; (g) Burger Compatibility with Budweiser Beer; (h) Relevance to Theme; (i) Quality of Entry; and, (j) Most Innovative Burger.
For each Entry Period, all eligible Photo Entries will be judged separately from all eligible Video Entries. The one (1) Photo Entry and the one (1) Video Entry receiving the highest cumulative scores awarded by the Panel for each Entry Period will be deemed the Semi-Finalist Winners (each a “Semi-Finalist Winner”) for the applicable Entry Period, for a total of twenty (20) Semi-Finalist Winners. If no eligible Video Entries are received, Sponsor reserves the right to select two (2) Semi-Finalists from all eligible Photo Entries received to participate in the Festival Cook-Off for the applicable Entry Period. If no eligible Photo Entries are received, Sponsor reserves the right to select two (2) Semi-Finalists from all eligible Video Entries received to participate in the Festival Cook-Off for the applicable Entry Period. If no eligible Photo Entries are received, or no eligible Video Entries are received, then there will be no Festival Cook-Off for the applicable Entry Period. Non-winning Entries will carry forward to subsequent Entry Periods. In the event of a tie, tied Entries will be re-judged by a new Panel based on the Judging Criteria stated above until the tie is broken. The decisions of the Panel are final in all aspects of the Promotion. Semi-Finalist Winners will advance to Phase 2: Festival Cook-Off to Determine the Finalists (see Rule #7 for details). Each Semi-Finalist Winner will receive a Semi-Finalist Prize for the applicable Entry Period in which they were deemed a Semi-Finalist Winner (see Rule #8 for details).
4.ENTRY GUIDELINES & PROHIBITED CONTENT:
Entries must meet the following requirements:
• Entry cannot defame, misrepresent or contain disparaging remarks about Sponsor or its products, or other people, products or companies or communicate messages or images inconsistent with the positive images and/or goodwill to which Sponsor wishes to associate.
• Sponsor shall have full right and power to copy, publish, broadcast, display, distribute, use, edit, translate, alter, combine with other material, reuse and adapt any or all portions of the Entry in any way and for any purpose whatsoever, at any time, now or in the future, in any media now known or hereafter devised throughout the World in any manner whatsoever and for any purpose.
• Entry cannot (a) be sexually explicit or suggestive, violent or derogatory of any ethnic, racial, gender, religious, professional or age group, profane or pornographic, reference nudity or any materially dangerous activity; (b) promote the excessive or irresponsible consumption of alcohol, or promote illegal use of alcohol, drugs, tobacco, firearms/weapons (or the use of any of the foregoing), any activities that may appear unsafe or dangerous or any particular political agenda or message; (c) be obscene or offensive, endorse any form of hate or hate group; (d) contain an image of anyone under 21 years of age; (e) otherwise fails to comply with the Beer Institute Advertising and Marketing Code as made publicly available at the following online location: http://www.beerinstitute.org/assets/uploads/BI-AdCode-5-2011.pdf; (f) contain or reference trademarks, logos or trade dress owned by others, or advertise or promote any brand or product of any kind (other than Budweiser), without permission, or contain any personal identification, such as license plate numbers, personal names, email addresses or street addresses; (g) contain copyrighted materials owned by others without permission; (h) contain materials embodying the names, likenesses, photographs, or other indicia identifying any person, living or dead, without permission; (i) refer to or depict any names, logos or readily recognizable features of a retailer of alcohol beverages (such as a grocery store, convenience store, restaurant, bar, or any other retail location that sells alcohol beverages); or (j) depict, and cannot itself be in, violation of any law.
• Each entrant warrants and represents that the Entry: (a) is your original work, (b) has not been previously published; (c) has not received previous awards; and (d) does not infringe upon the copyrights, trademarks, rights of privacy, publicity or other intellectual property or other rights of any person or entity;
• Any entrant whose Entry includes likenesses of third parties or contains elements not owned by the entrant (such as, but not limited to, depictions of persons, buildings, trademarks or logos) must be able to provide legal releases for such use including Sponsor’s use of such Entry, in a form satisfactory to Sponsor, upon request, prior to award of prize and/or naming of entrant as a winner.
• Any Entry that, in the sole opinion of Sponsor, is not in accordance with the guidelines as stated herein or on any of Sponsor’s social media assets or Websites, or is deemed to be inappropriate for publication is ineligible.
• Incomplete, illegible, deceptive or garbled Entries are not eligible.
• Any such entrant will indemnify and hold harmless, Sponsor from any claims to the contrary.
• All Entries are subject to Sponsor’s Digital Millennium Copyright Act policy, as follows: Digital Millennium Copyright Act—Anheuser-Busch is committed to respecting and protecting the legal rights of copyright owners. As such, Anheuser-Busch adheres to the following notice and take down policy, in full compliance with Section 512(c)(3) of the DMCA (17 U.S.C. § 512 et seq.). If you believe any of the Entries infringes upon your intellectual property rights, please submit a notification alleging such infringement (hereafter a “DMCA Takedown Notice”). To be valid, a DMCA Takedown Notice must (i) be provided to the Anheuser-Busch designated agent, (“Copyright Agent”), as set forth below, and (ii) include the following:
• A physical or electronic signature of a person authorized to act on behalf of the owner of an exclusive right that is allegedly infringed;

By submitting an Entry, you agree that your Entry is gratuitous and made without restriction, that it will not place Sponsor under any obligation other than as stated in these Official Rules, that Sponsor is free to publish or otherwise disclose the ideas contained in the Entry on a non-confidential basis to anyone or otherwise use the ideas without any additional compensation to you. You acknowledge that, by acceptance of your Entry, Sponsor does not waive any rights to use similar or related ideas previously known to Sponsor, or developed by its employees, or obtained from sources other than you.
By participating, you acknowledge that your Entry may be posted on any of Sponsor’s social media assets or Websites, in Sponsor’s sole discretion, and that such Entries are not edited by Sponsor and are the views/opinions of the individual entrant and do not reflect the views of the Sponsor in any manner. By entering, you acknowledge that Sponsor has no obligation to use or post any Entry you submit.
5. PHASE TWO: SEMI-FINALIST FESTIVAL COOK-OFF TO DETERMINE THE FINALISTS:
The two (2) Semi-Finalist Winners for each Entry Period will compete in a Festival Cook-Off (each a “Festival Cook-Off”) to determine the Finalists who will advance to the Bud & Burgers Championship in St. Louis, Missouri. One (1) Finalist will be determined by the outcome of each Festival Cook-Off for a total of ten (10) Finalists (each a “Finalist”). See chart below for each Entry Period’s Festival Cook-Off dates and locations:

At each Festival Cook-Off, the two (2) Semi-Finalists will compete against each other by preparing their original burger recipe as provided with their Affidavit package. Semi-Finalists will be required to attend a training session prior to the competition as directed by Sponsor or its representatives. If any Semi-Finalist fails to appear for his/her designated training session, the Semi-Finalist forfeits. The Semi-Finalists will prepare their original burger recipe with the assistance of one (1) or more Sous-Chef(s) provided by Sponsor or its representatives. Semi-Finalists will not have the opportunity to select their Sous-Chef(s). Semi-Finalists will be provided meat and ingredients to prepare their original burger recipe based on the ingredients included in their original burger recipe provided with their Affidavit package.
Each burger will served for tasting to attendees during the designated time at the Festival Cook-Off. Sponsor, or its representatives, may modify the size and complexity of the Semi-Finalists’ burger in order to serve samples for tasting to attendees. Each burger will be assigned a unique text code (the “Festival Unique Text Code”) and short code (the “Festival Unique Short Code”) at the Festival Cook-Off. Attendees who are residents of the United States 21 years of age or older will have the opportunity to vote on their favorite burger by texting the Festival Cook-Off Unique Text Code to the Festival Cook-Off Unique Short Code that represents their burger of choice (“Festival Vote”). Only Festival Votes received from attendees at the Festival Cook-Off will be accepted; no other form of voting will be permitted. Festival Votes must be received by the deadline date/time as directed by Sponsor, or its representatives, at the Festival Cook-Off (“Festival Voting Period”). Limit one (1) Festival Vote per person. Any use of robotic, macro, automatic, programmed or like voting methods will void all such votes. Any attempt by a Semi-Finalist and/or their respective family/friends to vote more than the number of times authorized herein using multiple names and/or phone numbers, paying or retaining third parties to create phone numbers for the purposes of voting and/or any other fraudulent mechanism, as determined by Sponsor, or its representatives, in its sole discretion, shall give Sponsor, or its representatives, the right to disqualify such Semi-Finalist in its reasonable discretion. Any attempt by any person to fraudulently circumvent the voting restrictions in order to cast multiple votes will result in disqualification of all such votes received and may result in disqualification of the Semi-Finalist for whom the improper votes were received if the Sponsor, or its representatives, determines that that Semi-Finalist knew of or was involved in any way in the perpetration of such fraud.
Following the conclusion of the Festival Voting Period, the one (1) Semi-Finalist with the highest number of Festival Votes will be deemed the Finalist (“Finalist”) for that Festival Cook-Off and will advance to the Bud & Burgers Championship in St. Louis, Missouri. Each Finalist will receive the Finalist Prize (see Rule #8 for details). In the event of a tie, or cancellation of a Festival Cook-Off, the Semi-Finalist who received the highest score from the Judges during Phase 1: Promotion Judging will be deemed the Finalist for the Festival Cook-Off. In the event there is only one (1) Semi-Finalist at the Festival Cook-Off, that Semi-Finalist will be deemed the Finalist for the Festival Cook-Off. In the event there are no Semi-Finalists at the Festival Cook-Off, then no Finalist will be deemed for the Festival Cook-Off. If the Finalist cannot travel to St. Louis, Missouri for the Bud & Burgers Championship, he/she will forfeit their trip and the trip will be awarded to the runner-up of the Festival Cook-Off (if applicable). If the runner-up of the Festival Cook-Off cannot travel to St. Louis, Missouri for the Bud & Burgers Championship, he/she will forfeit their trip and no Finalist Prize will be awarded.
6. PHASE THREE: BUD & BURGERS CHAMPIONSHIP TO DETERMINE THE BUD & BURGER CHAMPION:
Bud & Burgers Championship: The Bud & Burgers Championship is scheduled to take place in St. Louis, Missouri on July 11, 2015 at a location to be determined at Sponsor’s sole discretion. If any Finalist fails to appear at the Bud & Burgers Championship, the Finalist forfeits. Finalists will compete against each other by preparing their original burger recipe provided with their Affidavit package. Finalists will prepare their original burger recipe with the assistance of one (1) or more Sous-Chef(s) provided by Sponsor or its representatives. Finalists will not have the opportunity to select their Sous-Chef(s). Finalists will be provided meat and ingredients to prepare their original burger recipe based on the ingredients included in their original burger recipe. No changes may be made by the Finalist to the original burger recipe provided with their Affidavit package.
Each burger will served for tasting to attendees during the designated time at the Bud & Burgers Championship. Limit one (1) Championship Vote per person. Only Championship Votes received from attendees at the Bud & Burgers Championship will be accepted; no other form of voting will be permitted. Championship Votes must be received by the deadline date/time as directed by Sponsor, or its representatives, at the Bud & Burgers Championship (“Championship Voting Period”). Limit one (1) vote per person. Any use of robotic, macro, automatic, programmed or like voting methods will void all such votes. Any attempt by a Semi-Finalist and/or their respective family/friends to vote more than the number of times authorized herein using multiple names and/or phone numbers, paying or retaining third parties to create phone numbers for the purposes of voting and/or any other fraudulent mechanism, as determined by Sponsor, or its representatives, in its sole discretion, shall give Sponsor, or its representatives, the right to disqualify such Semi-Finalist in its reasonable discretion. In the event of a tie, the Finalist who received the highest score from the Judges during Phase 1: Promotion Judging will be deemed the Bud & Burger Finalist.
Bud & Burger Grand Prize Judging to Determine the Grand Prize Winner. The Bud & Burger Finalists’ burgers will be judged based on the following judging criteria (“Judging Criteria”) by an independent panel of judges (“Panel”) selected by Sponsor. The Judging Criteria includes: (a) Visual Appeal; (b) Originality; (c) Creativity; (d) Taste of Burger; (e) Burger Compatibility with Budweiser Beer; (f) Relevance to theme; (g) Quality of entry; and (h) Most Innovative Burger. The one (1) burger receiving the highest cumulative scores awarded by the Panel will be deemed Bud & Burgers Champion and will receive the Grand Prize (see Rule #8 for details). In the event of a tie, tied burgers will be re-judged by a new Panel based on the Judging Criteria stated above until the tie is broken. The decisions of the Panel are final in all aspects of the Promotion.
7. PRIZE DETAILS:
• Grand Prize (1): Winner will receive $100,000.00 (awarded in the form of a check made payable to winner). Winner will also receive the opportunity to compete in Budweiser’s new cooking competition series “United States of Burgers”, one (1) Bud & Burgers Championship ring and one (1) Budweiser Fire & Ice Grill. Approximate Retail Value (“ARV”) is $101,050.00.
• Finalist Prize (10): Trip for winner and one (1) guest to attend the “Bud & Burgers Championship” in St. Louis, Missouri. Travel Dates: July 10, 2015 – July 12, 2015. Trip consists of round-trip coach air transportation (from gateway city nearest winner’s home), double-occupancy hotel accommodations for two (2) consecutive nights and ground transfers to/from airport/hotel/festival. Winner’s guest must be at least 21 years of age or older and will be required to complete, sign and return a liability and publicity release via email or facsimile to Sponsor or its representatives within three (3) days of winners prize notification. In the event of noncompliance, prize will be forfeited and awarded to an alternate winner (time permitting). ARV is up to $3,000.00.
• Entry Period 1 Semi-Finalist Prize (2): Trip for winner and one (1) guest to the Stagecoach Music Festival in Indio, California. Travel Dates: April 24, 2015 – April 26, 2015. Trip consists of round-trip coach air transportation (from gateway city nearest winner’s home), double-occupancy hotel accommodations for two (2) consecutive nights and ground transfers to/from airport/hotel/festival. ARV is up to $3,000.00.
• Entry Period 2 Semi-Finalist Prize (2): Trip for winner and one (1) guest to the Memphis in Music Festival in Memphis, Tennessee. Travel Dates: April 30, 2015 – May 2, 2015. Trip consists of round-trip coach air transportation (from gateway city nearest winner’s home), double-occupancy hotel accommodations for two (2) consecutive nights and ground transfers to/from airport/hotel/festival. ARV is up to $3,000.00.
• Entry Period 3 Semi-Finalist Prize (2): Trip for winner and one (1) guest to the Big Guava Festival in Tampa Bay, Florida. Travel Dates: May 7, 2015 – May 9, 2015. Trip consists of round-trip coach air transportation (from gateway city nearest winner’s home), double-occupancy hotel accommodations for two (2) consecutive nights and ground transfers to/from airport/hotel/festival. For Finalist Prizes and Entry Period 1 – Entry Period 10 Prizes: Winner and guest must travel on the same itinerary and on the dates specified by Sponsor or prize will be forfeited and awarded to an alternate winner (time permitting). Winner and guest must comply with all travel requirements, which may include, without limitation, presenting necessary identification (including passport or driver’s license) at the time of travel. Travel schedules are subject to change without notice. Winner may be required to provide a credit card at time of hotel check-in. Any costs incurred due to changes to the original itinerary are solely the winner’s responsibility. Travel, accommodations and event dates/locations are at the Sponsor’s discretion and subject to availability and change. Ground transportation (other than stated above), meals, gratuities and all other expenses not specified herein are solely winner’s responsibility. Actual value depends on city/day/time of departure.
For all Prizes: If winner cannot accept prize as specified, prize will be forfeited and awarded to an alternate winner (time permitting for Finalist Prizes and Entry Period 1 – Entry Period 10 prizes). This Promotion is void where prohibited by law and is subject to federal, state and local regulations. Taxes on prize, if any, are solely the responsibility of the individual winner.
• Total ARV of all prizes is up to $191,050.
The difference between the stated value and actual value will not be awarded.
8. WINNER NOTIFICATION:
Entry Period 1 – Entry Period 10 Winners: Winners will be notified by email or phone; or, through their Instagram or Twitter account. Winners will be required to respond to the notification within twenty-four (24) hours indicating whether he/she can accept the prize. If no response is received within the time allotted, an alternate winner will be selected (time permitting). Any alternate winner selected will also be required to adhere to the time periods described herein. Winners will be required to submit an Affidavit of Eligibility, Liability & Publicity Release, Assignment of Rights, and their original burger recipe (“Affidavit package”) to Sponsor or its representatives via email or facsimile within forty-eight (48) hours of prize acceptance. Winner’s guest must be at least 21 years of age as of the end date of the applicable Entry Period and will be required to complete, sign and return a liability and publicity release via email or facsimile to Sponsor or its representatives within forty-eight (48) hours of winners prize acceptance. Sponsor is not responsible for suspended or discontinued Internet, wireless, land-line phone service which may result in a potential winner not receiving initial prize notification. In the event of noncompliance within any of the time periods stated herein, prize will be forfeited and awarded to an alternate winner (time permitting).
For Entry Period 1 – Entry Period 10 Prizes, Finalist Prizes and Grand Prize: Any prize notification or prize returned to the Sponsor or its agencies as undeliverable will result in disqualification and the awarding of that prize to an alternate winner (time permitting). Winner may not substitute or transfer prize but Sponsor reserves the right to substitute prize with prizes of equal or greater value.
For Entry Period 1 – Entry Period 10 Winners, Finalist Winners and Grand Prize Winner: Winner(s) may be subject to a background check. The background check may include (but is not limited to) investigation of criminal, sexual offenses, or other arrest or conviction record, and any other factor deemed relevant by Sponsor, or its representatives, to help ensure that the Entry Period 1 – Entry Period 10 Winners, Finalist Winners and Grand Prize Winner will not pose a safety threat or, in the Sponsor or its representatives sole discretion, bring the Sponsor, or its representatives, into public disrepute, contempt, scandal or ridicule or reflect unfavorably on the Sponsor or its representatives. If requested, the Entry Period 1 – Entry Period 10 Winners, Finalist Winners and Grand Prize Winner agree to sign waiver forms authorizing the release of personal and background information. Sponsor, or its representatives, reserve the right to disqualify any Entry Period 1 – Entry Period 10 Winner, Finalist Winner or Grand Prize Winner if he/she has been charged or convicted of a crime, or in the sole and absolute discretion of Sponsor, or its representatives, has engaged in past conduct that may reflect unfavorably on the Promotion, Sponsor or its representatives.

9. LIMITATIONS OF LIABILITY AND RELEASE:

Sponsor, Don Jagoda Associates, Anomaly, its affiliates, subsidiaries, and agencies are not responsible for lost, late, misdirected, unintelligible, returned or undelivered Entries, email, or for lost, interrupted or unavailable satellite, network, server, Internet Service Provider (ISP), or other connections availability, accessibility or traffic congestion, miscommunications, failed computer, network, telephone, satellite or cable hardware or software or lines, or technical failure, or jumbled, scrambled, delayed or misdirected transmissions, computer hardware or software malfunctions, failures or difficulties, or other errors of any kind whether human, mechanical, electronic or network. Persons who tamper with or abuse any aspect of this Promotion, or act in violation of the Official Rules, or act in any manner to threaten or abuse or harass any person, or violate Sponsor’s terms of service, as solely determined by Sponsor or Sponsor’s Representatives, will be disqualified. Neither Sponsor, Don Jagoda Associates, Anomaly, nor its agencies are responsible for any incorrect or inaccurate information whether caused by users, tampering, hacking, or by any of the programming or equipment associated with or used in this Promotion, and assumes no responsibility for any errors, omission, deletion, interruption or delay in operation or transmission or communication line failure, theft or destruction or unauthorized access to the Promotion data. Any use of robotic, macro, automatic, programmed or like entry methods will void all such Entries, and may subject that entrant to disqualification. Neither Sponsor, Don Jagoda Associates, Anomaly, nor its agencies are responsible for injury or damage to entrants or any other person’s computer or property related to or resulting from participating in this Promotion. Should any portion of Promotion be, in Sponsor’s, or Sponsor’s Representatives, sole opinion, compromised by virus, worms, bugs, unauthorized human intervention or other causes which, in the sole opinion of Sponsor, or Sponsor’s Representatives, corrupt or impair the administration, security, fairness or proper play of this Promotion, or submission of Entries, Sponsor, or Sponsor’s Representatives, reserve the right at its sole discretion to suspend, modify or terminate the Promotion, and determine the winners from valid, non-suspect Entries received prior to action taken, or otherwise as may be deemed fair and equitable by the Sponsor, or Sponsor’s Representatives. In the event of a dispute regarding Entries from multiple users having the same email, the authorized subscriber of the email account used to enter will be deemed to be the entrant, and must comply with these Official Rules. The authorized account subscriber is the natural person who is assigned the email address by the ISP or other organization responsible for assigning email addresses. All materials submitted become the property of Anheuser-Busch, LLC and will not be returned.
Entrants agree (a) that Sponsor, Don Jagoda Associates, Anomaly, its parent, subsidiaries and affiliated companies, and advertising and promotion agencies, and their respective officers, directors, employees, wholesale distributors, representatives and agents, will have no liability whatsoever for, and are released and shall be held harmless by entrants against, any liability, for any injuries, losses or damages of any kind, to persons, including death, or property, or rights of publicity or privacy, defamation, copyright infringement or portrayal in a false light resulting in whole or in part, directly or indirectly, from acceptance, possession, misuse or use of the prize, or travel thereto, or participation in this Promotion or in any Promotion-related activity, and (b) winner, by acceptance of prize, except where legally prohibited, grants permission for Sponsor (and agrees to confirm such agreement in writing) and those acting pursuant to its authority to use his/her name, biographical information and/or likeness, Entry (and assign the Entry, which may be altered, changed, modified, edited, used alone or with other works, as solely determined by Sponsor) for advertising, trade and promotional purposes without further compensation, at any times or time, in all media now known or hereafter discovered worldwide and on the Internet without notice or review or approval as permitted by law.You grant to Sponsor an exclusive, worldwide, perpetual, irrevocable, unrestricted, royalty-free, sub-licensable right and license to exploit your Entry in any media now or hereafter known, without any payment or other consideration of any kind, or permission or notification, to you or any third party, for any purpose, including, without limitation, your Entry and any person’s property (physical, personal, and indicia) contained therein.
